OBJECTIVE To explore the risk evaluation of healthcare workers contracting tuberculosis in a designated three-A tuberculosis hospital in Guangxi based on the failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)method.METHODS A designated three-A tuberculosis hospital in Guangxi was selected.Healthcare workers from Jan.1,2023 to Dec.31,2023 served as the control group and received routine management,i.e.,implementing various tuberculosis prevention and control measures according to current guidelines.Healthcare workers from Jan.1,2024 to Dec.31,2024 served as the experimental group and were managed by the FMEA method.High-risk fac-tors were screened through the FMEA method, and targeted intervention strategies were formulated to priori-tize intervention for high-risk events. The incidence rate of tuberculosis among healthcare workers and the imple-mentation rate of tuberculosis infection prevention and control measures before and after FMEA intervention were compared.RESULTS The six high-risk events screened were improper use of surgical masks by patients,inade-quate respiratory hygiene practices, improper use of medical protective masks by healthcare workers, lack of full process isolation management for tuberculosis patients, unreasonable sputum collection areas and improper venti-lation and air disinfection measure setting or maintenance. After implementing a series of tuberculosis prevention and control measures, the incidence rate of tuberculosis infection among healthcare workers decreased from 1.63%before FMEA intervention to 0.30%(P=0.021).The implementation rate of tuberculosis infection prevention and control measures increased from 69.95%to 73.61%(P=0.003).CONCLUSIONS Risk evaluation based on the FMEA method can identify weaknesses in tuberculosis infection prevention among healthcare workers in desig-nated tuberculosis hospitals.Implementing multiple measures simultaneously can effectively reduce the incidence rate of tuberculosis among healthcare workers, ensure occupational safety, improve the implementation rate of tu-berculosis infection prevention and control measures and achieve scientific and precise prevention and control.

Objective To explore the influence of Yoga exercise on the work stress and coping styles of operating room nurses. Methods A total of 77 nurses were selected working in the operating room of our hospital, and all the nurses were randomly divided into observation group(38 cases)and the control group (39 cases). The nurses of observation group did Yoga exercise regularly, while the nurses of control group did not make any Yoga workout regularly. We used psychological stress scale( CPSS)to assess anxiety of two groups nurses before and after the intervention, and investigated every nurse's pressure coping style respectively before and after care. Results Pressure improvement mark in the observation group had been greatly improved after Yoga exercise intervention(16. 203 ± 4. 218),while it was(3. 127 ± 1. 037)in the control group with statistical significance( t = 3. 012,P < 0. 05);the improvement of anxiety in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control groups, the difference had statistical significance(P < 0. 05);the stress coping style of observation group were obvious improved after the intervention compared with that of the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusions Yoga exercises can improve the working stress and coping operating room nurses effectively.

Objective To explore the clinical features of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) during pregnancy. Methods Clinical data of 4 patients with HCC in pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed. Results All 4 patients were positive for hepatitis B surface antigen. A marked increase in maternal serum a-fetoprotein (AFP) was found in 3 patients (310.1-5630.0 ng/ml ). Three patients were diagnosed at their advanced stages and died of disease in the 4th, 6th and 7th months, respectively. One patient diagnosed as having early HCC underwent curative surgery and has been without recurrence for 26 months. Conclusion The overall survival of patients with HCC in pregnancy is grim because most patients are diagnosed in the advanced stage. Surveillance with AFP and ultrasonography should be recommended for pregnant woman for the detection of early HCC, especially in hepatitis B virus carriers from high endemic areas, to improve patient survival.

Objective: To establish the quality standard for Huahaiyigan Effervescent Granules. Methods: Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch) Beg., Bupleurum chinenes DC., Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb. et Zucc. and Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.) Baill. were identified by TLC; and the content of schisandrin B was determined by HPLC. Results: Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) Beg., Bupleurum chinenes DC., Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb. et Zucc. and Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.) Baill. could be identified by TLC; schisandrin B showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.848~4.240?g, r=0.9999; The average recovery was 98.16% and RSD was 1.12%. Conclusion: This method was available for quality control of Huahaiyigan Effervescent Granules
