Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the anchor suture bridge technique in treating avulsion fractures at the tibial insertion point of the posterior cruciate ligament(PCL)in the knee joint.Methods In this study,we reviewed 80 patients with PCL tibial avulsion fractures treated using the anchor suture bridge technique in our department from February 2010 to December 2023.Follow-ups were conducted starting at 3 months post-surgery,then every 3 months until 12 months post-surgery.Clinical and follow-up data of each patient were analyzed.The Lysholm and Hospital for Special Surgery Knee-Rating Scale(HSS)scores of knee function before surgery and at the last follow-up were compared to assess the surgical treatment outcome.Results The 80 patients were followed up for an average of(12.16±1.08)months post-surgery.Re-examination X-rays showed that all fractures had healed,with an average healing time of(3.66±0.51)months.All patients recovered well,with primary healing of surgical incisions and no complications such as neurovascular injury,skin necrosis,incision infection,fracture displacement,or ligament laxity.Postoperative knee Lysholm and HSS scores were significantly higher than preoperative scores.At the last follow-up,the Lysholm score increased from(46.30±6.10)preoperatively to(90.85±3.27),and the HSS score increased from(45.30±5.80)to(91.15±2.66),with statistically significant differences(P＜0.025).Conclusion The anchor suture bridge technique is effective in treating avulsion fractures of the PCL tibial insertion point in the knee joint.It has a high safety profile and leads to good postoperative knee function recovery,with no serious postoperative complications,demonstrating excellent clinical efficacy.

BACKGROUND:Stem cel transplantation has been shown to have many advantages in treatment of diseases. Its application can treat various diseases in many systems such as nervous system, immune system and endocrine system. Its advantage is incomparable. These are al credit to the special abilities, including easy sample colection, strong self proliferative ability, wide differentiation range, repair of injured tissue and immunoloregulation. OBJECTIVE:To explore the clinical effects of stem cel transplantation in treatment of nonunion. METHODS:A computer search was performed in CNKI database for articles concerning stem cel transplantation for nonunion published from 2005 to 2014. The key words were stem cels, nonunion in Chinese. 244 articles were analyzed, and typical literatures were further compared. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Stem cels have the abilities of self-renewal and differentiation. Their source is not limited, and the sample colection is convenient. Stem cels have smal injury to the donor, do not have immunogenicity, and have fewer complications. The cost is low. Stem cels are easily isolated and cultured, can proliferate infinitely, and provide a pathway for severe bone injury such as nonunion, bone defects and comminuted fracture. The deep study of stem cels creates a new direction for nonunion treatment, and has achieved certain results in clinical trials.

Objective To explore the operation effect of isometric reconstruction of the medial patellofemoral ligament with the semitendinosus tendon and direct suture rehabilitation of the medial patellofemoral ligament in the treatment of patellar dislocation,and provide some reference for the surgical treatment of this disease.Methods Forty patients with patellar dislocation included 20 patients with suture repair (suture group) and 20 patients with reconstruction (reconstruction group).The erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein were determined at 3,14 d after operation in two groups.The congruence angles (CA),lateal patellofemoral angle (LPA),lateral patellar displacement(LS) before and after operation,knee joint function,efficacy after operation were observed and compared.Results There was no significant difference in CA,LPA,LS between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).CA,LPA,LS after operation were improved compared with before operation in two groups [suture group:(9.13 ± 1.88)° vs.(16.50 ±2.83)°,(8.48 ± 1.19)° vs.(-1.28 ± 2.12)°,(0.52 ± 0.43)° vs.(0.78 ± 0.32)° ;reconstruction group:(6.69 ± 1.83)° vs.(16.95 ±3.17)°,(6.24 ± 1.33)° vs.(-0.91 ±2.00)°,(0.32 ±0.23)° vs.(0.70 ±0.16)°],and there was significant difference (P＜ 0.01).The improvement of CA,LPA,LS in reconstruction group were better than that in suture group,and there was significant difference (P＜ 0.01).The knee joint function score by Lysholm was (38.27 ± 17.06) scores in suture group,(79.44 ±9.86) scores in reconstruction group,and there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in the erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein at 3,14 d after operation between two groups (P ＞0.05).Conclusions The operation effect of isometric reconstruction of the medial patellofemoral ligament with the semitendinosus tendon method is better than the direct suture rehabilitation of the medial patellofemoral ligament method,the former can effectively restore the relationship between patella and femoral trochlea,and cure the dislocation of patella from the root.

Objective To investigate the qualitative diagnostic value of MRCP in patients with benign obstructive jaundice.Methods MRCP and conventional MR images were performed in 128 patients with benign obstructive jaundice on a superconductive MR scanner (Plilips medical systems Inc. Eclipse. 1.5T) . Final diagnosis was confirmed by surgical and histopathological findings in 123 patients and other 5 patients by follow-up.Results The accuracy of location diagnosis of MRCP was 100%; the qualitative diagnosis was 95.3%. The specificity, accuracy, sensitivity of the deadwood-sign for diagnosis of benign obstructive jaundice were 100%, 95.3%, 85.7% respectively. Conclusion The deadwood-sign was a specific indicator in MRCP of benign obstructive jaundice.
