1.Phylogenetic analysis of influenza B in the Yellow River Delta region,China,in 2021-2024

This study analyzed the variations and evolution characteristics of influenza B Victoria(BV)virus in the Yellow River Delta region of China during 2021-2024.Throat swabs were collected from people with influenza-like illness(ILI)from 2021 to 2024 in Binzhou and Dongying,China.Viral isolation was performed,and 22 representative influenza BV isolates were selected for whole genome sequencing.Phylogenetic analysis of whole-genome sequences was performed in MegAlign and MEGA software.A total of 27 674 samples were obtained,and the overall positivity rate of influenza virus(A/H3N2,A/H1N1,BV)was 11.1%.Our surveillance data indicated that influenza B virus was detected in 2 years,which showed positivity rates of 28.2%and 1.7%,respectively.Statistically significant differences in the positivity rates of influenza BV viruses were observed(x2=3 641.791,P<0.001).The median pairwise sequence identities ranged from 98.7%to 99.3%for eight segments of 22 viral sequences.The isolates for the monitoring years 2021-2024 were located in clades V1A.3a.1 and V1A.3a.2.Intra-lineage reassortments were discovered in B/shandongbincheng17/2022.The NA gene of one isolate exhibited an increase in the 488NLTV N-glycoproteome site.The K338R mutation occurred in the PA gene.Three locus deletion or insertion mutations occurred in the MP gene.The BV influenza epidemic was prevalent every other year;the intensity ranged from strong to weak;and the duration ranged from long to short in the Yellow River Delta region of China during 2021-2022.Influ-enza B virus formed intra-lineage reassortments,and showed significant mutations in NA gene,PA gene,and MP gene.

3.Effects of Focused Solution Model Nursing on quality of life and negative emotions of prostate cancer patients

Objective:To analyze the effects of the Focused Solution Model Nursing intervention on quality of life,negative emotions of the patients with prostate cancer.Methods:A total of 82 prostate cancer patients who were diagnosed and treated at the General Hospital of Eastern Theater Command between September 2022 and September 2024 were included and randomly divided into study group and control group by the method of random number table,with 41 patients in each group.The patients in the study group were treated with Focused Solution Model Nursing intervention.And the routine care was used in the control group The quality of life and negative emotions were compared between the two groups by using the scales of World Health Organization Quality of Life-Brief(WHOQOL-BREF),HAMA and HAMD.Results:Compared to the control group,the patients in the study group exhibited signifi-cantly higher scores in the physiological,psychological,environmental,and social relationship domains of the WHOQOL-BREF scale(P<0.05).The scores of HAMA and HAMD in study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,all subscales of the Social Impact Scale including social exclusion,internalized shame,social isolation and economic discrimination were significantly lower than those of the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Focused Solution Model Nursing intervention can effec-tively improve the quality of life and negative emotions of the prostate cancer patients in the clinical treatment.
4.Correlation between the Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Level and Postoperative Fear Disease Progression and Quality of Life in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Myomectomy

Objective:To explore the correlation between the post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)level and postoperative fear disease progression and quality of life in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy,and to analyze the related factors affecting the occurrence of PTSD in patients.Methods:120 patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy in Ruijin People's Hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected,the PTSD occurrence was assessed with the Civilian version of PTSD checklist-civilian version(PCL-C)1 month after operation,and the progression of fear of Disease was assessed with the fear of progression questionnaire-short form(FoP-Q-SF),the quality of life was assessed with uterine fibroid symptoms and health-related quality of life questionnaire(UFS-QOL).The correlation between PTSD level and postoperative fear disease progression and quality of life in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy was analyzed,and the factors of PTSD in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression.Results:PTSD scores of in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy was(36.93±5.69)score,fear of disease progression was(26.00±1.66)score,quality of life was(54.27±4.82)score.The total score of PCL-C was positively correlated with the total score of FoP-Q-SF,and negatively correlated with the total score of UFS-QOL(P<0.05).The patients were divided into PTSD group(n=30)and non-PTSD group(n=90)according to whether or not occurrence of PTSD at 1 month after operation.Univariate analysis showed that,there were significant differences in age,education level,family income,number of fibroids,operation time and preoperative anxiety level between the PTSD group and the non-PTSD group(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age ≥35 years old,operation time ≥90 min,preoperative anxiety level of moderate to severe,and increased total score of FoP-Q-SF were independent risk factors for PTSD in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy(P<0.05),and increased total score of UFS-QOL were protective factors(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PTSD level in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy is positively correlated with fear disease progression and negatively correlated with quality of life.Age,operation time,preoperative anxiety,fear disease progression and quality of life were the factors that influenced the occurrence of PTSD.

Objective:To construct a key item checklist for the Mini-HTA report specification,providing scientific guidance for drafting each section of Mini-HTA research reports,enhancing their standardization,scientific rigor,and completeness,thereby improving the efficiency and quality of health decision-making.Methods:Based on preliminary literature review and qualitative systematic review,a pool of problem items for the Mini-HTA report specification was formed.Delphi questionnaires were distributed,and the Delphi technique was employed through two rounds of expert consultation to optimize and select key items.Results:Through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,the initial Mini-HTA report specification item checklist was screened,integrated,and supplemented.A finalized key item checklist was constructed,comprising 8 first-level items(Title,Abstract,Introduction,Methods,Results,Discussion,Conclusion,and Other Relevant Information)and 48 second-level items.Conclusion:The constructed key item checklist for the Mini-HTA report specification provides scientific guidance for drafting Mini-HTA research reports.It helps enhance the standardization and transparency of the assessment process and the reliability of results,thereby optimizing the efficiency and quality of health decision-making.
6.Research on primary healthcare medication continuity and security in China from the perspective of policy tools:A quantitative analysis based on provincial policy texts from 2020 to 2025

Objective:To comprehensively analyze the current situation of the policy tools for primary healthcare medication continuity and security in China,and to provide advice for improving the policy system of primary healthcare medication continuity and security.Methods:Based on the theory of policy tools,a two-dimensional analysis framework of"policy tools-policy goals"was constructed.Results:A total of 407 policy text codes were generated from 58 policy texts included in the analysis.Among them,the supply-based policy tools were the most(41.03%),followed by environmental(37.59%)and demand-based(21.38%);the policy goals mainly focused on promoting the equipment and linkage of medication(21.84%),optimizing the types of medication(18.88%),and improving the centralized supply and distribution of medication(18.25%).Conclusions:Significant regional disparities exist in the design and implementation of China's primary healthcare medication continuity and security policies.Certain policy tools are absent,policy objectives lack comprehensive coverage,and coordination remains inadequate.It is suggested to optimize regional policy layouts through differentiated configuration and cross-regional coordination,enhance policy adaptability by refining policy tool combinations,strengthen weak segments and vertical coordination,promote the articulation of primary healthcare medication based on tight medical consortium,and finally build a systematic and dynamically adaptive primary healthcare medication continuity and security policy system.

10.Efficacy of CT-based interpretable integrated learning model for differentiating lung squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma

Objective To investigate the efficacy of an interpretable integrated learning model combining clinical indicators,CT image features and radiomics features for the differential diagnosis of lung squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma,so as to provide references for clincal treatment decisions.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical and imaging data from 220 patients(231 lesions)with primary non-small cell lung cancer at Jiangjin Central Hospital of Chongqing(Center 1)and 83 patients(84 lesions)at Chongqing General Hospital(Center 2).In Center 1,the squamous cell carcinoma group consisted of 60 patients(60 lesions),while the adenocarcinoma group included 160 patients(171 lesions).In Center 2,the squamous cell carcinoma group comprised 18 patients(18 lesions),and the adenocarcinoma group involved 65 patients(66 lesions).The patients were categorized into squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma groups based on pathological findings.Center 1 was randomly partitioned into a training set and a validation set at a 7∶3 ratio,while Center 2 served as the independent test set.Firstly,a deep learning model,VB-Net,was used to automatically segment the tumor region on the lung window image;secondly,the SMOTE(synthetic minority oversampling technique)method was used to balance the categories in the training set and standardize the extracted features with Z-scores;thirdly,the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)were used to select the optimal radiomics features and calculate the radiomics score(Radscore),and univariate and multivariate logistic regression was used to screen clinical indicators and independent clinical factors for differentiating lung squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma in CT image features;finally,three ensemble learning algorithms(AdaBoost,Bagging decision tree and XGBoost)were used to combine independent clinical factors and Radscore to construct the model.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic performance of the models.SHAP technique was used to analyze the feature contribution and model decision-making process.Results Among the evaluated ensemble models,AdaBoost and Bagging decision trees demonstrated overfitting tendencies.In contrast,the XGBoost model showed the best performance,achieving AUC values of 0.939,0.887 and 0.853 in the training,validation and independent test sets,respectively.SHAP indicated that Radscore was the most important feature affecting the performance of the model.The decision diagram enabled the visualization of the diagnostic process of the model.Conclusion The interpretable integrated learning model based on clinical indicators,CT image and radiomics features is expected to non-invasively diagnose lung squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma before treatment and assist clinicians make treatment decisions as early as possible.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2025,46(7):12-20]
