1.The development trajectory of sleep disturbance in patients with hepatolenticular degeneration and its relationship with depression:A cross-lagged regression analysis
Journal of Apoplexy and Nervous Diseases 2026;43(2):131-134
Objective To investigate the changing trend of sleep disturbance in patients with hepatolenticular degeneration and the bidirectional relationship between sleep disturbance and depression through a cross-lagged regression analysis. Methods A total of 80 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for WD from January to June 2024 were enrolled in this longitudinal study and were followed up for 3 months.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was used to assess sleep quality, and Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) was used to assess the severity of depression, at the time of enrollment (T0), at 1 month after enrollment (T1),and at 2 months after enrollment (T3). An unconditional growth model was used to analyze the trajectory of sleep disturbance, and a cross-lagged regression model was used to investigate the temporal relationship between sleep disturbance and depression. Results From T0 to T2, there were significant increases in PSQI and BDI scores in all WD patients(P<0.05). The variance of the intercept factor (the initial status of sleep disturbance) was estimated at 10.83(P<0.01),and the variance of the slope factor (the rate of change in sleep disturbance) was 1.20 (P<0.01),with a significant negative correlation between the intercept and the slope (r=-0.25,P<0.01). The correlation analysis of PSQI and BDI scores across the three time points revealed a positive correlation between PSQI and BDI scores (r∈[0.19,0.96],P<0.01).The cross-lagged model analysis showed that sleep disturbance significantly predicted subsequent depression (P<0.01),with standardized regression coefficients (β) of 0.392 and 0.347, respectively; meanwhile, depression also significantly predicted subsequent sleep disturbance (P<0.01), with β of 0.273 and 0.372, respectively. These findings suggested a bidirectional predictive relationship between sleep disturbance and depression in WD patients over time. Conclusion There is a bidirectional relationship between sleep disturbance and depression in patients with WD, and depression has a more pronounced influence on sleep disturbance. Therefore, clinical interventions should focus on both sleep and psychological state, and combined management should be performed to improve the effect of disease control.

Objective:To study the effects of TCM ointment rubbing technique on pain, swelling, and knee joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA) after total knee arthroplasty (TKA).Methods:A randomized controlled trial was conducted. In this study, 80 patients with KOA who underwent TKA treatment in the Department of Sports Medicine I, Wangjing Hospital, China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to March 2024 were taken as the study subjects. They were divided into two groups with random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional Western medicine + rehabilitation training after surgery, and the observation group was combined with TCM paste mo technique on this basis. VAS score was used to assess the degree of pain at different time points, and skin fold was used to measure the circumference of the upper knee circumference and the circumference of the lower knee circumference, and knee Injury and osteoarthritis outcome score (KOOS) was used to assess the degree of knee joint function recovery. Results:After treatment, the observation group after surgerythe at 7 d (2.57 ± 0.84 vs. 4.00 ± 0.85, t=7.54) and 14 d (0.80 ± 0.93 vs. 2.70 ± 1.04, t=8.56) VAS scores were lower than those in the control group ( P<0.001). After treatment, the observation group after surgerythe at 7 d the superior circumference [(48.32 ± 4.57) cm vs. (50.53 ± 3.97) cm, t=2.32], and inferior circumference [(36.71 ± 2.95) cm vs. (39.21 ± 6.86) cm, t=2.12], at 14 d the superior circumference [(45.68 ± 4.69) cm vs. (47.96 ± 3.89) cm, t=2.37], and inferior circumference [(34.96 ± 2.96) cm vs. (36.70 ± 4.35) cm, t=2.10] were lower than those in the control group ( P<0.05). The observation group after surgerythe at 14 d the the knee joint mobility [(115.32 ± 2.12) ° vs. (113.34 ± 2.16) °, t=4.14] and KOOS scores (85.52 ± 0.82 vs. 80.32 ± 1.13, t=23.56) were higher than those in the control group ( P<0.01). Conclusion:TCM ointment rubbing technique has significant advantages in improving pain, swelling and knee joint mobility after artificial knee arthroplasty, which can effectively restore knee joint function.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2022;43(10):1529-1534
Objective:
To explore the effect of improving these traits through art therapy group meetings as a form of psychological counseling, so as to promote mental wellness among this population.
Methods:
A total of 74 hearing impaired students from grades 3 to 9 were surveyed with the Children s Self concept Scale (PHCSS) and Social Adaptability Scale. Eight art therapy group meetings, as a form of psychological counseling, were then held.
Results:
Self consciousness among hearing impaired students aged 10-12 and 13-16 years old was significantly lower than the national norm ( t =-6.51, -8.50, P <0.01). The social adaptability level of this group was very poor(2.89±8.26), and a significant positive correlation was found between self awareness and social adaptability among hearing impaired students. Further, self awareness could predict the social adaptability of these students ( F = 9.04 , P <0.05). After group psychological counseling intervention, there was significant increases in self consciousness among students from grades 3 to 9, and significant increases were also found in the social adaptability of students in grades 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 ( P <0.05).
Conclusion
Self awareness shows certain influence on the social adaptability level of hearing impaired students, and group psychological counseling can promote social adaptability by improving self awareness among this population.

Methods:
Selected assembly line workers of 3 manufacturing factory in Pacity as the objects of this study by judgement sampling. Questionnaires were used for messages collection including the general sociodemographic characteristic, OMD condition, occupational safety behaviors.
Results:
This study shows that, 826 OMD workers were found that the annual prevalence was 38.03%. The scores of work posture, handling habits, health habit in OMD group was lower than non-OMD group (

Chinese Journal of Pathology 2016;45(12):844-849
Objective To prepare a rabbit monoclonal antibody GCET 2 and to investigate its diagnostic value in the workup of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma ( DLBCL ) .Methods GCET2 rabbit monoclonal antibody was developed by using RabMAb ? technology , and its specificity was confirmed by ELISA, Western blot, immunohistochemistry ( IHC) and flow cytometry.A panel of immunomarkers including GCET2, CD10, bcl-6, MUM1, GCET1, FOXP1, Ki-67 and CMYC was evaluated in 81 cases of DLBCLs, 5 cases of follicular lymphomas ( FL) and 2 cases of Burkitt′s lymphomas. Results Rabbit monoclonal GCET2 antibody ( clone EP316 ) was developed with specificity for normal germinal center B-cells ( GCB ) and GCB origined lymphomas .In 81 cases of DLBCL , the positive rate of GCET2 was 43.2%( 35/81 ) , which was significantly higher than that of other germinal center markers .Moreover , among 81 DLBCLs, the proportions of high CMYC expression in GCET 2 negative and positive groups were 15.2%(7/46) and 2.8%(1/35), respectively. Conclusion GCET2 is a sensitive immunohistochemical marker for GCB derived lymphomas . Combined with other biomarkers , it may improve the diagnostic sensitivity of GCB-DLBCL.
