ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of isoacteoside on the replication process of respiratory syncytial virus （RSV） and its underlying mechanism. MethodsRSV-infected HEp-2 cells （control group） were treated with isoacteoside （isoacteoside-treated group）. Real-time quantitative PCR （qPCR） was used to analyze the mRNA expression levels of the RSV fusion protein （F） gene and matrix protein （M） gene in both groups. Viral titers were determined by plaque assay to assess the inhibitory effect of isoacteoside on viral replication. The number of RSV inclusion bodies formed was determined using cell transfection and laser confocal imaging to evaluate the role of isoacteoside in the formation of inclusion bodies required for RSV replication. 18 seven-week-old female BALB/c mice were randomly divided into three groups： uninfected control group （n=6）， RSV-infected group （n=6）， and RSV-infected group treated with isoacteoside （n=6）. 5 days after infection， the mice were euthanized and lung tissues were collected for pathological analysis to assess the therapeutic effects of isoacteoside on RSV-induced lung tissue injury. ResultsCompared to the control group， the isoacteoside-treated group exhibited the reduced mRNA levels of the RSV F gene （t=17.13， P<0.001） and M gene （t=18.22， P<0.001）， as well as a decrease in viral titer （t=15.32， P<0.001）. The number of inclusion bodies was also significantly reduced （t=16.12， P<0.001）. In the RSV-infected mouse experiment， compared to the RSV-infected group， the isoacteoside-treated group showed a decrease in the levels of inflammatory cytokines IL-4 （t=14.76， P<0.01） and IL-6 （t=21.13， P<0.001） in lung tissues， as well as decreased mRNA levels of the viral load-associated genes F （t=19.52， P<0.001） and M （t=18.76， P<0.001） in lung tissues. Pathological damage to lung tissue caused by RSV infection was alleviated. ConclusionIsoacteoside inhibits RSV replication by interfering with the formation of RSV inclusion bodies and alleviates lung tissue injury induced by RSV infection in mice.

Objective To examine the expression levels of inflammatory factors,including IL-6,IL-10,MMP-9,IL-17A,and LDH,in the cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)of patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemor-rhage(sICH),and to investigate their associations with disease severity and clinical outcomes.Methods A total of 168 patients with sICH admitted to Tangshan GongRen Hospital between January 2023 and January 2025 were prospectively enrolled as the study group,while 30 non-sICH patients who underwent lumbar puncture during the same period served as the control group.Levels of inflammatory factors in CSF were compared between the two groups.Spearman's rank correlation analysis was performed to assess the association between inflammatory factor levels and clinical severity in sICH patients.Binary logistic regression analysis was conducted to identify independent predictors of sICH prognosis.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis was employed to evaluate the prognostic value of these inflammatory factors in sICH.Results The levels of IL-6,IL-10,MMP-9,IL-17A,and LDH in the CSF of patients with sICH were significantly higher than those in non-sICH patients(all P<0.05).Furthermore,among sICH patients,these biomarker levels exhibited a graded increase according to disease severity:severe>moderate>mild(all P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis revealed significant positive correlations between CSF levels of IL-6,IL-10,MMP-9,IL-17A,and LDH and the NIHSS scores,with correlation coefficients(r)of 0.686,0.553,0.685,0.593,and 0.695,respectively(all P<0.05).When comparing the prognoses of sICH patients,hematoma size,NIHSS score,and CSF levels of IL-6,IL-10,MMP-9,IL-17A,and LDH were significantly higher in the deceased group than in the survival group(P<0.05),whereas ApoA1 levels were lower in the deceased group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis revealed that hematoma size,NIHSS score,and elevated CSF levels of IL-6,IL-10,MMP-9,IL-17A,and LDH were independent risk factors for mortality in sICH patients(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC values for CSF IL-6,IL-10,MMP-9,IL-17A,and LDH in predicting sICH prognosis were 0.794,0.754,0.670,0.717,and 0.683,respectively.Notably,the combination of CSF inflammatory markers with hematoma size and NIHSS score yielded an AUC of 0.993,demonstrating significantly greater predictive accuracy than CSF inflammatory markers alone(P<0.05).Conclusions The levels of inflammatory factors in the CSF,including IL-6,IL-10,MMP-9,IL-17A,and LDH,were elevated in patients with sICH and positively correlated with disease severity.Combining CSF inflammatory markers with the NIHSS score and hematoma size improved the predictive accuracy for sICH prognosis.

BACKGROUND: The onset and clinical presentation of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) are sex-related. Few studies have investigated the distinctions in clinical characteristics and treatment preferences in male and female SLE patients in the initial cohort. This study aimed to improve the understanding of Chinese SLE patients by characterizing the different sexes of SLE patients in the inception cohort. METHODS: Based on the initial patient cohort established by the Chinese SLE Treatment and Research Group, a total of 8713 patients (795 men and 7918 women) with newly diagnosed SLE were enrolled between April 2009 and March 2021. Of these, 2900 patients (347 men and 2553 women) were eligible for lupus nephritis (LN). A cross-sectional analysis of the baseline demographic characteristics, clinical manifestations, laboratory parameters, organ damage, initial treatment regimens, and renal pathology classification was performed according to sex. RESULTS: In the SLE group, as compared to female patients, male patients had a later age of onset (male vs. female: 37.0 ± 15.8 years vs. 35.1 ± 13.7 years, P  = 0.006) and a higher SLE International Collaborative Clinic/American College of Rheumatology damage index score (male vs. female: 0.47 ± 1.13 vs. 0.34 ± 0.81, P  = 0.015), LN (male vs. female: 43.6% vs. 32.2%, P < 0.001), fever (male vs. female: 18.0% vs. 14.6%, P  = 0.010), thrombocytopenia (male vs. female: 21.4% vs. 18.5%, P  = 0.050), serositis (male vs. female: 14.7% vs. 11.7%, P  = 0.013), renal damage (male vs. female: 11.1% vs. 7.4%, P < 0.001), and treatment with cyclophosphamide (CYC) (P < 0.001). The frequency of leukopenia (male vs. female: 20.5% vs. 25.4%, P  = 0.002) and arthritis (male vs. female: 22.0% vs. 29.9%, P < 0.001) was less in male patients with SLE. In LN, no differences were observed in disease duration, SLE Disease Activity Index score, renal biopsy pathological typing, or 24-h urine protein quantification among the sexes. In comparisons with female patients with LN, male patients had later onset ages (P  = 0.026), high serum creatinine (P < 0.001), higher end-stage renal failure rates (P  = 0.002), musculoskeletal damage (P  = 0.023), cardiovascular impairment (P  = 0.009), and CYC use (P  = 0.001); while leukopenia (P  = 0.017), arthritis (P  = 0.014), and mycophenolate usage (P  = 0.013) rates were lower. CONCLUSIONS Male SLE patients had more severe organ damage and a higher LN incidence compared with female SLE patients; therefore, they may require more aggressive initial treatment compared to female patients.

Sub-threshold depression refers to a psychological sub-health state that fails to meet the diagnostic criteria for depression. Appropriate intervention can improve the state and reduce the risks of disease development. In this paper, we focus on music neurofeedback stimulation improving emotional state of sub-threshold depression college students.Twenty-four college students with sub-threshold depression participated in the experiment, 16 of whom were members of the experimental group. Decompression music based on spectrum classification was applied to 16 experimental group participants for 10 min/d music neural feedback stimulation with a period of 14 days, and no stimulation was applied to 8 control group participants. Three feature parameters of electroencephalogram (EEG) relative power, sample entropy and complexity were extracted for analysis. The results showed that the relative power of α、β and θ rhythm increased, while δ rhythm decreased after the stimulation of musical nerofeedback in the experimental group. The sample entropy and complexity were significantly increased after the stimulation, and the differences of these parameters pre and post stimulation were statistically significant ( < 0.05), while the differences of all feature parameters in the control group were not statistically significant. In the experimental group, the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS) decreased after the stimulation of musical nerofeedback, indicating that the depression was improved. The result of this study showed that music neurofeedback stimulation can improve sub-threshold depression and may provides an effective new way for college students to self-regulation of emotion.

Objective: To explore the research focus on Chinese medicine intervene stem cells in the treatment of ischemic heart disease and provide reference for the future research in this field by retrieving, co-occurrence analyzing and cluster analyzing of quantitative analysis the related literature. Methods: The literatures related to this study were retrieved from the China Knowledge Resource Integrated Database (CNKI) and PubMed database. The high frequency words were cooccurrence analyzing and cluster analyzing by bibliographic item co-occurrence matrix builder (BICOMB) software, Cytoscape3.6.1 drawing software and SPSS statistical analysis software. Results: In CNKI, there were 116 literatures published and 43 high frequency words (frequency＞ 3 times), and it had 226 co-occurrence relation among high frequency words. The high-frequency words were clustered into 7 categories. In PubMed, there were 44 literature published and 35 high frequency words (frequency＞3 times), and it had 355 co-occurrence relation among high frequency words. The high-frequency words are clustered into 8 categories. Conclusion: The research of Chinese medicine intervene stem cells in the treatment of ischemic heart disease was more and more popular in the world after2005. The hot researches on traditional Chinese medicine are 6 aspects of Chinese herbal medicine, Yiqi Wengyang Huoxue Formula, Panax notoginseng, Rehmannia glutinosa oligosaccharides, Danshen injection and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae.

BACKGROUND:3D printing technology for preoperative planning has been a trend at present. Moreover, this technology has been extensively used in bone tumor resection and maxilofacial surgery, but seldom used in fracture repair. OBJECTIVE: To explore the value of 3D printing technology application in preoperative evaluation of pelvic fracture, planning and during surgery. METHODS:Pelvic fracture patients underwent preoperative CT scan. Pelvic models of the patients were printed using 3D printing technology at 1:1. Preoperative processing was conducted, including choice of approach, design of incision exposure range, design of fracture reduction, pre-implantation position of the steel plate, optimal plastic design of steel plate, measurement of screw length and design of screw direction. Matta score of pelvic fracture reduction and Majeed score of pelvic function after repair were measured during folow-up. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The operation time was 55-130 minutes, averagely (84.75±20.15) minutes. Intraoperative blood loss was 200-800 mL, averagely (417.00±173.58) mL. After operation, no incision infection, fracture nonunion, fixator loosening or breakage appeared. Al patients were folowed up for 8-24 months. The fracture healing time was 10-16 weeks, averagely 12.5 weeks. Fracture reduction was assessed according to Matta scoring: excelent in 15 cases, good in 3 cases, average in 2 cases, and poor in 0 case, with an excelent and good rate of 90%. Postoperative function was assessed according to Majeed scoring: excelent in 13 cases, good in 5 cases, average in 2 cases, and poor in 0 case, with an excelent and good rate of 90%. These findings showed that the application of 3D printing technology in pelvic fracture can determine the fracture’s displacement, is helpful for accurate reduction and plate modeling, reduces surgery duration and intraoperative blood loss and complication, finaly achieves better surgical result. 3D printing technology can better evaluate and plan the pelvic fracture before repair, and can be used as a routine project preparation of pelvic fracture repair.

Objective This paper aims to use components as the key factors to explore the feasibility of evaluation method about the learning effect of Web-based PBL.Methods We distributed a questionnaire to 101 students of clinical class of 2007 and 2008 grade in Guangzhou Medical University,and electronically distributed after 2 weeks.Cranach's α coefficient WaS used to evaluate intrinsic consistency reliability of the questionnaire.We applied principal axis factoring to extract components and to explain components which were orthogonally rotated by varimax.Multi-factor regression model Was simulated with key factors and the model's performance of fitting WaS tested.Results Multi-factor regression mode(WPBLSUM)=0.545 Collective collaboration capabilities+0.202 Self-learning and quest skills+0.137 linical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities+0.116 memorizing and understanding of medical knowledge.The coefficient of determination R2Was 0.998 and the corrected coefficient of determination R2Was 0.998.indicating that the model's fit results are obvious.Conclusion This paper demonstrates that using components as the key factors to simulate and assessing the Web-based PBL learning effect is feasible,which assesses the Web-based PBL learning effect well from four different aspects.

Due to the subjective and objective constraints of universities in China,PBL Teaching Mode failed to gain its popularity in China's medical education.In its teaching reform,Guangzhou Medical University put forward a new teaching model--Web-based PBL Teaching Mode(hereinafter referred to as WPBL).by integrating the classical concept of PBL education with the real situation of the university and carried it out among students in bilingual classes of Clinical Medicine.The resuIts showed that by effectively overcoming the difficulties during the implementation of classical PBL teaching,Web-based PBL Teaching Mode not only succeeded in achieving the teaching objectives,but also improved the learning efficiency and utilization of teaching resources greatly by means of network technology.
