With the extended survival period of breast cancer patients and the increasing health demands, the concomitant diseases of breast cancer have gradually attracted the attention of both doctors and patients, and it is imperative to conduct comprehensive management of these diseases, in which the general practitioners, as the more comprehensive and complex medical talents, have not yet played their due roles. In this article, we report two cases of comprehensive management of concomitant diseases of breast cancer through collaboration of general practitioners and specialists (integrated general and specialist care). The role and function of general practitioners in this process were deeply analyzed, and the establishment of a consultation-liaison general practice model to further promote the role of integrated general and specialist care in integrated oncology care was advocated.

A software platform for AI-ECG algorithm research is designed and implemented to better serve the research of ECG artificial intelligence classification algorithm and to solve the problem of subjects data information management. Matlab R2019b and MySQL Sever 8.0 are used to design the software platform. The software platform is divided into three modules including data management module, data receiving module and data processing module. The software platform can be used to query and set the subjects information. It has realized the functions of data receiving, signal processing and the display, analysis and storage of ECG data. The software platform is easy to operate and meets the basic needs of scientific research. It is of great significance to the research of AI-ECG algorithm.

Objective To investigate the correlation of serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) and C-reactive protien (CRP) lev?els with left atrial thrombus and severe spontaneous echocontrast (SEC) in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF). Methods A case-control study of patients with atrial fibrillation (n=76) was carried out. All patients were divided into control group (n=45) and study group (n=31) according to their conventional echocardiography performance. Serum IL-6 and CRP were exam?ined in both groups. Results The levels of serum IL-6 in patients with thrombus and severe SEC were (324.13±42.86) ng/L and (332.29±53.17) ng/L, respectivly which is higher than that in patient without thrombus or without severe SEC (108.75± 25.43) ng/L and (93.59 ± 27.82) ng/L respectively. In parallel, CRP levels in patients of thrombus and severe SEC were (66.97 ± 17.65) mg/L and (71.81 ± 20.19) mg/L respectively which is higher than that in patients without thrombus or without severe SEC (17.28±6.52) mg/L and (16.76±8.73) mg/L respectively. All differences were of statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Increase of serum IL-6 and CRP as well as high systemic inflammatory state correlate with left atrial thombus and severe SEC in patients with AF.

This study was aimed to develop non-toxic, high transfection efficiency polyethyleneimine(PEI) cationic nanoparticles. The exosyndrome of PEI cationic nanoparticles was measured by zeta sizer, ultraviolet and visible spectroscopy. The condensation ability and the resistance to DNaseI of pEGFP-N1/PEI and pEGFP-N1/PEI modified polyethylene glycol(PEG) were evaluated by agarose gel electrophoresis. The cell toxicity of polyethyleneimine cationic nanoparticles was measured by using MTT test. The orthogonal design was used to optimize the transfection efficiency with the N/P ratio, the grafting ratio and the gene dosage as the factors. The experimental results showed that pEGFP-N1/PEI nanoparticles have lower cell toxicity, better composite ability and better resistance to DNAseI. The highest transfection efficiency of PEI cationic nanoparticles was 91% by using the PEI nanoparticles with the N/P ratio 40:1 and gene dosages 6 microg/well. PEI cationic nanoparticle modified by PEG effectively transferred DNA to hepatoma carcinoma cells and it is a non-toxic, with high transfection efficiency, and a promising non-viral carrier for gene delivery. The transfection efficiency will be improved by optimizing the experiment condition.

Objective: To investigate the relationship between C-reactive protein(CRP)and its-717MG polymorphismin atrial fibrillation(AD of the population of the city of Nantong.Methods:The relationships between AF and AF risk factors were analyzed by comparing genders,ages and body nlagS index(BWI)in 92 AF patients and 60 non-AF control subjects.The serum CRP levels were detected by immunoturbidimetry in of the two groups.The CRP-717MG polymorphism wa8 detected by polymerage chain reaction-restriction fragment-length polymorphism in patients and control subjects.Results:The sel3utm CRP level wag positively correlated with the left atrium internal diameter(LAD)in AF patient group(r=0.58,P＜0.01).The level of CRP Wag significantly higher in AF patient group compared with that of control group(P＜0.01).The serum CRP level Wag higher in patients with non-paroxysmal atrial fibrillation than that of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(P＜0.05).There Wag no significant difference in the frequency of CRP genotype between AF and control groups(P＞0.05).But the alleles frequency of the G Wag lower in AF group than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The semm CRP level is associated with AF and its subgroups.The serum CRP level is positively correlated with LAD.The results suggest that the inflammation influences the AF though atrium reconstruction.The relationship between CRP-7 17A/G and AF stir needs further large-scale perspective studies.
