Objective: To investigate the mediating role of vaccine literacy between vaccine knowledge and vaccine hesitancy and the moderating role of parental education level, so as to provide references for adjusting vaccination strategies. Methods: From May to December 2024, a stratified random sampling method was used to select 10 community hospitals in Guiyang and Zunyi City, Guizhou Province. A total of 1 401 parents of children aged 0-6 years were surveyed regarding their socio demographic characteristics, vaccine knowledge, vaccine literacy, and vaccine hesitancy levels. Data were analyzed using common method bias tests, Spearman correlation analysis, mediation and moderation effects tests. Results: The mean score for vaccine knowledge, vaccine literacy and vaccine hesitancy were (2.96±1.11, 14.25±2.64, 39.12±4.93) among the 1 401 participants. Mediating effect analysis showed that both parental vaccine knowledge ( β =1.28, 95% CI =1.08-1.49) and vaccine literacy ( β =0.75, 95% CI =0.66-0.84) positively predicted vaccine hesitancy (both P <0.01). Meanwhile, vaccine literacy accounted for 28.1% of the total effect of mediation between knowledge and vaccine hesitancy. In the moderated effects analysis, education level positively predicted vaccine literacy ( β =0.40, 95% CI =0.24-0.57), and education level moderated the pathway of vaccine knowledge on vaccine hesitancy ( β = 0.28 , 95% CI =0.05-0.52) (both P <0.01). Conclusions Vaccine literacy partially mediates the relationship between vaccine knowledge and vaccine hesitancy. Parental education level positively moderates the prediction of vaccine knowledge on vaccine hesitancy score.

Objective:To explore the factors affecting the antiviral treatment efficacy of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) patients.Methods:A total of 107 patients diagnosed with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection in the clinic of Beihai People′s Hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups according to whether they voluntarily accepted traditional Chinese medicine treatment, including treatment group who received highly active anti-retroviral therapy (HAART) and traditional Chinese medicine prescription of Ping Gan Jie Du (42 cases), and control group who were only treated with HAART (65 cases). The virological and immunological responses were compared between the two groups at 48 weeks of treatment. The interleukin-28B (IL-28B) rs12979860 genotypes were measured by using the direct sequencing of polymerase chain reaction products. Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of antiviral efficacy in AIDS patients.Comparison between groups was performed by independent sample t test、matched sample t test or chi-square test. Results:At week 48 of treatment, 41 (97.62%) of the 42 patients in the HAART plus Ping Gan Jie Du group obtained virological response, while 58 (89.23%) of the 65 patients in the HAART group alone acquired virological response, which was not significantly different ( χ2=0.100, P>0.05). The numbers of CD4 + T lymphocytes increased at week 48 of treatment in the HAART plus Ping Gan Jie Du group and HAART group were (244.32±101.83)/μL and (211.56±112.50)/μL, respectively. The was no statistically significant difference ( t=1.522, P>0.05). Among the 92 patients with IL-28B CC genotype, 88 (95.65%) acquired virological response, while 11 of the 15 patients with non-IL-28B CC genotype acquired virological response, which was not significantly different ( χ2=0.394, P>0.05). And CD4 + T lymphocytes in patients with IL-28B CC genotype increased ((229.72±101.17)/μL), which was higher than that without IL-28B CC genotype ((173.40±89.64)/μL), with statistically significant difference ( t=2.028, P=0.045). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that baseline CD4 + T lymphocyte count≤200/μL, IL-28B CC genotype, and treatment plan including protease inhibitor were helpful to improve the antiviral efficacy. Conclusion:Baseline CD4 + T lymphocyte count ≤200/μL, IL-28B CC genotype, and protease inhibitor in HAART regimen are the influencing factors of antiviral efficacy in AIDS patients.

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of welders' pneumoconiosis cases reported from 2001 to 2020 in Tianjin, and to provide a scientific basis for formulating prevention and control strategies for welders' pneumoconiosis. Methods A database was established based on the data of all welders' pneumoconiosis cases reported in Tianjin from 2001 to 2020，and SPSS 24.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results (1) From 2001 to 2020，there were 376 cases of welders' pneumoconiosis reported in Tianjin，with 356 new cases (91.05%). There were fewer progressed and death cases, which were 13 and 7 cases, respectively; (2) The number of new cases showed a trend of increasing firstly and then decreasing with the reporting year. The dust-exposure years were concentrated from 1970 to 1989，with the number of cases accounting for 69.94% of the total; (3) The median dust-exposure year of welders' pneumoconiosis new cases from 2001 to 2020 was 25.92 years. The median diagnosis age was 54.30 years old，which increased with the reporting year（F=20.23，5.13，P<0.05）; (4) The difference in median diagnosis age between different reporting years was statistically significant（H=17.62，P<0.01）， but the median dust-exposure working age was no significant difference（H=1.17，P>0.05）; (5) The main industries were general and professional equipment manufacturing industry and ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry. Conclusion The incidence of new cases of welder pneumoconiosis in Tianjin is relatively low and has significantly decreased in recent five years. The age of diagnosis and length of service for dust exposure are on the rise, indicating that the incidence of pneumoconiosis among welders has been effectively controlled. However, the impact of welding fumes on workers' health cannot be ignored. The control and engineering governance should be strengthened to reduce the impact of welding fumes on workers' health, and to achieve the goal of ultimately eliminating welders' pneumoconiosis.

Objective To evaluate the accuracy of human brucellosis diagnosis and reporting in medical institutions in Shanxi province, and understand the performance of clinical doctors to diagnose human brucellosis according to diagnostic criteria. Methods Field investigation was conducted in 6 medical institutions in the key areas of human brucellosis in Shanxi province. The diagnosis data of the reported brucellosis cases in 2015 were collected and reviewed retrospectively for the evaluation of the diagnosis accuracy with systematic sampling method. The database was established with Excel 2010 and the descriptive analysis and statistical test were conducted with software R 3.3.2. Results The diagnosis consistent rate of the 377 brucellosis cases reviewed was 70.8% (267/377), the diagnosis consistent rates in medical institutions at city-level and country-level were 77.0%(127/165) and 66.0%(140/212) respectively, the differences had significance (χ2=5.4, P=0.02). Among the reviewed cases, the diagnosis consistent rate of laboratory diagnosis and clinical diagnosis were 87.1%(256/294) and 13.3%(11/83) respectively, and the differences had significance (χ2=170.7, P<0.001) . Among the 21 investigated clinical doctors, the numbers of the doctors who correctly diagnosed the suspected cases, probable cases and lab-confirmed cases were only 3, 0 and 8 respectively. All of the clinical doctors knew that it is necessary to report the brucellosis cases within 24 hours after diagnosis. Conclusion The accuracy of human brucellosis diagnosis in key areas of human brucellosis in Shanxi was low, and the performance of the clinical doctors to diagnose human brucellosis according to diagnostic and case classification criteria was unsatisfied.

Objective To explore the effect of dronedaronel on hyperpolarization-activated cyclic-nucleotide-gated(HCN) channel expression by detecting the change of HCN channel mRNA and protein level before and after giving dronedarone in neonatal rat ventricular myocytes.Methods Neonatal rat ventricular myocytes were separated and digested by type Ⅱ collagenase,and then single ventricular myocytes were collected through differential sticking wall separation method.According to the concentrations (0.1,0.5,1.0,5.0,10.0,20.0 μmol/L of dronedaronel for treating myocytes for 48 h) and time(10 μmol/L of dronedaronel for treating myocytes for 1,6,12,24,48 h)the gradient grouping was conducted.The levels of HCN2 and HCN4 channel mRNA and protein level were determined by real-time PCR and Western blot.Results The HCN2 mRNA and HCN4 mRNA expression levels in concentration gradient group and time gradient group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);compared with the control group,the protein level in the 10 umol/L dronedaronel treatment for 12 h group was significantly down-regulated(P＜ 0.01).Conclusion Dronedaronel could inhibit the expression of HCN2/HCN4 channel mRNA and protein,moreover its action shows the concentration dependency and reaches the maximum at 12 h after medication.

Objective To develop a new method to expose the stellate ganglion to increase the success rate of establishing a dog model of atrial fibrillation indinced by sympathetic stimulation .Methods A total of 28 adult dogs were randomly divided into traditional group and improvement group , 14 dogs in each group .The stellate ganglions were separated by the two different methods , respectively , to establish a sympathetic stimulation induced atrial fibrillation model in all the dogs .Changes of vital signs , survival rate of the dogs and the voltage required to stimulate the stellate ganglion were recorded intraoperatively .Changes of cardiac electrophysiology were recorded before and after electric stimulation . The levels of released neurotransmitters were detected by immunohistochemistry . Results The survival rate of the improvement group was 100%(14/14), significantly higher than the 64.3%(9/14) of the traditional group (P<0.05). The operation time of the improvement group was 122.71 ±3.62 min, significantly shorter than the 269.44 ±8.79 min of the traditional group (P<0.05).The threshold voltage of the improvement group was significantly lower than that of the traditional group ( P<0.05) .Conclusions Our modified surgical procedure can effectively reduce the mortality of dogs , significantly shorten the operation time , and reduce the intraoperative blood loss , keeping a more intact stellate ganglion , and maintains a more stable voltage of electric stimulation , Therefore, it is a new method more suitable for establishment of a sympathetic stimulation induced atrial fibrillation model in dogs .

OBJECTIVE:To understand the current situation and problems of the human resources of herbalists in Chongqing, and to provide reference for the relevant departments in formulating development plan for herbalists and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of Chinese medicine industry. METHODS:Chongqing municipal health and family planning commission is-sued the questionnaires to investigate the post distribution,educational background,job title and advanced study of medicine staff in Chongqing medical institutions. RESULTS:Questionnaires were gathered and reported by county health bureaus with effective re-covery rate of 100%. There were totally 19 713 Chinese medicine practitioners in Chongqing,including 1 739 herbalists,account-ing for 8.8%. Only 1.7%of the herbalists were graduate degrees,and the proportion of highly educated herbalists was low. The pri-mary professional position of the herbalists accounted only 59.5% and senior professional position was only 4.7%,the professional titles of herbalists were generally on the low side. The proportion of further education for herbalists was only 3.2%. There were sig-nificant differences in the ages,working time,highest education,professional positions and post properties and further studies among different economic areas(P<0.05). Herbalists of one-hour economic circle had higher educational level and higher profes-sional position than other two areas. CONCLUSIONS:Chongqing is lack of herbalists,and lack of the senior professional posi-tions,their education level is low and further education rate is low. In order to promote the development of Chinese medicine,it is necessary to strengthen the training and introduction of outstanding and young talents,strengthen the continuing education and regu-lar standardized training,improve the salary and welfare treatment for authorized strength and positions and balance the training for herbalists in different economic areas.

Objective To investigate the effects of Urotensin Ⅱ(UⅡ)on proliferation of rat pheochromocytoma cell line(PC12) and primary cultured human pheochromocytoma cells.Methods We observed the effects of UⅡ on the proliferation of rat PC12 cells and human pheochromocytoma cells in vitro by MTT method.Results 1.UⅡ had no obvious effect on the proliferation of rat PC12 cells.2.UⅡ(at 10-7 and 10-6mol/L) promoted the proliferation of primary cultured human pheochromocytoma cells. Conclusion UⅡ stimulates the proliferation of human pheochromocytoma cells and probably plays a role in the pathogenesis of pheochromocytoma.
