Objective:To explore the application effect of Internet+ stratified teaching based on ClassIn platform in standardized training for neurology nurses. Methods:A total of 80 nurses who underwent standardized training between July 2022 and January 2024 were randomly divided into control group (traditional teaching) and observation group (Internet+ stratified teaching), with 40 participants in each group. In the observation group, 3D stratification was performed using the ClassIn platform. Specifically, layer A (extension group) received interdisciplinary PBL and VR advanced training (e.g., cerebrovascular intervention simulation), layer B (standard group) received personalized training package generated by an intelligent diagnosis system, and layer C (basic group) received stepped coding micro-class teaching. The control group received centralized lectures plus simulated man exercise. The differences in theoretical assessments, operational skills, clinical practice abilities, and comprehensive quality between the two groups were compared. SPSS 27.0 was used for t test and χ2 test. Results:The total theoretical assessment score of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, particularly in case analysis [neurology case analysis: (8.42±0.24) vs. (5.80±1.20)]. In operational skill assessment, the scores of GCS [(91.83±5.01) vs. (72.42±9.31)] and CPR [(93.41±4.90) vs. (73.60±9.12)] in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. In terms of clinical practice, nurses in the observation group demonstrated superior performance in condition observation ability [(8.50±1.10) vs. (5.80±1.70)] and health education [(9.20±0.70) vs. (6.50±1.30)]. In terms of the quality of humanistic care, the observation group outperformed the control group in complete rate of interpretation before operation [(8.61±0.54) vs. (6.67±1.12)], response rate of non-verbal demand [(8.43±0.37) vs. (6.15±1.02)], and rate of family members mastering nursing skills [(8.35±0.41) vs. (6.31±1.27)]. The comprehensive quality evaluation showed that team cooperation [(4.90±0.30) vs. (3.50±1.10)] and emergency response ability [(4.50±0.60) vs. (3.20±1.20)] were significantly improved in the observation group. Conclusions:The model of Internet+ stratified teaching based on ClassIn platform can effectively improve theoretical knowledge, operational standardization, and clinical comprehensive ability of neurology nurses. This approach emphasizes humanistic care in nursing. The intelligent stratification and dynamic regulation mechanism provide new ideas for nursing training.

Objective To explore the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of neuroblastoma in children. Methods The clinical data of 36 children With neuroblastoma admitted to Department of Pediatric Surgery,Henan Pro﹣vincial People's Hospital betWeen August 2013 and August 2018,Were retrospectively analyzed. The patients included 22 males and 14 females With the age of 1 month-13 years old[( 20. 0 ± 18. 5)months]. TWenty-one cases of neu﹣roblastoma originated from the adrenal glands, the other 15 cases from the sympathetic ganglion( including 7 cases in retroperitoneum,6 cases in postmediastinum, and 2 cases in neck). Fifteen patients in loW risk and intermediate risk groups underWent primary surgery before multiple chemotherapy,While other 21 cases in high risk groups underWent chemotherapy until the mass could be removed completely, then continuely underWent multiple chemotherapy. Results Of the 36 patients,23 cases(63. 9%)had a radical resection,13 patients underWent palliative resection and 2 pa﹣tients Were treated With vascular repair during surgery(abdominal aorta in 1 patient, inferior vena cava in 1 patient). TWenty-seven patients had effective in formation and 16 patients survived, during folloW-up,12 patients belonged to stage Ⅰ-Ⅲ disease,2 patients stage Ⅳ disease and 2 patients stage Ⅳs disease, respectively. Four cases underWent re-operation due to disease recurrence, then they underWent chemothearopy, and 3 patients Were survival With tumor. Conclusions Neuroblastoma is a highly malignant pediatric cancer accompanied With a high rate of metastasis on ini﹣tial diagnosis. Radical resection is an effective therapeutic strategy for improving the survival rate. If radical resection is impractical, palliative resection combined With chemotherapy can significantly prolong patients' survival time. And a better prognosis is achieved if it can be early diagnosed and treated timely.

Objective:To evaluate the effects of Sander Ⅱ appliance in the orthodontic treatment of adolescent ClassⅡmalocclusion. Methods:15 cases (6 male and 9 female)of adolescent ClassⅡ malocclusion with mandibular retrution were treated with Sander Ⅱappliance.Pre-treatment and post-treatment Lateral cephalogram measurements were traced and analyzed in terms of 28 indicators. SPSS 19.0 software package was used for paired t test. Results:After treatment,15 patients achieved remarkable improvement in the maxillofacial profile and normal overjet of teeth. The cephalometric analysis showed that ANB,OJ,H°and U1-E decreased(P <0. 05),SNB,B-OLP,Pg-OLP(mm),Ii-OLP,Ms-OLP(mm),Mi-OLP(mm),N-Me,ANS-Me,S-Go,Go-Gn,N'-Pg'/FH,Cm-Sn-Ls and Pg-Pg'increased(P <0.05).There was no significant change in SN-MP,SN-OL and Y-axis before and after treatment. Conclusion:Sander Ⅱ appliance is effective in the treatment of adolescent early Class Ⅱmalocclusion.

A recombinant strain Escherichia coli DH5alpha(pMD19-glnA) including Bacillus subtilis glnA gene was constructed. Capillary electrophoresis and nuclear magnetic resonance were used to determine qualitatively the product of transformation by recombinant strain, and the relative level of mRNA expression of glnA was also determined by fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR. Subsequently, SDS-PAGE (polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis) was used to analysis the relative level of protein. Surprisingly, there was no increase of glutamine production in this recombinant strain, but an obvious increase in the GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid ) production. It was showed in the experiment that protein expression of the glutamine synthetase did not increase, although glnA gene can be transcribed normally in this recombined strain. The phenomenon of exogenous glnA gene interfering metabolism of Escherichia coli was worthy of further study.
