Objective:
To analyze the influencing factors of aggressive behaviors in high school students, rank the importance of relevant variables with visual presentation, so as to provide new references for developing intervention strategies.
Methods:
In December 2024, a convenience sampling method was used to select 5 330 students from 5 high schools in Wuhan for an online questionnaire survey. The survey included the Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire (BPAQ), Interaction Anxiety Scale (IAS), Emotion Regulation Ability Scale, Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA), and a self designed general information questionnaire. Variables were screened using LASSO regression, followed by multivariate Logistic regression analysis. The Random Forest model was then employed to rank and visualize variable importance.
Results:
Univariate analysis and LASSO regression results indicated that gender, emotion regulation capability, paternal attachment quality, maternal attachment quality, maternal parenting style, paternal parenting style, parenting consistency, monthly household income per capita, school climate, relationship with classmates, interaction anxiety, and academic ranking were all significant variables (all P <0.01). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis identified the following as influencing factors of aggressive behaviors in high school students: emotional management ability ( OR=0.38, 95%CI =0.34-0.43), gender ( OR=0.83, 95%CI =0.75-0.93), mother attachment quality ( OR=0.89, 95%CI = 0.74 -1.07), father attachment quality ( OR=0.76, 95%CI = 0.66- 0.87), interaction anxiousness ( OR=1.58, 95%CI =1.40- 1.78 ), consistency of parenting styles of parents ( OR=1.40, 95%CI =1.21-1.62), school atmosphere ( OR=1.50, 95%CI =1.14-1.98), academic performance ranking (upper middle: OR=0.76, 95%CI =0.61-0.93; middle: OR=0.70, 95%CI =0.57-0.86) were the influencing factors of aggressive behavior in high school students (all P <0.05). The results of Random Forest showed that emotional management ability was the most important factor affecting aggressive behavior in high school students.
Conclusion
Emotion regulation capability is identified as the core predictor of adolescent aggressive behaviors, which can significantly reduce the incidence of aggressive behaviors through enhanced emotion management.

Epidemiology research has found that ABO blood group and the gene coding ABO glycosyltransferases are associated with many human diseases. The activity of ABO glycosyltransferases varies with different blood types, mediating different glycosylation modifications. The variation in glycosylation level might be the risk factor of specific disease. Based on the literature retrieval and analysis, glycosylation levels regulated by ABO glycosyltransferases mainly affect the ABH blood group antigens and von Willebrand factor (vWF). By modulating key glycosylation components, ABO glycosyltransferases partly determine the activity or expression levels of the ABH antigens and vWF, thereby affecting the development and progression of diseases. Exploring the pathogenic mechanisms of ABO glycosyltransferases can improve the understanding of the molecular pathology of related diseases and provide reference for clinical research and application.

Metering unit is important component of medical service items and also serve as significant bases for scientifically estimating the costs of medical services.National Technical Specification of Medical Service Items(2023 Edition)has set up elements such as"metering unit"and"adjustment coefficient for resource consumption in special circumstances",which clearly stipulate the metering units of each medical service item and the multiples for discretionary increases or decreases in the overall resource consumption when special circumstances occur. These two elements are important references for the cost accounting in medical institutions. The project team has elaborated on the definitions, establishment principles and special circumstances of these two types of elements, namely"metering units"and"adjustment coefficient for resource consumption in special circumstances",providing references for the application of relevant governments and healthcare institutions.

Objective To investigate the relationship between kinase insert domain receptor(KDR)rs2305948 polymorphism and clopidogrel resistance(CR)in patients with acute coronary syndrome after receiving percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 468 patients with acute coronary syndrome, who were admitted to the Zhangjiakou Municipal First Hospital of China from September 2022 to September 2023,were selected as the subjects of study. All patients received PCI treatment and took medication of clopidogrel after the treatment. The occurrence of CR was recorded. The factors influencing the occurrence of CR were analyzed. The clinical significance of KDR rs2305948 polymorphism in predicting CR in patients with acute coronary syndrome after receiving PCI was evaluated. Results Of 468 patients with acute coronary syndrome,116(24.79%)developed CR.Logistic multivariate regression analysis indicated that low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C,95%CI=1.420-8.390,OR=3.452),type 2 vascular endothelial growth factor receptor(VEGFR-2,95%CI=1.374-8.118,OR=3.340),KDR rs2305948 T/T genotype(95%CI=1.677-9.905,OR=4.076),and T allele(95%CI=1.390-8.207,OR=3.377)were the independent factors influencing the occurrence of CR inpatients with acute coronary syndrome after receiving PCI(all P<0.05).Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis showed that the sensitivity, specificity, and area under ROC curve(AUC)of the T/T genotype of KDR rs2305948 in predicting CR in patients with acute coronary syndrome after receiving PCI were 75.86%,70.45%,and 0.773(95%CI=0.666-0.880)respectively.Conclusion In patients with acute coronary syndrome after receiving PCI,the risk of developing CR is higher. The KDR rs2305948 polymorphism is correlated with CR in patients with acute coronary syndrome after receiving PCI,and it has a certain predictive value for CR.
