Objective:To explore the trajectory of depressive symptoms and its related factors in rural women in Yunnan from first trimester of pregnancy to 42 days after childbirth.Methods:The longitudinal study design was used,and 213 pregnant women from a rural county of Yunnan were selected.The Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS),Generalized Anxiety Disorder(GAD-7),and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)were used to surveyed in their first trimester of pregnancy,and followed up in their second and third trimesters of pregnancy and 42 days after childbirth.The analysis was conducted using latent growth curve models,latent class growth models,and multivariate logistic regression models.Results:The results of the latent growth curve models showed a gradual decrease in perinatal depressive symptom scores over time.The latent class growth models revealed three distinct la-tent classes:persistent high depression score group(1.41％),stable low depression score group(91.08％),and fluctuating depression symptoms group(7.51％).Multivariate logistic regression indicated that women with lower education levels(OR=4.04),anxiety symptoms(OR=4.12),and lower social support(OR=3.12)were more likely to be classified into the persistent high depression score group and fluctuating depression symptoms group.Conclusions:The trajectories of perinatal depression symptoms among rural women in Yunnan could be di-vided into three heterogeneous subgroups.Women with low education levels,anxiety symptoms,and lack of social support are more likely to be detected with perinatal depression symptoms.

Purpose/Significance To evaluate the applicability,feasibility and practicability of online-to-offline(O2O)mode in chronic disease management,with a view to providing the basis for the innovation and development of chronic disease management mode in China.Method/Process Relevant articles in domestic and foreign databases are searched to summarize the implementation methods of O2O mode and the application status in the management of common chronic diseases,the current problems are analyzed,and develop-ment strategies are put forward.Result/Conclusion O2O mode has been applied in fields such as disease monitoring,psychological care,health education and follow-up management,which can improve clinical symptoms and enhance patients'self-management ability.However,O2O mode is still in the initial stage of development,and it is urgent to improve patients'digital health literacy level,explore the construction of the best implementation platform and improve the information security system.

This article reviews dementia-related stigma assessment tools and summarizes and sorts out relevant assessment tools from the perspectives of dementia patients, caregivers and the public, including the research, development, reliability and validity testing of dementia-related stigma assessment tools, in order to provide reference for subsequent studies.

Objective:To analyze the prevalence and related factors of depression symptom among middle-aged and older adults belonging to Zhiguo ethnic minority groups,who experienced relative isolation prior to mod-emization and bypassed the transitional period associated with feudal monarchy in Yunnan Province.Methods:Using stratified cluster sampling,a total of 1 035 individuals from Zhiguo ethnic minority groups were investigated with the 9-item Patient Health Questionnaire(PHQ-9)to measure depression symptom scores(a total score≥5 was considered indicative of depression symptom).A self-administered questionnaire was utilized to investigate 24 cova-riates across five dimensions:sociodemographic,social-interpersonal network,mental health status,physical health status,and health behaviors.Results:Among the surveyed participants,231 individuals(22.32％)exhibited depres-sion symptoms.The logistic regression analysis showed that middle-aged and elderly people belonging to Zhiguo ethnic minority groups with occupations as laborers(OR=8.73),farmers(OR=7.34),and other professions(OR=7.13),those who reported feeling stressed or anxious in the last month(OR=5.43),those suffering from one(OR=2.81)or more chronic illnesses(OR=2.14),experiencing sleep problems(OR=3.74)/debilitating(OR=1.69)/mild-moderate pain(OR=2.23,4.37),and engaging in sedentary behavior(OR=2.27)were at higher risk for depressive symptoms.The risk of depressive symptoms was lower among middle-aged and elderly people be-longing to Zhiguo ethnic minority groups with higher social support scores(OR=0.96)and meaning in life scores(OR=0.96).Conclusion:The prevalence of depressive symptoms among middle-aged and elderly individuals of Zhiguo ethnic minorities is substantial,influenced by multiple factors.

Objective:To explore the relationship between sleep quality and depression among fertile women, and provide a scientific reference for protecting the mental health of fertile women.Methods:The study included 12 518 fertile women who were 15 to 49 years old from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University and Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Qujing in Yunnan Province from January 2019 to November 2019. Sleep quality was collected by using self-reported questionnaires, and depression was evaluated by using the Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale. We used logistic regression to analyze the relationship between sleep quality and depression after controlling for other factors.Results:Among 12 518 fertile women, 3197 had poor sleep quality which accounted for 25.54% (95% CI=24.77%-26.30%). The detection rate of depression was 55.59% (6959/12 518; 95% CI=54.72%-56.46%). The detection rate of depression of the poor sleep quality group [75.40% (2410/3197)] was significantly higher than that of the good sleep quality group [48.80% (4549/9321), P<0.001]. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that after controlling for basic demographic characteristics, health status, lifestyle habits and other factors, depression was still associated with poor sleep quality (a OR=3.28, 95% CI=2.99-3.60; P<0.001). Conclusion:The problem of depression and sleep quality on fertile women cannot be ignored, and sleep quality was associated with depression significantly which suggested that it was necessary to keep good life style, improve sleep quality and promote mental health.

Objective To evaluate the curative effect and complications of percutaneous puncture kyphoplasty in the treatment of vertebral compression fracture in the elderly. Methods 19 cases of vertebral compression fracture in the elderly patients with disc 25 PKP technology applications were diagnosed with the accurate positioning,local anesthesia a small incision of about 0. 3cm later puncture path through vertebral pedicle to the wound vertebra,After perspective is the accurate lateral, putting into high-pressure balloon, injecting the contrast agent into the balloon with high-pressure syringe gradually. The wound vertebra is blackmai until a high degree of vertebral distraction to the recovery basis under the C-arm, and then taking the balloon out after pumping the contrast agent out. Bone cement is mixed well and injected into the cavity of the wound vertebra slowly which is the result of balloon dilation,during that time under the control of bone cement inside the wound vertebra,then puting the working column out and surgery completed. Results The low back pain of 19 patients immediately disappeared or significantly reduced after the operation, and 8 postoperative patients is up that day, 11 cases is up the following day. The degree of the wound vertebra is recovered by X-ray examination, and the bone cement evenly distributed within the wound vertebra, no spills. This group of patients are followed up for an average of 18 months(1 ～24 months) ,using visual analog and digital method to determine changes in Iow back pain. The data are paired t test,P ＜ 0.01. It have significant difference of views.Conclusion Percutaneous kyphoplasty accurate cervical disc herniation and effective disarmament of the symptoms and signs, with trauma and rapid recovery, fewer complications, shorter course of treatment and so on, and it is a safe and effective way in the treatment of vertebral compression fracture in the elderly.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of the parenchymal malignancies treated with argon-helium cryoablation percutaneouslly.Methods 49 foci in 45 patients with malignancies were treated with argon-helium cryoablation percutaneouslly.The temperature in the cryoablated area was dynamically recorded.The size and coverage of ice-balls formed were monitored.The imaging changes were observed.The shrinkage of tumor was followed 3 months post-cryoablation.The foci were divided into two groups in size:less than or equal to 3 cm and more than 3 cm.The chi-square test and spearman analysis were used by SPASS 11.0 software.Results The temperature in the cryoablated area descended fast to below-130℃ in a minute and relatively kept maintaince about-150℃ or so in the whole procedure.It ascended to 15℃ in a minute after rewarming.The ice-balls were formed within 50 seconds after cryoablation in 87.5% foci.And it increased in size as the time going.The coverages of the iceball more than or equal to and less than 80% were 72.7%、27.3% and 26.3%、73.7% in groups of less than or equal to 3 cm and more than 3 cm,respectively(P＜0.05).The ice-ball was demonstrated as arc hyperechogenicity with shadow and round-like low density on sonography and CT imaging,respectively.The shrinkage more than 50%of the foci was 81.8% and 30.6% in the groups of less than or equal to and more than 3 cm three months after the cryoabalated procedure(P＜0.01).Conclusion It is an actual/exact and convient way for the pereutaneous argon-helium cryoablation in treating malignancy.It can be used in the management of the parenchymal malignancy whole body.
