Objective:To construct a Boston matrix-based management model for operational quality of hospital's equipment for diagnosis and treatment,so as to achieve management with comprehensive process for operational quality of them. Methods:Combining evaluation indicators of operational quality of equipment for diagnosis and treatment, the stability and safety were quantified to construct the management model for operational quality of the safety of hospital's equipment for diagnosis and treatment by using the Boston matrix. From January 2023 to January 2024,a total of 300 equipment for diagnosis and treatment in clinical use of JuYe County People's Hospital were enrolled.Using a random number table method,150 equipment adopted conventional management mode, while the other 150 equipment adopted the Boston matrix-based management model for operational quality of hospital's equipment for diagnosis and treatment(Boston matrix management mode)to conduct management. The standardization of test for equipment performance, management quality of operation, and multi-dimensional efficacy scores were compared between the two management modes.A self-designed questionnaire was adopted to investigate satisfactions of engineers, doctors, nurses, and patients for two kinds of management modes, who involved in using equipment. Results:In 150 tests for performance, which adopted Boston matrix-based management mode, the standardization degrees of environmental management, parameter settings, equipment operation and record feedback were respectively 94%,93.33%,92.67%and 92.67%,all of them were significantly higher than those of conventional management mode(x2=12.997,14.361,13.830,12.891,P<0.05).The scores of resource allocation, technical support, information infrastructure, and management performance for equipment were(92.36±3.57),(91.69±4.36),(92.54±3.69)and(93.54±4.36)points in Boston matrix management mode, respectively, and all of them were significantly higher than those in conventional management mode, and the differences were significant(t=18.673,12.439,12.377,12.509,P<0.05).The scores of utilization efficacy, maintenance efficacy, and repair efficacy in using equipment under Boston matrix management mode were all significantly higher than those in conventional management mode, and the differences were significant(t=13.149,12.344,12.864,P<0.05).Satisfaction scores from engineers for equipment, doctors, nurses, and patients for operation of equipment for diagnosis and treatment, which adopted Boston matrix management mode, were all higher than those of adopting conventional management mode, and the differences were significant(t=13.1504,16.064,11.139,13.605,P<0.05).Conclusion:The Boston matrix-based management model for operational quality of hospital's equipment for diagnosis and treatment can be used in the quantitative analysis of safety and stability of equipment, and realize safe management with comprehensive process for equipment, and enhance medical service quality, and improve utilization efficacy of equipment.

Diabetic ulcer (DU), one of the common and serious complications in patients with diabetes mellitus, often leads to infection, necrosis and amputation, and has a long and costly treatment period. Because of DU's unclear healing mechanism and the difficulty of delayed healing, its treatment and management have been a major challenge in clinical medicine. In recent years, the potential role of mitochondrial autophagy in DU has become a research hotspot with the in-depth study of mitochondrial autophagy mechanism. Previous studies have shown that mitochondrial autophagy is an important intracellular self-repair mechanism that plays a crucial role in maintaining cellular health and functional stability. During the development of DU, mitochondrial autophagy plays multiple roles in attenuating oxidative stress and inflammatory responses, maintaining mitochondrial functional homeostasis, influencing cell proliferation and repair capacity during DU healing, promoting DU healing, and enhancing antimicrobial capacity. In this paper, we illustrate the multiple roles played by mitochondrial autophagy in DU prevention and treatment, as well as the potential applications of mitochondrial autophagy in DU therapy. It is expected to provide a basis for the clinical application of mitochondrial autophagy in DU treatment, and provide more effective strategies and solutions for the treatment of DU.

Objective To explore the increment of molluscicidal effect and reduction of the cost as well as increasing snail control area by complex commercial molluscicides. Methods Nicotinanilide and niclosamide were combined with the proportion of 1∶1 (The complex of short term was complex molluscicide), and then the snail control tests by immersion and spraying methods were performed using the complex molluscicide in laboratory and field. Meanwhile, the snails climbing from water as they contacted with molluscicide was observed. Results Under the temperature 23-25℃ in lab and 8-19℃ in the field, 0.4 mg/L of the complex by immersion for 48 h, the mortalities of the snails were 100% and 97% respectively. Using 0.4 g/m 2 of complex by spraying for 48 h in lab and the field, the mortalities of the snails were 100% and 81.1% respectively. The rate of snails climbing from water in the complex group decreased by 72.1% compared with the nicotinanilide group. The difference between the two groups was obviously significant (P

Objective To study the import way of schistosomiasis and the vector snail in Three Gorges Reservoir areas (TGR), so as to provide the reference for the surveillance, early warning of schistosomiasis. Methods A total of 256 movement population in Badong County and Zigui County and 1584 immigrants from TGR to the endemic area of Hubei Province were investigated by questionnaire, and screened by means of IHA and COPT. The farm cattle were surveyed in Badong County and Zigui County. Production of paper mills, the source of papermaking raw material, flowers and trees in gardens were investigated for snail survey. At the same time, current situation of immigrants in TGR was investigated. Social data (statistic yearbook, etc) and policy data of development of TGR were collected. Results No farm cattle from endemic area of schistosomiasis was found. In Hubei reach of TGR, the movenment population were mainly from the endemic area of schistosomiasis in Hubei Province. The positive rate of both IHA and COPY was 0 57%(1/175); the positive rate of both IHA in emigrants from TGR was 1 01%(12/1186). No Oncomelania snail was found in the introduced flowers and trees in garden. In paper mills, no reed from the endemic area of schistosomiasis was found. Migrants′ living and sanitary condition were improved after moving, but the production was not well arranged. Orange industry, travel industry, animal husbandry and fishery should be developed preferentially in the future. Conclusion Migrants from TGR to the endemic area of schistosomiasis and the movement population will be the mainly infection source. The problem on cattle as the infection source should be paid attention. It can't be excluded that snail will enter TGR together with the raw material for paper mills or flowers and trees. To develop orange industry will be good for the control of schistosomiasis; but the development of animal husbandry, fishery and travel industry will increase the risk of import of the infection source and snails to TGR.
