Objective:In recent years, the economic operating risks of public hospitals are gradually increased.Conducting a scientific assessment of hospital debt risk is crucial to preventing hospitals from falling into financial distress. It aims to evaluate the debt risk of public hospitals in Shenzhen, with a particular focus on the impact of special bonds on debt risk. Methods:Based on the 2022-2023 financial reports and data on special bondsof public hospitals in Shenzhen, factor analysis was employed to assess the debt risk of public hospitals with and without special bonds. Results:Tertiary hospitals, municipal hospitals, specialized hospitals, and general hospitals generally exhibited lower debt risk.Factors related to debt risk primarily included cash flow variables such as medical service income, net assets, and debt repayment capacity indicators, including current ratio and cash ratio. When considering the impact of special bonds, the weight of cash flow indicators and long-term debt repayment capacity indicators increased.Debt risk for municipal hospitals shifted towards higher-risk levels, while district-level hospitals saw a shift towards lower-risk levels, particularly for district-level traditional Chinese medicine hospitals. Conclusion:The debt risk of public hospitals in Shenzhen is significantly influenced by special bonds. It is recommended to strengthen the management of special bond funds, optimize hospital cash flow, and improve debt repayment capacity to reduce debt risk.

Objective To investigate the relationship between high DNA stainability(HDS)and routine semen parameters. Methods Semen samples were collected from 396 men of childbearing age who were admitted to our department.Correlations of HDS with routine semen parameters and age were analyzed.Multiple linear regression analysis was performed to identify the routine semen parameters that had the greatest influence on HDS.The correlation of HDS and DNA fragmentation index(DFI)with routine semen parameters and age in 244 patients with teratozoospermia was analyzed. The 244 patients were divided into extremely severe, severe, moderate, and mild teratozoospermia groups, and differences in HDS,DFI,and routine semen parameters were compared among the four groups. Results HDS was negatively correlated with total sperm count, sperm concentration, sperm progressive motility, and normal sperm morphology rate(NSMR)(P<0.01).After adjusting for potential confounders, including total sperm count, sperm concentration, sperm progressive motility,NSMR,and DFI,NSMR had the most significant negative effect on HDS(P<0.05).In the 244 patients with teratozoospermia,HDS was negatively correlated with NSMR(P<0.01)and positively correlated with the percentage of sperm head and tail abnormalities(P<0.05),while DFI was positively correlated with the percentage of sperm tail abnormalities(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in the percentage of sperm head abnormalities among the four teratozoospermia groups. The more severe the malfor-mation,the higher the percentage of sperm head abnormalities was(P<0.001).HDS in the extremely severe teratozoospermia group was significantly higher than that in the mild and moderate teratozoospermia groups(P<0.05).No significant differences in DFI were found among the four groups(P>0.05).Conclusion HDS was closely correlated with routine semen parameters and was a crucial biomarker for assessing sperm quality, particularly the extent of sperm head abnormalities.

China Pharmacy 2021;32(19):2314-2320
OBJECTIVE:To prov ide effective improvement paths and policy suggestions for improving the innovation efficiency of TCM industrial enterprises. METHODS :Based on the input and output data of innovation resources of 38 listed TCM industrial enterprises from 2014 to 2020,an evaluation index system was constructed from the perspective of all factors. First ,the deta envelopment analysis (DEA)model was used to measure the static efficiency of the sample enterprises ,and at the same time , four patterns of innovative resource utilization were provided ;then the total factor Malmquist index method was used to analyze the decomposition of the changes in utilization efficiency of innovative resources according to different periods and micro-individuals. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS :The overall efficiency of innovative resource utilization of listed TCM industrial enterprises was too low,and the average overall efficiency was only 0.293. The input and output of innovation resources of 33 enterprises were unreasonable, and the reasons for the inefficiency are mostly due to insufficient pure technical efficiency. The average value of the all-factor Malmquist index was 0.818 for 38 sample enterprises ,and the overall efficiency was declining. The obstacles to technological progress were a more important reason for the decline in efficiency. It is recommended to improve TCM industrial enterprise’s ability to allocate innovation resources and adjust the proportion of R&D investment in conjunction with the return to scale;clarify the development principles with scientific and technological innovation as the core driving force ,and actively carry out basic research work ;implement the production and research platform of “TCM industrial enterprise-TCM research institution ” to promote the overall technological progress of the industry.
