With the vigorous development of computers and internet, the construction of the information management system for Occupational Health Technical Service (OHTS) institutions in China has achieved impressive progress. But for the management of OHTS institutions, there are relatively few systems that can fully explore and utilize OHTS information. Base on this background, in light of the actual situation of the OHTS institution in Henan Province, an OHTS Information Management System was developed under the Java Spring Boot framework, with a MySQL database and a B/S multi-tier architecture. The platform integrates a vertical three-level network of ″provincial-municipal-county/district″ and a horizontal network involving health commissions, disease prevention and control bureaus, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (occupational disease prevention and treatment institutes), and OHTS institutions. The system includes five core modules: dynamic management of institutional and personnel qualifications, full-process project supervision (including five categories of technical services such as pre-evaluation and control-effectiveness evaluation), multidimensional decision analysis (including eight statistical indicators of institutional distribution, equipment allocation, and occupational hazard factors), rapid generation and automated submission of various reports, and early warning and intelligent supervision. The system has been implemented in 61 OHTS institutions in Henan Province, improving the ″off-site supervision rate″ of supervision department and promoting the standardization and digital transformation of occupational health services.

In recent years, immunotherapy has become another important treatment for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) after surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and targeted therapy. As an emerging non-invasive tool, PET/CT radiomics provides a new way for precise diagnosis and treatment of NSCLC by quantitatively analyzing the metabolic and structural characteristics of tumors, demonstrating significant promise for applications in NSCLC immunotherapy. This article aims to review the research progress of PET/CT radiomics in NSCLC immunotherapy and to explore its potential value in predicting biomarkers, therapeutic efficacy, adverse effects, and evaluating prognosis.

Objective:To explore the correlation between quantitative parameters based on SUV acquired by dynamic SPECT/CT imaging of parotid glands and pathological grading of labial gland in patients with primary Sj?gren syndrome (pSS).Methods:Seventy-two patients (6 males, 66 females, age (51.5±13.8) years) with confirmed pSS diagnosed at Hebei General Hospital between August 2022 and March 2024 were prospectively included. The clinical data and pathological grading information from labial gland biopsies were analyzed. Dynamic SPECT/CT imaging of the parotid glands was performed, and quantitative parameters based on SUV were obtained using Q-metrix software: SUV max, SUV mean, uptake volume of parotid glands (UVP) and total parotid uptake (TPU) pre/post-acid stimulation, as well as the differences in quantitative parameters before and after acid stimulation (ΔSUV max, ΔSUV mean, ΔUVP, and ΔTPU). The independent-sample t test or Mann-Whitney U test was performed to evaluate the differences in parameters between patients with pathological grade 1-2 and those with pathological grade 3-4. Spearman rank correlation was used to analyze the correlation between quantitative parameters and pathological grading. The performance of quantitative parameters in distinguishing pathological grade 1-2 from grade 3-4 was assessed using ROC curve analysis with Delong test. Results:The SUV max pre/post-acid stimulation in patients with pathological grade 1-2 ( n=30) were higher than those in patients with grade 3-4 ( n=42) (36.38(27.81, 44.17) vs 15.45(10.77, 24.51), Z=-5.51, P<0.001(pre-acid stimulation); 21.53(16.93, 26.21) vs 11.33(7.32, 15.89), Z=-5.27, P<0.001 (post-acid stimulation)). SUV mean, UVP and TPU pre/post-acid stimulation in patients with pathological grade 1-2, as well as ΔSUV max, ΔSUV mean and ΔTPU, were all significantly higher ( Z values: from -4.73 to -3.04, t values: 6.39, 4.50, all P<0.01). Moreover, these parameters were negatively correlated with the pathological grading ( rs values: from -0.66 to -0.36, all P<0.05). No significant difference in ΔUVP was observed between patients with pathological grade 1-2 and those with grade 3-4 ( Z=-1.05, P=0.293), and ΔUVP showed no correlation with pathological grading ( rs=-0.13, P=0.297). Among all parameters, SUV max pre/post-acid stimulation and TPU pre-acid stimulation exhibited better diagnostic performance in differentiating pathological grade 1-2 from grade 3-4, with AUC values of 0.883, 0.866, and 0.888, respectively. Delong test showed that those 3 AUC values were all higher than AUC values of SUV mean, UVP post-acid stimulation and ΔUVP (all AUC<0.800; Z values: 2.09-4.65, all P<0.05). Conclusion:The quantitative parameters of parotid glands based on SUV acquired by dynamic SPECT/CT can reflect the damage degree of parotid glands in patients with pSS, providing novel quantitative analytical tools for the functional diagnosis and assessment of pSS.

Objective To analyze the biomechanical responses after small incision lenticule extraction(SMILE)based on personalized biomechanical parameters of the human eye.Methods Through the results from the correlation analysis between corneal stromal elastic modulus and biomechanical parameters,the cornea elastic modulus was predicted and the material parameters were obtained.Based on clinical measurement data,52 personalized myopic human eye models were reconstructed to analyze the corneal biomechanical response after SMILE.Results The biomechanical response of the cornea varied from patients,and the vertex displacement and stress of the corneal surface increased or decreased after SMILE.On average,when residual stromal thickness(RST)ranged from 278 μm to 332 μm and IOP was 16-20 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),the change of vertex displacement and stress on the corneal surface after SMILE were less than those under IOP=11-16 mmHg.Under RST＞332 μm and IOP=11-16 mmHg,the corneal biomechanics was relatively stable.In addition,the corrected diopters of patients increased,and the deformation of corneal surface after SMILE was more drastic.Conclusions RST and IOP are important factors influencing corneal biomechanics.The material parameters of corneal tissues were predicted based on corneal biomechanical parameters.The cutting profiles and surgical parameters of SMILE may be optimized through analyzing the surgical effect after refractive surgery by reconstructing personalized finite element model of human eyes.

Objective To investigate the relationship of serum programmed cell death 4(PDCD4)and a disintegrin and metalloprotease 10(ADAM10)levels with short-term prognosis in elderly patients with large artery atherosclerosis(LAA)-related acute cerebral infarction(AIS).Methods A total of 122 elderly patients with LAA-related AIS admitted in Nanyang Second People's Hos-pital during April 2022 and April 2024 were retrospectively enrolled and served as observation group.According to their neurological function,they were categorized into mild,moderate and se-vere subgroups(29,68 and 25 cases,respectively),and based on their prognosis,they were as-signed into good and poor prognosis subgroups(72 and 50 cases,respectively).Another 125 indi-viduals taking physical examination in above hospital during the same period were included as the control group.ELISA was applied to detect serum PDCD4 and ADAM10 levels.Multivariate logis-tic regression analysis was employed to investigate the relationship of above two indicators with short-term prognosis of LAA-related AIS patients.ROC curves were plotted to analyze the predic-tive value of the indicators for short-term prognosis of the patients.Results The serum PDCD4 and ADAM10 levels were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P＜0.01),in the moderate and severe subgroups than the mild subgroups(P＜0.05),and in the severe than the moderate subgroups(P＜0.05).Larger proportions of severe neurologic deficit and hypertension,and higher Hcy level were observed in the poor than the good prognosis sub-groups(P＜0.01).PDCD4 and ADAM10 were correlated with poor short-term prognosis in pa-tients with LAA-related AIS(OR=2.759,95％CI:1.479-5.146,P=0.001;OR=2.818,95％CI:1.559-5.093,P=0.001).The AUC value of PDCD4 and ADAM10 alone and their combination in predicting poor short-term prognosis was 0.840,0.864,and 0.935,respectively,and the combina-tion showed better predictive performance than alone(Z=2.687,2.008,P＜0.05).Conclusion Serum PDCD4 and ADAM10 levels are higher in patients with LAA-related AIS.Their combina-tion showed good predictive efficacy for poor short-term prognosis of these patients.
