Objective:To analyze the screening results of the Urban Cancer Early Diagnosis and Treatment Project in Qinghai Province from 2019 to 2024.Methods:A summary and statistical analysis were conducted on six years of screening data from the Urban Cancer Early Dia-gnosis and Treatment Program in Qinghai Province,with the high-risk rate,screening rate,and detection rate calculated separately for each type of cancer.Results:From 2019 to 2024,56,882 high-risk individuals were identified.The high-risk rates for lung,colorectal,breast,up-per gastrointestinal,and liver cancer were 22.02%,21.57%,14.23%,13.52%,and 6.10%,respectively.Overall,13,592 individuals com-pleted clinical screening,with detection rates of 0.32%for lung cancer,0.41%for liver cancer,0.08%for precancerous gastric lesions,3.63%for precancerous colorectal lesions,0.08%for esophageal cancer,0.16%for gastric cancer,and 0.14%for colorectal cancer.Conclusions:The implementation of the Urban Cancer Early Diagnosis and Treatment Program in Qinghai Province aids in the early detection of cancer,improves early diagnosis and survival rates,and reduces mortality.Nevertheless,due to low public awareness and limited participation,en-hancements in program management and public outreach are required.

Objective To evaluate the application effect of ciprofol-alfentanil in short urological surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients who were to undergo urological general anesthesia surgery in this hospital were divided into two groups by random number method:ciprofol-alfentanil group(group C)and propofol-alfentanil group(group P).Group C was injected with ciprofol 0.4 mg/kg,group P was injected with propofol 1.5-2.0 mg/kg,and when the bispectral index(BIS)was<60,the intravenous injection of alfen-tanil(10 μg/kg)and rocuronium bromide(0.6 mg/kg)was continued.When the modified alertness/sedation score(MOAA/S score)was 0,the laryngeal mask was placed and mechanical ventilation was used.During the maintenance period,ciprofol 0.8-1.2 mg·kg-1·h-1 was infused intravenously in group C,and propofol 4-6 mg·kg-1·h-1 was infused intravenously in group P.The heart rate(HR),blood pressure(BP),oxygen saturation(SpO2),end-tidal carbon dioxide(PetCO2),BIS and MOAA/S score were recorded at the begin-ning of anesthesia induction(T0),laryngeal mask insertion(T1),ureteroscopy entry(T2),10 min after sur-gery(T3)and the end of surgery(T4).The consciousness disappearance time,operation time,anesthesia re-covery time,drug dosage,injection pain during induction,hypotension,bradycardia and other adverse reactions during the operation were recorded.Results There was no significant difference in HR,SpO2,PetCO2,BIS value,MOAA/S score,operation time,consciousness disappearance time,and anesthesia recovery time be-tween the two groups at each time point(P>0.05).The dosage of sedative drugs in group C was less than that in group P(P<0.05).Compared with group P,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure at T1-T3 and diastolic blood pressure at T4 increased in group C(P<0.05).Compared with T0,systolic blood pressure at T1-T4 in group C and group P decreased,diastolic blood pressure at T2-T4 in group C de-creased,and diastolic blood pressure at T1-T4 in group P decreased(P<0.05).Compared with group P,the injection pain and the incidence of intraoperative hypotension were reduced in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Cipro-fol-alfentanil is superior to propofol-alfentanil in short urological surgery.

ObjectiveTo analyze the spatiotemporal characteristics and prevention and control measures of the pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant in Shanghai in 2022， aiming to optimize future prevention and control strategies. MethodsDescriptive statistical method was used to analyze data on daily infections released by the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission from March 1 to June 30， 2022. ResultsAs of 30 June， a total of 627 110 infections and 588 deaths had been reported in Shanghai. Most of the cases were in Pudong New Area （35.47%）， Minhang District （10.18%） and Huangpu District （9.27%）. The cumulative infection rate was 8.78% in Huangpu District， which was the highest among all the districts. With the progress of the pandemic， the prevention and control measures were strengthened from a “precise prevention and control” strategy to “block and grid” screening， and then upgraded to city-wide lockdown. All daily new infections were identified from the quarantined population on April 29， 2022， reaching the goal of “clearance of community transmission”. ConclusionThe cumulative infections in Shanghai exceeded any previous epidemics in mainland China. Given the enhanced transmissibility and vaccine-induced immune escape of the Omicron variant， timely and strong public health measures are needed to suppress the pandemic under the general policy of "Dynamic zero-COVID".

Background Front-line power grid workers are required to face a variety of occupational hazards (such as aerial work), which make them susceptible to psychological problems and further reduce their performance efficiency and safety level. Objective To investigate the mental health status of front-line power grid workers and explore the influence of personality traits on mental health and the potential mediating role of work-family support between them. Methods This study was designed as a cross-sectional study. From January to June 2019, a cluster random sampling method was used to select two of the 20 power supply stations owned by a Guangdong power company. A total of 485 front-line power grid workers were included in the study. Sociodemographic characteristics were investigated, and NEO Five-Factor Inventory, Work-Family Support Scale, and Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) were used in the survey. Spearman correlation analysis was conducted to analyze the correlations between measured variables. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the relationships of personality traits, work-family support, and mental health, and Bootstrap analysis was used to test the mediating effect of work-family support on the relationship of personality traits and mental health. Results The M (P₂₅, P₇₅) of total SCL-90 score was 134.00 (110.00, 167.00）, and 139 (28.66%) front-line power grid workers showed positive mental health symptoms. The correlation analysis indicated that among the front-line power grid workers, neuroticism score was negatively correlated with work-family support total score (r_s=−0.356, P<0.001), and positively correlated with the total score of SCL-90 (r_s=0.557, P<0.001) as well as all the scores of its sub-dimensions (r_s=0.436-0.550, P<0.001). Openness score was positively correlated with work-family support total score (r_s=0.269, P<0.001), and except for paranoid ideation (P>0.05), openness score was negatively correlated with the scores of all the other sub-dimensions of SCL-90 (r_s=−0.091-−0.147, P<0.05). The scores of the other three personality traits (extroversion, agreeableness, and conscientiousness) were positively correlated with work-family support total score (r_s=0.331-0.466, P<0.001), and negatively correlated with the total score of SCL-90 as well as the scores of all its sub-dimensions (P<0.001). The modified structural equation modeling indicated that the direct effect of work-family support on mental health symptoms was −0.225 (P<0.001). The direct effects of extraversion and openness on work-family support were 0.241 (P<0.001) and 0.123 (P<0.05), respectively, while the effect on mental health symptoms was not statistically significant. The direct effects of neuroticism on work-family support and mental health symptoms were -0.152 (P<0.01) and 0.467 (P<0.001), respectively. The direct effects of conscientiousness on work-family support and mental health symptoms were not statistically significant (P>0.05). The direct effect of agreeableness on work-family support was not statistically significant (P>0.05), while the direct effect on mental health symptoms was −0.180 (P<0.001). Conclusion The front-line power grid workers show a high score of SCL-90. Workers with higher neuroticism are more vulnerable to mental health symptoms. Work-family support fully mediates the effects of extraversion and openness on mental health symptoms, and partially mediates the effects of neuroticism on mental health symptoms, while does not mediate the effects of agreeableness on mental health symptoms. Sufficient work-family support may improve mental health status.

Through the study on mathematical logic relation in the syndrome theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), it revealed that the mathematical logic relation among three basic elements in the judgment of syndromes, which were the disease cause (a), disease location (b), disease nature (c) and syndrome (z), was f(z)=a+b+c. The mathematical logic relation between syndrome (z) and symptom (zi) was f(z)= z1+z2+z3+…+zi. The obvious feature reflected by the complexity of syndromes was the construction number of symptoms. During the syndrome differentiation process, the mathematical logic relation between symptom and disease cause, location, nature and syndrome was z1+z2+z3+…+zi =a+b+c= f(z). However, syndromes generally exhibited a nonlinear relationship of point-set topology. After calculation, 79 major single TCM syndromes had a total of more than 6.5×105 different forms. The number within a certain range of syndrome group was approximately 6.6×10100. The super huge data “Googol” may be the root of complex TCM syndromes. The results showed that the researches on “element of syndrome” using the bayesian networks, the neural network algorithm and the algorithm of double levels of frequency power were irrelevant to the mathematical logic relation of the intrinsic relations of syndrome theory. Therefore, “element of syndrome” was a false proposition feature in the study of TCM basic theory. The established syndrome differentiation method with“element of syndrome” as its core was not conformed to the inherent law of TCM theory and clinical practice.

This article was aimed to propose and develop traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) health engineering, using modern science and technology, in order to carry out the detection research which reflected TCM features of human functional state. It was an important way to achieve TCM diagnosis and the objective evaluation on therapeutic effects of TCM. The combination of TCM health engineering with information technology, and the formation of TCM functional state intelligent identification system, as well as the extension into the Health Internet of Things (HIT) could provide more accurate and convenient services for human healthcare in the age of big health. And identification on TCM syndromes was the core to achieve this goal. Using characterization data on TCM syndromes could realize the data processing between TCM syndrome and prescription through intelligent computing, in order to form the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment intelligent system. It had great significance in the promotion of TCM health project.

Objective:To explore the influence on inflammation cytokines for anti-IL-1βand TNF-αIgY intranasal treatment in guinea pigs with allergic rhinitis.Methods:The allergic rhinitis model in guinea pigs was established using ovalbumin(OVA).Hartley guinea pigs were randomly divided into the control group(group C,n=17),the allergic rhinitis model group(group M,n=27),the 0.1%anti-IL-1βand TNF-αIgY treatment group(group Z1,n=21)and the fluticasone propionate treatment group(group Z2,n=21). At 2 h,4 h and 8 h after the last treatment,blood was got by heart puncture,as well as nose was lavaged using 0.9% saline and the nasal lavage fluid( NLF) was collected.The level of cytokines was examined using ELISA kits.Results: In the peripheral blood, the levels of IL-1β,IL-5,IL-9,IL-13,IL-18,IL-33 and TGF-β1 from 2 h to 8 h;TNF-αand OVA-specific IgE from 2 h to 4 h;and IL-22 from 4 h to 8 h were significantly decreased in the 0.1%anti-IL-1βand TNF-αIgY treatment group compared with the allergic rhinitis model group(P<0.05).In the NLF,the levels of IL-1β,IL-5,IL-9,IL-13,IL-22,IL-33,TNF-α,TGF-β1 and OVA-specific IgE from 2 h to 8 h;and IL-18 at 2 h were significantly decreased in the 0.1% anti-IL-1βand TNF-αIgY treatment group compared with the allergic rhinitis model group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion: Anti-IL-1βand TNF-αIgY intranasal treatment can significantly reduce inflammation cytokine levels in allergic rhinitis guinea pigs.

Aim To investigate the effects of isoliquiri-tigenin(ISL)on C6 glioma cell proliferation and differ-entiation.Methods C6 glioma cells’viability and proliferation were respectively measured by SRB test. Colony formation of C6 glioma cells from different groups was assayed.After culturing the cells from each group,giemsa staining was used to observe cell mor-phology.RT-PCR was applied to detect mRNA expres-sion of GFAP.Western blot was applied to detect the expression of GFAP.Results ISL effectively inhibited the viability of C6 glioma cells when compared with the control group in a concentration-dependent manner (P<0.01).The morphological observation under light mi-croscope showed that:in the control group,most of the undifferentiated C6 cells showed long fusiform and po-lygonal shape.Compared to the control group,the C6 cells treated with ISL revealed alteration in morphology such as astrocytes with smaller smooth,round body and much finer longer,tapering processes.The cloning for-mation rate detection revealed that:the colonies in the control group semerged earlier and were larger than those experimental ones,the cloning formation rate was higher,while almost no effective cells colony emerged in ISL treated groups(P <0.01 ).Western blot and RT-PCR analysis showed that GFAP expression in the ex-perimental groups increased(P <0.01).Conclusion ISL may inhibit the proliferation of C6 glioma cells and induce their differentiation.

Study on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome has been lasted for more than 50 years, which made the syndrome problems become syndrome difficulties. TCM syndrome has become a bottleneck problem and the key scientific problem which restricted the development of TCM theories. The exploration of syndrome difficultiesshowed that syndrome is a unique complex with double structure, which contained the functional structure andsubstantial structure. Uncovering the mathematical sciences connotation inherit in TCM theoretical system, exploring methods of objective and quantitative characterization of the syndrome, deciphering the functional structure of syn-drome, can make a key technical route for TCM theoretical system knowledge innovation in order to reveal the sub-stantial structureof syndrome. It is hopeful to re-open a new era of TCM theoretical innovation and great practice.
