Objective To analyze the current practices of the telemedicine collaboration network in Jiangxi Province and provide references for enhancing the efficiency of telemedicine services and strengthening the overall telemedicine system.Meth-ods The research team investigates the progress of the telemedicine service system in Jiangxi Province, using the construction status of the telemedicine collaboration network at Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital as a case study. The study identifies prob-lems and challenges encountered during the establishment and proposes development strategies. Results Jiangxi has adopted a"holistic approach,"implementing a series of measures including enhanced top-level design, pilot exploration, the establishment of a provincial platform, formulation of supportive policies, and intensified training to promote telemedicine vigorously. In Decem-ber 2015,Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital established the first provincial teleconsultation center, innovatively advancing the medical consortium construction through the"telemedicine collaboration network"model.By 2024,the hospital completed 20,417 telemedicine service instances and conducted 182 remote surgical demonstrations.Additionally, since its inception, the remote electrocardiogram service has accumulated 1,138,295 instances, effectively enhancing the quality and efficiency of medi-cal services, facilitating tiered diagnosis and treatment, and alleviating access difficulties for grassroots populations. Conclusion Leveraging the National Intelligent Social Governance Pilot Base(Health and Wellness),the study promotes the integration of next-generation information technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing into the traditional health-care sector. This aims to provide high-quality,efficient,and convenient medical services to the public, achieving comprehensive coverage of the telemedicine collaboration network across provincial, municipal, county, and township levels. In the next steps, the focus will be on strengthening quality control, improving supportive policies, and scientifically managing operations to foster the sustainable development of telemedicine health services, ensuring a"one-stop service and one-stop oversight"system across the province.

Objective To evaluate the occurrence and prevention of pinch-off syndrome in post-operative complications of totally implantable central venous port. Methods From October 2003 to September 2016,628 cases underwent implantable central venous port via the subclavian vein using the landmark venipuncture technique. From February 2014 to September 2016,106 cases underwent implantable central venous port gaining subclavian venous access.Retrospective analysis of two groups of pinch-off syndrome after totally implantable central venous port. Results pinch-off syndromne were not found in the uhrasound-guided group,pinch-off syndrome occurred in 9 patients of 628 cases underwent implantable central venous port via the subclavian vein using the landmark venipuncture technique during follow-up period. Conclusions Subclavian venous access cannulation on the lateral side of mid-clavicular line by ultrasound guidance was found to be associated with absence of pinch-off syndrome. This method appears to reduce or prevent pinch-off syndrome occurrence after implantable central venous port, therefore improving the safety of the long-term management of implantable central venous port.
4.Effect of reminiscence therapy on quality of life and happiness degree of spouses of patients with Parkinson’s disease
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(11):815-818
Objective To evaluate the effect of reminiscence therapy on quality of life and happiness degree of spouses of patients with Parkinson′s disease. Methods A total of 60 spouses of patients with Parkinson′s disease were divided into experimental group and control group according to the hospital number with 30 cases each. Both groups received routine health education. In addition, reminiscence therapy was implemented in experimental group for 8 weeks. The spouses were investigated with The World Health Organization Quality Of Life- BREF (WHOQOL- BREF) and Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale of Happiness (MUNSH) before and after intervention. Results Before intervention, the scores of WHOQOL-BREF was (59.47±13.52) points in control group and (59.42±13.45) points in experimental group, and there was no significant difference(t=1.00, P > 0.05). After intervention, the scores of WHOQOL- BREF was (60.12±13.48) points in control group and (72.65±11.32) points in experimental group, and there was significant difference (t=3.45, P < 0.05). Before intervention, the scores of MUNSH was (22.52±6.34) points in control group and (22.34±6.12) points in experimental group, and there was no significant difference(t=0.39, P > 0.05). After intervention, the scores of MUNSH was (22.75±6.24) points in control group and (34.56±5.78) points in experimental group, and there was significant difference(t=13.65, P < 0.01). Conclusions Reminiscence therapy could effectively improve the quality of life and happiness degree of spouses of patients with Parkinson′s disease.
