Objective To explore the effects and potential mechanism of electroacupuncture at acute phase on cognitive dysfunction at later stage in rats with middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO).Methods Totally 39 SD rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group,model group and electroacupuncture group,with 13 rats in each group.MCAO model was established by Zea Longa thread embolism method in model group and electroacupuncture group.The sham-operation group only separated blood vessels.Electroacupuncture group was treated with electroacupuncture at"Baihui"and"Shenting"acupoints at 5 min and 6 h after model establishment respectively,for 30 min.The body mass,modified neuropathy severity scale(mNSS),and percentage of stiff immobility time of rats were monitored weekly,Nissl staining was used to observe the morphology of hippocampal tissue on the 28 d,immunofluorescence staining was used to detect the expression of Ki67,dual cortin(DCX)and neuronal differentiation factor 1(NeuroD1)in dentate gyrus of the hippocampus,the expression of synaptic vesicle protein 2A(SV2A)protein in dentate gyrus of hippocampus was detected by Western blot.Results Compared with the sham-operation group,on the first day after operation,the body mass of the model group rats decreased,then gradually increased,and on the 28th day,the body mass was still lower than that of the sham-operation group(P<0.05);on the first day after operation,the mNSS score significantly increased,gradually decreased thereafter,and remained higher than the sham-operation group until the 28th day(P<0.01);the percentage of stiff immobility time significantly decreased on the first day after operation,gradually stabilized,and remained lower than the sham-operation group on the 28th day(P<0.05);the hippocampal tissue structure was significantly damaged,and the density of Ki67+DCX+NeuroD1 positive cells in the dentate gyrus of hippocampus was significantly increased(P<0.05),the expression of SV2A protein in the dentate gyrus of hippocampal was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the body mass of rats in the electroacupuncture group showed an increasing trend(P<0.05),the mNSS score decreased(P<0.01),and the percentage of stiff immobility time increased(P<0.05);the ischemic injury area was significantly reduced,the structure was clearer,and the disordered and irregularly cells arrangement were reduced,the density of Ki67+DCX+NeuroD1 positive cells in the dentate gyrus of hippocampus significantly increased(P<0.05),and the expression of SV2A protein in the dentate gyrus of hippocampal significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture at acute phase at"Baihui"and"Shenting"can promote the recovery of cognitive dysfunction in MCAO rats in the later stage,and its mechanism may be related to enhancing the proliferation and differentiation of neural precursor cells in the dentate gyrus of hippocampus,promoting neurogenesis.

Objective To explore the effect of intermittent fasting combined with diversified management mode on weight loss of overweight and obese people. Methods A total of 120 overweight and obese patients were selected as research objects, and randomly divided into control group (n=60) and experimental group (n=60). The control group was given intermittent fasting, and the experimental group was given diversified management mode on the basis of the control group. Waist circumference, body mass, body mass index (BMI), waist-to-hip ratio and blood lipid level were compared between the two groups; the scores of hunger, satiety, satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, waist circumference, body mass, BMI, waist-to-hip ratio, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in the experimental group were significantly lower, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After intervention, the hunger score of the experimental group was significantly lower, and the satiety score and satisfaction score were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 6.67%, which was significantly lower than 20.00% in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of intermittent fasting combined with diversified management mode in overweight and obese people is better, which can improve the relevant clinical indicators and blood lipid levels, and has high safety.

ObjectiveTo construct a quantitative prediction model of three indicators（moisture absorption rate， film thickness and coating weight gain） during the coating process of Vitamin C Yinqiao tablets（VCYT） by near-infrared spectroscopy（NIRS）， and to realize the endpoint judgment. MethodReal-time NIRS data of 4 batches of VCYT during the coating process were collected by diffuse reflection method. The coating method employed was the rolling coating method， and the samples were obtained at the spray stage from the coater's sampling port every 10 minutes， and 57 batches of samples（about 1 800 tablets） were collected at various coating times， the tablets were embedded in molten paraffin， cut longitudinally， and observed by stereomicroscope. The film thickness， with a target value of 38 μm， was then measured using Motic Images Advanced 3.2 software. Furthermore， the mositure absorption rate of samples， aiming for a target value of 3%， was determined in accordance with guiding principles for drug hygroscopicity testing in the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia， and 3 samples were randomly selected from each batch（10 tablets per batch）， and the coating weight gain was calculated（target value of 4%）. Partial least squares regression（PLSR） was used to construct a quantitative model of the 3 coating indicators， and the predicted values of the coating indicators were smoothed using the moving average method and used to determine the coating endpoints. ResultThe prediction determination coefficients（R_p²） for moisture absorption rate， film thickness and coating weight gain were 0.933 4， 0.932 6 and 0.965 9， the root mean square errors of prediction（RMSEP） were 0.163 5%， 1.870 9 μm and 0.240 3%， the relative percent deviations（RPD） were 3.711 0， 2.760 7 and 5.415 8， respectively. The results of the external validation set demonstrated that the real-time predicted values obtained by the models exhibited the same trend as the measured values， and the coating endpoint could be accurately predicted（with a prediction error of less than 7.32 min and a relative error of less than 5.63%）. ConclusionThe established NIRS model exhibits excellent predictive performance and can be used for quality control of VCYT during the coating process.

Injury monitoring is an important approach for injury control and is an important part of comprehensive disease monitoring. With the development of medical digitalization, an intelligent injury monitoring system has been created in Yinzhou District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province using artificial intelligence techniques based on Ningbo Municipal Health Information Platform and has been applied across the district since 2019. The manual card-reporting mode has been transformed to intelligent card-reporting mode in this system, which achieves functions of epidemiological analyses of the monitoring data, early warning of high-incidence injuries, classified management of injury and quality control of report cards. Nearly 300 thousand cards have been automatically reported since the system was online available since November 2022, and the epidemiological characteristics of injury were preliminarily understood, which provide data supports to early earning and interventions of injury. The intelligent injury monitoring system greatly improves the injury monitoring efficiency and card-reporting quality, and saves a large number of manpower and material resources, which provides a powerful technical support to widespread injury monitoring.

{L-End}Objective To establish the construction of intelligent management system for equipment and supplies of medical rescue teams for provincial nuclear and radiation accidents, based on modern Internet+ Internet of Things. {L-End}Methods The current status and requirements of emergency equipment and supplies allocation and management of medical emergency teams for provincial nuclear and radiation accidents were analyzed. Utilizing technologies such as Internet of Things, low-power Bluetooth, and radio frequency identification, an intelligent management system for medical rescue teams, its equipment and supplies for provincial nuclear and radiation accidents was designed. {L-End}Results The intelligent management system for medical rescue teams, its equipment and supplies for nuclear and radiation accidents was able to perform the inventory warning, expiration date warning, maintenance alert, and warning for emergency personnel health status, based on dynamic management of rescue personnel, equipment and supplies. It provided an effective support for on-site commanders in making emergency decisions. {L-End}Conclusion The use of Internet+Internet of Things technology can achieve intelligent management for medical rescue teams and its equipment and supplies can effectively improve the level of personnel and equipment support for the rescue of nuclear and radiation accidents at the provincial level.

Objective To investigate the correlation between TCM syndrome types and solar term of onset in patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 359 patients with gastric cancer admitted to the Cancer Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to August 2023 were included in this study,and the frequency distribution method was used to analyze their information such as sex,age,solar term of onset,differentiation,metastasis and TCM syndrome type.The solar term of onset corresponding to the onset date was calculated,and then the association between solar term of onset and TCM syndrome type in gastric cancer was analyzed.The circular distribution method was used to explore the peak of solar term of onset and TCM syndrome type.Results Among the 359 patients with gastric cancer included in this study,male patients were more than female patients(1.69∶1).The age of onset was mainly between 60 and 70 years old(117 cases,32.6%),and male patients(85 cases,72.6%)were more than female patients(32 cases,27.3%)in this age group.The most common TCM syndromes were qi and blood deficiency syndrome(160 cases,44.6%)and phlegm damp condensation syndrome(94 cases,26.2%).The onset of the disease mainly occurred in winter(132 cases,36.8%),and the peaks were light snow(31 cases,23.5%),major cold(25 cases,18.9%),heavy snow(23 cases,17.4%)and the start of winter(22 cases,16.7%).Qi and blood deficiency syndrome and phlegm damp condensation syndrome in patients with gastric cancer were correlated with solar terms and seasons(P<0.05).The 285 patients with gastric cancer were mainly poorly differentiated gastric cancer(175 cases,61.4%),mainly concentrated in winter(66 cases,37.7%).The main route of gastric cancer metastasis is lymph node metastasis,followed by liver and abdominal cavity metastasis.Conclusion Qi and blood deficiency syndrome and phlegm dampness condensation syndrome are common in patients with gastric cancer.The onset time of gastric cancer is mostly in winter,and the syndrome type is significantly correlated with the onset solar term and differentiation degree.

A 9-year-old boy presented with pruritic erythema and erosions of the scalp for 1 month, which spread all over the body for 1 week. Histopathological examination of the skin lesions showed blisters forming under the granular layer of the epidermis, a large number of acantholytic cells in the blisters, and perivascular infiltration of lymphocytes and eosinophils in the superficial dermis. Direct immunofluorescence study showed reticular deposition of IgG and complement C3 between epidermal cells, and negative staining for IgM and IgA. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay showed the presence of serum anti-Dsg1 antibody (157.00 U/ml) . The patient was diagnosed with pemphigus foliaceus. After admission, the patient showed poor response to the treatment with prednisone at a dose of 40 mg/d. After the treatment with low-dose rituximab (100 mg per week, 4 weeks) combined with prednisone (20 mg/d) , her condition was well controlled. The dosage of prednisone gradually decreased to 7.5 mg/d for maintenance treatment, and no recurrence was observed during 24-month follow-up.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the CT findings of patients with different clinical types of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). METHODS: A total of 67 patients diagnosed as COVID-19 by nucleic acid testing were collected and divided into 4 groups according to the clinical stages based on . The CT imaging characteristics were analyzed among patients with different clinical types. RESULTS: Among 67 patients, 3(4.5%) were mild, 35 (52.2%) were moderate, 22 (32.8%) were severe, and 7(10.4%) were critical ill. No significant abnormality in chest CT imaging in mild patients. The 35 cases of moderate type included 3 (8.6%) single lesions, the 22 cases of severe cases included 1 (4.5%) single lesion and the rest cases were with multiple lesions. CT images of moderate patients were mainly manifested by solid plaque shadow and halo sign (18/35, 51.4%); while fibrous strip shadow with ground glass shadow was more frequent in severe cases (7/22, 31.8%). Consolidation shadow as the main lesion was observed in 7 cases, and all of them were severe or critical ill patients. CONCLUSIONS CT images of patients with different clinical types of COVID-19 have characteristic manifestations, and solid shadow may predict severe and critical illness.

Consolidation shadow as the main lesion was observed in 7 cases, and all of them were severe or critical ill patients. CONCLUSIONS CT images in patients with different clinical types of COVID-19 have characteristic manifestations, and solid shadow may predict severe and critical illness.
