Clinical pharmacist training is an important way to strengthen the clinical pharmacist team's construction and improve their pharmaceutical service capabilities and levels.The Pharmacy Administration and Pharmacy Practice in Healthcare Institutions-Part 4-8-1:Pharmacy Administration-Pharmacy Training Management-Clinical Pharmacist Training was based on the relevant requirements of the current clinical pharmacist training system of the Chinese Hospital Association,and formulated by sor-ting out relevant materials,such as standards,policies and regulations,technical specifications,literature,the current situation of clinical pharmacist training in China,and expert opinions.A total of 15 key elements of clinical pharmacist training were selected and divided into three aspects(base management,training process and assessment,and the quality management,evaluation and improvement).This article mainly introduced the construction method and content of the clinical pharmacist training standard,to deepen the understanding of the standard for relevant units and to promote the implementation of the standard.

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with a modified Zhengan Xifeng Decoction on the early clinical symptoms and oxidative stress status of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH)of liver-kidney yin defi-ciency syndrome.METHODS A total of 60 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(liver-kidney yin deficiency syn-drome)who successfully received 24-hour acute-phase treatment at the Department of Neurosurgery,Acupuncture and Rehabilitation Department,and wards of Kunshan Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine(Kunshan Traditional Chinese Medi-cine Hospital)from July 2021 to January 2023 were recruited.A randomization table generated by SPSS 22.0 software was used to di-vide the patients into a control group and an observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received symptomatic treatment,conventional rehabilitation training,and modified Zhengan Xifeng Decoction,while the observation group received additional acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment course was 1 month for both groups.Clinical effective rate,TCM syndrome scores,motor and neurological function scores[Activity of Daily Living(ADL)scale,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS),Simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)scale],improvement in hematoma lesions,Fraction anisotropy(FA)ratio(rFA),and serum levels of antioxidant stress response factors Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1(Keap1)and nuclear factor-E2-related factor 2(Nrf2)were observed before and after treatment in both groups.RESULTS After treat-ment,the clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the TCM syn-drome scores in both groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),with the observation group showing better results than the control group(P<0.05);the ADL and FMA scores in both groups reduced significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01),while the NIHSS and Ashworth Scale scores increased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01),with the observation group showing better improvement than the control group(P<0.05);serum Keap1 levels decreased significantly in both groups(P<0.01),while Nrf2 levels enhanced significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01),with the observation group showing better improvement than the control group(P<0.05);imaging studies showed that after treat-ment,the residual hematoma volume decreased significantly in both groups(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the rFA value increased signifi-cantly(P<0.05,P<0.01),with the observation group showing better results than the control group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION On the basis of standard treatment for the acute phase,acupuncture combined with Zhengan Xifeng Decoction can significantly improve the early clinical symptoms of HICH patients with liver-kidney yin deficiency,reduce oxidative stress levels,and promote the recovery of nerve and motor functions.

Objective To observe the value of pituitary radiomics and MRI features combined model for predicting growth hormone(GH)status in pediatric short stature.Methods Totally 300 children with short stature were enrolled as training set,while other 73 cases were taken as external validation set.Based on growth hormone stimulation test,the children were divided into GH deficiency(GHD)group(n=228)and non-GHD group(n=145).The training set included 196 cases in GHD subgroup and 104 cases in non-GHD subgroup,while the validation set included 32 cases in GHD subgroup and 41 cases in non-GHD subgroup.Radiomics features of pituitary were extracted from T1WI.The key features were selected using least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)regression,and machine learning models were subsequently constructed using support vector machine(SVM),logistic regression(LR),naive Bayes(NB)and K-nearest neighbor(KNN),respectively.Then combined models were constructed combining with MRI features,and the efficacy of each model was evaluated.Results The area under the curve(AUC)of SVM,LR,NB,and KNN radiomics model for predicting GH status in pediatric short stature was 0.860,0.831,0.838 and 0.901 in training set,0.788,0.829,0.823 and 0.770 in validation set,while of the relative combined SVM,LR,NB and KNN model was 0.924,0.903,0.859 and 0.920 in training set,and 0.827,0.881,0.836 and 0.718 in validation set.LRcombined model had the best overall performance,with sensitivity of 84.94％,specificity of 80.56％and accuracy of 83.61％in training set,and 80.95％,72.22％and 80.00％in validation set,respectively.Conclusion Pituitary radiomics and MRI features combined model could effectively predict GH status in pediatric short stature.

Mycophenolic acid (MPA), the active moiety of both mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) and enteric-coated mycophenolate sodium (EC-MPS), serves as a primary immunosuppressant for maintaining solid organ transplants. Therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) enhances treatment outcomes through tailored approaches. This study aimed to develop an evidence-based guideline for MPA TDM, facilitating its rational application in clinical settings. The guideline plan was drawn from the Institute of Medicine and World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines. Using the Delphi method, clinical questions and outcome indicators were generated. Systematic reviews, Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation (GRADE) evidence quality evaluations, expert opinions, and patient values guided evidence-based suggestions for the guideline. External reviews further refined the recommendations. The guideline for the TDM of MPA (IPGRP-2020CN099) consists of four sections and 16 recommendations encompassing target populations, monitoring strategies, dosage regimens, and influencing factors. High-risk populations, timing of TDM, area under the curve (AUC) versus trough concentration (C₀), target concentration ranges, monitoring frequency, and analytical methods are addressed. Formulation-specific recommendations, initial dosage regimens, populations with unique considerations, pharmacokinetic-informed dosing, body weight factors, pharmacogenetics, and drug‍-‍drug interactions are covered. The evidence-based guideline offers a comprehensive recommendation for solid organ transplant recipients undergoing MPA therapy, promoting standardization of MPA TDM, and enhancing treatment efficacy and safety.
