It is believed that Shengyang Yiwei Decoction （升阳益胃汤， SYD） is effective in regulating the flow of Qi （气）， and can treat various diseases caused by the disorder of the spleen and stomach Qi. In clinical practice， based on the pathological characteristics of children often having insufficient spleen， and adhering to the principle of treating different diseases with the same method， the focus is placed on the core pathogenesis of spleen and stomach Qi disharmony. We use SYD in various pediatric conditions such as allergic rhinitis， post COVID-19 condition， urethral syndrome， and dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescence， and emphasize the treatment is flexibly tailored to the symptoms.

Objective:To observe the application of biofeedback instrument in patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD)and the effect of that on cognitive conversion of them.Methods:A total of 150 AD patients who admitted to Shanghai Mental Health Center from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected.The patients were divided into the observation group(75 cases)and the control group(75 cases)according to randomized numerical table.The control group received medicine treatment combined with conventional training,while the observation group received the treatment with biofeedback instrument on the basis of control group.The application effect and cognitive conversion of two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the compliance rate and satisfaction rate of family's members for treatment results in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences of them between two groups were significant(x2=15.213,6.313,8.451,P＜0.05).Compared with the various indicators of two groups before the biofeedback instrument was applied,they were improved after it was applied.The β-wave and sensorimotor rhythm(SMR)-wave of electroencephalogram,Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)scores,Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)scores of observation group were higher than those of control group,and the θ-wave and the scores of Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)were lower than those of control group,and the differences of them between two groups were significant(t=6.094,5.315,3.973,4.447,6.362,6.869,P＜0.05),respectively.There was no significant difference in the rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The application of biofeedback instrument in AD patients can promote cognitive conversion and improve self-care ability,which has higher safety.

Metachromatic leukodystrophy (MLD) is an inherited disease caused by a deficiency of the enzyme arylsulfatase A (ARSA). Lentivirus-modified autologous hematopoietic stem cell gene therapy (HSCGT) has recently been approved for clinical use in pre and early symptomatic children with MLD to increase ARSA activity. Unfortunately, this advanced therapy is not available for most patients with MLD who have progressed to more advanced symptomatic stages at diagnosis. Patients with late-onset juvenile MLD typically present with a slower neurological progression of symptoms and represent a significant burden to the economy and healthcare system, whereas those with early onset infantile MLD die within a few years of symptom onset. We conducted a pilot study to determine the safety and benefit of HSCGT in patients with postsymptomatic juvenile MLD and report preliminary results. The safety profile of HSCGT was favorable in this long-term follow-up over 9 years. The most common adverse events (AEs) within 2 months of HSCGT were related to busulfan conditioning, and all AEs resolved. No HSCGT-related AEs and no evidence of distorted hematopoietic differentiation during long-term follow-up for up to 9.6 years. Importantly, to date, patients have maintained remarkably improved ARSA activity with a stable disease state, including increased Functional Independence Measure (FIM) score and decreased magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) lesion score. This long-term follow-up pilot study suggests that HSCGT is safe and provides clinical benefit to patients with postsymptomatic juvenile MLD.

Home rehabilitation is the main rehabilitation model for elderly patients with hip fractures in China, and the application of digital health technology shows great potential in improving the quality of home rehabilitation for this population. This paper describes the concept of digital health technology, the current application status of different types of digital health technology in home rehabilitation for elderly patients with hip fractures, and discusses existing issues and future prospects, aiming to provide a reference for digital home rehabilitation nursing for elderly hip fracture patients.

Objective:To analyze the coordination between the growth of per capita health expenditure and per capita gross domestic product (GDP) in China from 2012 to 2021, and to explore the changes and regional disparities in the health consumption elasticity coefficient.Methods:Descriptive analysis was used to compare the average annual growth rates of per capita health expenditure and per capita GDP between 2012-2019, Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to test the relationship between the two variables. The health consumption elasticity coefficient was calculated as the ratio of the growth rates of health expenditure to GDP, and its temporal changes and regional distribution characteristics were analyzed.Results:After adjusting for price factors, the average annual growth rate of per capita health expenditure in China from 2012 to 2021 was 9.11%, higher than that of per capita GDP (6.11%), with no correlation between the two variables ( r=0.30, P>0.05). The national average health consumption elasticity coefficient was 1.49, lower than that in 2012-2019 (1.60), indicating an improvement in coordination. Compared with developed countries, China′s elasticity coefficient was at a moderate level. Conclusions:Overall, the growth of health expenditure in China remains faster than that of economic growth, with certain regional differences, but the degree of coordination has improved compared with the previous period.

Objective To evaluate the effect of pneumatic logistics transport system(PTS)on the trans-portation efficiency of the transferred samples and the accuracy of the results.Methods The transportation speed,temperature and humidity change of PTS were analyzed by temperature and humidity transmitter.Anti-coagulant samples containing disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate(EDTA-K2),sodium citrate,lithium hepa-rin and samples containing inert separation gel coagulant were selected.and used respectively for complete blood cell analysis,prothrombin time(PT),activated partial prothrombin time(APTT),troponin T(TnT)and other myocardial markers,as well as the detection of items such as glucose(Glu)and lactate dehydrogen-ase(LDH).According to the transfer mode,they were divided into the manual transfer group and the PTS transfer group,and according to the number of PTS transfers,they were divided into the one-time transfer group,the three-time transfer group and before transfer(control).The differences among each group were statistically analyzed,and 1/3 allowable total error(1/3TEa)was adopted as the criterion for determining the clinical application value.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the changes of tempera-ture and humidity during the transportation process of PTS compared with manual transportation(P＞0.05),but it was significantly faster than manual transportation in terms of transportation time(P＜0.05).Com-pared with before transfer,the differences between the PT,APTT,Glu and LDH items in the one-time trans-fer group and the three-time transfer group were statistically significant(P＜0.01),and their deviations were all much greater than 1/3TEa.However,in the plasma samples,compared with before transport,there were statistically significant differences in Glu and LDH between the one-time transfer group and the three-time transfer group(P＜0.05),but the deviations were all less than 1/3TEa.For the items of TnT,red blood cell count and hematocrit,compared with before transfer,there were statistically significant differences between some groups of the one-time transfer group and the three-time transfer group(P＜0.05),but the deviations were all less than 1/3TEa.Conclusion PTS can significantly improve the transportation efficiency of sam-ples,but it significantly affects the detection of Glu and LDH in plasma samples,which can be improved by u-sing serum sample transportation instead.In addition,PTS also affects the detection of PT and APTT,and it is not recommended to use PTS to transport coagulation specimen.
