Glioblastoma multiforme(GBM)is a grade 4 glioma with the highest malignancy and invasiveness in the central nervous system,accounting for approximately 30％of all tumors in the central nervous system.Due to the unclear pathogenesis of GBM,there is currently no specific target for the treatment of GBM.Temozolomide(TMZ)is the only first-line chemotherapeutic drug for the treatment of GBM,but suffers from a low drug response rate and high susceptibility to drug resistance.Therefore,the development of new targets and novel GBM therapeutic agents is an urgent clinical problem.Pentraxin 3(PTX3),a member of the pentameric protein superfamily,has been shown to have a promotive effect on a variety of tumors.Increasing evidences showed that PTX3 played a crucial role in the progression of GBM.PTX3 can promote the proliferation,migration and invasion ability of GBM cells,increase the angiogenesis ability in the GBM microenvironment and malignant progression of GBM.In the article,the structure,physiological function,expression regulation,role and mechanism of PTX3 in GBM were mainly reviewed,with a view to provide guidance for PTX3 as a potential drug target for the treatment of GBM.

Objective:To evaluate the standardized residency training of obstetrics and gynaecology in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University with Milestones evaluation system of obstetrics and gynecology, and to evaluate the feedback effect of the system.Methods:An improved Milestones evaluation form was developed to evaluate the self-evaluation and clinical tutor's scores, collect the results and make a statistical analysis of the 1-3 years standardized training residents of the Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University in September 2019. GraphPad Prism 8 software was used for data collection and statistical analysis, and Box-Plots software was used for drawing analysist. Descriptive statistics method was used for the general situation of the research objects. After the students' self-evaluation and tutor's scores passed the normal distribution and variance homogeneity test, paired t test was performed, and the scores of residents from different sources were analyzed by variance analysis. Results:A total of 164 residents of obstetrics and gynaecology were evaluated, and there were significant differences between self-evaluation and teacher's evaluation in medical knowledge, learning ability and system work ( P<0.05). The competency scores of the first year residents ranged from 3.003 to 4.556, and at the end of the course they increased to 4.921 to 5.974, showing statistically significant differences in each item compared with the first year ( P<0.001). After three years of training, residents from different sources showed significant improvement ( P<0.001). Conclusion:The Milestones evaluation system of the obstetrics and gynecology can be used for the training assessment and feedback of the residents in obstetrics and gynecology specialty. The self-assessment of residents helps to understand the level of self-assessment, and the teacher's evaluation helps to correct the bias generated by self-assessment. The systematic and staged Milestones evaluation system can instruct the clinical tutors to instruct the residents in accordance with their aptitude, and give feedback on the training effect of the residency training base.

ObjectiveThe type 2C protein phosphatases （PP2C） are involved in numerous plant signal transduction pathways. They mainly participate in plant stress response and regulate second metabolites biosynthesis via negatively regulating MAPK signaling pathway. Herein，we were to identify and analyze PP2C （CsPP2C） gene family from hemp genome，in hope of providing comprehensive insights for studying CsPP2C function during the development of hemp. MethodMolecular Evolutionary Genetics Analysis （MAGA）-X was used to construct phylogenetic tree. Expert Protein Analysis System （ExPASy），WoLF PSORT，Multiple EM for Motif Elicitation （MEME），Batch Conserved Domain Search （Batch-CD-Search），PlantCare，and TBtools were used，respectively，to predict CsPP2C physicochemical properties，subcellular localization，conserved motifs，protein structure，cis-element in promoter and collinearity with Arabidopsis PP2C. Cannabis sativa transcriptome and Real-time polymerase chain reaction（Real-time PCR） were used to analyze and verify gene expressions，respectively. ResultFifty-two CsPP2C with conserved domains were identified from the entire genome of hemp，encoding proteins ranging from 244 to 1 089 aa in length and with molecular weights ranging from 26.76 to 122.53 kDa. Those genes were mainly distributed in the nucleus，cytoplasm and chloroplast. The 47 CsPP2C were divided into 10 subfamilies，and the remaining 5 were not clustered. Seven pairs of homologous genes between hemp and Arabidopsis thaliana were identified according to collinear analysis. The light-responsive elements and abscisic acid elements are most abundant in the prediction. The gene expression heat map showed varied expression pattern of CsPP2C in different tissues. Real-time PCR results of three CsPP2C were consistent with transcriptome data. Moreover，alternative splicing analysis showed that some CsPP2C had alternative-splicing genes during evolution. ConclusionWe predicted and analyzed CsPP2C gene family in genomic scale and showed that CsPP2C are involved in many biological processes，whereby provides foundation for CsPP2C functional study.

Objective The study aimed to observe the influence of Puritybile capsules combined with different doses of Compound polyethylene glycol (PEG) in bowel preparation.Methods 120 patients were set into three groups (group A,B and C) randomly (40 patients in each).Group A take the routine Compound polyethylene glycol treatment orally.On the basis of the same routine Compound polyethylene glycol treat-ment,group B added regular dose of Puritybile capsules.Group C took half dose of Compound polyethylene glycol and regular dose of Puritybile capsules.The cleaning effect and adverse reaction were compared among three groups.Results According to Ottawa Scale,the cleaning effects as well as the existing of air bubbles showed no significant difference among three groups.Among which group C was 30％lower than that of group A,10％ lower than that of group B.There was no statistical differences in adverse events.Conclusions Half dose of Compound polyethylene glycol and regular dose of Puritybile capsules can guarantee the ef-fect of bowel cleaning and lower medical expense of patients.
