OBJECTIVE To explore the functional substance basis of Jinhong Tablet in the treatment of chronic superficial gastri-tis(CSG).METHODS Three different models were constructed to investigate the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects,func-tional material basis of Jinhong Tablet:inflammatory model in human gastric epithelial cells(GES-1)induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS),LPS-induced inflammatory model in mouse gastric organoids, and ethanol-induced oxidative damage model in GES-1 cells.MTS assay was performed to detect cell proliferation activity;qPCR was applied to measure the relative mRNA expression of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),and interleukin-8(IL-8)in cells and gastric organoids;and the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),and reactive oxygen species(ROS)in cells were detected.RESULTS Jinhong Tablet and 10 functional components significantly reduced the relative expression of inflammation-relat-ed genes TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6,and IL-8 in LPS-induced GES-1 cells and gastric organoids, suggesting that these 10 components are the functional substance basis for the anti-inflammatory effects of Jin Hong Tablet.Jin Hong Tablet and 11 functional components markedly decreased the levels of MDA and ROS and increased the activity of SOD,indicating that these 11 components were the func-tional substance basis of the antioxidant effects of Jinhong Tablet.CONCLUSION Through in vitro cell and gastric organoid experi-ments,it has been preliminarily determined that allocryptopine, corydaline, dehydrocorydaline, palmatine hydrochloride, chlorogenic acid, costunolide, rutin, quercitrin, dehydrocostus lactone, tetrahydrocoptisine, isochlorogenic acid B,toosendanin, protopine, and quercetin are the functional material basis of Jinhong Tablet in treating CSG,accumulating scientific evidence for the enhancement of the quality standards of Jinhong Tablet.

Objective:To observe and explore the therapeutic effect of ankle brain computer interface therapy based on motor imagination on the rehabilitation of lower limb motor function and balance ability in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Method:Total 40 patients with hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random number table method, with 20 people in each group. Both groups received con-ventional clinical medicine and conventional rehabilitation treatment. The control group was given additional an-kle stretching robot training, once a day,30min/times,for 2 weeks. The experimental group was given addition-al foot and ankle brain-computer interface treatment based on movement imagination, once a day,30min/time,for 2 weeks, before treatment. After 2 weeks of treatment(after treatment),the Hoggan Micro FET3 tester was used to measure the back flexion muscle strength and active joint range of motion(AROM);Clinical evaluation was conducted using the modified Ashworth muscle tension scale(MAS),Fugl-Meyer lower limb movement score(FMA-LE),Berg balance scale(BBS),functional walking scale(FAC),and 6-minute walk test(6MWT).Result:Three patients in the control group and three patients in the experimental group dropped off. After 2 weeks of treatments, significant improvements were observed on the dorsiflexion muscle strength, dorsiflexion AROM,FMA-LE,BBS,FAC,and 6MWT(P<0.05)in the two groups. The MAS of the experimental group improved significantly(P<0.05)compared with that before treatment. After treatment, there were significant differ-ences in AROM,FMA-LE,and BBS between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Motor imagery-foot and ankle brain-computer interface therapy can effectively improve lower limb motor function and balance in stroke hemiplegic patients.

Glioblastoma multiforme(GBM)is a grade 4 glioma with the highest malignancy and invasiveness in the central nervous system, accounting for approximately 30%of all tumors in the central nervous system.Due to the unclear pathogenesis of GBM,there is currently no specific target for the treatment of GBM.Temozolomide(TMZ)is the only first-line chemotherapeutic drug for the treatment of GBM,but suffers from a low drug response rate and high susceptibility to drug resistance. Therefore, the development of new targets and novel GBM therapeutic agents is an urgent clinical problem.Pentraxin 3(PTX3),a member of the pentameric protein superfamily, has been shown to have a promotive effect on a variety of tumors.Increasing evidences showed that PTX3 played a crucial role in the progression of GBM.PTX3 can promote the proliferation, migration and invasion ability of GBM cells, increase the angiogenesis ability in the GBM microenvironment and malignant progression of GBM.In the article, the structure, physiological function, expression regulation, role and mechanism of PTX3 in GBM were mainly reviewed, with a view to provide guidance for PTX3 as a potential drug target for the treatment of GBM.

In order to understand the characteristics of avian leukosis virus(ALV)infection and the polymorphisms of receptor genes Tva,Tvb and NHE1 sequences in different Qingyuan Ma chick-en breeding farms, the isolation and identification of exogenous ALV virus, receptor gene amplifi-cation and sequencing analysis were carried out in five Qingyuan Ma chicken breeding farms. The results of virus isolation and subtype identification showed that the positive rate of exogenous ALV virus isolation in farms A,B and C was less than 5%,among which there was ALV-J infection alone in farm A,mixed infection with ALV-J and ALV-K in farm B,ALV-K infection a-lone in farm C,and no exogenous ALV infection was detected in farm D and E.Polymorphism anal-ysis of recipient genes showed that there were different frequencies of Tvar3,Tvar4 and Tvbr3 re-sistance alleles in A-E farms, and the distribution frequency of Tvar3 was 0.2-0.6,the distribution frequency of Tvar4 was 0.3-0.7,and the distribution frequency of Tvbr3 was 0.1-0.7.In addition, there were Tvar5 resistance alleles in both B and D farms, with a distribution frequency of 0.2.A to-tal of 18 SNP mutations occurred in the NHE1 receptor gene sequence, and further analysis showed that positions 1 279,1 361,1 369,1 406,1 442,and 1 912 were non-synonymous mutations, which could cause changes in amino acids. The study suggested that there were differences in the exogenous ALV and its subtypes among the five Qingyuan Ma chicken breeders, and each farm should have a more targeted and unique purification strategy. The distribution of Tva and Tvb re-sistance alleles at different frequencies, along with the occurrence of 6 non-synonymous mutations in the NHE1 gene, indicate that Qingyuan Ma chicken have the potential of genetic resistance breeding.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2023;39(6):471-474
As a safety culture placed between a culture of punishment and that of exemption, just culture can effectively improve the reporting rate of medical adverse events, promote medical staff to learn from events, and continuously improve patient safety management. The authors searched for literature on the study of just culture in medical institutions both domestically and internationally, including such databases as CNKI, Wanfang Data, and PubMed from 2001 to January 2023. They reviewed the concept of just culture and its connotation in the field of patient safety management, as well as the current research status of just culture in medical institutions both domestically and internationally. On such basis, they proposed for the construction of just culture in medical institutions in China, for reference in the construction and evaluation of a just culture in such institutions.
