Objective To review the application scope of risk communication based on eHealth technology in the primary prevention of cardiovascular diseases,so as to provide references for future research and application.Methods A systematic search was conducted in PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,Web of Science,CINAHL,PsycINFO,CNKI,Wanfang database,and SinoMed.The search time limit was from the establishment of databases to March 1,2024.The included literature was summarized and analyzed.Results A total of 24 articles were included.The forms of eHealth technology applied in risk communication for primary prevention of cardiovascular include online websites,computerized decision support systems,electronic health records,mobile applications,email,telephone,and text messages.The functions include risk assessment,risk notification,personalized advice,risk tracking and reminders.The outcome indicators include risk perception,physiological indicators,lifestyle and behavior,psychological indicators,feasibility evaluation,decision correlation,doctor-patient communication,intention,risk score,and physician drug prescription.Conclusion The use of eHealth technology in risk communication of cardiovascular diseases has potential value in improving patients'risk perception and promoting healthy behaviors.It is necessary to continuously improve the functions of eHealth technology and enhance its precision and intelligence,so as to better meet the needs of medical staff and patients and promote the efficient implementation of primary prevention of cardiovascular diseases.

Coronary restenosis is an important cause of poor long-term prognosis in patients with coronary heart disease. Here, we show that lysine methyltransferase SMYD2 expression in the nucleus is significantly elevated in serum- and PDGF-BB-induced vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs), and in tissues of carotid artery injury-induced neointimal hyperplasia. Smyd2 overexpression in VSMCs (Smyd2-vTg) facilitates, but treatment with its specific inhibitor LLY-507 or SMYD2 knockdown significantly inhibits VSMC phenotypic switching and carotid artery injury-induced neointima formation in mice. Transcriptome sequencing revealed that SMYD2 knockdown represses the expression of serum response factor (SRF) target genes and that SRF overexpression largely reverses the inhibitory effect of SMYD2 knockdown on VSMC proliferation. HDAC3 directly interacts with and deacetylates SRF, which enhances SRF transcriptional activity in VSMCs. Moreover, SMYD2 promotes HDAC3 expression via tri-methylation of H3K36 at its promoter. RGFP966, a specific inhibitor of HDAC3, not only counteracts the pro-proliferation effect of SMYD2 overexpression on VSMCs, but also inhibits carotid artery injury-induced neointima formation in mice. HDAC3 partially abolishes the inhibitory effect of SMYD2 knockdown on VSMC proliferation in a deacetylase activity-dependent manner. Our results reveal that the SMYD2-HDAC3-SRF axis constitutes a novel and critical epigenetic mechanism that regulates VSMC phenotypic switching and neointimal hyperplasia.

In order to standardize the clinical diagnosis and treatment of upper airway cough syndrome (UACS) for children in China, Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine initiated the development of this Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Children with Upper Airway cough Syndrome based on evidence-based medical evidence. This guideline will process registration, write a plan, and develop relevant processes and writing norms, develop and publish official documents. This plan mainly introduces the scope of the guidelines, the purpose and significance, the composition of the guidelines working group, the management of conflicts of interest, the collection, selection and determination of clinical problems, the retrieval, screening and rating of evidence, and the consensus of recommendations. Objective To observe the effect of deglycerolized red blood cells suspended in MAP on preservation and ex-plore the most effective preservation method.Methods Concentrated red blood cells were prepared by centrifuging 400 mL of whole blood on the third day after collection.40%compound glycerol solution was added using the ACP 215 automatic blood cell analyzer,and the resulting mixture was stored in an ultra-low temperature refrigerator at-65℃for 30 days.After thawing and washing,it was equally separated into two bags.The control group received 0.9%sodium chloride solution,while the experimental group received MAP.Both groups were stored at 2-6℃.Hematological parameters,hemolysis inde-xes and cell metabolism indexes were measured on day 0,1,3,5,7 and 14 after storage.The quality changes of both groups were observed during the 14-day storage period.Results The quality of red blood cells in both groups was assessed through a panel of quality tests,including volume,hemoglobin content,free hemoglobin content,white blood cell residue,glycerin residue and sterility.These results met the Quality Requirements outlined in the"Quality Requirements of Whole Blood and Component Blood"(GB18469-2012),Hematocrit,red blood cell count,Hb recovery rate after washing and MCV meet the detection limit outlined in the"Expert Consensus on Quality Evaluation Indicators for Frozen Red Blood Cells",and the residual amount of platelets exceeds the detection limit(≤1%).There were no significant differences in RBC,Hct,MCV and hemoglobin between the two groups during the 14 day storage period.The level of free hemoglobin,hemolysis rate and K+value increased in both groups over time.Significant differences in free hemoglobin were found on day 3,5,7 and 14 between the two groups(P<0.05).Hemolysis rate was significantly different on days 3,5,7 and 14,while K+value was significantly different only on day 14(P<0.05).On day 14,the osmotic fragility of red blood cells was higher in the control group than in the experimental group(P<0.05);The ATP and pH values of both groups decreased as storage time in-creased,and significant differences in ATP and pH value were found on day 3,5,7 and on day 1,3,5,7 and 14,respec-tively(P<0.05).Conclusion Deglycerolized red blood cells suspended in MAP additive solution can extend the storage period of blood to 7 days.This study provides a reference for the formulation of relevant standards.

Objective To explore the trend in self-management efficacy and exercise compliance among patients within 6 months after radical resection of lung cancer and analyse the predictive correlation between the factors to provide references for improvement of exercise compliance in patients after lung cancer surgery.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select patients who had surgery of radical resection of lung cancer for the first time in the departments of thoracic surgery of two Grade IIIA hospitals in Nanchong between December 2022 and May 2023.The Chinese-version strategies used by people to promote health(C-SUPPH)and exercise compliance scale were employed to assess the self-management efficacy and patient exercise compliance at four time points:1 day before discharge(T1)and 1 month(T2),3 months(T3)and 6 months(T4)after surgery.A cross-lagged model was constructed to analyse the causal correlation between self-management efficacy and exercise compliance.Results Within 6 months after surgery,both of self-management efficacy and exercise compliance in the patients after radical resection of lung cancer were seen initially increased and then decreased(P<0.05).The cross-lagged model revealed that self-management efficacy and exercise compliance during the early postoperative period(TI-T2)exhibited reciprocal causation(β=0.254,P=0.003;β=0.332,P=0.007).Between T2 and T3,higher self-management efficacy positively predicted an increased exercise compliance(β=0.286,P<0.001).However,during T3 and T4,no predictive relationship was observed between the indicators(P>0.05).Conclusion The self management efficacy of patients after lung cancer sugery is at middle level and their exercise compliance is at low level.This study indicates that the initial levels of self-management efficacy and exercise compliance among patients after radical resection of lung cancer do not necessarily reflect a long-term trend.The predictive correlation between the two factors also varies over the time.Healthcare providers should consider the dynamic changes and individual differences across different stages after surgery,and implement timely and targeted intervention.

Objective:To explore the value of triple fusion positron emission tomography (PET)/MRI in location of epileptogenic focus in patients with focal cortical dysplasia (FCD).Methods:Three patients with refractory partial epilepsy, admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to June 2017, were chosen in our study. The raw MRI and PET images of these patients were processed using Freesurfer and FSL image processing softwares. After extraction and coregistration, precise PET/MRI fusion images were obtained; and the grey-white matter dividing line was highlighted on this fusion image to form triple-fusion images to observe the hypometabolic area and clarify the location.Results:Triple-fusion images of these 3 patients were acquired. In patient 1, a marked decrease in metabolism was noted in the gyrus region delineated by the gray-white matter boundary in the right cingulate gyrus. In patient 2, the area with slightly increased local signal in the right superior frontal gyrus (MRI FLAIR sequence) was the area with reduced metabolism. In patient 3, an area of local decreased metabolism was noted in the right cingulate gyrus. The preoperative evaluation of all 3 patients showed that the above areas were epileptic foci; the patients were followed up for 2 years after surgical resection, no clinical seizures occurred in all patients, and antiepileptic drugs were gradually stopped. All 3 patients were diagnosed as having FCD by postoperative pathology.Conclusion:Triple fusion PET/MRI is a powerful way to assist FCD diagnosis, especially for those FCD cases which are difficult to be diagnosed by other imaging methods, and has a potential clinical application value in epilepsy patients.

Objective:To establish a sensitive and rapid nucleic acid detection method for 2019-nCoV that can be promoted in primary laboratories.Methods:The detection method for 2019-nCoV nucleic acid was established based on the Bubble Mediated Nucleic Acid Denaturation (BMD)-PCR technology with 2019-nCoV specific primers and probes. To validate this method, the laboratory-confirmed clinical samples (including 60 positives and 68 negatives of 2019-nCoV) were used and meanwhile the result were compared with the commercialized 2019-nCoV nucleic acid detection kits. The specificity of this method was validated by using 11 respiratory viruses and enteroviruses which cover common genotypes.Results:The BMD-PCR method showed good specificity in the detection of 2019-nCoV nucleic acid. It had no cross-reactivity with 11 common respiratory viruses and enteroviruses, and the limit of detection was less than 600 copies/ml. In addition, the qualitative result of 128 clinical samples were 100% consistent with the commercialized detection kits. Furthermore, the detection time can be shortened to 28 minutes.Conclusions:BMD-PCR for 2019-nCoV nucleic acid rapid detection could quickly diagnose and identify clinical samples, and could meet the current urgent needs of large-scale population and high-throughput screening which has important public health significance.

Myasthenia gravis(MG)is a B cell-mediated,T cell-dependent,complements-involved autoimmune disease.Ocular myasthenia gravis(OMG)is a typical MG,with its symptoms limited to the extraocular muscles.The occurrence and development of a variety of autoimmune diseases including OMG are closely associated with the imbalanced expression of follicular regulatory T cells(Tfr cells).Therefore,Tfr cells may be a new research topic for OMG.
