Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of non-targeted detection of metabolic fingerprinting in pulmonary nodules and to analyze the clinical effective model of multi-omics for assessing the malignant risk of pulmonary nodules.Methods:A total of 73 patients who underwent chest CT and completed pathological diagnosis and non-targeted detection of metabolic fingerprinting at Shandong Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University from November 2021 to October 2024 were selected as the research subjects. According to the postoperative histopathological diagnosis, the patients were divided into the lung malignant nodule group (61 cases) and the lung benign nodule group (12 cases). General clinical data of the patients, including sex, age, smoking history, and family history of tumors, as well as imaging data, including nodule density, nodule size, nodule location, nodule number, and special imaging manifestations (spiculation, lobulation, vacuole sign, vascular convergence sign, etc.), and non-targeted detection of metabolic fingerprinting results were collected. The above data were compared between the two groups of patients, and the receiver operator characteristic (ROC) curve was drawn to evaluate the predictive value of each model. Results:There were statistically significant differences in age ( t=4.41, P<0.001), nodule size ( Z=2.67, P=0.008), nodule density ( χ2=4.64, P=0.031), and spiculation ( χ2=7.67, P=0.006) between the lung malignant nodule group and the lung benign nodule group. There were no statistically significant differences in sex, smoking history, family history of lung cancer, nodule number, nodule location, lobulation, vacuole sign, vascular convergence sign, pleural indentation sign, calcification sign, bronchial truncation sign, vascular supply sign, and bronchial air sign (all P>0.05). The number of non-targeted detection of metabolic fingerprinting high-risk patients in the lung malignant nodule group (36 cases) was significantly higher than that in the lung benign nodule group (0 case) ( χ2=13.97, P<0.001). ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve of the Brock model combined with non-targeted detection of metabolic fingerprinting was 0.930 (95% CI: 0.872-0.988), which was greater than that of the Brock model (0.856, 95% CI: 0.769-0.942, Z=0.27, P=0.040) and non-targeted detection of metabolic fingerprinting (0.768, 95% CI: 0.650-0.887, Z=0.30, P=0.004) alone. Conclusions:Non-targeted detection of metabolic fingerprinting risk assessment may serve as a non-invasive method to assist the Brock model in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules and has good application value. The combination of the Brock model and non-targeted detection of metabolic fingerprinting can more accurately distinguish the benign and malignant nature of pulmonary nodules.

Objective To explore the correlation between the expression of long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)brain ischemia-related factor(BIRF)and focally amplified lncRNA on chromosome 1(lncRNA FAL1)in serum and the degree of white matter lesions(WML)in patients with cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD).Methods From June 2021 to June 2023,102 CSVD patients admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical University were collected,and these patients were grouped into WML group(n=72)and non WML group(n=30)based on WML diagnostic criteria.According to the Fazekas score,the WML group was further grouped into mild WML group(n=24),moderate WML group(n=36)and severe WML group(n=12).Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)was applied to detect the levels of lncRNA BIRF and lncRNA FAL1 in serum.Pearson correlation was applied to analyze the correlation between serum lncRNA BIRF and lncRNA FAL1 levels.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was applied to analyze the diagnostic value of serum lncRNA BIRF and lncRNA FAL1 levels for severe WML in CSVD patients.Results The age(70.50±5.86 years),history of hypertension(Yes/No,43/29),history of diabetes(Yes/No,45/27),IL-33(68.35±6.80 pg/ml),IL-18(97.78±9.65 ng/L),ubiquitin carboxyl terminal hydrolase L1(UCH-L1)(0.29±0.10 μg/L)and lncRNA BIRF level(2.45±0.30)of patients in the WML group were higher than those in the non WML group(67.10±5.76 years,11/19,9/21,62.48±6.13 pg/ml,92.56±9.37 ng/L,0.24±0.06 μg/L,1.02±0.11),while the expression of serum lncRNA FAL1(0.52±0.10)was lower than that in the non WML group(1.04±0.15),with significant differences(t=2.683,4.518,8.978,4.085,2.510,2.550,25.346,20.500,all P<0.05).The serum lncRNA BIRF levels of CSVD patients in the mild,moderate and severe WML groups(2.23±0.23,2.47±0.31,2.82±0.42)were increased sequentially,while the expression of serum lncRNA FAL1(0.60±0.15,0.51±0.09,0.40±0.04)was decreased sequentially,with significant differences(F=14.913,13.899,all P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis,the serum levels of lncRNA BIRF and lncRNA FAL1 in patients with WML were negatively correlated(r=-0.603,P<0.001),serum lncRNA BIRF was positively correlated with Fazekas score in WML patients(r=0.483,P<0.001),but serum lncRNA FAL1 was negatively correlated with Fazekas score(r=-0.507,P<0.001).The AUCs of serum lncRNA BIRF and lncRNA FAL1 levels alone and both combination for predicting severe WML in CSVD patients were 0.756(0.641～0.850),0.839(0.733～0.915)and 0.892(0.796～0.953),respectively,and the combination of the two was superior to the detection of serum lncRNA BIRF alone(Z=2.111,P=0.035).Conclusion The serum lncRNA BIRF level is increased and lncRNA FAL1 is reduced in patients with CSVD and WML,and both are related to the degree of WML in CSVD patients.

Objective To analyse the concept of subjective financial distress in cancer patients.Methods Papers in regarding the subjective financial distress were retrieved from the databases such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wangfang Database,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CINAHL,and Embase from the inceptions to 16th October,2022.Walker and Avant's concept analysis was performed to analyse the acquired articles.Results A total of 48 articles were retrieved and included in the study.Walker and Avant's concept analysis showed that the subjective financial distress in the patients was subject to the 3 defining attributes:perceived economic risk,coping behaviours,and negative emotional reactions.The antecedents of this distress included individual factors,disease and treatment factors,and social factors.The consequences of them were the increase in negative health behaviours and poorer quality of life.Conclusions The attributes,antecedents and consequences of subjective financial distress,as identified through the conceptual analysis,can serve as a reference for subsequent researches.In future studies,it would be beneficial by further exploring the connotation by considering China's healthcare system.

Objective:To compare the difference of chemical compositions of single decoction and mixed decoction of Gypsum Fibrosum - Anemarrhenae Rhizoma medicinal pair with different proportion.Methods:The Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC) and Ion Chromatography (IC) fingerprints of each sample were collected, and the independent sample t-test on the ratio of "peak area/weight" value of common peaks which was from the single decoction and mixed decoction samples was performed through SPSS 26.0.Results:In the UPLC fingerprint, there was significant difference in the "peak area/weight" values of peak 1, peak 2, peak 3, peak 6 and peak 13 between mixed decoction and single decoction with different compatibility ratios (1:1, 3:2, 2:1, 5:2, 3:1)( P<0.05), while peak 5 and peak 11 were without significant difference ( P>0.05). When the compatibility ratio of Gypsum Fibrosum and Anemarrhenae Rhizoma was 1:1, 3:2, 5:2, 3:1, there was significant difference in the "peak area/weight" values of peak 7 (neomangiferin) ( P<0.05). In the IC fingerprint, there was significant difference in the "peak area/weight" values of peak 1 between mixed decoction and single decoction with different compatibility ratios (1:1, 3:2, 2:1, 5:2, 3:1) ( P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in peak 5 (calcium ion) ( P>0.05). Conclusion:There are differences in the chemical component content of Gypsum Fibrosum-Anemarrhenae Rhizoma medicinal pair for single decoction and mixed decoction.

Financial toxicity is widely present among caregivers of cancer patients and has adverse effects on the health outcomes of patients and their caregivers. This article reviews the relevant concepts, current status and impacts, evaluation tools, influencing factors, and interventions of financial toxicity of caregivers for cancer patients, aiming to provide a basis for the research on financial toxicity of caregivers for cancer patients.

Objective:To establish the fingerprints of Plantaginis Herba.Methods:The fingerprints were determined by UPLC. The peak areas of fingerprints of different parts and origins were analyzed by variance analysis and independent sample t-test. PCA, HCA, PLS-DA and other chemical patterns were analyzed by Simca14.1. The index weight was calculated by CRITIC, and the quality of plantain evaluation was combined with grey correlation degree.Results:The fingerprints of grass, stem, leaf and spike of Plantago depressa Willd. calibrated for 24, 16, 23 and 22 common peaks. The fingerprints of grass, stem, leaf and spike of Plantaginis Herba calibrated for 22, 10, 16 and 22 common peaks, and the fingerprints of commercial mixed plantain calibrated for 23 common peaks. 10 peaks were identified. The analysis of variance showed that there were differences in chromatographic peak areas between different parts of Plantago asiatica L. and Plantago depressa Willd.. And combinedede with PLS-DA, it showed that there were 16 important characteristic indexes in the classification, and the importance ranking was peak 3, 8, 28, 12, 14, 7, 5, 17, 6, 19, 23, 11, 22, 27, 9, 16. The quality evaluation results of critical method combined with grey correlation degree showed that among Plantago depressa Willd., Plantago asiatica L. and commercial mixed plantain herbs, the quality of Plantago asiatica L. was the best. Conclusion:The mixture of plantain exists in the market. The fingerprints established in this study can be used for the identification and quality evaluation of Plantaginis Herba from different sources.

Objective:To systematically review the prevalence, influencing factors of financial toxicity and coping strategies in cancer patients.Methods:The studies on financial toxicity among cancer patients were searched in PubMed, Embase, The Cochrane Library, Web of Science, CINAHL, WangFang Data, CNKI, Sinomed, VIP from inception to June 2022. Stata14.0 software was used to analyze the prevalence of financial toxicity and coping strategies with a single group meta-analysis. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors.Results:A total of 25 papers including 2 939 cancer patients were included. Meta-analysis results showed that the prevalence of financial toxicity in cancer patients was 47% (95% CI 39%-55%). The influencing factors of financial toxicity included sociodemographic factors, disease related factors, medical insurance related factors and psychological factors. Conclusions:The high incidence of financial toxicity in cancer patients is associated with a variety of factors. Health care professionals should pay attention to early screening of cancer patients, dynamically collect relevant data such as patient expenditure items, continuously assess patients' economic status, and make relevant preventive efforts.

OBJECTIVE：To analysis the correlation between chrom aticity value and quality index of Atractylodis chinensis decoction piece powder stir-fired with bran ，and to determine its processing time. METHODS ：The processed samples of 16 batches of A. chinensis decoction piece stir-fired with bran （S0-S15，S0 is the raw product of A. chinensis ）were prepared ，and chromaticity values of all samples were determined ，such as lightness value （L*），yellow blue value （b*），red green value （a*）. UPLC fingerprint of sample were analyzed ，and the contents of extract and volatile oil were also determined. Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between the chromaticity value and quality index （relative peak area of each chromatographic peak in UPLC fingerprint ，water-soluble extract content ，alcohol-soluble extract content and volatile oil content ）. Multivariate statistical analysis （principal component analysis ，cluster analysis ，partial least squares discriminant analysis ）was carried out with chromaticity value and quality index ，and the processing time of A. chinensis decoction piece stir-fired with bran was determined by grey correlation method. RESULTS ：In the process of bran frying ，with the extension of processing time ，L* and b* of decoction pieces powder decreased ，and a* increased first and then decreased ；relative areas of peak 1 and peak 2 increased first and then decreased，while relative areas of peak 3（5-hydroxymethyl furfural ）increased，and the areas of the other peaks decreased. The content of the extract did not change significantly with time ，and the content of the volatile oil decreased. The results of correlation analysis showed that the relative peak area of peak 2-27，alcohol-soluble extract content and volatile oil content had a certain correlation with the chromaticity value ，while the relative peak area of peak 1 and water-soluble extract content had no linear correlation with the chromaticity value. Results of multivariate statistical analysis showed that the samples were divided into mild （S0-S5），excessive （S12-S15），moderate （S6-processing time of 18-33 min）. The results of grey correlation method showed that the processing time of A. chinensis decoction piece stir-fired w ith bran should be controlled in the range of 18-24 min，and the optimal processing time was 18 min. CONCLUSIONS ：There is a correlation between chromaticity value of A. chinensis decoction piece powder stir-fired with bran and the relative peak area of 27 chromatographic peaks ，and content of extract and volatile oil. It is suggested that the processing time should be 18 min.

Chlamydia psittaci is a causative agent of psittacosis,which can infect a wide range of hosts including birds and humans.However,information regarding C.psittaci infection in pigeons is scarce.In the present study,a total of 399 fecal samples from pigeons were collected from Jilin Province,northeastern China,between March and May 2015,and examined by nested PCR amplification of outer membrane protein A (ompA) gene.The overall Chlamydiosis prevalence was 5.01％ (21/399),with 3.19％ in Changchun City and 9.40％ in Jilin City.Furthermore,breed was the major risk factor associated with Chlamydia infection in pigeon,boiler pigeons had a prevalence of 7.49％,whereas no C.psittaci was detected in racing pigeons.Sequence analysis of the ompA gene revealed that all the identified isolates represented C.psittaci genotype B.Our results firstly indicated the presence of zoonotic C.psittaci in boiler pigeons in Jilin Province,northeastern China,and effective measures should be implemented to reduce the risk of C.psittaci transmission from pigeons to humans.

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of endoscopic balloon dilatation of small bowel stricture in Crohn′s disease with single balloon enteroscopy (SBE).Methods Seven Crohn′s disease patients (four males and three females with a mean age of 37 years) were underwent 10 times dilatation.Before performance,Crohn′s disease with varying degrees of intestinal obstruction was confirmed by image and pathological examinations.There were 8 severe strictures,6 strictures in jejunum.The dilatation was performed step by step with controlled radial expansiondilator (CRE) balloon.After dilatation,the scope could reach the further small bowel was taken as a standard.Results The overall suecess rate was 8 of 10.The average diameter of intestinal stricture was expanded from (4.1 ± 2.5) mm before therapy to (10.2 ±1.5) mm (P＜0.01),and the average distance of the further small bowel that the scope reached was 62 cm.Two patients underwent twice and three times of dilatation.After the performance,all patients′ symptoms of abdominal pain and obstruction relieved obviously and there were no severe complication of bleeding or perforation.After the performance,the average follow-up time was 14 months,two patients were treated by surgery and the other two underwent dilatation treatment again because of the recurrence of symptoms.The median symptom-free time was 15 months and 70％ of patients were without symptom recurrence in one year.Conclusion Endoscopic balloon dilatation of small bowel stricture with SBE is a new technology of endoscopic treatment,which is safe and effective in the treatment of Crohn's diseasecomplicated with intestinal obstruction.
