Childhood simple obesity has become a significant public health issue in China. Modern medicine primarily relies on lifestyle interventions and often suffers from poor long-term compliance， while pharmacological options are limited and associated with potential adverse effects. Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） has a long history in the prevention and management of this condition， demonstrating eight distinct advantages， including systematic theoretical foundation， diversified therapeutic approaches， definite therapeutic efficacy， high safety profile， good patient compliance， comprehensive intervention strategies， emphasis on prevention， and stepwise treatment protocols. Additionally， TCM is characterized by six distinctive features： the use of natural medicinal substances， non-invasive external therapies， integration of medicinal dietetics， simple exercise regimens， precise syndrome differentiation， and diverse dosage forms. By combining internal and external treatments， TCM facilitates individualized regimen adjustment and holistic regulation， demonstrating remarkable effects in improving obesity-related metabolic indicators， regulating constitutional imbalance， and promoting healthy behaviors. However， challenges remain， such as inconsistent operational standards， insufficient high-quality clinical evidence， and a gap between basic research and clinical application. Future efforts should focus on accelerating the standardization of TCM diagnosis and treatment， conducting multicenter randomized controlled trials， and fostering interdisciplinary integration， so as to enhance the scientific validity and international recognition of TCM in the prevention and treatment of childhood obesity.

As a distinctive resource of Chinese civilization， traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） technology transfer faces significant opportunities under the background of digital and intelligent transformation， while also being constrained by unique challenges such as the complexity of its theoretical system， lengthy industrial chains， and multidimensional policy restrictions， resulting in a "high-value-high-threshold" paradox. At present， TCM technology transfer is deeply trapped in a "threefold reluctance" dilemma， i.e.， unwillingness to transfer， inability to transfer， and lack of capacity to transfer. Specifically， the disconnection between scientific research evaluation systems and market demand leads to low conversion rates of research achievements， unclear ownership and compliance risks suppress innovation incentives， and the absence of professional services intensifies supply-demand mismatches. This article systematically analyzes the specific characteristics of TCM technology transfer and proposes a breakthrough pathway centered on full-chain digital and intelligent transformation. By integrating technologies such as intelligent sorting systems， blockchain-based traceability， and AI diagnostic models， the TCM ecosystem spanning "cultivation-production-service" can be reconstructed. In terms of standardization， promoting the progression from "experience-based data conversion" to "data standardization" and further to "intelligent standardization" is advocated to resolve quality control challenges. For example， a "three-no-one-full" certification system can strengthen quality trust. Policy coordination should focus on optimizing mechanisms for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements， while exploring intellectual property securitization and risk-sharing models to stimulate research momentum. In terms of internationalization， reliance on the Belt and Road Initiative platform to promote the export of geo-authentic medicinal material brands and standards is recommended to build a dual-driven model of "technology plus culture". Looking ahead， through the construction of national-level databases， the cultivation of interdisciplinary talent， and the mutual recognition of international standards， a new paradigm of "scientific intelligent manufacturing" can be formed， providing systematic solutions for the modernization of TCM and global health governance.

[Objective] To analyze the influencing factors of repeat blood donor lapsing using a zero-inflated poisson regression model (ZIP). [Methods] The blood donation behavior of 12 498 whole blood donors from 2020 was tracked until December 31, 2023. The factors influencing the frequency of blood donations in a given year was analyzed using ZIP, and donors with 0 blood donation in that year were considered to have lapsed. The changes in relevant influencing factors associated with each blood donation were measured and modeled for analysis. [Results] The zero-inflated part of ZIP showed that the risk of lapsing of male blood donors was 2.24 times that of female blood donors (OR 95% CI:1.864-2.696, P<0.001); the risk of lapsing of the 35-44 age group and over 45 age group was respectively 40% (OR 95% CI:0.455-0.790, P<0.001) and 61%(OR 95% CI:0.268-0.578, P<0.001) lower than that of the under 25 age group; the risk of lapsing for those who have donated blood twice and ≥3 times was respectively 50% (OR 95% CI:0.405-0.609, P<0.001) and 81% (OR 95% CI:0.154-0.225, P<0.001) lower than that of first-time donors; the risk of lapsing of those with junior high or high school education was 1.2 times that of those with a college degree or higher (OR 95% CI:1.033-1.384, P<0.05); the risk of lapsing for the divorced group was 2.02 times that of the married group (OR 95% CI:1.445-2.820, P<0.001); the risk of lapsing for those with an income (Yuan) of 10 000 to 50 000, 50 000 to 100 000 and more than 100 000 was respectively 0.67 (OR 95% CI:0.552-0.818, P<0.001), 0.72 (OR 95% CI:0.591-0.884, P=0.002) and 0.67 (OR 95% CI:0.535-0.834, P<0.001) times that of those with an income (Yuan) of less than 10 000. The results of the Poisson part are consistent with the results of the zero-inflated part in terms of age and education level. [Conclusion] Blood donor lapsing is overall related to factors such as gender, age, donation frequency, education, marital status and family income. It's essential to care for those blood donors prone to lapse to retain more regular blood donors.

BACKGROUND:Impaired postural control is an important risk factor for falls and secondary damage in patients with idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus.Most of the existing studies have analyzed the gait parameters of patients during straight-line walking,but few have analyzed the postural stability characteristics of patients during static and dynamic activities. OBJECTIVE:To analyze the characteristics of postural stability in elderly patients with idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus. METHODS:Twenty-two patients clinically diagnosed with idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus at the Department of Neurosurgery,Huadong Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University,Shanghai,China,from September 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the patient group,and 18 healthy accompanying family members were selected as the healthy control group.The postural stability characteristics of the subjects were assessed using the Timed Up-and-Go Test,Multi-Directional Reach Test,Berg Balance Scale,and Static Balance Function Test(reaction time,speed of movement,directional control,maximum offset distance,and endpoint travel). RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The time required to complete the Timed Up-and-Go Test was significantly longer in the patient group than in the healthy control group(P＜0.05).The results of the stretching test in the four directions of anterior,posterior,leftand right were significantly lower in the patient group than in the healthy control group(P＜0.05).The Berg Balance Scale scores in the patient group were lower than those in the healthy control group(P＜0.05).In the Static Balance Function Test,the results of reaction,movement speed,directional control,maximum offset distance and endpoint travel index were smaller in the patient group than the healthy control group(P＜0.05).To conclude,patients with idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus exhibit overall postural control deficits,and impaired reaction and execution abilities make these patients unable to make timely and accurate motor responses in the face of disturbances from internal or external sources,resulting in postural instability and increasing the risk of falls.

OBJECTIVE To enhance the training quality of anticoagulation specialty clinical pharmacists， address the resource limitations of a single training base， and promote homogenization of training quality. METHODS A multi-base joint training system for anticoagulation specialty clinical pharmacists in the Beijing area was established. A mixed research method was employed， collecting data through performance comparisons， questionnaires， and qualitative interviews to compare the differences between the joint training model （experimental group， n＝16） and traditional teaching model （the control group， n＝17）. RESULTS The established joint training system encompassed a unified joint training teaching plan， the formation of a joint training teaching team， the establishment of joint theoretical teaching courses， the implementation of joint case discussions and literature presentations， as well as strengthening the assessment throughout the joint training process. Compared to the control group [theoretical assessment of （76.44±3.66） points， case assessment of （84.31±3.27） points]， the experimental group students achieved higher scores in theoretical assessment （[ 79.85±4.64） points] and case assessment （[ 88.70±5.51） points] （P＜0.05）. Through questionnaires and qualitative interviews， the trainees in experimental group were highly satisfied with the joint training model in terms of theoretical learning， communication skills， and teaching interaction. CONCLUSIONS The multi-base collaborative training system for anticoagulation specialty clinical pharmacists can integrate advantageous resources and significantly enhance the training effectiveness of anticoagulation specialty clinical pharmacists， offering value for wider promotion.

To implement the instructions and directives of General Secretary Xi Jinping on important documents related to traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， adhere to the equal emphasis on TCM and Western medicine， and promote mutual complementarity， win-win cooperation， and coordinated development between TCM and Western medicine， the China Association of Chinese Medicine has organized seminars on the clinical dominant diseases of TCM in multiple professional fields， achieving a series of results. The aim is to implement the research on dominant diseases of TCM described in the Law of the People's Republic of China on Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Promoting the Inheritance， Innovation and Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine， thus serving the construction of advantageous specialties， clinical talent cultivation， national scientific and technological layout， and academic innovation leadership. In the field of otolaryngology， the China Association of Chinese Medicine and many Chinese and Western medicine experts across the country have conducted multiple in-depth discussions and research. At the 10^th Clinical Dominant Disease Series Youth Salon， they have elaborated and demonstrated the basic and specific suggestions and consensus on the clinical advantages of TCM and integrated TCM and Western medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis （AR）， making great progress. However， there is still a lack of detailed research paths. Under the guidance of the China Association of Chinese Medicine and based on the TCM Dominant Disease Series Salon for AR， this study analyzed the difficulties encountered in AR diagnosis and treatment according to the occurrence and development law of AR. Based on the advantages and characteristics of AR diagnosis and treatment by TCM and integrated TCM and Western medicine， it explored the research paradigm and technological layout points of AR and put forward suggestions. The layout involved four aspects： Optimization of the AR diagnosis and treatment system， prevention and control of comorbidities， management of chronic diseases， and a platform for TCM inheritance. Additionally， suggestions for layout and research directions， expected goals and values， and priority levels for funding were proposed. The study is expected to provide a theoretical basis and development ideas for the future prevention and treatment of AR with TCM and integrated TCM and Western medicine and promote the high-quality development of TCM.

Objective: To preliminarily develop a multidimensional blood donor role scale based on role theory and systematically compare the psychosocial characteristic differences between award-winning donors and first-time donors in Guangzhou, and to provide an empirical reference for formulating differentiated donor retention strategies. Methods: A cross-sectional survey design was adopted. A random sample of award-winning donors and concurrently sampled first-time donors yielding 1 361 valid responses collected (721 from the award group, 640 from the first-time group). Exploratory factor analysis was used to assess the scale structure. Data were post-stratified and weighted according to the gender and age distributions of the general donor population. Independent samples t-tests, multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA), and generalized linear models were employed to compare dimensional scores between the two groups. A paired t-test was conducted to analyze the annual donation frequency of award-winning donors before and after receiving the award. Results: Exploratory factor analysis yielded a 5-factor structure, including Role Identity and Expectations, Role Adaptation and Maintenance, Role Environment and Experience, Role Relationships and Conflict, and Role Incentives and Rewards, with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 56.43%. The scale demonstrated good internal consistency reliability (Cronbach's α=0.906). Known-group validity test showed that award-winning donors scored significantly higher than first-time donors on Role Identity and Expectations (t=4.366, P<0.001, d=0.240), Role Adaptation and Maintenance (t=5.436, P<0.001, d=0.500), and Role Relationships and Conflict (t=4.844, P<0.001, d=0.220). These differences remained significant after controlling for selected demographic variables (MANCOVA, Wilks' λ=0.943, P<0.001). Generalized linear models suggested that donation frequency was an independent predictor for these dimensions. Additionally, the annual donation frequency of award-winning donors was slightly higher after receiving the award than before (t=2.007, P=0.045). Conclusion: The preliminary blood donor role scale demonstrates acceptable reliability and validity and can effectively distinguish groups with different donation behavior characteristics. The study reveals that award-winning donors exhibit more positive psychological characteristics across multiple role identity dimensions and maintain their donation behavior after receiving an award. External incentives and internal role identity may jointly contribute to behavioral persistence. The findings provide a preliminary reference for further exploring the formation pathways of donor role identity and developing differentiated donor retention strategies.

Objective To investigate the expression levels and mutation status of phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate3-kinase catalytic subunit alpha(PIK3CA)in endometrial cancer(EC)and evaluate its association with lymph node metastasis in EC.Methods We retrosepctively collected and analyzed EC genetic mutation testing data submitted to the Molecular Detection Center,The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University between July 2020 and June 2022.The mutation rate of PIK3CA gene was calculated based on the sequencing results of EC patients,and the correlation between PIK3CA mutations and clinical pathological parameters,as well as protein expression consistency,was analyzed accordingly.Results A total of 97 EC patients were enrolled in this study,and PIK3CA mutations were identified in approximately 48.5％(47 out of 97 cases).The rate of lymph node metastasis in patients with PIK3CA mutations was higher than that in patients with wild-type PIK3CA(21.3％vs.6.0％,P=0.027).Findings from univariate and multivariate logistic analyses indicated that histological subtype Ⅱ(odds ratio[OR]=5.51;95％CI,1.08-28.06;P=0.040),positive result for lymphovascular space invasion(LVSI)(OR=7.96;95％CI,1.37-46.44;P=0.021),and PIK3CA mutation(OR=8.58;95％CI,1.51-48.84;P=0.015)were independent risk factors for lymph node metastasis in EC.In addition,the receiver-operating characteristic(ROC)curves demonstrated that the combined use of clinicopathological parameters and PIK3CA mutations could more accurately predict lymph node metastasis in EC,with an area under the curve of 0.824(95％CI,0.678-0.970).It is noteworthy that there was a high consistency between PIK3CA mutations and its protein expression,and EC patients with positive expression of PIK3CA protein had a higher rate of lymph node metastasis(53.8％vs.9.1％,P=0.078).Conclusion PIK3CA somatic mutations are strongly correlated with lymph node metastasis in EC.

【Objective】 To compare the effects of 3 rehydration methods before blood donation on the prevention of on-site and delayed blood donation-related vasovagal response (VVR) . 【Methods】 From January to June 2021, 6 250 whole blood donors in 6 fixed blood donation sites signed informed consent and were divided into 198 clusters according to donor sites and dates, then they were randomly assigned to receive either oral rehydration salts (ORS), sugar water, or water group, and each drank 500 mL of ORS, sugar water or water within 20 minutes before blood donation. The researchers recorded the actual intervention accepted on site, and recorded the immediate VVR and related information. At rest after blood donation, donors submitted an electronic questionnaire containing socio-demographic information. At 48 hours after blood donation, the researchers called back every donor to record delayed VVR and related information. Logistic regression based on intention to treat (ITT) was used to analyze the difference of the incidence of VVR among the three groups, and the average treatment effect on treated (ATT) was calculated. PASS 2021was used to estimate the sample size and R (4.2.0) for statistical analysis. 【Results】 The cumulative incidence of blood donation-related VVR was 2.67% (2.29%-3.11%) among street whole blood donors under the 3 rehydration methods, in which, the incidence of immediate and delayed VVR was 1.02% (0.79%-1.31%) and 1.65% (1.36%-2.01%) respectively. ITT analysis found that ORS were more effective than water in reducing the incidence of delayed VVR【OR=0.59,95% CI[0.37,0.94]】.There was no significant difference in the incidence of immediate VVR between any two groups (P > 0.05), and there was no significant difference in the incidence of delayed VVR in the sugar water group compared with the water group (P > 0.05). There was a difference of -0.013 (【95% CI[-0.022, -0.004]】or -0.008【95% CI[-0.017, -0.000]】in the incidence of delayed VVR in the ORS group compared with water group or sugar water group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). The cumulative VVR of the three groups showed similar results to the delayed VVR. 【Conclusion】 Drinking ORS before blood donation is the most effective rehydration method to prevent delayed VVR. The next step is to establish the predictive model of delayed VVR to screen the susceptible population and provide them with ORS before blood donation, while other population can choose any liquid they like, thus achieving personalized blood donation-related VVR prevention and control.

Talents are the main force for the development of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）， and the construction of TCM talents and the reformation of talent evaluation system are essential to promote the inheritance and innovation of TCM. At present， we are still exploring and developing in the fields of the formulation， implementation and evaluation indicators of TCM talent evaluation system. However， there are shortcomings and difficulties. For instance， insufficient stratification in the evaluation， excessive emphasis on the quantity of achievements， neglecting the quality of the achievements and the actual contribution， imperfect assessment indicators， and the weak characteristics of TCM. Therefore， national ministries and commissions have jointly issued a document requesting to break the four only and set a new standard， in order to promote the construction of a scientific and technological talent evaluation system oriented by innovation value， ability and contribution. For the evaluation of TCM clinical talents， China Association for Science and Technology commissioned China Association of Chinese Medicine to build the China Clinical Cases Library of TCM（CCCL-TCM）， which aims at collecting the most authoritative and representative TCM clinical cases and exploring the advantages of applying clinical cases as masterpiece of achievement in TCM clinical talents evaluation. CCCL-TCM can promote the construction of a talent evaluation system that is more in line with the development characteristics of TCM industry， and to carry out relevant pilot in TCM colleges and institutions across the country in order to promote the reformation of TCM talent evaluation system.
