Objective To investigate the safety and feasibility of peripheral vascular intervention via the ipsilateral transulnar access(TUA)due to failure of transradial access(TRA)puncture. Methods The clinical data of 2546 peripheral vascular interventions via TRA,which were performed at authors'hospital between January 2019 and December 2021,were retrospectively analyzed.Among the 2546 interventions,TRA puncture failed in 37 procedures, and in 27 of these patients the ipsilateral TUA puncture had to be adopted. The puncture success rate, surgical success rate and puncture approach-related complications of TUA of the 27 patients receiving ipsilateral TUA puncture were analyzed. Results The success rate of ipsilateral TUA puncture after TRA puncture failed was 96.3%(26/27),and in one patient transfemoral access(TFA)puncture had to be substituted because of the ulnar artery spasm. The total success rate of interventional procedures was 96.3%(26/27).No serious complications occurred, and the incidence of minor complications was 19.2%(5/26).Conclusion Preliminary results indicate that for the experienced TRA operators, using ipsilateral TUA puncture due to failure of TRA puncture is a safe and feasible strategy choice.

Objective To analyze the quality of life and its influencing factors among patients with occupational coal workers' pneumoconiosis (hereinafter referred to as "coal workers' pneumoconiosis"). Methods A total of 404 coal workers' pneumoconiosis patients diagnosed in Fengjie County of Chongqing City were selected as the study subjects using the convenient sampling method, and their quality of life was investigated by the SF-36 scale. Results The total score of quality of life of the subjects was (63.1±12.1) points. Their scores in the eight dimensions of physical functioning, role-physical, bodily pain, general health subscales, vitality, social functioning, role-emotional, and mental health subscales were lower than that of norms for Chongqing City and the nation (all P<0.05). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the total score of quality of life of the patients decreased with the increase of age and stage of pneumoconiosis (all P<0.01). The total score of quality of life of patients living in urban areas was higher than that of rural patients(P<0.01). The total score of quality of life of patients who had left their jobs was higher than that of retired patients (P<0.01). The total score of quality of life of smoking patients and those with complications was lower than that of non-smokers and those without complications (all P<0.01). Conclusion Age, place of residence, smoking, stage of pneumoconiosis, work status, and complications of pneumoconiosis were the main influencing factors of quality of life among coal workers' pneumoconiosis patients.

The performance appraisal of public hospitals is the most official and authoritative assessment and evaluation of tertiary public hospitals in China, and it is an important measure to guide hospitals to improve their internal management level and achieve high-quality development. In this study,a data monitoring management system based on the performance appraisal indicators of national tertiary public hospitals was developed and constructed through intelligent collection and reporting, report in-tegration,visual analysis, data drilling, etc.,which realized the one-stop dynamic management of indicators, optimized the data filling process of national examination indicators, improved the data quality and credibility, and promoted the integration of na-tional assessment and hospital assessment.the intelligent management level of the hospital has been improved, which provides strong support for the hospital's refined operation management and scientific decision-making.
4.Research on Self-regulation of Pharmaceutical Advertising Industry in the UK and Enlightenment for China
China Pharmacy 2020;31(3):261-264
OBJECTIVE:To provide re ference for promoting the self-regulation development of China ’s pharmaceutical industry. METHODS :Through in-depth analysis of the self-regulation system of the UK pharmaceutical advertising industry ,this paper focused on the procedures and characteristics of the self-regulation of the UK pharmaceutical advertising industry ,and proposed the suggestions for improving the self-regulation system of China ’s pharmaceutical industry. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: Since the 1980s,the self-discipline of the pharmaceutical advertising industry in the UK has officially established its legitimacy in 2012,and distinguished the operation procedures of prescription only medicine and over-the-counter. The characteristics of the self-regulation of the pharmaceutical advertising industry in the UK are to issue guidelines to guide the industry self-regulation , select appropriate industry associations to become self-regulation institutions ,promote the effective connection between government supervision and industry self-regulation ,and ensure the continuous and effective communication between the government and industry associations. It is suggested that China should develop the guidelines for guiding industry associations to carry out self-regulation,focus on cultivating self-regulation capabilities of industry associations ,establish a cohesive mechanism between government supervision and industry self-regulation ,and build a platform for ensuring continuous and effective communication between the two parties ,thus promoting the development of self-regulation system in the pharmaceutical industry.

Chinese Journal of Plastic Surgery 2020;36(5):471-476
When plastic surgery meets the era of genetics and genetics-based precision medicine, how will we plastic surgeons face it ? As an example, this article systematically reviewed the identification of serum biomarkers, risk factors, specific genes such as GNAQ, RASA1, TEK and their influences on the diagnosis and treatment of vascular anomalies with the preliminary result found in genetics of hemangiomas and vascular malformations for precision medicine. In addition, a new disease classification system and a treatment breakthrough for complicated vascular malformation based on the innovative genetic evidence, the PIK3CA gene, were briefly summarized. With gene sequencing, bioinformatics and big data, in the hand of China’s huge medical research scale, genetics and precision medicine will provide an inexhaustible driving force for the sustainable development of plastic surgery in the future.
