Objective:To investigate the prevalence of sexual drug use in men who have sex with men (MSM) in Chengdu and analyze the relationship between depression and sexual drug use.Methods:A total of 1 277 MSM were recruited between November 2021 and May 2022. Questionnaire was used to collect information about their demographic characteristics, depression status and sexual drug use behavior. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression models were used to analyze the relationship between depression and sexual drug use.Results:In the 1 277 MSM, assessment identified 503 mild depression cases (39.4%), 196 moderate depression cases (15.3%) and 171 severe depression cases (13.4%) and 444 MSM (34.8%) reported sexual drug use in the past 6 months. Multivariate logistic regression models showed that compared with non-depression, mild depression (a OR=1.67,95% CI:1.24-2.23), moderate depression (a OR=1.50,95% CI: 1.02-2.19) and severe depression (a OR=1.56,95% CI:1.04-2.32) were positively associated with sexual drug use. Conclusions:The prevalence of depression and sexual drug use were high in MSM in Chengdu. There was a positive correlation between depression and sexual drug use. It is necessary to pay close attention to depression and sexual drug use and conduct targeted intervention in MSM.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Ginkgo Diterpene Lactone Meglumine Injection combined with alteplase(rt-PA)in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke with large vessel occlusion.Methods A total of 170 patients with acute ischemic stroke with large vessel occlusion were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group(receiving intravenous rt-PA thrombolytic therapy)and observation group(receiving Ginkgo Diterpene Lactone Meglumine In-jection in addition to the treatment in the control group),with 85 cases in each group.Serological in-dicators[neuron-specific enolase(NSE),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),homocysteine(Hcy),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)],cere-bral blood flow velocity in the middle cerebral artery[end-diastolic velocity(EDV),peak systolic ve-locity(PSV),mean velocity(Vm)],neurological function[National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score],cognitive function[Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE)score],modi-fied Rankin Scale(mRS)score,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the serum levels of NSE,Hcy,hs-CRP,MMP-9,and the NIHSS and mRS scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,while the serum level of VEGF and the MMSE score were higher than those before treatment(P＜0.05).Moreover,the serum lev-els of NSE,Hcy,hs-CRP,MMP-9,and the NIHSS and mRS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the serum level of VEGF and the MMSE score were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).After treat-ment,the EDV,PSV and Vm in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differ-ences(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the overall incidence of com-plications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo Diterpene Lactone Meglumine Injection combined with rt-PA can effectively improve the neurological and cognitive functions of a-cute ischemic stroke patients with large vessel occlusion.

Hereditary hemochromatosis is a rare autosomal genetic disorder that can cause multi-organ dysfunction in the liver,pancreas,spleen,heart and pituitary gland,with diverse clinical manifestations,make the diagnosis difficult.In recent years,with the deepening of clinical understanding and the development of genetic diagnosis tools,the diagnostic rate of this disease has increased significantly.In this paper,we report a case of hereditary hemochromatosis type 3 involving multiple organs and complicated by severe heart failure,aiming to improve the clinicians'understanding of this disease and reduce the leakage and misdiagnosis.

Objective:To understand the characteristics of sexualized drug use (SDU) among men who have sex with men (MSM) in Chengdu and classify their behavioral patterns by applying the two-step cluster (TSC) algorithm and by exploring the association between SDU patterns and high risk sexual behaviors, in order to provide a reference basis for the development of HIV prevention interventions.Methods:Supported by an MSM-friendly organization in Chengdu from December 2021 to February 2022, MSM were recruited by on-site survey and peer referral to collect information on sociodemographics, SDU characteristics, sexual behaviors, STD diagnosis, and HIV status. TSC was performed to classify the characteristics of SDU, and the differences between groups were compared. Chi-square test and multiple binary logistic regressions were used to identify the relationship between SDU clusters and HIV-related risk sexual behaviors.Results:A total of 727 MSM were surveyed, and 39.8% (289/727) of the respondents reported SDU experience with a same-sex partner in the last six months. TSC clustered SDU-MSM into three behavioral pattern groups. There were significant differences in monthly income, types of drugs used for SDU, mode, frequency, polydrug use, multiple sexual partners, non-adherence to condom use, and group sex among the three groups of SDU-MSM ( P<0.05). Multivariate binary logistic regression analysis showed that the third category of SDU-MSM was 2.22 (95% CI: 1.06-4.66) times more likely than the first category not to use condoms consistently; the third and second categories were 2.82 (95% CI: 1.18-6.77) times and 8.78 (95% CI: 3.42-22.42) times. Conclusions:The prevalence of SDU among MSM in Chengdu was more than 1/3, and different SDU clustering pattern was associated with high-risk sexual behaviors. MSM with higher SDU frequency, drug use, and polydrug abuse are more difficult to adhere to condom use and more likely to have group sex and high risk sexual behaviors, increasing the risk of STD and HIV infection, and need to strengthen SDU surveillance and intervention.

Objective To explore the clinical value of portal exposure in laparoscopic treatment of children with type Ⅲ biliary atresia (BA).Methods From June 2013 to October 2017,30 infants with type Ⅲ BA who treated with laparoscopic portoenterostomy in Huai'an Women and Children's Hospital were selected.A percutaneous suture was used to snare the round ligament and retract the liver,other percutaneous stay sutures were then introduced and fundus and neck of gallbladder were sutured to elevate the liver to expose the portal hepatis.The fibro cord and hepatic vessels were mobilized,and then two rubber bands were put around the left and right portal veins and hepatic arteries.The portal hepatis was exposed by laterally stretching the two elastic rubber bands.The fibro cord was removed and then laparoscopic portoenterostomy was accomplished.In 20 cases,the liver was enlarged,part of hepatic lobus quadratus was removed laparoscopiclly for exposure of the portal hepatis.Results There were 30 cases in this group,2 cases were converted to open surgery by a micro transverse incision.There was no surgical death.Time of laparoscopic procedure varied from 210 to 280 min.All cases survived the surgery without any intraoperative complications.Blood loss during operation was minimal,without necessity for blood transfusion.One case died of respiratory failure one week after surgery.Two cases were lost follow-up.Twenty-five cases were followed up for 3～51 months(mean 22.4 months).Three cases died because of repeated cholangitis and liver failure at 10,16,35 months postoperatively.Nineteen patients' total bilirubin had dropped to normal,three others' bilirubin levels dropped significantly after surgery.Conclusion The technique of laparoscopic hepatic porta exposure can help to complete hepatic portoenterostomy successfully,reduce the conversion rate of laparoscopic surgery,and improve the surgical effect.

Objective: To investigate whether it can reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer caused by ICU equipment, when nurses in ICU use the SKIN model framework to carry out preventive and nursing measures. Methods: To construct the teaching group of nursing workshop based on SKIN mode for preventing pressure ulcer caused by ICU equipment and train 36 ICU nurses. Before and after training course, to collect the behaviors of preventing pressure ulcer caused by ICU equipment during clinical work time and the incidence and severity of pressure ulcer. Results: The nurses′ behaviors of controlling skin status of patients who use Bi-level positive airway pressure non-invasive mask and evaluating nutritional status of patients change a lot (χ²=34.420,10.123, P <0.01). The nurses′ behaviors of checking and evaluating skin status of patients who have stomach tube to reduce skin pressure, shear and friction and assessing nutritional status of patients were improved (χ²=7.547-49.451, P <0.05). The nurses′ behaviors mentioned above of nursing patients who have oral air tube were also changed significantly (χ²=5.225, 23.402, 12.444, P<0.05 or 0.01). The incidence of pressure ulcer caused by ICU equipment dropped from 2.86%(100/3 502) to 1.87%(67/3 580) (χ²=7.445, P<0.05). The decrease in incidence of Ⅱand Ⅲ grade pressure ulcer are from 48%(48/100) to 22.39%(15/67) and 34%(34/100) to 7.46%(5/67) respectively and had significant differences as well (χ²=11.202, 15.784, P<0.01). Conclusions This study explains the training approach based on SKIN mode of prevention of pressure ulcer caused by ICU equipment. The results show that the training approach can decrease the incidence and severity of pressure ulcer caused by ICU equipment, improve the nurses′ nursing behaviors and promote the transform of theory related to pressure ulcer from basement to clinical reality.

Objective To explore the good death status of terminally ill cancer patients from the nurses' perspective and identify associated factors. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted among the nurses in charge of the patients within 3 months after their death to evaluate the status quo of patients with end-stage cancer from the perspective of nurses, using anonymous questionnaire. Using convenient sampling method, 101 competent nurses from 209 patients with end-stage tumors who died in a hospital from October 2017 to January 2018 were selected. The nurses were investigated with nurses' general information questionnaire, patient information questionnaire and Good Death Inventory (GDI). Single factor analysis, Pearson correlation and multivariate linear regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of good death in patients with end-stage cancer. Results The total score of GDI was (243.00±39.21). Among GDI, the three lowest scores were independence (7.43±4.25), physical and psychological comfort (8.17±4.82), and religious and spiritual comfort (8.53±4.72);while the three highest scores were being respected as an individual (18.32±2.76), good relationship with medical staff (18.23±2.59), and natural death (17.97±3.42). There were significant differences in patients' death status among different departments, medical payment methods, professional training experience of competent nurses and treatment methods within 3 months before death (t=17.351, 2.158, -2.679, -2.993;P＜0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that nurse working life was positively correlated with the total score of GDI (r=0.953, P＜0.01). Regression analysis showed that the factors influencing the good death of patients with end-stage cancer were the department of oncology medicine, the way of treatment and the professional training experience of nurses (P＜0.05). Conclusions The overall status of good death of terminally ill cancer patients is poor. To strengthen the palliative care training about the knowledge and skills helps to improve the nursing quality of end-of-life care and achieve the goal of good death.

Objective To study the effects of main ingredients from microemulsion extract of Compound Longqincao in vitro on anti-influenza virus H1N1 activity; To analyze effects of main ingredients from microemulsion extract on influenza virus inhibition rate.Methods Uniform design was used to conduct the experiment. MTT method was used to detect the effect rate (ER) of anti-influenza virus H1N1 on A549 cells. Setting ER as the index, Minitab17 software was used to establish mathematical model to come up with regression equations of all factors. The effects of ingredients on ER were analyzed and the efficient composition ratio of the optimum anti-influenza virus H1N1 was chosen.ResultsIn the compound compatibility, baicalin showed the most obvious antivirus activity, and licorice glycosides had certain inhibition effects on pathological changes of cells. Five ingredients had coordinative or controlled relation with ER. When per milliliter liquids containing licorice glycosides, baicalin, leucine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid was 13.94μg, 49.44μg, 0.23 mg, 1.25 mg, and 2.50 mg, ER was the best. ER was 85.34%±4.72% after verification.ConclusionThe optimized combination of main ingredients from microemulsion extract of Compound Longqincaocan better play a role in anti-influenza virus H1N1.

] Objective To explore the role and mechanisms of FGF2 in chemo?resistance in breast cancer. Methods The inhibitors for different signal pathway were used to treat two drug?resistant breast cancer cell lines MCF?7/5?Fu and T47D/5?Fu established in our lab. MTS assay was used to determine chemo?sensitivity and Hoechst stain was used to measure apoptosis. Protein activation and FGF2 protein level in cell culture medium were detected by western blot and ELISA respectively. Results Akt inhibitor MK?2206 (20 nM) and mTOR inhibitor AZD8055 (2 nM) significantly reversed the chemo?resistance of MCF?7/5?Fu and T47D/5?Fu cell lines to 5?Fu and paclitaxel, but ERK1/2 inhibitor SCH772984 showed no significant effect. Compared to parent cell lines MCF?7 and T47D, p?Akt and p?S6K (represented as mTORactivity) levels were obviously up?regulated in MCF?7/5?Fu and T47D/5?Fu cell lines, and so do the FGF2 mRNA level and FGF2 protein level from culture medium. Moreover, FGFR inhibitor AZD4547 (4 nM) markedly reversed the chemo?resistance of MCF?7/5?Fu and T47D/5?Fu cell lines to 5?Fu and paclitaxel and down?regulated activation of FGFR?Akt?mTOR signal pathway. In agreement, FGF2 protein (10ng/ml) enhanced the chemo?resistance of MCF?7 and T47D cell lines to 5?Fu and paclitaxel and up?regulated activation of FGFR?Akt?mTOR signal pathway. Conclusion Activation of FGF2?FGFR?Akt?mTOR signal pathway promoted chemo?resistance of breast cancer cells.
