To satisfy the growing healthcare demands of the public, it is essential to develop a public service platform for vaccination. This initiative aligns with national policies, optimizes resource allocation, innovates service models, enhances service efficiency, and reduces service costs. Drawing on relevant national policies and regulatory requirements, as well as the notable achievements and practical experiences gained through the exploration and innovation of vaccination service models across various regions, this paper proposes expert recommendations. It defines the essential components and functional specifications for public service platforms, focusing on public needs such as electronic vaccination record management, appointment management, the promotion of electronic vaccination certificates, vaccination certificate verification for school enrollment, vaccination site navigation, and science communication and public engagement. The recommendations aim to serve as a reference for the development of vaccination public service platforms nationwide.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of surface electromyography biofeedback combined with respiratory training on post-stroke dysphagia and its impacts on serum neuron specific enolase(NSE)and insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1)in patients. Methods Totally 120 patients with post-stroke dysphagia in our hospital were stochastically assigned into the control group and the combined group, with 60 patients in each group. Both groups were given conventional treatment first, while the control group received respiratory training treatment. The combined group received surface electromyography biofeedback treatment on the top of the control group. The efficacy, serum NSE,central nervous system specific protein(S100β),IGF-1,functional oral intake scale(FOIS)score, standard swallowing function assessment scale(SSA)score, respiratory function, pharyngeal contraction rate and duration of pharyngeal contraction were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was higher in the combined group(x2=4.876,P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,NSE,S100β,SSA score and pharyngeal contraction rate decreased after treatment in both groups, and those were even lower in the combined group(t=5.193,9.000,8.976,10.614,P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,IGF-1,FOIS score, force vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)and duration of pharyngeal contraction increased after treatment in both groups, with even higher levels in the combined group(t=4.212,6.220,3.765,6.935,5.020,4.249,P<0.05).Conclusion Surface electromyography biofeedback combined with respiratory training can improve neuronal damage in patients with dysphagia, enhance swallowing efficiency, reduce serum NSE,S100β levels and pharyngeal retention time, with significant curative effect.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of Jiaohong pills (JHP) and its prescription, Pericarpium Zanthoxyli (PZ) and Rehmanniae Radix (RR) cognitive dysfunction in scopolamine-induced Alzheimer's disease (AD) mice and its mechanism through pharmacodynamic and metabolomics study. MethodThe animal model of AD induced by scopolamine was established and treated with PZ, RG and JHP, respectively. The effects of JHP and its formulations were investigated by open field test, water maze test, object recognition test, avoidance test, cholinergic system and oxidative stress related biochemical test. Untargeted metabolomics analysis of cerebral cortex was performed by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-Quadrupole/Orbitrap high resolution mass spectrometry (UPLC Q-Exactive Orbitrap MS). ResultThe behavioral data showed that, compared with the model group, the discrimination indexes of the high dose of JHP, PZ and RR groups was significantly increased (P<0.05). The staging rate of Morris water maze test in the PZ, RR, high and low dose groups of JHP was significantly increased (P<0.05, P<0.01), the crossing numbers in the PZ, JHP high and low dose groups were significantly increased (P<0.05, P<0.01); the number of errors in the avoidance test were significantly reduced in the PZ and high-dose JHP groups (P<0.01), and the error latencies were significantly increased in the JHP and its prescription drug groups (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the activities of acetylcholinesterase in the cerebral cortex of the two doses of JHP group and the PZ group were significantly increased (P<0.05, P<0.01), and the activity of acetylcholinesterase in the high-dose JHP group was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the level of acetylcholine was significantly increased (P<0.01). At the same time, the contents of malondialdehyde in the serum of the two dose groups of JHP decreased significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01). The results of metabolomics study of cerebral cortex showed that 149 differential metabolites were identified between the JHP group and the model group, which were involved in neurotransmitter metabolism, energy metabolism, oxidative stress and amino acid metabolism. ConclusionJHP and its prescription can antagonize scopolamine-induced cognitive dysfunction, regulate cholinergic system, and reduce oxidative stress damage. The mechanism of its therapeutic effect on AD is related to the regulation of neurotransmitter, energy, amino acid metabolism, and improvement of oxidative stress.

Objective:To understand the current situation of spiritual nursing needs in elderly patients with primary glaucoma and its influencing factors, and to analyze its relationship with self-perceived burden and perceived social support, so as to provide a theoretical basis for reducing their spiritual distress and pain and meeting their spiritual nursing needs. Methods:A total of 218 elderly patients with primary glaucoma who were hospitalized in the department of ophthalmology of the First Hospital of Jilin University from March to September, 2022 were selected by convenience sampling. They were investigated by using general information questionnaire, the Nurse Spiritual Therapeutics Scale, the Self-Perceived Burden Scale, and the Perceived Social Support Scale. And multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of spiritual nursing needs among elderly patients with primary glaucoma. Results:The total score of spiritual nursing needs of elderly patients with primary glaucoma was (30.73 ± 4.85). The highest dimension of item average score was "building a good atmosphere" (3.02 ± 0.59), and the lowest dimension was "helping religious practice" (1.95 ± 0.63). The total scores of spiritual nursing needs and self-perceived burden were negatively correlated ( r=-0.423, P<0.01), and positively correlated with the total scores of perceived social support ( r=0.515, P<0.01). Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that age, religious belief, educational level, treatment duration, residence, self-perceived burden, and perceived social support were the main influencing factors of spiritual care needs of elderly patients with primary glaucoma, ( t values were -5.23-7.04, all P<0.01), which could explain 44.5% of the total variation. Conclusions:The spiritual nursing needs of elderly patients with primary glaucoma were at a medium level. Therefore, it is recommended that nurses should carry out targeted spiritual nursing for them according to the differences and characteristics of different patients, to reduce their self-perceived burden, and to improve perceived social support level, in order to meet their spiritual nursing needs.

Objective:To study the dynamic changes in fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) and the rates of change of forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1) in the bronchial dilation test, and their correlation in patients with chronic moderate to severe persistent asthma during escalation therapy. Methods:A total of 160 patients with chronic moderate to severe persistent asthma were given escalation therapy according to the Global Initiative for Asthma (updated in 2015). FeNO concentrations, the Asthma Control Questionnaire (ACQ), and the bronchial dilation test were taken every 3 months over 1 year. Results:After receiving standardized therapy, the ACQ scores of the 160 patients gradually declined, and both their FeNO concentrations and the rates of change of FEV1 decreased, showing significant correlation. Conclusion:After the escalation therapy on chronic moderate to severe persistent asthma, the dynamic changes in FeNO concentrations were positively correlated with that of the rates of change in FEV1 in the bronchial dilation test, which can provide a theoretical reference to the standardized management and treatment of chronic moderate to severe persistent asthma in basic level hospitals.
