OBJECTIVE
To observe the anti-influenza effect of Jiawei Xiangru oral liquid through MDCK cells and mice, and predict its therapeutic mechanism for influenza based on network pharmacology.
METHODS
Observed the effect of different concentrations of Jiawei Xiangru oral liquid on MDCK cell damage caused by influenza A virus type 3 and its protective effect on influenza virus infected mice. The effective ingredients and action targets of each drug were collected through the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP). Collect influenza disease related targets using GeneCards 5.14, OMMI and other databases, and construct a network diagram. Build PPI network diagrams, GO enrichment, and KEGG pathway analysis using STRING and Metascape databases. Complete molecular docking and 3D visualization display using AutoDockTools and PyMOL software.
RESULTS
In vitro experiments shown that the Jiawei Xiangru oral liquid had a significant inhibitory effect on MDCK cell damage and hemagglutination caused by influenza virus. In vivo experiments shown that it could prolong the survival time of mice infected with influenza A virus, improve the death protection rate of mice infected with the virus, and reduce the lung index and lung tissue virus titer of mice. The 82 active ingredients and 168 common targets were screened, with carotenoid, folic acid, 3'- methoxy daidzein, coellitin, and kaempferol as key components, and TNF, AKT1, EGFR, STAT3, SRC, MMP9, and PTGS2 as core targets. KEGG pathway enrichment analysis showed that the main mechanism of action maight exert anti-influenza virus effects through the TNF signaling pathway, chemokine signaling pathway, PI3K/Akt signaling pathway, and VEGF signaling pathway.
CONCLUSION
Pharmacodynamics have shown that the Jiawei Xiangru oral liquid can effectively treat influenza diseases, and its mechanism maybe related to the synergistic regulation of "multi components, multi targets, and multi pathways".

Objective To explore the lipid-lowering effect of Qige Decoction before and after compatibility through the combination of pharmacodynamics and liver metabolomics, and to provide new research strategies for exploring the scientific notation of traditional Chinese medicine compatibility. Methods According to the pharmacodynamic strategy, three groups of drug administration were set up as Qige Decoction group,Astragali Radix-Puerariae Radix group, and Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae group.Four indices of blood lipids, serum biochemical indicators, and liver morphology and pathology were used to evaluate the intervention effect of Qige Decoction on hyperlipidemic rats.Liver metabolomics technology was used to analyze the effects of Qige Decoction on metabolites before and after compatibility, and multivariate statistical analysis was used to evaluate the differences between groups in terms of differential metabolites and metabolic pathways. Results Compared with the model group, the callback abilities of four indices of blood lipid in the Qige Decoction group were higher than those in Astragali Radix-Puerariae Radix group and Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae group, among which the total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)levels in the Qige Decoction group decreased(P<0.05).A total of 86 potential biomarkers were identified by liver metabolomics, with 23,13,and 7 metabolites being significantly different in the Qige Decoction group,Astragali Radix-Puerariae Radix group, and Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae group,respectively(P<0.05).Metabolic pathway analysis of 29 specific biomarkers with significant callback effects showed that they were related to glycerophospholipid metabolism, linoleic acid metabolism,α-linolenic acid metabolism, sphingolipid metabolism, arachidonic acid metabolism, and unsaturated fatty acid biosynthesis.Qige Decoction mainly regulates glycerophospholipid and linoleic acid metabolism, and uniquely acts on sphingolipid metabolism. Conclusion Qige Decoction has more lipid-lowering targets after compatibility, with better lipid-lowering effects than the Astragali Radix-Puerariae Radix group and Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae group. This study provides experimental evidence and research strategies for further revealing the scientific notation of traditional Chinese medicine compatibility.

In the electroencephalography (EEG) monitoring of patients with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, generalized periodic discharges are often monitored abnormal waveforms. When there are some features of generalized periodic discharges (e.g., frequency≥1.5 Hz or plus), it indicates that the patient is at high risk for seizures or has a poor prognosis. Compared with conventional EEG, the time of continuous EEG monitoring is longer, so the detection rate of these waveforms is higher. At present, scholars at home and abroad have studied these waveforms, but there is controversy about the significance of these waveforms. In this paper, the definition and characteristics of these waveforms and their significance in determining prognosis and guiding treatment in patients with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy are reviewed.

Journal of Public Health and Preventive Medicine 2021;32(1):121-124
Objective To understand the prevalence of family cancer history among lung cancer patients. Methods The family cancer history of 418 patients with lung cancer was investigated by a face-to-face survey in Bazhong area according to the " Questionnaire on Family History and Medical History of Population Diseases". Results The positive rates of family history of cancer and lung cancer in the 418 patients with lung cancer were 36.12% (151/418) and 28.47% (119/418), respectively. There was no statistical difference in the positive rates between the two (P>0.05). Among the patients' family members, the number of cancer-positive people was mainly 3 or less. The higher the number, the lower the probability (P<0.05). The positive rates of family history of cancer and lung cancer in first-degree relatives were significantly higher than those of second-degree and third-degree relatives (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted health education for cancer patients and their families, especially health education for first-degree relatives, may help improve the early diagnosis of lung cancer patients.

Objective:To explore the effects of secondary pulmonary hypertension(SPH)on postoperative outcomes of lung transplant recipients. Methods:The hospitalization data of 309 patients undergoing lung transplant were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into normal(mPAP <25 mmHg, 56 cases), low-pressure(mPAP: 25 mmHg≤mPAP<40 mmHg, 155 cases)and high pressure(mPAP ≥40 mmHg, 98 cases)groups.Three groups were compared with regards to general profiles, intraoperative status, postoperative outcomes and survival rates. The postoperative patient survival was plotted by Kaplan-Meier curve and log-rank test performed. Multivariate Cox regression analysis was performed to explore the influencing factors of postoperative survival. Results:The distribution of chronic lung disease(CLD)was statistically different among 3 groups( χ2=30.837, P=0.001). Patients with different levels of pulmonary artery pressure had different decisions supported intraoperatively by extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)( χ2=28.205, P<0.001). The 2-year survival rates of normal, low-pressure and high-pressure groups were 58.9 %, 63.9 % and 69.4 % respectively and there were no statistically significant differences( P=0.513). Multivariate Cox regression analysis indicated that preoperative cardiac function was an independent risk factor for postoperative survival. The postoperative risk of mortality was 1.796 (95 %CI: 1.078~2.991)folds higher in patients with cardiac function grade Ⅲ/Ⅳ than those with grade Ⅰ/Ⅱ( P=0.025). Conclusions:Preoperative classification of cardiac function should be emphasized in SPH patients. And surgery during early decompensated stage of cardiac function may confer a better survival.

Objective:To observe the correlation between obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) and central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC).Methods:From October 2016 to December 2018, 50 cases of CSC patients (CSC group) and 50 healthy people (control group) matched by age and sex who were diagnosed in the ophthalmological examination of Xi’an No.3 Hospital were included in the study. According to the course of the disease, CSC was divided into acute phase and chronic phase, with 20 and 30 cases respectively. The average age ( Z=1.125) and body mass index (BMI) ( Z=0.937) of the two groups were compared, and the difference was not statistically significant ( P>0.05); the age of patients with different courses of CSC ( Z=1.525) and gender composition ratio ( χ2=0.397) and BMI ( Z=1.781) were compared, the difference was not statistically significant ( P>0.05). The Berlin questionnaire was used to assess the OSAS risk of subjects in the CSC group and the control group; polysomnography was used to monitor the apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) and minimum blood oxygen saturation (MOS) during night sleep. OSAS diagnostic criteria: typical sleep snoring, daytime sleepiness, AHI (times/h) value ≥ 5. The severity of OSAS was classified as mild OSAS: 5≤AHI<15; moderate OSAS: 15≤AHI <30; severe OSAS: AHI≥30. Non-normally distributed measurement data were compared by rank sum test; count data were compared by χ2 test. Spearman correlation analysis was performed on the correlation between OSAS and CSC. Results:The AHI data in the CSC group and the control group were 17.46±3.18 and 15.72±4.48 times/h, respectively; the MOS were (83.48±4.68)% and (87.40±3.82)%, respectively; those diagnosed with OSAS were respectively 36 (72.00%, 36/50) and 13 (26.00%, 13/50) cases. AHI ( Z=0.312), MOS ( Z=0.145), and OSAS incidence ( χ2=21.17) were compared between the two groups of subjects, and the differences were statistically significant ( P=0.028, 0.001,<0.001). The AHI of acute and chronic CSC patients were 15.95±3.02 and 18.47±2.92 times/h; the MOS were (86.10±11.07)% and (81.73±4.58)%, respectively. There were statistically significant differences in AHI ( Z=0.134) and MOS ( Z=0.112) in patients with different course of disease ( P=0.005, 0.001). The results of Spearman correlation analysis showed that OSAS and CSC were positively correlated ( r=0.312, P=0.031). Conclusion:OSAS may be a risk factor for the onset of CSC.
