Yttrium-90(90Y)selective internal radiation therapy(SIRT)is an emerging modality for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),leveraging the nuclide 90Y to deliver targeted radiation therapy.90Y has a long half-life and can be used to selectively ablate tumor cells by high-energy beta rays.It has high biological effectiveness and robust local control capabilities.In recent years,with the continuous advancement of basic and clinical research,the application of 90Y-SIRT in the conversion treatment of unresectable HCC(uHCC)has made significant progress.However,challenges remain in the clinical application of 90Y-SIRT,including how to improve the efficacy of conversion therapy and how to optimize therapy regimens.This review aims to summarize the research progress of90Y-SIRT in the conversion therapy of uHCC.

The morphological characteristics of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)tumor margins are pivotal in influencing patient's prognosis and the selection of therapeutic strategies.This paper re-viewed the classification methods of HCC tumor margins,ranging from traditional macroscopic classifi-cations to refined classification systems based on multi-omics analysis,and analyzed the role of these classification methods in guiding the formulation of personalized treatment plans.Additionally,this paper emphasized the crucial role of three-dimensional imaging techniques in assessing tumor margin morphology and outlined future research directions,including validating the effectiveness of multi-omics classification systems and developing new imaging and molecular biomarkers to achieve more precise treatment plans and prolong patient survival.

Objective:To investigate the effect of astragaloside IV (AS-IV) regulating the signal axis of stromal cell-derived factor-1α (SDF-1α)/CXC chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4) on the mobilization of bone marrow endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) to peripheral blood in diabetes skin ulcer (DSU) rats.Methods:Twenty four SPF grade male Sprague Dawley (SD) rats were selected to make the model of type 2 diabetes rats by intraperitoneal injection of 30 mg/kg 1% (plastid ratio) streptozotocin, and then round full-thickness skin with a diameter of 2 cm was cut on both sides of the waist and back to make the skin ulcer model of diabetes rats. After that, they were randomly divided into AS-IV group (50 mg/kg AS-IV), blocker group (50 mg/kg AS-IV+ 5 mg/kg AMD3100) and model group. At the same time, a blank group ( n=8) was set up, The drug was administered via intraperitoneal injection, and the model group and blank group were treated with 0.9% NaCl of equal volume. On the 10th day, peripheral blood, femoral bone marrow, and wound neovascularization tissues of rats were collected. The number of EPCs in peripheral blood of each group of rats was measured by flow cytometry, and the protein expression of SDF-1α and CXCR4 in peripheral blood, femoral bone marrow, and wound neovascularization tissues of rats was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA); At the same time, the wound healing rates of each group were tested. Results:On the 10th and 21st day after modeling, the wound healing rate of each group of rats was compared. The blank group healed the fastest, while the model group healed the slowest. The AS-IV group had better healing than the model group and the blocker group, and the difference was statistically significant (all P<0.05). On the 10th day after modeling, the positive rates of peripheral blood EPCs in the white group, AS-IV group, and blocker group were significantly higher than those in the model group (all P<0.05), while the positive rates of peripheral blood EPCs in the blocker group were significantly lower than those in the AS-IV group (all P<0.05). On the 10th day after modeling, the protein expression of SDF-1α and CXCR4 in the wound, serum, and bone marrow of the model group was the lowest, while the protein expression in the blank group was the highest (all P<0.05). The protein expression of SDF-1α and CXCR4 in the wound, serum, bone marrow of the AS-IV group was significantly higher than that of the blocker group and model group, and the difference was statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusions:Astragaloside IV can promote the mobilization and migration of endothelial progenitor cells from bone marrow to peripheral blood in diabetes ulcer rats by regulating SDF-1α/CXCR4 signal axis, and can participate in angiogenesis of diabetes ulcer wounds as seed cells to promote the healing of diabetes skin ulcers.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the in vitro anti-inflammatory effects and mechanisms of oblongifolins A （OA） extracted from Garcinia oblongifolia. METHODS RAW264.7 cells were used as the research subject and divided into control group （0.5% DMSO）， lipopolysaccharide （LPS） group （1 μg/mL）， DEX group （10 µmol/L DEX+1 μg/mL LPS）， and low-， medium-， and high-concentration groups of OA （7.5， 15， 30 µmol/L OA+1 μg/mL LPS）. Except for the control group， the remaining groups were first stimulated with LPS for 1 hour and then mixed with drugs for 24 hours. The morphological changes of cells were observed in each group. The contents of nitric oxide （NO）， reactive oxygen species （ROS）， tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α）， interleukin-6 （IL-6）， IL-1β， IL-4 and IL-10 were detected in cells of each group； mRNA expression levels of TNF-α， IL-6 and IL-1β were measured. The expression of key proteins in the nuclear factor κB （NF-κB） and nuclear factor-erythroid 2-related factor 2 （Nrf2） signaling pathways in each group， as well as the nuclear translocation of NF-κB p65 and Nrf2 proteins in control group， LPS group and OA high-concentration group， were detected. RESULTS Compared to the LPS group， the number of spindle-shaped and irregular cells gradually decreased in OA groups， the contents of NO， ROS （except for OA low-concentration group）， TNF-α， IL-6 and IL-1β， the mRNA expressions of TNF-α， IL-6 （except for OA low-concentration group） and IL-1β as well as the protein expressions of phosphorylated NF-κB p65 （p-NF-κB p65）， p-IκBα， and Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1 （Keap1） were decreased significantly （P＜0.05）. The contents of IL-4 and IL-10， protein expressions of IκBα， Nrf2 （except for OA low- and medium-concentration groups）， HO-1 （except for OA low-concentration group） and NQO1 were all increased significantly （P＜0.05）. OA of high concentration could inhibit NF-κB p65 protein nuclear translocation and promote Nrf2 protein nuclear translocation. CONCLUSIONS OA can suppress LPS-induced inflammation in RAW264.7 macrophages. The underlying molecular mechanism likely entails the inhibition of the NF-κB signaling pathway， the activation of the Nrf2 signaling pathway and the reduction of ROS and inflammatory factor release.

Objective To investigate the effects of probiotics combined with dietary intervention on pe-ripheral blood glucose and lipid metabolism indicators,placental tissue insulin signaling pathway proteins ex-pression and pregnant outcome in the patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 83 patients with GDM in this hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study sub-jects and divided into the probiotics group(probiotics combined with diet intervention,43 cases)and control group(simple diet intervention,40 cases)by the random number table method.The levels of peripheral blood glucose,lipid and insulin resistance related indicators before the intervention and in 8 weeks after the interven-tion were compared between the two groups.The histological changes of placenta were observed by HE stai-ning.The pathological indicators were compared between the two groups.The expression levels of insulin re-ceptor substrate-1(IRS-1),glucose transporter 4(GLUT4)and synaptosome-associated protein of 23 kDa(SNAP23)in placental tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry.The pregnant adverse outcomes were compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of probiotics was evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting insulin(FINS),serum triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in 8 weeks after intervention in the probiotics group were significantly decreased(P＜0.05),and the level of serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was significantly increased(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence rates of poor villi maturation,thickening of dry villi arterioles and capillary filling in villi interstitial between the two groups(P＞0.05).Compared with the control group,the expression levels of IRS-1,GLUT4 and SNAP23 in placen-tal tissue of the probiotics group were significantly increased(P＜0.05).The incidence rates of neonatal hy-poglycemia and neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in the probiotics group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with simple dietary intervention,probiotics combined with dietary intervention has more advantages in improving glucose and lipid metabolism of GDM patients,moreo-ver reduces the adverse events occurrence in newborns.

Objective:To explore the effect of aromatherapy in the management of symptom clusters of oral cancer patients at different time points during perioperative period.Methods:In the first phase of the study, 132 patients with oral cancer who were admitted to the West China Hospital of Stomatology of Sichuan University from September to December 2021 were selected as the subjects by the convenient sampling, and the symptom cluster was extracted by exploratory factor analysis. In the second phase of the study, 45 patients with oral cancer admitted to the West China Hospital of Stomatology of Sichuan University from January to March 2022 were selected as the observation group by convenient sampling. According to the matching principle of nested case-control study, 132 patients with oral cancer in the first phase of the study were matched as the control group with age, sex and other information as the matching conditions. The control group was treated with routine nursing, while the observation group was treated with aromatherapy on the basis of the control group. The severity of symptom cluster at admission, one day before operation, one day after operation, three days after operation, 7 days after operation and 30 days after operation were compared between the two groups.Results:There were 7 symptom clusters in patients with oral cancer during the perioperative period, which were rest activity, gastrointestinal activity, mental psychology, oral motor function, oral secretory function, respiratory function and neurosensory function. The mixed effect model analysis showed that there were inter-group, time and interaction effects between the two groups of patients with oral cancer in terms of the severity of gastrointestinal activity, mental psychology, and oral motor function, and the differences were statistical differences ( P<0.05). There were inter-group effects and time effects in the severity of rest activity and respiratory function, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). There were time effects in the severity of oral secretory function and neurosensory function with statistically significant differences ( P<0.05), but there were no statistically significant differences in the inter-group effect ( P>0.05) . Conclusions:Aromatherapy can improve the rest activity, mental psychology and oral motor function of patients with oral cancer. Nurses can use aromatherapy to actively intervene the symptom clusters of oral cancer patients during the perioperative period.

Objective:To investigate the basic situations, oral health behaviors and health education of adult residents in Chengdu communities, and explore their influencing factors, so as to propose a rational health education model and medical treatment plan to promote the oral health of adult residents in the community.Methods:From March 1 to April 30, 2021, a cross-sectional study was used to conduct a stratified random sampling survey of 800 adult residents in urban communities and agricultural communities in 9 towns (sub-districts) in a certain district of Chengdu. The WeChat was used to scan the quick response code to fill in the questionnaire to investigate three aspects involving the basic situation, oral health behavior, and oral health education.Results:A total of 800 questionnaires were distributed and 800 valid questionnaires were recovered. Among them, 55.6% (445/800) of adult residents had varying degrees of oral problems. In terms of the ways for residents to obtain oral health knowledge, 61.3% (490/800) of residents obtained health education knowledge through TV or radio, and adult residents tended to use social software such as WeChat [39.4% (315/800) ], hospitals bulletin boards [36.9% (295/800) ] and medical and nursing staff in stomatology [34.0% (272/800) ] to obtain health knowledge. Education level, annual income, self-rated oral health status, brushing frequency, brushing duration, toothbrush replacement frequency, toothpaste type, brushing method, and access to oral health knowledge (community health lecture) were the influencing factors of oral health problems of adult community residents in Chengdu ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Adult residents in Chengdu 's communities have prominent oral health problems, including lack of health-related knowledge, a single way of obtaining them, and lack of individualized oral health guidance programs. It is recommended to provide residents with scientific and personalized oral health services in a variety of ways through government guidance and community leadership, improve the tertiary dental medical alliance, link up and down, mobilize social forces to effectively promote the oral health of the whole people.

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the anti-inflammatory activity of 70％ ethanol extracts from Garcinia oblongifolia （GOEE）on LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells and its potential molecular mechanism. METHODS ：GOEE was obtained after the fresh G. oblongifolia epicarp refluxed with 70％ ethanol. The contents of total phenol and total flavonoids were determined by Folin-Ciocalteau assay and UV spectrophotometer. MTT assay was used to detect the cytotoxicity of different doses of GOEE. The inflammatory model was induced in RAW 264.7 cells by lipopolysa- ccharide （LPS）. Using dexamethasone and N-acetyl-L-cysteine as positive control ，Griess assay and 2′，7′-dichloro- fluorescein assay were used to detect the contents of NO in cell culture medium and ROS in cells. The levels of TNF-α，IL-6，and IL- 1β in cell culture medium were measured by ELISA. The protein expression of p 65，p-p65，IκBα，p-IκBα，HO-1 in cells and NRF 2 in nucleus were determined by using Western blotting assay. RESULTS：The contents of total phenol and flavonoids in GOEE were （20.191±1.264）and（12.571±0.020）mg/g，respectively. At the concentration below 500 μ g/mL， GOEE had no significantly effect on survival rate of RAW 264.7 cells（P＞ 294043）0.05）. Compared with control group ，the contents of NO and ROS，the levels of TNF-α，IL-6 and IL- 1β，ratio of p-p 65 top65，ratio of p-IκBα to IκBα，protein expression of NRF 2 were increased significantly in LPS model group （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. Compared with LPS model group ，the contents of NO（except for GOEE 50 μg/mL group）and ROS ，the levels of TNF-α，IL-6 and IL- 1β，ratio of p-p 65 to p 65 and ratio of p-IκBα to IκBα were decreased significantly in GOEE groups and positive control groups ，while protein expression of HO- 1 and NRF 2 were increased significantly （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. CONCLUSIONS：GOEE attenuates LPS-induced macrophages inflammation injury by inhibiting the inflammatory response and the phosphorylation of NF-κB pathway，promoting NRF 2 protein transportation to the nucleus.

Objective: To explore relationship between self-control and health risk behavior among orphans in middle schools. Methods: A total of 415 orphans and 352 non-orphans in middle schools were selected from Hunan, Liaoning, Sichuan, Guangdong and Fujian during Oct. 2017 to Apr. 2018. All the participants were surveyed with the Adolescent Health Related Risky Behavior Inventory (AHRBI) and the Self-Control Scale (SCS). Results: All the orphans in ordinary middle schools obtained significant higher scores in AHRBI (1.76±0.70) than students in orphan schools (1.55±0.40) and non-orphans (1.50±0.37) (P<0.01). Students in orphan middle schools showed significant higher scores in SCS (3.37±0.56) than orphans in ordinary middle schools (3.07±0.63) and non-orphans (3.13±0.60) (P<0.05). Selfcontrol of orphans was significantly associated with 44% lower risk of health risk behaviors (P<0.05). Conclusion Self-control could be seen as a protective factor for health risk behaviors among orphaned children and adolescents. The environment of orphan schools is beneficial to the development of self-control, and thus helps preventing health risk behaviors among orphaned children.

Objective: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignant tumor worldwide. Metastasis is a marker of cancer deterioration in patients with liver cancer and a major cause of death. In order to develop effective therapeutic strategies, it is urgent to study the molecular basis of liver cancer metastasis. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of fatty acid synthase (FASN) in HCC. Wound healing and transwell cell invasion assays was used to confirm the role of FASN in liver cancer migration and invasion. Proteins that interacted with FASN were identified using iTRAQ (isobaric tag for relative and absolute quantification). Co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP) and cellular immunofluorescence analysis were used to assess the interaction between FASN and signal transduction and transcription activator 3 (STAT3). The expression of STAT3, p-STAT3, matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-2 and MMP-9 was detected after FASN knockdown using Western blot method. Statistical analysis was performed using the t-test. Results: Immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of FASN in HCC tissue was higher than that in adjacent tissues. iTRAQ, Co-IP and immunofluorescence analysis revealed that FASN interacted with STAT3. Western blot analysis showed that the expression of p-STAT3, MMP-2 and MMP-9 decreased after FASN knockdown. Conclusion FASN may promote the metastasis of liver cancer by interacting with STAT3 and affecting the expression of MMP-2/MMP-9.
