Objective To analyze the operation of Measles Surveillance System (MSS) in Hebei Province, and to provide evidence for measles elimination. Methods Measles surveillance data was collected from the MSS from 2020 to 2023, and a modified weighted technology for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) method was used to evaluate the surveillance indexes of measles in Hebei Province. Results The operation quality of the measles surveillance system in Hebei Province was improved year by year, with the highest quality in 2023, and all the indicators reached the monitoring program standards. The quality of measles surveillance system was not balanced among cities, and the main influencing factor was the substandard sensitivity indicators. The quality of measles surveillance system was the highest in Baoding City and the lowest in Zhangjiakou City. Conclusion The measles surveillance system in Hebei province is running well, and the sensitivity of the surveillance system should be improved to keep the high-quality operation of the surveillance system.

After research， Huoxiang Zhengqisan， also known as Huoxiang Zhengqitang， was first recorded in Taiping Huimin Hejijufang. The original formula is composed of 41.3 g of Arecae Pericarpium， 41.3 g of Angelicae Dahuricae Radix， 41.3 g of Perilla frutescens（actually Perillae Folium）， 41.3 g of Poria， 82.6 g of Pinelliae Rhizoma， 82.6 g of Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma， 82.6 g of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium（actually Citri Exocarpium Rubbum）， 82.6 g of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex， 82.6 g of Platycodonis Radix， 123.9 g of Pogostemonis Herba， and 103.25 g of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma. In this formula， Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex is processed according to the specifications for ginger-processed products， Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma is processed according to the specifications for stir-fried products， and other herbs are used in their raw products. The botanical sources of the herbs are consistent with the 2020 edition of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China. The above herbs are ground into a fine powder with a particle size passing through a No. 5 sieve. For each dose， take 8.26 g of the powdered formula， add 300 mL of water， along with 3 g of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens and 3 g of Jujubae Fructus， and decoct until reduced to 140 mL. The decoction should be administered hot， with three times daily. To induce sweating， the patient should be kept warm under a quilt， and an additional dose should be prepared and taken if needed. This formula is traditionally used to relieve the exterior and resolve dampness， regulate Qi and harmonize the middle， which is mainly used to treat a series of diseases of digestive and respiratory systems. However， potential adverse reactions， including allergies， purpura and disulfiram-like reactions， should be considered during clinical use. Huoxiang Zhengqisan features a rational composition， extensive clinical application， and strong potential for further research and development.

Kounis syndrome is an acute coronary syndrome triggered by an allergic reaction, which is clinically rare and frequently subject to misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis. This article presents a case report of a 70-year-old male patient who developed a rash, pruritus, and chest pain following colon polyp resection. Coronary angiography revealed occlusion of the left anterior descending artery, and blood flow was restored after stent implantation. However, the patient experienced recurrent symptoms accompanied by loss of consciousness. Drug skin tests confirmed positive reactions to chlorhexidine and fondaparinux sodium, leading to a diagnosis of type Ⅱ Kounis syndrome. By avoiding allergenic drugs and combining antihistamines with symptomatic treatment to correct myocardial ischemia, the patient′s clinical symptoms significantly improved, and he eventually recovered and was discharged from the hospital. This case underscores the importance of maintaining vigilance for this syndrome in patients with allergies accompanied by chest pain and promptly identifying and avoiding allergens.

Through data collection and collation combined with bibliometrics， this study conducted a series of textual research on Yanghetang， such as the name and origin， the evolution of prescription composition and modern clinical application. Yanghetang was first recorded in Bencao Yidu of WANG Ang in the Qing dynasty. In addition to Yanghetang， there were 3 bynames of Jiawei Yanghetang， Quanshengji Yanghetang and Zhenjun Yanghetang. Regarding the composition of the formula， a total of 4 versions of Yanghetang were collected. The first version is the 5 medicines version of Cervi Cornus Colla， Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata， Cinnamomi Cortex， Zingiberis Rhizoma and Ephedrae Herba in Bencao Yidu. The second version is the 7 medicines version of Waike Zhengzhi Quanshengji， changing Zingiberis Rhizoma to Zingiberis Rhizoma Praeparatum Carbonisata（ZRPC） and adding Sinapis Semen and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma（GRR） on the basis of Bencao Yidu， and most of the Yanghetang is of this version. The third version is the 6 medicines version of Wushi Yifang Huibian， that is， on the basis of Bencao Yidu， Zingiberis Rhizoma is changed into ZRPC， and Sinapis Semen is added. The fourth version is the 6 medicines version in Yifang Jiedu， that is， on the basis of Bencao Yidu， Zingiberis Rhizoma is changed into Zingiberis Rhizoma Praeparatum， and GRR Praeparata cum Melle is added. Regarding the dose of Yanghetang， the doses of the medicines in Waike Zhengzhi Quanshengji was converted into the modern doses as follows：37.3 g of Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata， 1.87 g of Ephedrae Herba， 11.19 g of Cervi Cornus Colla， 7.46 g of Sinapis Semen， 3.73 g of Cinnamomi Cortex， 3.73 g of GRR， and 1.87 g of ZRPC. The origins of the above medicines are consistent with the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The processing specification of Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata is steaming method， ZRPC is ginger charcoal， Sinapis Semen is the fried products， and the rest of the medicines are raw products. The decoction method was verified by the decoction method in Chonglou Yuyao， which is similar in the time， and it is recommended that the above medicines should be added with 600 mL of water， decocted to 100 mL， and taken warmly 30 min after meal. For each dose， it is recommended to use 1-3 doses per day according to the doctor's advice in combination with clinical practice. The diseases involved in the ancient applications involved 42 diseases in 11 departments， including orthopedics， dermatology and gynecology， which were dominated by Yin-cold syndrome. However， the diseases involved in modern research also include 148 related diseases in 10 departments， such as orthopedics， obstetrics and gynecology， which is consistent with the ancient books. In recent years， the research hotspots of Yanghetang have focused on more than 10 fields， including osteoblasts， malignant tumors， wound healing， traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and so on， which are widely used. It is suitable for comprehensive research and development because of its rational formula composition， clear origin， processing and decoction method， and wide clinical application.

Traditional drug delivery modes include oral administration， intravenous injection and transdermal delivery， which have certain advantages， but it is difficult for the drugs to effectively cross the BBB. Therefore， it is crucial to find drug delivery modes that can efficiently traverse the BBB. Nasal drug delivery， as a non-invasive method， can realize the targeted delivery of drugs to the CNS via three pathways， including olfactory neurons， trigeminal neurons and blood circulation， and shows a broad application prospect in the treatment of CNS diseases. Numerous studies have further confirmed that nasal drug delivery combined with novel drug delivery systems such as lipid nanocarriers， nanoparticles， nanoemulsions and composite in situ gels can effectively load the active components of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）， and significantly increase drug concentration in the brain， which provides new strategies for the treatment of CNS diseases. In this paper， the current status of drug delivery for CNS diseases was systematically sorted out， the characteristics of nasal drug delivery were discussed in depth， and the research progress of passive targeting， active targeting， and "guiding the meridian" drug delivery strategies for the nasal-to-brain transport of TCM active components was summarized and analyzed， which was aimed to provide references and insights for the development of drugs for CNS diseases and the application of TCM in nasal-to-brain delivery.

Voice biomarkers， as an emerging smart medical technology， are now being used in applications such as assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases， facilitating accurate and personalized medical services for patients. However， it also raises many ethical issues， including informed consent， privacy protection， accuracy and reliability， data security， legal risks， and other issues. This paper systematically sorted out the ethical issues in the applications of voice biomarkers in the medical field， summarized these issues， such as informed consent， privacy protection， accuracy and reliability， data security， and legal risks， as well as explored the corresponding coping strategies. These countermeasures encompassed utilizing new media platforms to raise public awareness of voice biomarkers， strengthening supervision and management to promote the privacy protection of voice biomarkers， reducing algorithm biases to promote the general benefits of voice biomarkers to the public， establishing multidisciplinary teams to protect the data security of voice biomarkers， and encouraging medical professionals and researchers to participate in policy research， with a view to providing references for promoting and regulating the applications of voice biomarkers in the medical field.

Background::Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury (HIRI) remains a common complication during liver transplantation (LT) in patients. As a key downstream effector of the Hippo pathway, Yes-associated protein (YAP) has been reported to be involved in various physiological and pathological processes. However, it remains elusive whether and how YAP may control autophagy activation during ischemia-reperfusion.Methods::Human liver tissues from patients who had undergone LT were obtained to evaluate the correlation between YAP and autophagy activation. Both an in vitro hepatocyte cell line and in vivo liver-specific YAP knockdown mice were used to establish the hepatic ischemia-reperfusion models to determine the role of YAP in the activation of autophagy and the mechanism of regulation. Results::Autophagy was activated in the post-perfusion liver grafts during LT in patients, and the expression of YAP positively correlated with the autophagic level of hepatocytes. Liver-specific knockdown of YAP inhibited hepatocytes autophagy upon hypoxia-reoxygenation and HIRI ( P <0.05). YAP deficiency aggravated HIRI by promoting the apoptosis of hepatocytes both in the in vitro and in vivo models ( P <0.05). Attenuated HIRI by overexpression of YAP was diminished after the inhibition of autophagy with 3-methyladenine. In addition, inhibiting autophagy activation by YAP knockdown exacerbated mitochondrial damage through increasing reactive oxygen species ( P <0.05). Moreover, the regulation of autophagy by YAP during HIRI was mediated by AP1 (c-Jun) N-terminal kinase (JNK) signaling through binding to the transcriptional enhanced associate domain (TEAD). Conclusions::YAP protects against HIRI by inducing autophagy via JNK signaling that suppresses the apoptosis of hepatocytes. Targeting Hippo (YAP)-JNK-autophagy axis may provide a novel strategy for the prevention and treatment of HIRI.
