Objective To construct a quality evaluation index system for training injury rehabilitation in military regional rehabilitation centers,so as to promote the systematization and standardization of quality management and provide references for the formulation of relevant policies. Methods The"structure-process-result"three-dimensional quality system model, literature analysis,semi-structured interview, and Delphi method were used to establish the index system, and its reliability and validity were tested. Results Twenty-two inquiry forms were distributed in two rounds of this study, and the effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert correspondence were 100%.The authority coefficients(Cr)were 0.869 and 0.881,and the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.230 and 0.339,respectively.The empirical verification showed good reliability and validity. The evaluation index system consisted of 3 primary indexes,12 secondary indexes and 48 tertiary indexes. Conclusion The index system is feasible, reliable and scientific, and can provide a practical and operable evaluation method for the rehabilitation quality management of training injuries.

Objective:To investigate the current status of peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) -associated thrombosis prevention nursing practices among surgical nurses, and to provide a scientific basis for targeted future interventions. Methods:A convenience sampling method was used to select 3 151 surgical nurses from tertiary hospitals in 11 provinces and municipalities who attended the Surgical Nursing Academic Symposium of the Chinese Nursing Association between April and May 2023. The survey utilized a standardized questionnaire assessing current practices in PICC-associated thrombosis prevention among clinical nurses. Results:A total of 3 151 questionnaires were distributed, and 2 341 valid responses were collected, yielding a valid response rate of 74.29% (2 341/3 151) . Among the respondents, the training rate on PICC-associated thrombosis prevention was only 62.45% (1 462/2 341) , and just 1.28% (30/2 341) had received full-time (off-duty) training. The usage rate of standardized procedures for PICC-related thrombosis prevention was 92.40% (2 163/2 341) , and the risk assessment rate was 79.79% (1 868/2 341) . Compared to urology and cardiothoracic surgery departments, breast surgery departments had significantly higher rates of thrombosis risk assessment ( P<0.05) . Additionally, 56.69% (1 327/2 341) of surgical nurses used risk assessment tools specific to PICC-associated thrombosis. Among non-pharmacological prevention measures, the implementation rate of encouraging patients to perform grip strength exercises was only 68.26% (1 598/2 341) . Conclusions:The current level of PICC-associated thrombosis prevention nursing among surgical nurses needs further improvement. Efforts should be strengthened in professional training, implementation of standardized protocols, risk assessment, and non-pharmacological interventions.

Objective:To optimize the smart follow-up workflow for day-case breast surgery patients using an action research approach and evaluate its effectiveness. Methods:A total of 648 post-discharge patients who underwent day-case breast surgery at the Day Surgery Unit of Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences between February and May 2024 were selected by convenience sampling. Patients who received routine smart follow-up (automated+telephone) from February to March 2024 served as the baseline group. Patients enrolled in April 2024 ( n=218) and May 2024 ( n=202) formed the first and second cycle groups, respectively, in which the smart follow-up workflow was optimized iteratively using action research. Outcome indicators included automated recovery rate and total recovery rate of follow-up forms, as well as the incidence of postoperative discomfort symptoms. Results:The automated and total recovery rates of follow-up forms in the first and second cycle groups were significantly higher than those in the baseline group, with statistically significant differences observed ( P<0.01). The proportion of patients experiencing persistent chest distress was significantly lower in the first and second cycle groups compared to the baseline group, and further reduced in the second cycle group compared to the first, with statistically significant differences observed ( P<0.01). Pain levels in the first and second cycle groups were also significantly lower than those in the baseline group, with statistically significant differences observed ( P<0.01) . Conclusions:Optimizing the smart follow-up workflow for day-case breast surgery patients based on an action research approach can significantly improve the automated and overall recovery rates of follow-up forms, reduce postoperative discomfort, and enhance both the efficiency and quality of follow-up care.

Objective:To construct a tool to evaluate the knowledge, attitude, and practice of nurses in the prevention of thrombosis related to peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) .Methods:From December 2022 to April 2023, based on the theory of knowledge, attitude, and practice, a preliminary draft of the PICC-related Thrombosis Prevention Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice Questionnaire for Nurses was formed through systematic literature review, two rounds of Delphi expert consultations, and pre-survey. In May 2023, convenience sampling was used to select 573 nurses from Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences & Peking Union Medical College Hospital as the research subject for a survey to conduct item analysis, validity testing, and reliability testing on the questionnaire. Results:The final version of the PICC-related Thrombosis Prevention Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice Questionnaire for Nurses included 20 knowledge items, 10 attitude items, and 10 practice items. In the content validity of the questionnaire, the average content validity index was 0.984, the overall consensus content validity index was 0.850, and the item level content validity index was 0.857 to 1.000. Exploratory factor analysis extracted three common factors with eigenvalues>1.000, with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 64.540% and factor loadings of 0.450 to 0.908 for each item. The total Cronbach's α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.895, the half reliability coefficient was 0.947, and the retest reliability coefficient was 0.966.Conclusions:The PICC-related Thrombosis Prevention Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice Questionnaire for Nurses has good reliability and validity, and can be used to evaluate PICC-related thrombosis prevention knowledge, attitude, and practice among nurses.
