Objective: To investigate the knowledge, attitude and practice of infectious disease prevention and control among primary and middle school students in Gongshu District, Hangzhou City, so as to provide the evidence for implementing health education on infectious disease prevention and control in schools. Methods: Students from 12 primary and middle schools in Gongshu District were selected using a random cluster sampling method. Basic information, knowledge, attitude and practice of infectious disease middle and control were collected through questionnaire surveys. Influencing factors of practice of primary and middle school students' infectious disease prevention and control were analyzed using multivariable logistic regression model. Results: A total of 3 439 primary and middle school students were surveyed, including 1 717 boys (49.93%) and 1 722 girls (50.07%). There were 1 237 primary school students (35.97%), 1 092 junior high school students (31.75%), and 1 110 senior high school students (32.28%). The awareness of infectious disease prevention and control knowledge, the percentage of attitude towards infectious disease prevention and control, and the percentage of practice towards infectious disease prevention and control were 73.22%, 96.83%, and 60.19%, respectively. Multivariable logistic regression analysis revealed that girls (OR=1.460, 95%CI: 1.265-1.685), those who had received health education on infectious disease prevention (OR=2.088, 95%CI: 1.656-2.632), those with adequate knowledge (OR=2.129, 95%CI: 1.816-2.496), and those with positive attitude (OR=4.320, 95%CI: 2.683-6.957) were more likely to form practice for the prevention and control of infectious disease. Conversely, senior high school students (OR=0.667, 95%CI: 0.561-0.794) and those with poor self-rated health status (OR=0.678, 95%CI: 0.495-0.930) were less likely to form practice for the prevention and control of infectious disease. Conclusions The attitude towards infectious disease prevention and control among primary and middle school students in Gongshu District is relatively high, but their awareness and practice are low. It is recommended to strengthen health education on infectious disease prevention and control knowledge in a targeted manner to promote the formation of prevention and control practice among senior high school students and primary and middle school students who self-assess their health status as poor.

A complete plant body consists of elements on different scales, including microscopic molecules, mesoscopic multicellular structures, and macroscopic tissues and organs, which are interconnected to form complex biological networks. The growth and development of plants involve the regulation of elements on different scales and their biological networks, which requires the coordinated operation of multiple molecules, cells, tissues, and organs. It is difficult to reveal the essence of multi-level life activities by a single method or technology. In recent years, the development of various novel imaging technologies has provided new approaches for revealing the complex life activities in plants. Using multi-modal imaging technologies to study the cross-scale network connections of plants from the microscopic, mesoscopic, and macroscopic levels is crucial for understanding the complex internal connections behind biological functions. This paper first summarizes multi-modal cross-scale imaging technologies, three-dimensional reconstruction, and image processing methods, outlines the basic framework of cross-scale network connection properties, and then summarizes the applications of multi-modal imaging technologies in elucidating plant multi-scale networks. Finally, this review systematically integrates the combined analysis of cross-scale 3D spatial structural data and single-cell omics, laying a theoretical foundation for the innovation of novel plant imaging technologies. Furthermore, it provides a new research paradigm for in-depth exploration of the interaction mechanisms among cross-scale elements and the principles of biological network connectivity in plant life activities.

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical value of dose-escalated postoperative radiotherapy(PORT)in improving local control and survival outcomes for head and neck adenoid cystic carcinoma(ACC)patients.METHODS This retrospective study analyzed 336 ACC patients treated with surgery plus PORT at Beijing Tongren Hospital from January 2015 to January 2021.Cohort stratification compared high-dose(>60 Gy,n=146)and conventional-dose(≤60 Gy,n=190)regimens.Survival analysis employed Kaplan-Meier estimates with log-rank testing,complemented by multivariate Cox regression for risk adjustment.RESULTS The cohort demonstrated 39.29%(132/336)cumulative local failure rate.The overall survival rates at 1,3,and 5 years after surgery were 98.81%,94.05%,and 90.48%,respectively.Dose-response relationships revealed:1.Significantly reduced local recurrence with high-dose PORT(28.08%vs.47.89%,P<0.001),corresponding to 41.37%lower recurrence risk(a HR=0.59,95%CI=0.38-0.91;P=0.041);2.Superior progression-free survival in the high-dose group(3-year:86.99%vs.76.32%;5-year:82.19%vs.66.32%,all P<0.05);3.Comparable overall survival between groups(median OS:200 vs.160 months,P=0.292).CONCLUSION Dose escalation beyond 60 Gy significantly enhances locoregional control and progression-free survival in head and neck ACC without conferring overall survival advantage,likely reflecting the disease's characteristic indolent metastatic progression.These results establish>60 Gy as an optimal dose threshold for PORT in high-risk ACC management.

Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of patient perception for humanistic care in China hospitals,and to provide a basis for developing nursing humanistic care measures and improving the quality of nursing humanistic care services.Methods A total of 30,099 outpatients and inpatients from 107 hospitals in 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)from July to August 2022 as survey subjects.A general information questionnaire and the Relational Caring Questionnaire-Patient Form were used for a cross-sectional survey,and a single-factor analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of patient relationship care.Results Finally,29 108 valid questionnaires were collected,and the effective questionnaire recovery rate was 96.7％.The patient evaluation of relationship care was(65.72±8.61)points.Single-factor analysis showed that gender,age,marital status,children's situation,education level,occupation,place of residence,average family income,medical insurance type,visiting department,and location of the visiting hospital,and whether or not surgery were influencing factors of patient relationship care(P＜0.05).Conclusion The evaluation score of caregiver-patient relationship care among Chinese hospital patients is above average,but there is still room for improvement in western and rural regions,seriously ill and outpatient patients,low-income and low-medical insurance reimbursement populations,and non-surgical patients.Medical institutions at all levels should optimize and improve nursing humanistic care services based on influencing factors,and further enhance patients'perception of nursing humanistic care.

Objective To investigate the value of multimodal MRI radiomics in predicting muscle-invasive bladder cancer.Methods A total of 178 patients with pathology diagnosis of bladder cancer were retrospectively collected,including 31 cases of muscle invasive bladder cancer(MIBC)and 147 cases of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer(NMIBC).Patients were randomly divided into training group and testing group at a ratio of 7︰3.The range of bladder tumors in T2WI,diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)and apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)images were segmented as volume of interest(VOI)by using ITK-SNAP software.Radiomics features were extracted through A.K software.The optimal radiomics features were obtained through radiomics algorithm and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)method.Finally,the logistic regression analysis method and random forest model method were used to construct prediction models.The performance of prediction models was evaluated by the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Results This study constructed four groups of models containing T2WI prediction model,DWI prediction model,ADC prediction model,and T2WI+DWI+ADC prediction model.The area under the curve(AUC)of T2WI,DWI,and ADC prediction models for identifying MIBC and NMIBC were separately 0.920,0.914,and 0.954 in the training group while those were respectively 0.881,0.773,and 0.871 in the testing group.There was no statistical significance between T2WI,DWI,and ADC prediction models.In training and testing groups,the AUC of T2WI+DWI+ADC prediction model were respectively 0.959 and 0.909,which were higher than the single sequence prediction model.The sensitivity and specificity of the training group were 0.905 and 0.853 and the sensitivity and specificity of the testing group were 0.778 and 0.795.Conclusion MRI radiomics prediction model can effectively differentiate MIBC and NMIBC.The T2WI+DWI+ADC prediction model shows better prediction efficiency.

Objective:To explore the effects of “Internet plus” management based on attention-interest-search-action-share (AISAS) mode on health-promoting lifestyles in young and middle-aged patients with hypertension.Methods:A prospective randomized controlled trial was used by this study, 212 young and middle-aged patients with hypertension from Cardiovascular Medicine Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were divided into"Internet plus"management group and routine management group according to the random number table method between January 2021 and January 2023, 106 cases in each group. The regular management group were given regular management intervention, and the “Internet plus” management group were used the “Internet plus” management model intervention based on the AISAS model, each lasting 12 months. All patients were intervened for 12 months. At 1d before discharge, 6 months and 12 months after discharge, health-promoting lifestyles were evaluated by Chinese version of Health Promotion Lifestyle Scale (HPLP-IIC), quality of life were evaluated by the 36-item shot-form health status survey (SF-36), and treatment compliance were evaluated by therapeutic adherence scare for hypertensive patients (TASHP).Results:With discharge time, scores of HPLP-IIC, SF-36 and TASHP were significantly increased in both groups (all P<0.05). At 6 and 12 months after discharge, the scores of HPLP-IIC [(117.58±16.43) and (134.37±20.25) points], SF-36 [(79.58±5.43) and (84.37±3.25) points] and TASHP [(101.84±6.32) and (115.37±4.25) points] in “Internet plus” management group were significantly higher than those in routine management group [HPLP-IIC: (96.25±13.74) and (108.05±14.73) points, SF-36: (61.25±5.09) and (78.05±4.37) points, TASHP: (81.05±5.37) and (94.68±3.37) points] (all P<0.001), while systolic blood pressure (SBP) [(128.52±4.02) and (126.81±2.34) mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)] and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) [(81.84±6.32) and (79.37±4.25) mmHg] were significantly lower than those in routine management group [SBP: (133.09±5.16) and (133.35±2.57) mmHg, DBP: (85.68±7.15) and (86.05±5.37) mmHg](all P<0.001). And, decrease of SBP [6 months: (-4.43±1.19) and (-6.14±2.01) mmHg] and DBP [6 months: (-3.75±1.71) and (-6.22±2.38) mmHg] in “Internet plus” management group were significantly higher than those in routine management group [SBP: (-1.28±0.75) and (-1.02±0.26) mmHg; DBP: (-1.05±0.62) and (-0.68±0.29) mmHg](all P<0.001). Conclusion:The “Internet plus” management based on AISAS mode can control blood pressure by improving the lifestyle, compliance and quality of life of young and middle-aged hypertensive patients.

Objective To detect the expression of human telomerase reverse transcriptase(hTERT)and silent information regulatory factor 6(Sirt6)in serum of pregnant women with preeclampsia,and explore the value of hTERT and Sirt6 levels in the evaluation of disease severity and pregnancy outcome.Methods A total of 300 patients with preeclampsia who were treated in Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the preeclampsia group,and all pregnant women met the diagnostic criteria for preeclampsia in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hypertensive Disorders in Pregnancy(2015).Meanwhile,300 healthy pregnant women who underwent pregnancy examinations in Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Preeclampsia group was divided into mild preeclampsia group(n=180)and severe preeclampsia group(n=120)according to the severity of the disease.The preeclampsia group was divided into normal pregnancy group(n=165)and adverse pregnancy group(n=135)according to the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.Serum hTERT and Sirt6 levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Spearman correlation analysis was applied to analyze the correlation between serum hTERT and Sirt6 levels and the severity of preeclampsia in patients.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was applied to evaluate the value of serum hTERT and Sirt6 levels in the diagnosis of preeclampsia and prediction of pregnancy outcomes.Results Compared with the control group serum levels of hTERT(22.15±5.82 ng/ml vs 30.12±9.56 ng/ml)and Sirt6(5.26±1.62 ng/ml vs 7.06±2.29 ng/ml)in preeclampsia group were decreased,and the differences were significant(t=12.334,11.114,all P＜0.001).Compared with the mild preeclampsia group,the serum levels of hTERT(18.28±4.11 ng/ml vs 24.73±6.96 ng/ml)and Sirt6(4.03±1.17 ng/ml vs 6.08±1.92 ng/ml)in the severe preeclampsia group were decreased,and the differences were significant(t=9.142,10.469,all P＜0.001).Compared with the normal pregnancy group,the serum levels of hTERT(17.75±4.61 ng/ml vs 25.75±6.81 ng/ml)and Sirt6(4.06±0.96 ng/ml vs 6.24±2.16 ng/ml)of preeclampsia pregnant women in the adverse pregnancy group were decreased,and the differences were significant(t=11.639,10.878,all P＜0.001).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the levels of hTERT and Sirt6 in serum were negatively correlated with the severity of preeclampsia in patients(r=-0.562,-0.604,all P＜0.001).ROC curve analysis results showed that the area under the curve(95％confidence interval)[AUC(95％CI)]of serum hTERT and Sirt6 in the diagnosis of preeclampsia were 0.711(0.673～0.747)and 0.727(0.689～0.762),respectively.The AUC(95％CI)of the combined diagnosis of preeclampsia was 0.788(0.753～0.820),which was higher than that of the combined diagnosis of preeclampsia(Z=2.719,2.154,P=0.007,0.031).The AUC of serum hTERT and Sirt6 for predicting adverse pregnancy outcomes of preeclampsia were 0.786(0.735～0.831)and 0.783(0.732～0.829),respectively.The AUC(95％CI)of serum HTERT and Sirt6 for predicting adverse pregnancy outcomes of preeclampsia was 0.849(0.804～0.888).It was higher than predicted by the two alone(Z=1.855,1.861,P=0.032,0.031).Conclusion The serum levels of hTERT and Sirt6 in pregnant women with preeclampsia were low,and they were negatively correlated with the disease severity of preeclampsia patients.They may have certain evaluation values for pregnancy outcomes.

OBJECTIVE To investigate whether aldo-keto reductases(AKRs)can act as a nitrore-ductase(NR)and bioactivate aristolochic acid Ⅰ(AA-Ⅰ)to produce AA-Ⅰ-DNA adducts.METHODS① Human-induced hepatocytes(hiHeps)and human bladder RT4 cells were used as tool cells and treated with AA-Ⅰ0,0.5,1.0 and 2 μmol·L-1 for 24 h.Cell viability was detected using the CCK-8 method,and the half maximal inhibition concentration(IC50)was calculated using the CCK-8 method and the level of DNA adduct production was calculated.②hiHeps and RT4 cells were treated with AKR inhibitor luteotin(0,5,10 and 25 μmol·L-1)+AA-Ⅰ 0.2 and 1.0 μmol·L-1 for 24 h,respectively,and the levels of DNA adducts were detected by a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometer(LC-MS/MS).③hiHeps cells were incubated with 80 nmol·L-1 small interfering RNAs(si-AKRs)for 48 h and treated with AA-Ⅰ1.0 μmol·L-1 for 24 h.Real-time qualitative PCR(RT-qPCR)method was used to detect the mRNA expression of AKRs gene and LC-MS/MS technology was used to investigate the effect of specific AKR gene knockdown on DNA adduct levels.④500 nmol·L-1 human AKR recombinant proteins AKR1A1 and AA-Ⅰwere incubated in vitro under anaerobic conditions and the formation of AA-Ⅰ-DNA adducts was detected.RESULTS ①The IC50 of AA-Ⅰto hiHeps and RT4 cells was 1.9 and 0.42 μmol·L-1,respec-tively.The level of DNA adduct production of the two cell lines was significantly different(P<0.01).② Luteolin≥5 μmol·L-1 significantly inhibited the production of AA-Ⅰ-DNA adducts in both cells(P<0.05),and there was a concentration-dependent effect in hiHeps cells(P<0.01,R=0.84).③In the AKR family,the knockdown of AKR1A1 gene up to 80%inhibited the generation of AA-Ⅰ-DNA adducts by 30%-40%.④The AA-Ⅰ-DNA adducts were detected in the incubation of recombinant protein AKR1A1 and AA-Ⅰ under anaerobic conditions in vitro,approximately 1 adduct per 107 nucleotides.CONCLU-SION AKR1A1 is involved in AA-Ⅰ bioactivation,providing a reference for elucidation of the carcino-genic mechanism of AA-Ⅰ.

Objective To summarize the experience of integrative palliative care at Peking Union Medi-cal College Hospital and provide a reference for promoting the integrative palliative care model.Methods Twenty cases receiving integrative palliative care at Peking Union Medical College Hospital were collected.The clinical characteristics,reasons for initiating integrative palliative care,the process of integrative palliative care,and feedback from these cases were summarized.Results Insomnia(11 cases,55％)and pain(9 cases,45％)were the most common symptoms requiring control in the 20 cases.The integrative palliative care team assisted in medical decision-making for 17 cases(85％),prepared end-of-life for 9 cases(45％),assisted in the transfer for 3 cases(15％),and provided comfort care for all the 20 cases(100％).Conclusions The integrative palliative care model can help alleviate suffering in end-of-life patients and provide support to patients'families and the original medical teams.This model is worth further promotion within class A tertiary hospitals.

In order to explore the role of pre-basic course teaching in the standardized training of residents in clinical pathology, we have independently designed and constructed a pre-basic course teaching system mainly focusing on anatomy and histoembryology, consisting of two levels of theoretical teaching (small lectures by students and systematic lectures by instructors) and two dimensions of practical training (sample collection teaching and case teaching). This teaching model centering on participatory lecturing, practice, summarization, assessment, and feedback has been demonstrated effective. The results showed that the theoretical and practical assessment scores of the experimental group [(458.80±17.60) and (415.40±19.30), respectively] were significantly higher than those of the control group [(444.50±20.90) and (398.80±23.70), respectively]. Among 28 students of grades 2019 to 2021 surveyed for teaching effectiveness, 96.43% were satisfied with the teaching model. The established teaching model provides new ideas for the reform of teaching methods in the standardized training of residents in clinical pathology.
