Objective:To explore the application effects of the goal-oriented teaching method based on mind mapping in the teaching of stomatology practical courses. Methods:From September 2022 to September 2023, 52 fourth-year students of clinical stomatology at Harbin Medical University were divided into test group and control group for practical teaching, with 26 cases in each group. The test group received goal-oriented teaching based on mind mapping, while the control group received traditional teaching, for 20 class hours in both groups. The two groups were compared in terms of general data, theoretical and practical assessment scores, the score of the self-rating scale of self-directed learning (SRSSDL) and the score of critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version (CTDI-CV) before and after training, and student satisfaction with teaching activities. SPSS 25.0 software was used to perform the t-test or χ2 test. Results:After completing the practical training courses, the test group showed significantly higher scores than the control group in multiple-choice questions [(16.85±1.39) vs. (15.33±2.21)], fill-in-the-blank questions [(17.21±1.98) vs. (16.01±2.02)], short answer questions [(17.47±2.27) vs. (15.23±2.45)], case analysis [(34.36±2.79) vs. (32.57±3.02)], and practical assessment [(84.69±4.73) vs. (80.57±4.21)] (all P<0.05). The SRSSDL score and CTDI-CV score were improved in both groups, and were significantly higher in the test group [(215.29±10.42) and (357.49±17.80)] than in the control group [(200.23±11.42) and (342.23±17.26)] (both P<0.05). The students of the test group were significantly more satisfied with teaching activities than those of the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusions:Compared with the traditional teaching method, the goal-oriented teaching method based on mind mapping is more effective in stomatology practical teaching, which can improve students' self-directed learning ability and critical thinking ability, promote their mastery of theoretical knowledge, enhance their clinical practice ability, and increase their satisfaction with teaching activities.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2023;57(12):1305-1311
Objective:To explore the distribution of perihip stress in male marathon runners and normal volunteers during the gait cycle using finite element analysis. Methods:In November 2022, the hip joint CT image data of a male marathon runner and a male healthy volunteer was collected. The gait cycle was divided into 7 phases, including the foot to the ground, the early, middle, and late period of one-foot support, the toe push and extension period, and the beginning and end of the swing. A three-dimensional finite element model was constructed based on the gray value of CT and according to the individualized material attribute assigning scheme. The dynamic change of hip joint contact force during the gait cycle was applied to the load, and the biomechanical qualitative analysis of the model was carried out through the equivalent stress results. Based on qualitative analysis, the same 10 nodes on the front, middle, and back of the model acetabulum, the front, and back of the femoral head, and the neck of the femur were extracted as equivalent stress reference points, and the biomechanical quantitative analysis of the model was carried out. Results:During the gait cycle, according to the hip equivalent stress distribution diagram, the contact on the articular surface of the two subjects mainly occurred in the posterior upper part of the acetabulum and the posterior part of the femoral head and gradually moved outward and backward with the joint force during walking. From the point of view of the stress distribution nodes around the hip joint, the stress changes of the nodes in each part of the two subjects showed bimodal characteristics with the load inside the hip joint at each phase. The internal stress value of the hip joint showed a gradual upward trend from the foot to the ground, reached the maximum stress in the middle period of one-foot support, then decreased, and slightly increased in the toe push and extension period. Then, the stress values at the beginning and end of the swing gradually decreased until entering the next gait cycle. The stress values in the posterior acetabulum and posterior femoral head of the marathon runner were smaller than those of the healthy volunteer. Conclusion:The stress around the hip joint was different between marathon runner and healthy volunteer, but the stress distribution and transmission path were the same.

Objective To explore the association of TBX 5 polymorphisms and environmental exposure index with susceptibility to oral cancer. Methods A case?control study was conducted to collect 300 oral cancer patients hospitalized in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from September 2010 to December 2016. A total of 445 non?tumor patients were selected as the control group. Questionnaires were used to collect the information of all subjects and 5 ml peripheral blood was collected to detect single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of the rs10492336 locus of TBX5 gene. According to the environmental exposure index score, subjects were divided into two groups, low risk group (0-2.31) and high risk group (2.32-11.76). To analyze the association of TBX5 gene rs10492336 SNPs, environmental exposure index and oral cancer and its interactions. Results The age of all subjects in the case group and control group were (56.19±13.10) years and (54.56± 12.48) years old. Compared with CC genotype, the OR (95%CI) values of the co?dominant genetic model AC genotype and the dominant genetic model AC+AA genotype were 0.69 (0.49-0.98) and 0.70 (0.51-0.97), respectively. Compared with the low risk group, the OR (95%CI) risk of oral cancer in the high risk group was 3.72 (2.55-5.43). The results of gene?environment interaction analysis showed that compared with the group with CC genotype and high risk of environmental exposure index, the OR (95%CI) value of oral cancer in the group with AC+AA genotype and low risk of environmental exposure index was 0.18(0.10-0.31). Furthermore there was a multiplicative interaction between rs10492336 SNPs and environmental exposure index (β=-0.405, P<0.001). Conclusion This study suggests that the TBX 5 gene rs10492336 SNPs and environmental exposure index were associated with oral cancer. And there was a multiplication interaction between rs10492336 SNPs and environmental exposure index.
