Objective:To explore the effects of capacity, opportunity, motivation-behavior (COM-B) model-based motivation interview combined with transitional care on self-management ability, health behavior, and social support in stroke patients. Methods:From June 2021 to June 2024, 104 stroke patients admitted to Beijing Anzhen Hospital, Capital Medical University, were selected as study subjects using convenience sampling. Patients were randomly assigned to either the control group or the intervention group, with 52 patients in each group. Control group received routine care, while intervention group received COM-B model based motivation interview combined with transitional care in addition to routine care. Scores of the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale (ESCA) , Health Behavior Scale for Stroke Patients (HBS-SP) , 11-item Duke Social Support Index (DUKE-UNK11) , Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale (RHDs) , and Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale (SS-QOL) were compared between two groups of patients before and after intervention. Results:After intervention, the ESCA, HBS-SP, DUKE-UNK11, RHDs, and SS-QOL scores of intervention group were higher than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:COM-B model-based motivation interview combined with transitional care can improve the self-management ability of stroke patients, promote the formation of healthy behaviors, and enhance patients' perception of social support, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

In light of the scarcity of freshwater resources and challenges in ensuring potable water supply at naval stations, the entire process of drinking water supply at a naval station was comprehensively investigated by field surveys and inquiries. The drinking water supply of the naval station was significantly affected by low and high water periods, and the water quality was poor. The water purification was insufficient. The freshwater collected through groundwater or rainwater had a poor taste, which resulted in a low level of satisfaction among officers and soldiers. In consideration of the meteorological characteristics and water resources utilization status at the island observation station, this study presents recommendations for enhancing the drinking water supply for officers and soldiers stationed there.Furthermore, this study discusses the feasibility of implementing air-to-water production technology to improve the quality of drinking water at the naval island stations, thereby safeguarding personnel health and maintaining combat effectiveness.

Objective To observe the effectiveness of semantic segmentation for segmenting brain infarct lesions on diffusion weighted imaging(DWI).Methods DWI data of 675 patients with newly occurred stroke were retrospectively analyzed.Taken manually depicted ROI of brain infarct lesions as gold standards, the effectiveness of semantic segmentation, threshold segmentation and local entropy information segmentation for segmenting brain infarct lesions on DWI were evaluated with Dice similarity coefficient(DSC)under 10-fold cross-validation and the area under the curve(AUC)of receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve. Results DSC of semantic segmentation, threshold segmentation and local entropy information segmentation was 0.822,0.647 and 0.728,with AUC of 0.905,0.778 and 0.849,respectively.Conclusion Semantic segmentation had curtain clinical application value for segmenting brain infarct lesions on DWI.

To have better clinical understanding of Schimke immuno-osseous dysplasia(SIOD) through analyzing the clinical features, treatment, and prognosis of four patients with SIOD. We used retrospective analysis to analyze the clinical data of four patients who were diagnosed with SIOD at the Children′ hospital of Fudan University from May 2018 to June 2024. The onset of disease of the four patients of this study was in their early childhood or preschool. All four patients had lymphopenia. Two patients had proteinuria, and one patient has progressed to chronic renal failure. One patient presented with short stature. The treatment for the four patients was mainly by symptomatic supportive therapy and on prevention and delay of renal failure disease. The patients with SIOD have different onset symptoms and progression of the disease. The treatment has not yet completely cured the disease. The clinical diagnosis and treatment of SIOD remains a challenge and needs further investigating.

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for the treatment of combined immunodeficiency (CID) and explore prognostic risk factors. Methods:In this retrospective cohort study, clinical characteristics, laboratory tests and prognosis of 73 CID children who underwent allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation from February 2014 to April 2022 in the Children′s Hospital of Fudan University were analyzed. Based on the subtypes of diseases, all patients were divided into severe combined immunodeficiency disease (SCID) group and other CID group. Based on the types of donors, all patients were divided into matched sibling donor group, matched unrelated donor group, unrelated cord blood group, and haploidentical donor group. Kaplan-Meier method and Log-Rank test were used to analyze the survival data. Cox regression was used to analyze prognostic factors. Results:Among the 73 patients, there were 61 (84%) males and 12 (16%) females. Fifty-five (75%) patients were SCID, and 18 (25%) patients were other CID. Donor source included 2 (3%) matched sibling donors (MSD), 3 (4%) matched unrelated donors (MUD), 64 (88%) unrelated cord blood (UCB), and 4 (5%) haploidentical donors. The age at transplant was 10.7 (5.9, 27.5) months, and the follow-up time was 36.2 (2.5, 62.9) months. The 3-year overall survival rate of 73 patients with CID was (67±6) %. No significant difference was found in the 3-year overall survival rates between patients with SCID (55 cases) and other CID (18 cases) ((64±7) % vs. (78±10) %, χ2=1.31, P=0.252). And no significant difference was found in the 3-year overall survival rates among patients who received MSD or MUD (5 cases), UCB (64 cases), and haploidentical donor (4 cases) transplant (100% vs. (66±6)% vs. (50±25) %, χ2=2.30, P=0.317). Cox regression analysis showed that the medical history of sepsis ( HR=2.55, 95% CI 1.05-6.20, P=0.039) and hypoalbuminemia at transplant ( HR=2.96, 95% CI 1.14-7.68, P=0.026) were independent risk factors for the prognosis of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in pediatric patients with CID. Conclusions:Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is an effective treatment for CID. The medical history of sepsis and hypoalbuminemia at transplant were risk factors for prognosis. Enhancing infection prevention and nutritional intervention before transplant can improve patient prognosis.

Objective:To analyze the research trends and hotspots of anti-Müllerian hormones (AMH) from 2006 to 2020, and to provide reference for future research in related fields. Methods:Based on the PubMed database, the literatures related to AMH collected from January 1st, 2006 to December 31st, 2020 were retrieved, and the bibliometric method was used to analyze the relationship between each stage and AMH with every 5 years as the time node. The publication trends, high-frequency main MeSH/subheadings co-occurrence and research hotspots related to AMH were discussed and forecasted. Results:A total of 4 276 related literatures were retrieved in this paper, and the total number of published papers showed an increasing trend. Relevant research hotspots were gradually increasing. The core research from 2005 to 2010 was the biomarker effect of AMH; from 2011 to 2015 and 2016 to 2020, the core research hotspots were all AMH and polycystic ovary syndrome. Conclusion:While the research hotspots related to AMH have been continuously expanded and enriched, there are also certain changes and alternations, and some emerging hotspots still have the value and significance of further research. AMH type Ⅱ receptor and fertility preservation may become an emerging hotspot in this field in the future.
