Objective:To investigate the cognition and demands of parents of premature infants on family integrated care (FICare) and to provide reference for formulating appropriate FICare programs. Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 160 parents of premature infants who were followed up in Neonatal Integrated Clinic of Children 's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from March to July 2021 were selected as the research objects. The parents of premature infants were surveyed using a self-designed Questionnaire on the Cognitive Needs of Parents of Premature Infants on FICare. A total of 160 questionnaires were distributed and 140 valid questionnaires were recovered, with the effective recovery rate of 87.5%. Results:Among 140 parents of premature infants, 135 parents thought FICare was beneficial. 71.9% (97/135) parents chose to participate in 1 to 4 hours of care every day, but 31.1% (42/135) parents lacked confidence in care. Among the FICare providers selected by the parents, 94.1% (127/135) were neonatologists, 88.9% (120/135) were neonatal nurses, 62.2% (84/135) were breast-feeding counselors and 62.2% (84/135) were dietitians. 66.7% (90/135) parents and 58.5% (79/135) parents chose simulation teaching and online course as the ideal training mode. Discharge guidance was the service that parents urgently needed, with a score of 74.5%.Conclusions:Parents of premature infants have multi-level and multi-dimensional demands for FICare, so it is necessary to develop multi-level and all-round FICare services based on parents ' demands in the future to improve the outcomes of families of premature infants.

The enhancement of the coping ability of the parents of premature infants can help improve the quality of life of the premature infants after discharge, and reduce the physical and mental stress of the parents of the premature infants. This article reviews the concept, significance, research status and intervention measures of coping ability of the parents of premature infants at home and abroad, and aims at providing references and ideas for relevant research in China.

Objective To study the efficacy of microvascular decompression in treating cranial nerve diseases. Methods 156 patients were treated with microvaseular decompression,of whom 119 were with trigeminal neuralgia,34 with hemifacial spasm and three with glossopharyngeal neuralgia.Rusults The overall effective rate was 96.8%(151/156) and the corresponding effective rate for the above three conditions were 94.2%,97.1% and 66.7%. Conlusions Mierovaseular decompression iS an effective treatment for cranial nerve diseases.

Objective To investigate the effects of Lp(a)on proliferation GMCs of rat model induced by lipopolysaccharide and explore the possible mechanism of Lp(a)in the proliferation of rat GMCs.Methods To observe the effects of Lp(a)on proliferation of GMCs,different dosage of Lp(a)were used,The research were divided into three groups:Control group,LPS group,Lp(a)group. After culture(at the end of 12h,24h,48h,60h and 72h),the cultured GMCs and suspension were collected to observe the rate of GMCs proliferation by MTT,the positive rate of proliferation cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)by immunohistochemisty, and the level of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)by ELISA respectively. Results Compared with control and LPS group,MTT,positive rate of PCNA and ICAM-1 of GMCs were increased more significantly in Lp(a)group.MTT ,the positive rate of PCNA and ICAM-1 of GMCs were increased as Lp(a)dosage increased,a maximal effect was seen when Lp(a)was 2.5 μg/L or 5.0μg/L.When the dosage continue increased,MTT,the positive rate of PCNA and ICAM-1 activity of GMCs began to decrease in Lp(a)group.ICAM-1 showed positive correlation with MTT and the positive rate of PCNA.Conclusion Lp(a)can significantly affect the rate of GMCs proliferation, and this affection is in a dosage-and timedependent manner.Low dosage stimulates GMCs proliferation, and high dosage inhibits GMCs proliferation.ICAM-1 shows positive correlation with MTT and the positive rate of PCNA.The effect of Lp(a)on GMCs may be through ICAM-1.

Objective To observe the safety and effectiveness of high-dose chemotherapy(HDT) supported by autologous peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cells transplantation(APBHSCT) in the patients of terminal or relapsed malignant tumors. Methods The patients achieved CR or PR after 4 cycles of conventional salvage chemotherapy were divided into two groups randomly.26 patients in the research group were adapted APBHSC+HDC,50 patients in the control group were adapted 2~4 cycles of routine chemotherapy. Results In the research group, hematopoiesis was reconstructed in all patients,8 out of 17 patients who achieved PR after 4 cycles of conventional salvage chemotherapy turned into CR after APBHSC+HDC(CR rate 47.1%).In the control group,33 patients who achieved PR after 4 cycles of conventional salvage chemotherapy were still PR after 2~4 cycles of routine chemotherapy. The median survival period in the research group was 11 months, which was longer than the one in the control group. The survival rates of 2,3 and 4 years in the research group were evidently higher than the ones in the control group(P
