Objective To apply an artificial intelligence (AI) -based pelvic floor optimization training system using human motion analysis technique in patients undergoing pelvic floor rehabilitation, so as to assist clinicians in providing guidance, improving clinical efficiency, and enhancing the efficacy of patients' independent training. Methods A total of 60 patients with overactive bladder (OAB) complicated with urgent urinary incontinence (UUI) treated in our hospital during Sep. 2024 and Dec. 2025 were enrolled and randomly divided into the routine guidance group (n=30) and AI guidance group (n=30). The routine guidance group received conventional pelvic floor optimization training under clinicians' instruction, while the AI guidance group underwent training with the AI-based pelvic floor optimization system using human motion analysis. After 6 weeks of intervention, outcomes were compared between the two groups, including the international consultation on incontinence questionnaire-short form (ICI-Q-SF), incontinence quality of life scale (I-QoL), overactive bladder symptom score (OABSS), patient's perception of bladder condition (PPBC) score, pelvic floor muscle function (myoelectric values in the preresting, post-resting, type Ⅰ muscle, type Ⅱ muscle, and endurance test phases), urine output, average flow rate (Qavg), and maximum flow rate (Qmax). Results After 6 weeks of treatment, the ICI-Q-SF, I-QoL, OABSS, PPBC score, type I muscle myoelectric value, Qavg and Qmax were significantly improved in both groups compared with baseline (P＜0.05). After 6 weeks of intervention, the I-QoL score was significantly higher in the AI guidance group than in the routine guidance group[81.82 (79.55, 84.38) vs.77.84 (75.00, 79.55) ], with significant difference (P＜0.05). Compared with the routine guidance group, the AI guidance group showed significant improvements in myoelectric values in the pre-resting, post-resting, type I muscle and endurance testing phases (P＜0.05). Conclusion The AI-based pelvic floor optimization training system can effectively assist clinicians in guiding patients to complete pelvic floor optimization training, improve rehabilitation efficiency and efficacy of independent exercise, and reduce dependence on specialized clinicians, which exhibits favorable safety.

Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ), Total Diet Study (TDS) and a 3-day-24-hour dietary recall survey were conducted. Dietary cadmium intake and food sources through dietary pathways were assessed based on cadmium content in foods, consumption amounts and intake frequencies.Results:The mean age of the participants was 63.39±12.21 years, with 50.05% being males. The average monthly dietary cadmium intake was 7.39 μg/(kg·BW). Staple foods and vegetables were the primary sources of dietary cadmium intake, accounting for 57.51% and 32.48%, respectively. The monthly dietary cadmium intake in all surveyed regions did not exceed the Provisional Tolerable Monthly Intake (PTMI) recommended by the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA).Conclusion:The monthly dietary cadmium intake among middle-aged and elderly people in cadmium-contaminated areas of China is relatively low, with the risk remaining at an acceptable level. Staple foods and vegetables are the most significant contributors to dietary cadmium intake.

Objective To study the dynamic regulatory role of early growth response 4(EGR4)in mouse neurodevelopment.Methods Data on single-cell chromatin accessibility(single-cell assay for transposase-accessible chromatin by sequencing,scATAC-seq)and transcriptome(single-cell RNA sequencing,scRNA-seq)from seven key stages spanning from the embryonic period to adulthood was collected and analyzed.The transcription factor binding site network was inferred,a quantitative analysis from a temporal perspective was conducted,its functional modules were parsed,and the results were visualized.Results egr4 was significantly highly expressed from the late embryonic stage to adulthood,and specifically activated during the maturation of inhibitory neurons[parvalbumin(PV)and somatostatin(SST)subtypes].Moreover,its transcription was not directly regulated by changes in chromatin accessibility.Temporal network analysis indicated that EGR4 became a regulatory hub in the late embryonic stage and drove neuron differentiation and subtype specification.Functional enrichment analysis showed that EGR4 regulated the"cell differentiation"pathway through dynamic interacting factors,and there were subtype-specific interaction modules in PV/SST neurons respectively.Conclusion EGR4 can participate in the late-stage maturation of cortical neurons through a stage-specific regulatory network.This study provides a new perspective on mechanisms underlying the temporal logic of neural development.

At present,the most of mainstream monitoring device for nocturnal penile erection adopts wired connection,and the volume of host is larger and the weight of that is heavier,which affect the wearing experience.This research developed a micro-wearable monitoring device for nocturnal penile erection on the basis of flexible pressure sensing technique.This device selected flexible material of stripe to carry the sensing module of capacitor and pressure(signal acquisition module),control module with Bluetooth transmission and power supply module.The design of software system adopted respectively the hardware program of device for signal acquisition of erection and assessment software of computer for erection function.Compared with the comprehensively diagnostic instrument RigiScan of mainstream for the function of penile erection,the volume of the prototype of this device only was 2.38%by RigiScan,and the weight of that only was 3.94%by RigiScan,and the power consumption of that only was 12.22%by RigiScan,which can realize monitoring of wireless and low tactile sensation.It has a series of characteristics included weak wearing sensation,small volume,lightweight and low-power consumption,which is contribute to enhance the wearing experience of monitored person,and eliminate psychological interference,and increase the accuracy of monitoring.

The quality of included studies was evaluated according to JBI Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies in Australia. The results were integrated by integrating methods.Results:A total of 20 studies were included. 87 complete findings were grouped according to similarities to form 10 new categories.These categories resulted in 4 synthesized findings: perceived benefits of exercise in HIV infected/AIDS patients; motivation of exercise in HIV infected/AIDS patients; obstructive factors of exercise in HIV infected/AIDS patients; the needs and expectations of HIV infected/AIDS for exercise.Conclusions:Exercise is a supportive nursing choice for HIV infected/AIDS patients during the treatment process, and nursing staff should pay attention to the patients′perception of exercise and guide their perception of benefits. Focus on the patients′ positive psychology and provide support from multiple perspectives. Pay attention to the factors that hinder patient movement and provide personalized care. Targeting patient needs and optimizing home exercise intervention methods.

The search period was from database establishment to February 1, 2024. The methodological quality of the included literature was evaluated according to the quality evaluation criteria for qualitative research of the Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-Based Health Care Center. The integrative synthesis was used to integrate the findings.Results:A total of 11 articles were included, and 36 findings were distilled into eight new categories, which were synthesized to form three integrated findings (perceived PrEP medication benefits by MSM, perceived barriers to PrEP medication by MSM, and multidimensional adaptations to enhance the PrEP medication experience in MSM) .Conclusions:Healthcare providers should pay close attention to the PrEP medication experience of MSM, identify medication challenges promptly, and focus on assisting them with self-adaptation to improve the PrEP medication experience and increase PrEP medication adherence in MSM.
