Objective To explore the clinical value of serum stromal cell-derived factor-1(SDF-1)and macro-phage inflammatory protein-1α(MIP-1α)in predicting biliary tract infection after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)stone removal in patients with common bile duct stones. Methods From January 2022 to January 2024,100 patients with common bile duct stones who underwent ERCP stone removal surgery in Pingdingshan First People's Hospital were collected. They were grouped into an infection group(12 cases)and a non-infection group(88 cases)based on whether biliary tract infection occurred after surgery. The general information of patients in the two groups was compared.ELISA method was used to measure the levels of serum SDF-1 and MIP-1α.Spearman method was applied to analyze the correlation between the severity of infec-tion and serum level of SDF-1 and MIP-1α.ROC curve was applied to analyze the value of serum SDF-1 and MIP-1α to predict biliary tract infection after ERCP stone removal in patients with common bile duct stones. Results A total of 36 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected in the biliary drainage fluid samples of the infection group, among which Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 55.56%and Gram-positive bacteria accounted for 44.44%.The infection group showed significantly higher serum levels of SDF-1 and MIP-1α(P<0.05).As the infection wors-ened,SDF-1 and MIP-1α levels progressively increased(P<0.05).The severity of biliary tract infection was sig-nificantly positively correlated with both serum SDF-1 and MIP-1α levels(P<0.05).For predicting biliary tract in-fection,SDF-1 and MIP-1α exhibited AUC values of 0.761 and 0.825,sensitivities of 63.33%and 66.67%,and specificities of 83.33%and 83.33%,respectively.When combined, the predictive AUC reached 0.977,with a sensitivity of 83.33%and a specificity of 98.33%.Conclusions Serum level of SDF-1 and MIP-1α are significant-ly elevated in patients with common bile duct stones and biliary tract infections after ERCP stone removal surgery, showing a positive correlation with the severity of the infection. The combination of these two biomarkers demon-strates excellent predictive efficacy for postoperative infection.

Objective:To explore the effect and mechanism of different processing motivation on college students' intergroup interaction willingness by technology of eye movement. Methods:Sixty college students conforming to the study conditions were selected from Northwest Normal University and randomly divided into ingroup motivation group ( n=30) and outgroup motivation group ( n=30) according to the random number table method. Subjects of the two groups first participated in the eye movement task, and then participated in the partner selection task.In the eye movement task, the percentage of time that subjects looked at faces of different groups was recorded. And in the partner selection task, the number of selections that subjects selected faces from different groups was recorded.SPSS 20.0 software was used for repeated measurement analysis of variance. Results:(1) In the eye movement task, there was a significant interaction of group and face group type ( F=13.37, P<0.001), but the main effects of group( F=3.23, P=0.077), and face group type ( F=0.09, P>0.05) were not significant. Further simple effect analysis showed that the percentage of time that the ingroup motors looked at the yellow race((16.00±0.06)%) was significantly higher than that of the outgroup motors ((12.00±0.04)%), and the percentage of time that the outgroup motors looked at the white race((17.00±0.06)%) was significantly higher than that of the ingroup motors ((9.00±0.04)%). (2) In the task of partner selection, there was a significant interaction among group, face group type and face old and new types( F=4.38, P=0.041), and the main effect of face group type was significant( F=14.87, P<0.001). The main effect of old and new types of face was significant( F=8.88, P=0.004), but the main effect of group was not significant ( P>0.05). Further simple effect analysis showed that the two groups of college students had statistically significant differences in the selection times of familiar faces from different groups( F=11.51, P=0.001). The number of times that the ingroup generator (5.51±1.14) selected the familiar yellow race as its partner was significantly greater than that of the outgroup generator (2.30±0.65). The number of times that the outgroup generator (5.40±1.00) selected the familiar white race as its partner was significantly greater than that of the ingroup generator (3.47±0.94). (3)Preferential attention to the ingroup members was a mediator between processing motivation and intergroup interaction willingness (mediating effect=0.20, 95% CI=0.02-0.31). Conclusion:Ingroup processing motivation has a threatening effect on college students' intergroup interaction willingness, outgroup processing motivation has a promoting effect on college students' intergroup interaction willingness, and processing motivation affects intergroup interaction willingness through ingroup bias.

Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of cell cycle checkpoint kinase 1(Chk1)gene in glioblastoma cells( GBM) and its correlation with GBM cell proliferation, tumorigenic activity and prognosis. Methods The ex-pression of Chk1 in GBM cells was selected and analyzed by TCGA database and brain tumor molecular database( Rembrandt),and the level of Chk1 expression in GBM cells was detected by molecular biology techniques such as Western blot and Real-Time PCR. The expression of Chk1 was silenced by siRNA to investigate its effect on proliferation and colony-forming ability of GBM cells. The prognosis survival of GBM patients accompanying with Chk1 expression was analyzed by immunohistochemical staining and Rembrandt database. Results The results of TCGA database and Rembrandt showed that Chk1 gene was highly expressed in GBM tissues. West-ern blot and Real-Time PCR also showed that Chk1 gene was highly expressed in GBM cells. Lentiviral transfection siRNA-specific silencing of Chk1 significantly inhibited proliferation and colony-forming ability of U87 cells( P<0. 01 and P<0. 05). Prognostic survival analysis showed that GBM patients with low expression of Chk1 gene had a significantly better clinical outcome than those of GBM patients with high expression of Chk1 gene(P<0. 001). Conclusion Chk1 gene is overexpressed in GBM cells,up-regula-tion of Chk1 gene expression can promote the growth and proliferation of GBM cells, and Chk1 gene is associated with poor prognosis in GBM patients.

Objective To evaluate the role of different nicotinic acetylcholine receptor ( nAChR) subtypes in skeletal muscles in sepsis-related nerve-muscle dysfunction in septic rats by neuroelectrophysiol-ogy. Methods SPF adult male Sprague-Dawley rats, weighing 200-220 g, aged 2-3 months, were stud-ied. Sepsis was induced by cecal ligation and puncture in chloral hydrate-anesthetized rats. Twelve portions of sciatic nerve-tibialis anterior muscles taken at day 3 after successful establishment of the sepsis modelserved as group S. Another 12 portions of sciatic nerve-tibialis anterior muscles of normal rats served as group C. The endplate potential ( EPP ) was monitored by intracellular microelectrode recording. Six por-tions of nerve-muscle samples were incubated with the adult nAChR (ε-nAChR ) specific antagonist wa-glerin-1 at a concentration of 1 μmol∕L, the fetal nAChR (γ-nAChR) specific antagonist αA-OIVA at a concentration of 250 nmol∕L and neuronal nAChR (α7-nAChR) antagonist methyllycaconitine ( MLA) at a final concentration of 6 nmol∕L. The amplitude of EPP was recorded at 15 min of incubation, and the differ-ence in the amplitude of EPP (ΔEPP) and changing rate of EPP (ΔEPP%) were calculated. Another 6 portions of samples were incubated for 15 min with the Kreb mixture of waglerin-1 and 250 nmol∕LαA-OIVA at a final concentration of 1 μmol∕L, the Kreb mixture of waglerin-1 and 6 nmol∕L MLA at a final concen-tration of 1 μmol∕L, and the Kreb mixture of αA-OIVA and 6 nmol∕L MLA at a final concentration of 250 nmol∕L, and then the amplitude of EPP was recorded. Washout was performed with antagonist free Kreb so-lution for 15 min between treatments with different blockers. Results Compared with group C, ΔEPP andΔEPP% were significantly decreased after antagonizing ε-nAChR, ΔEPP% was decreased after antagoni-zing γ-nAChR, ΔEPP and ΔEPP% were increased after antagonizing α7-nAChR, the amplitude of EPP was increased after antagonizingε-nAChR+γ-nAChR andε-nAChR+α7-nAChR, and the amplitude of EPP was decreased after antagonizing γ-nAChR+α7-nAChR (P<0. 05). ΔEPP and ΔEPP% were significantly higher after antagonizing α7-nAChR than after antagonizingγ-nAChR in group S ( P<0. 05) . The EPP was significantly lower after antagonizingε-nAChR+α7-nAChR than after antagonizingε-nAChR+γ-nAChR ( P<0. 05) . Conclusion Weakened function of ε-nAChR and enhanced function of α7-nAChR in the mem-brane of the end-plate in skeletal muscle are the main reasons for sepsis-related nerve-muscle dysfunction in septic rats, and the role is comparable between them.
