Objective: To systematically evaluate the association between maternal adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and offspring social behavior, so as to provide a theoretical basis for further research on intergenerational social behavioral development. Methods: Relevant research literature about maternal ACEs and the development of children s maladaptive social behaviors were collected, from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), VIP, Wanfang, SinoMed, PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, Embase and SpringLink databases, covering the period from the inception of each database to May 2025. The Chinese database matched and searched through three groups of keywords: "Pregnant women" "Mothers" and "Women"; "Bad childhood experience" "Bad early experience" and "Bad adolescent experience"; "Children" "Teenagers" "Children s behavior" "Children s development" "Teenagers behavior" "Internalized behavior" and "Externalized behavior". The English database was searched by three groups of keywords: "Female" "Pregnant women" "Mothers"; "Adverse childhood experiences" "Adverse early childhood experiences" "Adverse experiences of adolescent"; "Child behavior" "Child development" "Adolescent behavior" "Internalized behaviors" "Externalized behaviors". The selected literature was evaluated for quality and data extraction, with OR and 95% CI as effect indicators. Stata 16.0 software was used for heterogeneity testing, subgroup analysis, and publication bias analysis. Results: A total of 14 studies involving 64 302 mother-child pairs were included. The Meta analysis results showed a significant correlation between maternal ACEs and both offspring maladaptive internalized behaviors ( OR=1.75, 95%CI=1.42-2.15, P <0.01) and externalized behaviors ( OR=1.82, 95%CI=1.51-2.20, P <0.01). The results of subgroup analyses showed that in different regions[internalized behaviors:domestic, foreign OR (95% CI )=2.03(1.49-2.76), 1.55(1.19-2.03); externalized behaviors: domestic, foreign OR (95% CI )=2.41(1.52-3.82), 1.65(1.36-2.01)], study type[internalized behaviors: cohort study, cross sectional study OR (95% CI )=1.64(1.34-2.00), 1.85(1.30-2.65); externalized behaviors: cohort study, cross sectional study OR (95% CI )=1.76(1.46-2.12), 2.12(1.40-3.20)], sample size [internalized behaviors: ≥4 000, <4 000 pairs OR (95% CI )=1.69(1.13-2.55), 1.77( 1.41 -2.24); externalized behaviors: ≥3 000, <3 000 pairs OR (95% CI )=1.72(1.37-2.17), 2.13(1.44-3.15)], there were significant and positive association between mothers ACEs and children s internalizing and externalizing behaviors (all P <0.05). Conclusion A substantial positive association exists between maternal ACEs and the development of offspring maladaptive internalized and externalized behaviors, but the result needs to be continued to be validated by more research.

Objective:To explore the effects of Qingre Qudu Decoction for fumigation combined with three-gap drainage on wound healing and serum inflammatory factors in patients with acute perianal abscess.Methods:Randomized controlled trial was conducted. A total of 117 patients with acute perianal abscess in the hospital were enrolled as the observation objects between August 2022 and May 2024. According to random number table method, they were divided into observation group (59 cases) and control group (58 cases). Both groups received three-gap drainage therapy. On basis of three-gap drainage, control group was given potassium permanganate, while observation group was given Qingre Qudu Decoction for fumigation. All patients were treated for 14 d. The growth of granulation tissue and wound secretions before and after treatment was evaluated. VAS scale was used to evaluate the degree of incision pain, and Wexner score was used to assess incontinence; ELISA was used to detect serum activator A (ACTA), immunoturbidimetry was used to detect serum CRP, and radioimmunoassay was used to detect serum IL-6 levels. The occurrence of complications and abscess recurrence during treatment was recorded, and clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.61% (57/59), while that of the control group was 82.76% (48/58), with statistical significance ( χ2=6.10, P=0.014). After treatment, scores of granulation tissue growth and wound secretions in observation group, and scores of VAS and Wexner incontinence in observation group were lower than those in the control group ( t=9.66, 5.00, 7.98, 3.65, P<0.001), and wound healing time was shorter than that in control group ( t=8.41, P<0.001). After treatment, levels of serum ACTA, CRP and IL-6 in observation group were lower than those in control group ( t=15.30, 2.08, 19.34, P<0.01 or P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.78% (4/59), while in the control group it was 27.59% (16/58), with statistical significance ( χ2=8.93, P=0.003). Conclusion:Qingre Qudu Decoction for fumigation combined with three-gap drainage can relieve postoperative incision pain, inhibit inflammatory response, accelerate the recovery of wound and promote the recovery of anal function and improve clinical efficacy.

Cells undergo glucose metabolism reprogramming under the influence of the inflammatory microenvironment, changing their primary mode of energy supply from oxidative phosphorylation to aerobic glycolysis. This process is involved in all stages of inflammation-related diseases development. Glucose metabolism reprogramming not only changes the metabolic pattern of individual cells, but also disrupts the metabolic homeostasis of the body microenvironment, which further promotes aerobic glycolysis and provides favourable conditions for the malignant progression of inflammation-related diseases. The metabolic enzymes, transporter proteins, and metabolites of aerobic glycolysis are all key signalling molecules, and drugs can inhibit aerobic glycolysis by targeting these specific key molecules to exert therapeutic effects. This paper reviews the impact of glucose metabolism reprogramming on the development of inflammation-related diseases such as inflammation-related tumours, rheumatoid arthritis and Alzheimer's disease, and the therapeutic effects of drugs targeting glucose metabolism reprogramming on these diseases.

Objective To investigate the renal protective effect and mechanism of sodium acetate(Ace)on hyperuricemic nephropathy(HN)in mice.Methods Uric acid nephropathy mice model was prepared by intraperitoneal injection of potassium oxonate combined with adenine gavage.Mice were divided into blank control group(0.9％NaCl+0.5％carboxymethyl cellulose sodium),Ace group(200 mmol·L-1 Ace+0.5％carboxymethyl cellulose sodium),model group(0.9％NaCl+350 mg·kg-1 potassium oxonate+70 mg·kg-1 adenine),and experimental group(based on model group with additional 200 mmol·L-1 Ace).Serum and urine uric acid(UA)and serum creatinine(SCr)levels were observed in each group.Real-time fluorescence quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)was used to detect the expression levels of kidney injury molecule-1(Kim-1)and anti-aging gene Klotho,renal fibrosis markers Collagen Ⅰ and Fibronectin,intestinal inflammation-related factors interleukin-1 β(IL-1 β),and mRNA expression levels of tight junction proteins Zo-1.Results The serum UA levels of blank control group,Ace group,model group,and experimental group mice were(259.52±24.40),(227.71±35.91),(604.06±73.55),and(496.24±30.16)μmol·L-1,respectively;SCr levels were(16.85±0.40),(16.18±0.94),(22.38±1.56),and(19.78±1.43)μmol·L-1;Kim-1 mRNA relative expression levels were 1.04±0.25,1.17±0.28,13.00±2.87,and 4.24±3.92;Klotho mRNA relative expression levels were 1.04±0.15,1.02±0.18,0.43±0.12,and 0.69±0.12;Collagen Ⅰ mRNA relative expression levels were 1.05±0.15,1.02±0.18,3.19±1.09,and 1.61±0.55;Fibronectin mRNA relative expression levels were 1.07±0.18,1.02±0.25,7.86±2.40,and 3.34±2.10;intestinal IL-1β mRNA relative expression levels were 1.00±0.01,1.01±0.03,2.55±0.63,and 1.21±0.28;intestinal Zo-1 mRNA relative expression levels were 1.00±0.07,1.07±0.09,0.54±0.20,and 0.92±0.17.The above indicators in blank control group compared with model group,and experimental group compared with model group,all showed statistically significant differences(P＜0.05,P＜0.01,P＜0.001).Conclusion Sodium acetate can effectively reduce UA levels in HN mice,significantly improve renal injury and fibrosis,and its mechanism may be related to the improvement of intestinal inflammatory response and up-regulation of intestinal Zo-1/Occuludin pathway to reduce intestinal mucosal permeability.

As a novel iron-dependent form of cell death, ferroptosis is characterized by the excessive accumulation of phospholipids containing polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) on the cell membrane and peroxidation. Lipid droplets are always in the dynamic transition of generation and decomposition, play a central role in regulating lipid metabolism, and are always in the dynamic transition of generation and decomposition. Lipid droplet metabolism is closely related to the occurrence of ferroptosis and plays an important role in the disease caused by ferroptosis. This review firstly focuses on the lipid droplet metabolism process and its effects on the storage and release of PUFA, and further elucidates the regulatory mechanism and key regulatory proteins of lipid drop metabolism on ferroptosis, in order to reveal the intrinsic relationship between lipid droplets and ferroptosis, and provide a new strategy for disease prevention and treatment.

Objective To understand the present situation of the standardization of separate serving chopsticks and ladles provided by catering service providers in Shanghai,and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods A total of 971 catering service providers from extra large,medium and small restaurant in 16 administrative districts of Shanghai were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire using stratified two-stage sampling method between Sep and Nov 2023,mainly concentrate on thesituation and reasons of providing separate serving chopsticks and ladles and their compliance with standards.Logistic regression was used to explore the influencing factors.Results Among the 971 units surveyed,there were 911 catering service(93.8%)providers that provided separate serving chopsticks and ladles.The main reason for providing separate serving chopsticks and ladles is for improving high quality of catering service.Binary Logistic analysis showed that catering service providers with large scale restaurant(large:OR=2.08,95%CI:2.03-2.12;medium:OR=1.99,95%CI:1.96-2.02),good quantitative level of food safety(OR=1.84,95%CI:1.83-1.85),named Shanghai Green Restaurant(OR=1.11,95%CI:1.09-1.12),known as time-honored brand(OR=1.20,95%CI:1.17-1.22),regularly acceptance of law enforcement inspections(OR=6.99,95%CI:6.91-7.07),knowledge of relevant regulation(OR=5.77,95%CI:5.70-5.85)and more channels for understanding standards(OR=1.23,95%CI:1.21-1.25)were more likely to provide separate serving chopsticks and ladles.The situation that strictly follow the fully standard requirements of separate serving chopsticks and ladles to provide 8 types of catering conducts was unsatisfactory(14.1%).Logistic analysis showed that catering service providers with large scale restaurant(extra large:OR=6.42,95%CI:2.52-16.33;large:OR=4.29,95%CI:2.24-8.21;medium:OR=3.21,95%CI:1.76-5.87)and the provision of separate serving chopsticks and ladles for more than 3 years(OR=3.1,95%CI:1.09-9.02)had a higher percentage of providing separate serving chopsticks and ladles in accordance with specification.Conclusion The overall provision of separate serving chopsticks and ladles by catering service providers in Shanghai is satisfactory.The scale of restaurant,quantitative level of food safety and named Shanghai Green Restaurant are possible main factors for providing separate serving chopsticks and ladles of catering service providers.However,the implementation is not good according to the standardization.The different scale of restaurant and the time of the provision of separate chopsticks and ladles are possible factors for providing separate serving chopsticks and ladles in accordance with specification.

We retrieved the data on sexual-health internet hospitals from the Baidu Search Engine and Apple and Android APP Stores between August 2018 and September 2022.With the specialized Sexual-Health Internet Hospital affiliated to SPPH as an exam-ple,we analyzed its framework and system.It fully displays the closed-loop of medical service system of"doctor-patient-medicine-insurance-delivery",provides the protection of patients'privacy,offers comprehensive services,and manifests the values of socializa-tion,instrumentalization and commercialization.The booming of the internet medical industry in China is driven by national policies,and the rapid-rising of specialized internet hospitals largely stems from the clearer requirements of the state for regulation compliance and operation supervision.Against the background of the global spread of COVID-19,which has been demonstrated with a significant correlation to sexual health,only further rational and standardized management can ensure safe and efficient development of sexual-health internet hospitals to satisfy various health needs.

Objective To investigate the effect of microRNA-214-3p (miR-214-3p) expression in cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) on the cisplatin sensitivity of ovarian cancer cells and its mechanism. Methods Sixty-four ovarian cancer patients were selected as study subjects and divided into platinum-partially sensitive group and platinum-sensitive group based on progression-free survival after chemotherapy. Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to detect the relative expression of miR-214-3p in ovarian cancer tissues from the two groups, and the 2-year survival rates of patients with different clinical characteristics were compared. CAFs and normal ovarian fibroblasts (NFs) were primarily cultured, and qRT-PCR and immunofluorescence experiments were used to detect the expression of miR-214-3p and p62 protein in CAFs and NFs. The expression levels of SQSTM1 gene in different types of ovarian cells were searched through the CSIOVDB database. CAFs were transiently transfected with miR-214-3p mimic (mimic group) and miR-214-3p mimic NC (NC group), and untransfected CAFs were selected as control group. Cell culture supernatants from each group were collected, and an indirect co-culture model of ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3 with CAFs from each group was established. The CCK-8 method, DCFH-DA method, qRT-PCR, and immunoblotting were used to detect the proliferation rate, half-maximal inhibitory concentration of cisplatin (IC50), reactive oxygen species (ROS) content, and relative expression levels of miR-214-3p, cisplatin resistance gene CCND1, and autophagy protein p62 in SKOV3 cells under different culture conditions. Results The relative expression of miR-214-3p was lower in the platinum-partially sensitive group than in the platinum-sensitive group (P < 0.01). There were statistically significant differences in the 2-year survival rates among patients with different International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) stages, platinum partial sensitivity, and low miR-214-3p expression (P < 0.01). The relative expression of miR-214-3p was lower in ovarian CAFs than in NFs, while the expression level of p62 protein was higher in CAFs than in NFs (P < 0.01). Online analysis of the CSIOVDB database showed that the expression level of SQSTM1 gene in ovarian CAFs was higher than that in ovarian cancer epithelial cells and NFs (P < 0.01). Compared with SKOV3 cells indirectly co-cultured with CAFs in the control group and CAFs in NC group, SKOV3 cells indirectly co-cultured with mimic CAFs showed reduced proliferation rate, cisplatin IC50, and ROS content, increased relative expression of miR-214-3p, and decreased relative expression of CCND1 mRNA and p62 protein (P < 0.01). Conclusion The expression of miR-214-3p in CAFs is correlated with the sensitivity of ovarian cancer cells to cisplatin. Low expression of miR-214-3p in CAFs can promote the proliferation of ovarian cancer cells and ROS-mediated autophagy, thereby reducing the sensitivity of ovarian cancer cells to cisplatin.

Microwave biosensors are extensively applied in detection of food safety,environmental pollution and biomedical health.Compared to traditional optical and electrochemical sensing solutions,traditional optical and electrochemical sensor detection schemes,microwave sensing shows the advantages of high precision,strong penetration and non-contact detection.Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)exhibits numerous favorable characteristics in terms of integration,biocompatibility and processability.The integration of microwave biosensors with PDMS microfluidic chips allows for the full exploitation of the aforementioned advantages,thereby facilitating the provision of rapid,precise,and cost-effective detection solutions.These solutions are of considerable practical significance within the domain of biomedicine.This paper provides an overview of the fundamental characteristics and operational principles of microwave biosensors.It also offers a comprehensive account of the diverse types of microwave biosensors integrated with PDMS microfluidic chips,highlighting their respective advantages and disadvantages.Furthermore,it anticipates the challenges and potential solutions in the development of a novel generation of biosensor chip integration.This is with a view to providing a viable research and development concept for the advancement of medium and large-scale integrated-chip functional microfluidic chips in China.

Objective: To describe fertility and explore factors associated with it among pre-conception couples of childbearing age. Methods: Based on the pre-conceptional offspring trajectory study of the School of Public Health of Fudan University, couples of childbearing age who participated in the pre-conception physical examination in Shanghai Jiading District from 2016 to 2021 were recruited and followed up. Couples' time to pregnancy (TTP) was analyzed and Cox proportional hazards regression model was used to explore the factors associated with TTP. Kaplan-Meier was used to calculate each menstrual cycle's cumulative pregnancy rate. Results: A total of 1 095 preconception couples were included in the analysis, the M(Q₁,Q₃)of TTP was 4.33 (2.41, 9.78) menstrual cycles. Age of women (FR=0.90, 95%CI: 0.85-0.95, P<0.001), women who were overweight or obese before pregnancy (FR=0.36, 95%CI: 0.24-0.55, P<0.001), women who were exposed to second-hand smoking (FR=0.63, 95%CI: 0.44-0.92, P=0.016), women whose home or office had been renovated in the past 2 years and had a particular smell (FR=0.46, 95%CI: 0.26-0.81, P=0.008) were risk factors for impaired fertility. Regular menstrual cycles (FR=1.64, 95%CI: 1.16-2.31, P=0.005), females who often drank tea/coffee (FR=1.55, 95%CI: 1.11-2.17, P=0.011) and males who took folic acid before conception (FR=2.35, 95%CI: 1.38-4.23, P=0.002) were associated with better fertility. The cumulative pregnancy rate of 3, 6, and 12 menstrual cycles was 37.6%, 64.4%, and 78.4%, respectively. Conclusion: Older couples, overweight or obesity before pregnancy, irregular menstruation, exposure to secondhand smoke and decoration pollutants in females are associated with impaired fertility. Frequent tea/coffee drinking before pregnancy in females and taking folic acid before pregnancy in males are associated with shortened conception time.
