Objective To review literature on exercise-based pre-rehabilitation before surgery in patients with lung cancer, hence to provide a guidance for development of standardised programs for pre-rehabilitative exercise. Methods Following the Australian JBI Evidence-based Health Care Centre Scope Review guidelines,a comprehensive search was conducted across the databases of PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,CINAHL,CNKI,WanFang Data and SinoMed.The search covered the inception of databases to 29th February,2024.The retrieved literature was then screened and relevant information was extracted. Results A total of 20 articles were included in this review.Exercise-based pre-rehabilitation for lung cancer patients was mainly divided into single-modality pre-rehabilitation and multimodal pre-rehabilitation(exercise combined with interventions in nutrition, psychology and health behaviour). The period of intervention for exercise-based pre-rehabilitation was typically 2-3 weeks before surgery, with 3-5 sessions per week. The outcome indicators mainly included respiratory function, capacity of physical activity, quality of life, psychological status and postoperative complications. Conclusion The preoperative exercise-based pre-rehabilitation before surgery for the patients with lung cancer is feasible and effective in enhancing physical function of the patients.Further studies can focus on the development of patient-centred standardised exercise pre-rehabilitation programs.

Viral myocarditis is a myocardial disease resulting from various viral infections.Due to the com-plexity of its pathogenesis, effective prevention and treatment options are currently lacking.Establishing appropriate ex-perimental models is crucial for studying the pathogenic mechanisms, disease progression, early diagnosis, and the devel-opment of new drugs and therapies for viral myocarditis. This article reviews the construction methods, research advance-ments,and applications of common experimental models of viral myocarditis, which range from cell models to small ani-mal models, including mice, hamsters, and rabbits,as well as larger animals such as pigs and non-human primates.Ad-ditionally,we summarize and discuss future research directions, providing a theoretical foundation and technological guid-ance for the prevention and treatment of viral myocarditis in clinical settings.

5.Implementation barriers of enhanced recovery after surgery among medical staff of Abdominal Surgery in Class Ⅲ Grade A hospitals
Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2020;26(4):429-434
Objective To explore the implementation barriers of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS)among medical staff of Abdominal Surgery in ClassⅢ Grade A hospitals so as to provide a reference for health authorities and hospital managers to develop the promotion strategy of ERAS. Methods From July to October 2017,this study selected totals of 12 doctors and nurses of Abdominal Surgery Department from 4 Class Ⅲ Grade A hospitals as interviewees by purposive sampling. In-depth interview on implementation barriers of ERAS in departments was carried out with the semi-structured interview outline. The Colaizzi method was used to interview data analysis. Results Implementation barriers of ERAS main included 6 aspects involving the difficulties in multidisciplinary collaboration, difficuties in changing traditional concept among medical staff, lack of patients' understanding and collaboration, safety remained to be tested, lack of support and safeguard measure and insufficient medical resource in primary hospitals. Conclusions ClassⅢGrade A hospitals of China are faced with barriers when implementing ERAS,including the difficulties in team collaboration, insufficient cognition of medical staff, lack of patients' understanding and collaboration, safety remained to be tested, lack of policy support and safeguard measure and insufficient medical resources in primary hospitals. Management departments should develop the targeted promotion strategy based on those barriers to promote the popularity and application of ERAS.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of preoperative sequential transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) followed by selective portal venous embolization (PVE) in patients with marginally resectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).The aim was to find out whether this combined procedure helped to increase the rate of extended radical liver resection. Methods From March 2009 to November 2016,29 patients with HCC which were marginally resectable underwent preoperative TACE combined with PVE were included into this study. All these patients were subsequently assessed to undergo radical hepatectomy. The complications, laboratory results, volume changes of each liver lobe and patient survival were analyzed. Results TACE combined with PVE was successful in all the 29 patients. There were no major complications. After the procedure, the volumes of the tumor and the part of the liver to be resected decreased to certain degree. The remnant liver volume (RLV) increased remarkably. The RLV were (395.4 ±58.7) cm3 and (599.2 ±75.2) cm3 before and after the procedure, respectively. The difference was significant (P < 0.05).19 patients underwent radical hemihepatectomy or trisectionectomy, with a resection rate of 65.5% (19/29).There were sufficient surgical margins in all the resected tumors. After operation, the 1-,3-,and 5-year survival rates were 58.8%,35.5% and 17.6%,respectively.Conclusion For HCC patients who had marginally resectable HCC,preoperative TACE combined with PVE efficiently controlled the growth of the tumors, decreased the volume of the liver lobe with tumor, increased the RLV,and made it possible for a planned two-stage radical hepatectomy with sufficient surgical margin and better survival in a significant proportion of patients.

Objective To investigate the present situation of diabetic foot knowledge among nurses in Changzhi of Shanxi Province. Methods Adopting convenience sampling,100 nurses were recruited from 3 secondary hospital in Changzhi of Shanxi Province and evaluated by the questionnaire making by author. Results The average level of DF among nurses was unsatisfied. There are significant deference between who experiencing continuing education and not. Conclusions The present situation of diabetic foot knowledge among nurses in rural areas in China which should arouse more attention from management of nurse in rural area. Continuing education and professional training education should be carried out for nurses in rural area who also should develop their ability to read article, and Cognition of prevention and health education.
8.Research in reliability and validity of the Chinese version of job satisfaction scale
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(11):16-18
Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of job satisfaction scale in order to supply quantitative tool for evaluation of nurses" job satisfaction degree. Methods 336 nurs-es from 14 general hospitals were tested with Chinese version of job satisfaction scale and analysis was carried out for reliability and validity according to the test result. Results The total Cronbach's α coefficient of Chi-nese version of job satisfaction scale was 0.901, Cronbach's α coefficient range of every dimension was 0.732~ 0.921, re-test reliability was 0.832, 9 factors were extracted through factors analysis and they explained 59.57%of the overall variance. Conclusions Chinese version of job satisfaction scale has good reliability and validi-ty, it can be used in evaluation of nurses' satisfaction degree preliminarily.
