Objective:To investigate clinical outcomes after embryo transfer again in in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer/frozen-thawed embryo transfer (IVF-ET/FET) patients with previous fetal chromosomal abnormalities. Methods:In this retrospective case-control study, data of patients who received IVF-ET/FET treatment at the Department of Reproductive Medicine, Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital between July 2015 and December 2019 and had embryo chromosomes tested after spontaneous abortion were analyzed. Among 299 patients, 172 cases were found to have fetal chromosomal abnormalities (abnormal group) and 127 cases were found to have normal results (normal group). We matched the above patients cycles with age, anti-Müllerian hormone and basal follicle-stimulating hormone using propensity score matching (PSM). Clinical data were analyzed again after PSM.Results:Before PSM, patients in abnormal group [34.0 (30.0,38.0) years] were significantly older than those in normal group [32.0 (30.0,36.0) years, P=0.015]. There were no statistically significant differences in clinical pregnancy rate, early miscarriage rate, approximate live birth rate and cumulative live birth rate (all P>0.05). After PSM matching, there were also no statistically significant differences in clinical pregnancy rate, early miscarriage rate, approximate live birth rate and cumulative live birth rate (all P>0.05). Conclusion:Patients with fetal chromosomal abnormalities can achieve similar clinical outcomes after embryo transfer again. Therefore IVF-ET or FET is recommended as early as possible.

Objective:To investigate the nutritional risk and prevalence of malnutrition in patients with terminal stage gastrointestinal malignant tumors in a tertiary hospital in Changsha. Methods:Cluster sampling was used to conduct a cross-sectional survey of inpatients from Departments of Gastroenterology, Gastrointestinal Surgery, Hepatobiliary Surgery and Oncology in Hunan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2019 to July 2020. Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 (NRS 2002) was used to assess the prevalence of nutritional risk with malnutrition defined as concurrent presence of BMI < 18.5 kg/m 2, poor general condition and NRS 2002 nutritional impairment score of 3. Step 2 of Global Leadership Initiative on Malnutrition (GLIM) diagnostic criteria (without whole body muscle mass) was adopted to diagnose malnutrition. Step 3 of GLIM criteria was used to evaluate the prevalence of severe malnutrition. Results:A total of 802 patients registered in the 4 departments were selected for screening via cluster sampling and 514 were enrolled according to the inclusion/exclusion criteria. The prevalence of nutritional risk in patients with terminal stage gastrointestinal cancer was 49.8% (256/514). The prevalence of malnutrition and severe malnutrition per GLIM criteria were 41.6% (214/514) and 18.3% (94/514), respectively. Conclusions:Although nutritional support therapy is not recommended for patients with end-stage cancer. This paper suggests that the prevalence of nutritional risk and malnutrition in patients with end-stage gastrointestinal cancer is not as high as described in some articles.

Objective To explore the application of iPad-based software Let'S Talk in the rehabilitation of children with autism. Meth-ods From March to September, 2015, iPad-based software Let'S Talk was applied in four children with autism. The language ability, emo-tion and behavior control ability, self-consciousness and eye contact were observed. The Psycho-educational Profile-3rd (PEP-3), Autism Be-havior Checklist (ABC) and Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS) were used to access the months of age, behavior characteristics, and the severity of autism before and after application. Results The language ability and behavior control ability improved, as well as the self-consciousness and eye contact, and the bad behaviors reduced. The months of age rose in PEP-3, and the scores of ABC and CARS de-creased. Conclusion IPad-based software Let'S Talk could be applied in the rehabilitation of children with autism.

Objective To investigate the status of wastewater treatment of hospital sewage in Jinan. Methods The indices of COD, NH3,N and PO43- in sewage discharged from 16 hospitals before and after treatment and the content of residual chloride and fecal coliform counts in treated sewage were monitored in 2002 in Jinan. The monitoring results were evaluated according to the Criteria for Wastewater Discharge (GB/T8978-1996) and compared with the analytic results obtained in the year 2001. Results The COD, NH3,N and PO43- of the sewage of 16 hospitals before treatment were 253.8, 47.76 and 3.134 mg/L respectively with the over standard rate 81%, 88% and 100% respectively. The COD, NH3,N, PO43-, content of residual chloride and fecal coliform counts in treated sewage of 16 hospitals were 40.5, 6.30, 0.580, 26.7 mg/L and
