Objective To study the hot points, groups, authors and cooperation relationship in the science of nautical medicine by using visual analysis and bibliometrics of the Chinese scientific theses in the field of Chinese nautical medicine. Methods Information retrieval was made by using the China Science and Technology Journals Database (CSTJ),the China National Knowledge Infrastructure Full-text Database and the WanFang Academic Journals Database as the statistical data source,as well as "key words =navy medicine" or "key words =nautical medicine" or "classification code =R83" as the retrieval strategy to retrieve scientific papers concerning nautical medicine from 1995 to 2013,and then, statistical analyses were made and investigations were performed to identify the distributions of time, journals, institutions and authors.Bibexcel software was used to generate keywords co-word matrix,SPSS software was further used to perform clustering analysis and investigate research hot-points in nautical medicine, and NetDraw was used to draw a network map to investigate the activity and cooperation of research institutions or groups. Results A total of 2461 papers in conformity with the requirements were retrieved regarding the subject. Results showed that co-author rate was 80.3%,author cooperation rate was 3.77,institution cooperation rate was1.63 and Price index was 48.5%.There were 12 core groups and 6 categories of hot-points concerning the research subject. Conclusions Military universities and institutes,as well as military hospitals were core research institutions concerning research on nautical medicine. With regard to research fields, first aid at sea, seafaring psychology, prevention and treatment of motion sickness, health of seafarers, seawater drowning and HBO therapy were hot research points concerning nautical medicine, and main research mode revealed to be team cooperation.

Objective To investigate the biological function of NS5ABP37 and to look for proteins interacting with NS5ABP37 protein in hepatocytes. Methods We constructed bait plasmid expressing NS5ABP37 protein of hepatitis C virus (HCV) by cloning the gene of NS5ABP37 protein into pGBKT7, then the recombinant plasmid DNA was transformed into yeast AH109 (α type). The transformed yeast AH109 was mated with yeast Y187 (α type) containing liver cDNA library plasmid in 2×YPDA medium. Diploid yeast was plated on synthetic dropout nutrient medium (SD/-Trp-Leu-His-Ade) containing X-α-gal for selection and screening. After extracting and sequencing of plasmids from positive (blue) colonies, we made a sequence analysis by bioinformatics. Results We screened twenty-five proteins binding to NS5ABP37, including Homo sapiens cyclin Ⅰ (CCNI) gene, Homo sapiens matrix metallopeptidase 25 (MMP25) and Homo sapiens talin 1. Conclusion The yeast-two hybrid system is an effective method for identifying hepatocyte proteins interacting with NS5ABP37 of HCV. And the biological function of NS5ABP37 may be associated with glycometabolism, lipid metabolism and apoptosis.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 2004;0(05):-
Objective To explore the effect a nd mechanism of ulinastatin application during perioperation in abdominal surger y. Methods Twenty patients administered with ulinastatin serve d as study group and twenty ones without ulinastatin treatment served as control group. Serum TNF-?, IL-6, IL-8, BUN and serum creatinine were detected in both groups before and after operation. The normalization time of body temper ature and leukocyte count were observed. All data analyses were performed using SPSS. Results ① Serum TNF-?, IL-6, and IL-8 concentratio ns in study group were significantly smaller than those in control group on the 1 st, 3 rd and 5 th day after operation (P
