Objective: To understand the impact of left behind experience on the mental health of secondary vocational school students, so as to provide theoretical basis for the psychological health education of secondary vocational school students. Methods: From September to December in 2019, a total of 3 401 students from Duyun, Guiding and Pingtang County were selected by multi stage cluster random sampling method. Self designed questionnaire and Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90) were used to investigate mental health status. A total of 1 415 left behind students and 1 415 non left behind students were matched by using propensity score matching (PSM). Wilcoxon test and Logistic regression analysis were conducted. Results: Before the matching of propensity score, there were statistically significant differences in the distribution of family structure, mother s educational level, family residence,family harmony and children s past health among the students with or without left behind experience ( χ 2=28.17, 52.40, 96.31, 29.75 , 19.10, P <0.05). After the matching, there were no statistically significant differences in the distribution of the above variables among the students with or without left behind experience ( χ 2=0.02-4.32, P >0.05). Before the matching of propensity scores, there were significant differences in the scores of 10 dimensions of SCL-90, including somatization (1.67,1.58), interpersonal sensitivity (2.00,1.89), anxiety (1.90,1.70), obsessive compulsive symptoms (2.20, 2.10), depression (2.00, 1.85), hostility (1.83, 1.67), terror (1.85, 1.71), paranoia (1.83, 1.67), psychotic (1.70, 1.60) and other (1.85, 1.71) dimensions among secondary vocational school students with or without left behind experience ( Z=-5.15 to -2.84, P <0.05). After propensity score matching, there were significant differences in scores remained only in three factors for interpersonal sensitivity [(2.00(1.56,2.67)，2.00(1.44,2.56)], paranoia [1.83(1.33,2.50)，1.83(1.33,2.33)] and psychoticism [1.70(1.30,2.30)，1.70(1.20,2.20)] in SCL- 90 among secondary vocational students with or without left behind experience ( Z=-2.45, -2.12, -2.23, P <0.05). Conclusion The impact of left behind experience on the mental health of vocational school students is mainly reflected in interpersonal sensitivity, paranoia, and psychoticism, which should be identified as key areas of psychological education for secondary vocational school students.

In recent years,significant breakthroughs have been achieved in the immunotherapy for Alzheimer's disease.In line with global advancements,two anti-amyloid-β monoclonal antibodies have been approved and successfully launched in China for clinical use.Lecanemab and Donanemab were officially used in June 2024 and April 2025 in China,respectively.In order to standardize the rational and safe application of anti-amyloid-β monoclonal antibodies for Alzheimer's disease in China,this article integrates recom-mendations from the clinical trials and real-world experience from the author's team and domestic peers to further update the recom-mendations for the clinical use of anti-amyloid-β monoclonal antibody based on the 2024 version.It includes indications for therapy,pre-treatment evaluation and preparation,administration protocols and safety measures during treatment,and post-treatment monitor-ing strategies.

Objective To observe the value of real-time shear wave elastography(SWE)combined with biochemical indicators for evaluating liver injury in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods Totally 210 patients with CKD(CKD group)and 64 healthy subjects(control group)were retrospectively enrolled.Patients in CKD group were further divided into CKD1-5 subgroups according to CKD stages.SWE parameters of liver and kidney,including mean value,the maximum value and the median value of Young's modulus(EQImean,EQImax and EQImed)were compared between CKD subgroups and control group.Spearman correlation analysis were performed to explore the correlations of liver and kidney SWE parameters with CKD stage,as well as of liver SWE parameters with biochemical indicators.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to screen independent predictors of liver injury in CKD patients.Receiver operating characteristic curves were drawn,the area under the curves(AUC)were calculated to evaluate the efficacy of the independent predictors alone and their combination for assessing liver injury in CKD patients.Results Significant differences of liver and kidney SWE parameters were found among CKD subgroups and control group(all P≤ 0.001).Pairwise comparison showed that liver SWE parameters in CKD5 subgroup and liver EQImax in CKD4 subgroup were all higher than those in control group(all P＜0.003).Kidney SWE parameters in CKD3 subgroup were all higher than those in control group,while in CKD4 subgroup were all higher than those in control group and CKD1-3 subgroup(all P＜0.003).Kidney EQImean and EQImed in CKD5 subgroup were all higher than those in control group and CKD1-4 subgroup,while kidney EQImax in CKD5 subgroup were higher than those in control group and CKD1-3 subgroup(all P＜0.003).Liver and kidney SWE parameters were lowly-moderately and positively correlated with CKD stages(r=0.364-0.665,all P＜0.001).Liver SWE parameters of CKD were weakly and positively correlated with alkaline phosphatase(ALP)(r=0.229-0.248,all P＜0.01).The γ-glutamyl transferase,ALP and liver EQImax were all independent predictors of liver injury in CKD patients(all P＜0.01),with AUC for evaluating liver injury in CKD patients alone of 0.645,0.756 and 0.741,respectively,lower than that of their combination(0.851,all P＜0.01).Conclusion Real-time SWE combined with liver function indicators could reflect degree of liver injury in patients with different CKD stages.

Objective:To explore the treatment of thoracoabdominal combined injury in a child with heart rupture caused by sheep horns under limited medical conditions.Methods:To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of a child with thoracoabdominal combined injury and cardiac rupture who were treated with epidural anesthesia and having spontaneous breath, and even more there was no oxygen supply and perioperative monitoring during operation.Results:After the complete of thoracoabdominal exploration, the repair of heart, stomach and diaphragm, postoperative anti-infection, nutritional support and symptomatic treatment, the little patient recovered successfully.Conclusions:Thoracoabdominal injuries combined cardiac rupture requires rapid judgment of the patient’s condition, control of bleeding, discharge cardiac tamponade and cardiac repair as soon as possible. In order to save life, unconventional measures can be used when it is necessary.

Tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) have revolutionized the treatment landscape for chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). However, TKI resistance poses a significant challenge, leading to treatment failure and disease progression. Resistance mechanisms include both BCR::ABL1-dependent and BCR::ABL1-independent pathways. The mechanisms underlying BCR::ABL1 independence remain incompletely understood, with CML cells potentially activating alternative signaling pathways, including the AKT/mTOR and JAK2/STAT5 pathways, to compensate for the loss of BCR::ABL1 kinase activity. This study explored tumoral VISTA (encoded by VSIR) as a contributing factor to TKI resistance in CML patients and identified elevated tumoral VISTA levels as a marker of resistance and poor survival. Through in vitro and in vivo analyses, we demonstrated that VSIR knockdown and the application of NSC-622608, a novel VISTA inhibitor, significantly impeded CML cell proliferation and induced apoptosis by attenuating the AKT/ mTOR and JAK2/STAT5 pathways, which are crucial for CML cell survival independent of BCR::ABL1 kinase activity. Moreover, VSIR overexpression promoted TKI resistance in CML cells. Importantly, the synergistic effect of NSC-622608 with TKIs offers a potent therapeutic avenue against both imatinib-sensitive and imatinib-resistant CML cells, including those harboring the challenging T315I mutation. Our findings highlight the role of tumoral VISTA in mediating TKI resistance in CML, suggesting that inhibition of VISTA, particularly in combination with TKIs, is an innovative approach to enhancing treatment outcomes in CML patients, irrespective of BCR::ABL1 mutation status. This study not only identified a new pathway contributing to TKI resistance but also revealed the possibility of targeting tumoral VISTA as a means of overcoming this significant clinical challenge.

BACKGROUND: This study aimed to explore the effect of a nanomaterial-based miR-320a inhibitor sustained release system in trauma-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head (TIONFH). METHODS: The miR-320a inhibitor-loaded polyethylene glycol (PEG)- Poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA)- Poly-L-lysine (PLL) nanoparticles were constructed using the double emulsion method. The TIONFH rabbit model was established to observe the effects of miR-320a inhibitor nanoparticles in vivo. Hematoxylin–eosin staining and microcomputed tomography scanning were used for bone morphology analysis. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs), derived from TIONFH rabbits, were used for in vitro experiments. Cell viability was determined using the MTT assay. RESULTS: High expression of miR-320a inhibited the osteogenic differentiation capacity of BMSCs in vitro by inhibiting the expression of the osteoblastic differentiation markers ALP and RUNX2. MiR-320a inhibitor-loaded PEG-PLGA-PLL nanoparticles were constructed with a mean loading efficiency of 1.414 ± 0.160%, and a mean encapsulation efficiency of 93.45 ± 1.24%, which released 50% of the loaded miR-320a inhibitor at day 12 and 80% on day 18. Then, inhibitor release entered the plateau. After treatment with the miR-320a inhibitor nanoparticle, the empty lacunae were decreased in the femoral head tissue of TIONFH rabbits, and the osteoblast surface/bone surface (Ob.S/BS), osteoblast number/bone perimeter (Ob.N/B.Pm), bone volume fraction, and bone mineral density increased. Additionally, the expression of osteogenic markers RUNX2 and ALP was significantly elevated in the TIONFH rabbit model. CONCLUSION The miR-320a inhibitor-loaded PEG-PLGA-PLL nanoparticle sustained drug release system significantly contributed to bone regeneration in the TIONFH rabbit model, which might be a promising strategy for the treatment of TIONFH.

Objective : To study the preparation method of silane and bone morphogenetic protein⁃2 (BMP⁃2) on the nano⁃porous titanium surface and evaluate the osteogenic ability of the prepared surface. Methods : Silane and BMP⁃2 modified nano⁃porous titanium surfaces were constructed by alkali⁃heat treatment , silanization modification and BMP⁃2 grafting. Scanning electron microscopy , X ⁃ray photoelectron spectroscopy , infrared spectroscopy and water contact angle tests were used to characterize the changes of surface morphology , elements , functional groups and hydrophilicity during the preparation process. Immunofluorescence was used to observe the BMP⁃2 grafted on the surface. Cell activity test and cell fluorescence staining were used to analyze the ability to promote osteoblast adhesion and proliferation , and alkaline phosphatase activity was used to evaluate the ability to promote cell osteogenesis. Results : Material characterization results confirmed that silane and BMP⁃2 were successfully immobilized on the nano⁃porous titanium surface. Cell evaluation confirmed that the prepared surface not only significantly enhanced the adhesion and proliferation of osteoblasts , but also greatly enhanced the osteogenic ability of osteoblasts. Conclusion The constructed surface has better compatibility with osteoblasts and is expected to improve the osseointegration ability of titanium⁃based implants.

【Objective】 To study the blood group serology and molecular biology of patients with RhD--, so as to guide clinical blood use. 【Methods】 The EDTA-K2 anticoagulant blood of the patient was detected for Rh antigens and antibodies. Meanwhile, DNA was extracted, and the 1-10 exon of RHCE and RHAG gene was sequenced by Sanger sequencing. 【Results】 The serological test showed O type RhD--, and all spectral cells were positive. RHCE gene sequencing showed RHCE^*02/RHCE^*02, RHAG gene sequencing showed mutations at site 808 G > A and site 861 G > A of exon 6. 【Conclusion】 When patients were with RhD--, and related immune conditions such as pregnancy and/or transfusion history were present, autologous blood transfusion or plasma exchange could be an option for emergency blood use.
