To analyze the relationship between serum non-HDL-C levels and cardiovascular disease (CVD) mortality in community populations. A retrospective cohort study was conducted using the Yuecheng District Health Information Platform in Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province. The study cohort included individuals aged 40 years or older with no prior history of CVD who underwent physical examinations at Yuecheng District healthcare institutions between January and December 2019. A total of 39 038 participants were included, including 19 085 males (48.9%) and 19 953 females (51.1%), with a mean age of (73.64±9.10) years. The mean follow-up duration was 52.3 months. During follow-up, 1 227 CVD death events occurred. The results indicated a significant overall association between non-HDL-C levels and the risk of CVD mortality, including coronary heart disease (CHD) and stroke. Cox models indicated that, using the ideal level of non-HDL-C as the reference, the hazard ratios (HRs) for risk of CVD death in the suitable level, borderline elevated level and elevated level groups were 1.24 (95% CI: 1.08-1.42), 1.57 (95% CI: 1.34-1.85) and 2.31 (95% CI: 1.87-2.86), respectively. The corresponding HRs for CHD death were 1.39 (95% CI: 1.10-1.76), 1.69 (95% CI: 1.28-2.12) and 2.53 (95% CI: 1.76-3.64), respectively. Subgroup analysis revealed significant interaction effects between non-HDL-C and sex, smoking, alcohol consumption, and diabetes (all P interaction<0.05). Sensitivity analyses confirmed that results were consistent with the primary findings regarding the association between non-HDL-C and CVD mortality risk. In conclusion, increasing non-HDL-C levels are associated with higher risks of death from cardiovascular diseases, including stroke and CHD. The risk of CVD death associated with elevated non-HDL-C is greater among males, individuals with a history of diabetes, smokers or drinkers. In the future, attention should be paid to the monitoring of non-HDL-C in community health management, and the intensive and personalized management of blood lipids in high-risk population should be strengthened.

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of liver cancer in Chinese children from 2006-2017, and to explore the correlation between hepatitis B and liver cancer in Children. Methods The data of childhood liver cancer from 2006 to 2017 were collected from the Chinese Cancer Registry Annual Report. Joinpoint regression program was used to analyze the trends of standardized incidence. Analysis was conducted to determine the distributions of incidence by region, sex and age group. The data of hepatitis B were collected from China Public Health Science Data Center. Pearson correlation was used to explore the incidence correlation between hepatitis B and liver cancer. Results From 2006 to 2017, the standardized incidence rate of childhood liver cancer in China showed a downward trend before 2010, and then remained relatively stable (AAPC=-5.09%,95%CI:-13.22%~3.80%,P=0.253). The standardized incidence rate of liver cancer showed a decreased trend in urban children (AAPC=-3.52%,95%CI:-6.82%~-0.10%,P=0.045), while the standardized incidence rate was on an upward trend in rural children (AAPC=4.95%,95%CI:1.40%~8.63%,P=0.011). The incidence rates of liver cancer were higher in urban children than in rural children (z=-4.071, P<0.001), in boys than in girls (z=-2.425, P=0.015), and in children of the 0~4 age group than in children of the 5~9 and 10~14 age groups (H=22.285, P<0.001). The incidence rates of both hepatitis B and liver cancer showed a downward trend from 2006 to 2017, and there was a significant correlation(r=0.775,95%CI:0.319~0.927,P=0.005). Conclusion From 2006 to 2017, the incidence of liver cancer in Chinese children showed a decreased trend with significant differences between urban-rural areas, both sexes and age groups. Boys in urban areas and children in the 0~4 years age group should be the key targets for prevention and control in the future.
4.Adverse reactions of antidepressant drugs and their application in patients with cardiovascular diseases.
Journal of Central South University(Medical Sciences) 2020;45(10):1228-1233
Depression has a high incidence in patients with cardiovascular diseases (CVD) and shows adverse effects on their life quality and prognosis. With the advent of new antidepressant drugs, oral antidepressant drugs are increasingly used in CVD patients with depression, and their efficacy and safety have attracted attention. Commonly used antidepressant drugs have many adverse reactions. When applying antidepressant drugs in CVD patients, we should pay special attention to their cardiovascular adverse reactions and their interaction drugs with commonly used CVD drugs. Clinicians should comprehensively evaluate and select appropriate antidepressant drugs for patients.

Chinese Journal of Hematology 2017;38(10):883-886
Objective:
To investigate the characteristics of the essential thrombocythemia (ET) cases transformed to the acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and the role of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) in the treatment of this disease.
Methods:
The clinical and laboratory characteristics of 3 ET cases before and after transformation and after allo-HSCT were retrospectively analyzed, meanwhile the related literatures were reviewed and discussed.
Results:
Case 1 was a male patient of 44 years old, whose PLT was 500×109/L when firstly diagnosed ET. After 3 years the disease progressed into myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) while WT1 expression increased from 77 (first visit) to 13 171 copies/10 000 ABL copies, at the same time chromosome changed dramatically. During the period of decitabine treatment the disease processed into AML. Case 2 was a male of 58 years old whose PLT was 2 100×109/L when firstly diagnosed ET. The disease progressed to AML after 9 years, whose WT1 expression increased from 130 (first visit) to 3 222 copies/10 000 ABL copies, and he relapsed shortly after intensive chemotherapy. Case 3 was a male of 60 years old whose PLT was 900×109/L when firstly diagnosed ET. The disease progressed to AML after 5 years, whose WT1 increased from 56 (first visit) to3 696 copies/10 000 ABL copies. Moreover leukemia spread to central nervous system (CNS) during chemotherapy. Before allo-HSCT, cases 1 did not achieve remission; case 2 relapsed after a short time of remission and case 3 transferred to CNS leukemia. All of the 3 cases underwent allo-HSCT successfully, and they all achieved completely remission, whose chromosome and gene mutation recovered negative. At the same time, CNS leukemia of case 3 disappeared. The median WT1 decreased to 50 copies/10 000 ABL copies. There was no severe complication during the median time of 5 months after allo-HSCT.
Conclusions
The patients transformed to AML had poor prognosis, allo-HSCT was the only method that can cure the disease now.
