Objective: To explore the network structure of dietary intake and physical fitness subtypes among junior and senior high school students, so as to provide precise and efficient intervention guidance for improving abnormal physical health issues in adolescents. Methods: Based on the 2020-2021 Database of Youth Health (DYH), a total of 9 730 junior and senior high school students in Shandong Province were included for analysis. Dietary intake was assessed using a modified Chinese Dietary Quality Questionnaire, and physical fitness was evaluated according to the "2014 National Student Physical Fitness Standard". The Kmeans clustering algorithm was employed to identify potential subtypes of physical fitness in junior and high school students. Network analysis was used to construct a network linking dietary intake and physical fitness symptoms and to identify clusters of dietary behaviors and physical fitness symptoms among adolescents of different genders. Results: The physical fitness among junior and senior high school students of different genders were categorized into two subtypes: the baseline steady type (3 427 male students, 4 039 female students) and the morphological deviation type (1 294 male students, 970 female students). Statistically significant differences were observed in network strength and network connectivity strength among different genders and physical fitness subtypes (all P<0.05). Connections between food intake and physical health symptom clusters across different genders and physical health types among junior and senior high school students were primarily achieved through instant noodle intake and physical fitness (males of morphological deviation type, weight=0.06), fruit intake and physical fitness (males of baseline steady type, weight=-0.07), potato intake and vital capacity (females of morphological deviation type, weight=0.09), and processed meat intake and vital capacity (females of baseline steady type, weight=0.05). Conclusions Dietary intake serves as a significant modifiable risk factor for the physical fitness of junior and high school students. Interventions should focus on promoting healthy eating habits.

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a chronic debilitating lung disease with unknown etiology, complex syndromes and prolonged illness, which is difficult to cure. Based on the theory of "spleen is the envoy" in Huang Di Nei Jing, this article explained the TCM meaning of "spleen is the envoy" and the relationship between spleen and other four organs, especially the relationship between spleen and lung. It is believed that the onset of IPF is due to deficiency of lung and spleen qi, loss of solid defense and evil invasion of the nutritive and defensive levels; qi deficiency and depression lead to heat damage to yin, while long-term blood damage to collaterals involves yang. The pathological process shows the changes from qi entering blood and from meridian to collateral, which eventually leads to the imbalance of qi and blood, yin and yang, the stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis, the obstruction of lung collateral, the mixture of excess and deficiency, and the lingering is difficult to heal. In the treatment, the "spleen is the envoy" is the center, the lung and spleen are treated together, the qi of lung and spleen is strengthened, the yin of lung and stomach is nourished, and finally the root is protected. The treatment is based on syndrome differentiation, modified with syndromes, and the methods of promoting blood circulation, resolving phlegm, warming yang and dredging collaterals are supplemented in time, which provides a new idea for enriching the differentiation and treatment of IPF in TCM.

Objective To develop a remote diabetic retinopathy (DR) screening system and to evaluate the effectiveness of the screening system in community.Methods A cross-sectional study was carried out under the informed consent of subjects in Peking University People's Hospital and Beijing Xicheng District Desheng Community Health Service Center from June 2015 to December 2016.A remote DR screening system was established in Peking University People's Hospital and Beijing Xicheng District Desheng Community Health Service Center during June 2015 to December 2016.Based on non-mydriatic digital eye fundus camera photography and the internet transmission technology,anterior ocular segment and fundus images of 2 473 eyes from 1 355 community subjects with type 2 diabetes mellitus were transmitted from Beijing Xicheng District Desheng Community Health Service Center to the reading center of Peking University People's Hospital,and the results were provided to the subjects after analysis,including visual examination,diagnosis and follow-up rate of the subjects,the agreement between remote screening system and conventional screening method was analyzed and compared.Results The visual acuities of the 2 473 eyes of 1 355 subjects were obtained by trained community physician,and the visual acuity was ≤0.05 in 103 eyes (4.2％),＞0.05-0.3 in 780 eyes (31.5％),＞0.3 in 1 590 eyes (64.3％).A good consistency was found in the diagnosis and grading of DR (Kappa value =0.895) and in diagnosis of macular disorder (Kappa value =0.763)between the remote screening system and conventional screening method.In addition,the diagnosis results of retinal photocoagulation were consistent between the two methods (Kappa value =1.000).The mean duration of the remote screening system for one subject was 10 minutes,which was shorter than 23 minutes of conventional screening method.The follow-up rate of remote screening system was 75.2％.Conclusions There is a high consistency in the DR diagnosis and evaluation between the remote non-mydriatic screening system and conventional screening method.The screening program with follow-up requests has a satisfying follow-up rate,which could meet the demand of DR screening.

Objective To establish a method for the isolation and identification of platelets.Methods 10 healthy volunteers were selected to collect the EDTA anticoagulant venous blood of 3 tubes,each tube was 2 ml,which was divided into the whole blood cell tube,platelet rich plasma (control group),and stepped centrifugal platelet extract (experiment group).Platelet was isolated by simple centrifugation method(PRP) and stepped centrifugal method.The two groups were full blood count and analyzed by microscopic morphology and platelet activity test.Leukocyte specific HGB gene and platelet mitochondrial ND1 gene content was analyzed by real time PCR.Results Platelets were extracted and detected in control group and experimental group.Platelets were found and white blood cells and red blood cells were not remained in experimental group.Platelets and sporadic white blood cells were found in control group.The platelet pick up rate of experiment group was significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant.Experimental gene content HGB of experiment group was significantly lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant (t=-3.281,-2.865,P＜0.05).ND1 gene content of experiment group higher than the control group,the difference was not statistically significant.There was no significant difference for platelet activity test between experimental group and control group (t=-0.046,-0.799,P＞ 0.05).Conclusion A isolation and identification method of stepped centrifugal platelet was established.The method can be used for the study of platelet gene and the functional analysis of platelets.
