Objective:To construct a triple pre-rehabilitation intervention program for patients undergoing radical prostatectomy, to provide a basis for promoting pre-rehabilitation in patients undergoing radical prostatectomy. Methods:Literature analysis was used to search domestic and foreign databases such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang, PubMed, etc, on triple pre-rehabilitation and rapid rehabilitation of patients undergoing radical prostatectomy, with a search time frame from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2023. The Delphi expert letter consultation was conducted later, and the final draft of the triple pre-rehabilitation intervention program for patients with radical prostatectomy was finally formed. Results:A total of 20 experts completed 2 rounds of inquiries, all were female, with an age of (40.85 ± 5.40) years old. The response rates for the 2 rounds of expert inquiries were both 100%(20/20). The authority coefficients of the experts were 0.87 and 0.90, respectively. Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.11 and 0.21, respectively. The coefficient of variation for each item in the second round of inquiries ranged from 0 to 0.15. The triple pre-rehabilitation intervention program for patients with radical resection of prostate cancer was constructed, including 4 primary indexes, 8 secondary indexes and 25 tertiary indexes. Conclusions:It is scientific, targeted and feasible to construct a triple pre-rehabilitation intervention program for patients undergoing radical prostatectomy based on Delphi method, which can provide clinical basis for pre-rehabilitation of elderly patients undergoing prostate cancer surgery.

Objective:To clarify the content on exercise training in patients with connective tissue disease-associated pulmonary arterial hypertension through a scoping review. Methods:Using the scoping review methodological framework proposed by Arksey and O'Malley as a guide, Chinese and English databases such as PubMed, Embase, Wanfang Data, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure were searched to screen the literature on exercise training for patients with connective tissue disease-associated pulmonary arterial hypertension. The search period was from database establishment to April 30, 2024. Two researchers extracted basic information of the included literature, content of the pre-exercise training assessment, exercise training program, and outcome indicators. Results:A total of 13 articles were included. The content of the pre-exercise training assessment in patients with connective tissue disease-associated pulmonary arterial hypertension was not standardized. The type of exercise training was based on aerobic, resistance and respiratory training, with a focus on home exercise. The main outcome indicators included the 6-minute walk distance, cardiopulmonary function, quality of life, and muscle strength. Conclusions:There are various types of exercise training for patients with connective tissue disease-associated pulmonary arterial hypertension, which are safe and feasible. Future research should focus on conducting home-based exercise training programs and constructing core outcome indicators to assess the effectiveness of exercise training.

OBJECTIVE To provide a reference for optimizing and promoting the quality standards of Shechuan naolitong granules. METHODS Fifteen batches of Shechuan naolitong granules were used as samples to establish HPLC fingerprints using the Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine (2012 edition). Similarity evaluation and common peak identification were performed, and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA) was used to assess quality differences among different batches and to screen quality differential components. Using salvianolic acid B(SAB) as the internal reference, quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker (QAMS) was developed to simultaneously determine geniposidic acid (GA), chlorogenic acid (CA), vaccarin (VA), ferulic acid (FA) and senkyunolide I (SI). The results were compared with those obtained by the external standard method. RESULTS A total of 13 common peaks were identified in the HPLC fingerprints of 15 batches of samples, and the similarities of the spectra were all above 0.96. Seven chromatographic peaks were identified as GA (peak 3), CA (peak 6), VA (peak 8), FA (peak 9), SI (peak 11), SAB(peak 12) and TA(peak 13). OPLS-DA indicated that the differential quality markers among 15 batches were peaks 5, 11 (SI), and 12 (SAB).Using SAB as the internal reference, the relative correction factors for GA, CA, VA, FA and SI were calculated as 1.058 4, 0.594 3, 0.643 3, 0.342 7 and 0.262 8, respectively. The mean content of GA, CA, VA, FA, SI and SAB across the 15 batches of samples were 0.155 0, 0.085 4, 0.140 3, 0.071 8, 0.072 7, 1.276 3 mg/g, respectively, showing no significant difference compared with the ESM (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS The established HPLC fingerprint and QAMS are simple, efficient and economical, providing a reference for the quality control and further development of Shechuan naolitong granules.

The interaction between skeletal aging and systemic aging has emerged as a frontier in the field of aging biology research.Recent studies have indicated that bones serve not only as mechanical support organs but also as endocrine organs that regulate systemic homeostasis through bone-derived factors. This review systematically elaborates the characteristics and mechanisms of skeletal aging, including tissue structural remodeling, cellular phenotypic changes, microenvironmental disruption, and molecular network disorders, etc.In aging organisms, bones interact with other organs to form a "bone-system aging axis", thereby promoting the occurrence and development of geriatric comorbidities.Accordingly, multi-target intervention strategies targeting the "bone-system aging axis" show the potential in decelerating the progression of systemic aging.In-depth research on the characteristic changes in inter-organ communication during the aging process of the body is not only conducive to facilitating the development of more comprehensive systemic anti-aging strategies, but also provides a new perspective for treating geriatric comorbidities and achieving healthy aging.

Objective To explore the relationship between serum miRNA-21 and miR-27b levels and prognosis of patients with renal clear cell carcinoma. Methods A total of 118 patients with renal clear cell carcinoma admitted to the Qinghai University Hospital from February 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and another 118 healthy patients in the same period as the control group.Real time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR)was used to detect the expression of miR-21 and miR-27b in the serum of all subjects. The relative expression levels of serum miR-21 and miR-27b between the patients with renal clear cell carcinoma and healthy control patients were compared. The expression and correlation of serum miR-21 and miR-27b in the patients with renal clear cell carcinoma of different pathological stages and Fuhrman grading were analyzed. The relationship between the expression of serum miR-21 and miR-27b and the survival and prognosis of the patients was explored as well. Results The expression levels of serum miR-21 and miR-27b in the patients with renal clear cell carcinoma were higher than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05).The serum miR-21 expression level in stage Ⅲ patients was higher than in stageⅠ(P<0.05),while the serum miR-21 expression level in the stage Ⅳ patients was higher than that in stagesⅠ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ(P<0.05).The expression level of miR-27b in the serum of patients gradually increased across the four stages, with a significant difference(P<0.05).The pathological staging was positively correlated with the expression of miR-21 and miR-27b(P<0.001).The expression levels of miR-21 and miR-27b in serum of patients gradually increased across grades Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ by Fuhrman grading, with significant difference(P<0.05).Fuhrman grading was positively correlated with the serum miR-21 and miR-27b expression(P<0.001).There was a statistically significant difference in the survival curve between the miR-21 high expression group and the low expression group(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the survival curve between the high expression group and the low expression group of miR-27b(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of serum miR-21 and miR-27b in patients with renal clear cell carcinoma is indicative of the progression and prognosis of the patient's condition.
