Ripple structure is widely used in space suits,and the predicted trajectory motion is realized according to its large deformation behavior.Due to the complexity of irregular bellows structure,the existing researches are mostly based on the display dynamic method,and lack the systematic analysis of geometric nonlinearity and the effect of shell section thickness under the framework of statics.This study combines statics and arc length method(Riks),introduces linear buckling mode defects,and analyzes the ultimate bending behavior of irregular bellows with different shell thicknesses.It is concluded that the thick-shell model exhibits higher apparent deformation tolerance due to geometric softening effect,and the contact force distribution between ripples can be accurately extracted by static analysis,which provides a basis for the inversion of external force loads.The deformation mode of bellows after introducing defects based on statics-Riks is proposed,and the control mechanism of shell section thickness on deformation path is revealed.

BACKGROUND:In recent years,with the improvement of living standards,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease has a gradually increasing trend.miRNA-122 is one of the most abundant microRNAs in the liver,which plays an important role in maintaining the environmental stability and differentiation of the liver.Exercise training is a non-drug treatment for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,which may improve liver lipid metabolism by regulating the expression of miRNA-122. OBJECTIVE:To review the effects of miRNA-122 on the pathological factors related to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease as well as the effects of exercise on the expression of miRNA-122 and the occurrence and development of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. METHODS:The first author searched the databases of CNKI,WanFang,VIP,PubMed,Geenmedical,EBSCO,Medline,Web of Science,and Elsevier using"non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,microRNA,microRNA-122,lipid metabolism,inflammatory response,insulin resistance,exercise,physical exercise,exercise training"as the English and Chinese search terms for all relevant literature published before June 5,2022.All included documents were screened,summarized,and analyzed.Finally,68 documents were included for review. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Compared with the healthy control group,the expression of circulating miRNA-122 is increased in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.The level of miRNA-122 may show different expression levels at different stages of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.miRNA-122 can regulate the expression of downstream-related proteins,influence lipid metabolism,inflammatory response,insulin resistance and other pathogenic factors in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease by targeting base complementary pairing sites on mRNA or directly acting as physiological ligands of some RNA receptors.Different exercise modes can improve non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Therefore,patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease need to complete at least 120 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise every week to have a positive effect.For patients who can tolerate various exercises,priority should be given to the combination of aerobic and resistance exercises 4-5 times a week.The exercise intensity should be 50%-70%of the maximum heart rate and the exercise should last for>3 months.For patients with poor tolerance,resistance exercise may be more feasible than aerobic exercise.In addition,patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease can also choose proper exercise modes according to their own disease conditions(such as liver enzymes and lipid levels).Exercise can be used as a feasible strategy to prevent non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,reduce liver steatosis,and alleviate liver inflammatory response and insulin resistance.Exercise training can regulate the expression of miRNA-122,but in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,the effect of exercise on miRNA-122 and its related signal pathways remains to be studied.

Objective: To explore the relationship between physical exercise and parenting styles, and psychological resilience among college students, in order to provide guidance for improving college students physical exercise status. Methods: From September 10, 2022 to January 6, 2023, 1 227 students from three comprehensive universities in Jinan were selected for investigation using a stratified random sampling and convenient sampling method. Physical exercise was assessed using the Physical Activity Rating Scale, parenting style was evaluated with the short-Egna Minnen av Barndoms Uppfostran for Chinese (s-EMBU-C), and psychological resilience was measured by the Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents (RSCA). The influence of parenting style and psychological resilience on physical exercise was explored by Pearson correlation analysis, linear and Logistic regression analysis. Results: A total of 815 (66.42%) engaged in lowintensity exercise, 308 (25.10%) in moderateintensity exercise, and 104 (8.48%) in highintensity exercise. The total score on the Physical Activity Rating Scale was (22.15±0.72). Logistic regression analysis showed that gender (OR=1.58, 95%CI=1.07-2.33) and whether the student was a sports specialist (OR=1.61, 95%CI=1.17-2.22) were the related factors for college students physical exercise classification(P<0.05). Linear regression analysis showed that emotional warmth dimensions of the s-EMBU-C (mother version and father version), the total score of s-EMBU-C(mother version), positive cognition, emotional control and the total score of RSCA all affected the physical activity level of college students (β=0.29, 0.20, 0.26, 0.32, 0.15, 0.20, P<0.05). Conclusions College students physical exercise behavior is closely related to gender, sports specialization, parenting styles, and psychological resilience. Colleges and universities can promote changes in physical exercise behavior among college students through joint parental supervision and psychological counseling.

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of aqueous extract of Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix et Rhizoma （STRR） on rheumatoid arthritis （RA） and to explore the anti-bone destruction mechanism based on phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase （PI3K）/serine/threonine-protein kinase （Akt） pathway. MethodHigh-performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was used to determine the content of main active components in aqueous extract of STRR， and type Ⅱ collagen to induce RA （CIA） in mice. The blank group， model group， methotrexate （MTX） group （0.5 mg·kg^-1）， and low-dose （100 mg·kg^-1） and high-dose （200 mg·kg^-1） STRR aqueous extract groups were designed. Joint swelling was observed and clinical scores of CIA mice were calculated. Pathological changes of mouse joints were observed based on hematoxylin and eosin （HE） staining， and Micro-CT was performed to monitor joint destruction. TRAP staining was used to observe osteoclast formation in mouse joint， and Western blot to detect the expression of key proteins in PI3K/Akt signaling pathway in mouse joint tissue. ResultThe model group demonstrated higher degree of joint swelling， clinical scores of CIA， and degrees of synovial hyperplasia， inflammatory cell infiltration （P<0.01）， and joint destruction， more osteoclasts， and higher levels of matrix metallopeptidase-9 （MMP-9）， cathepsin K （CTSK）， nuclear factor of activated T-cells cytoplasmic 1 （NFATc1）， PI3K， and phosphorylated-Akt （p-Akt） proteins than the blank group （P<0.01）. Compared with the model group， the low-dose and high-dose aqueous extract of STRR alleviated joint swelling， reduced the clinical scores of CIA mice （P<0.05， P<0.01）， relieved the pathological changes of joint tissue （P<0.01） and joint destruction， decreased osteoclasts （P<0.05， P<0.01）， and lowered the levels of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway-related proteins in joint tissue of mice （P<0.01）. ConclusionThe aqueous extract of STRR can significantly delay the inflammatory response of RA and especially inhibit bone destruction by down-regulating the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway.

Betatrophin is a newly found factor that affects the metabolisms of sugar and fat , which is mainly ex-pressed in the liver and adipose tissue .This factor not only has an influence on the glucolipid metabolism , but also has regulating effect on replicating pancreatic βcell.Glucose and lipid metabolic disorder and the decrease in the number of pancreatic βcell are main risk factors of diabetes , diabetic great vascular complications and other com-plications.Therefore, betatrophin level has close relationship with diabetes .

OBJECTIVETo investigate the protective mechanism of endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) inhibition against inflammation-induced acute liver injury using a mouse model.

METHODSMarrow-derived stem cells were isolated from mouse femur and used to derive macrophages for analysis in experimental inflammation conditions, established by exposure to LPS and consequent activation of TLR4. Tunicamycin, an ERS chemical inducer, was applied to interfere the inflammation model condition.Affect on the inflammation-related factor MAPK was detected by western blot, and affects on gene expression of inflammatory factors were measured by real-time quantitative PCR. Affect on TNFa was also measured by ELISA.

RESULTSExpression of TNFa, IL-6 and IL-1b was induced upon exposure to LPS, with the peak levels being reached at 4 hours of exposure (TNFa, 0.82+/-0.24; IL-1 b, 2.20+/-0.69; IL-6, 0.330+/-0.150). Tunicamycin significantly enhanced the LPS-induced up-regulation of TNFa, IL-6 and IL-1b expression (TNFa, 1.44+/-0.38, t=2.8, P<0.05; IL-1b, 16.063.40, t =7.93, P<0.05; IL-6, 31.1610.60, t=5.08, P<0.05). The tuniamycin treatment also enhanced the LPS-induced up-regulation of the protein expression of phospo-p38, phospho-JNK and phoshpo-ERK.

CONCLUSIONERS collaborates with LPS to promote the TLR4-mediated inflammatory response of macrophages, and this collaboration may be a pathogenic mechanism underlying progressive development of acute liver injury.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effect of two treating principles and formulas, which are named 'invigorating spleen to remove phlem and promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction' (Jianpi) and 'invigorate the kidney and promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction' (Bushen), on the expression of osteogenic factors in steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head (SONFH), such as bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP2) and transforming growth factor beta1 (TGFbeta1) and Smads, as well as to explore and compare their mechanisms of prevention and treatment of SONFH.

METHODAnimal model of SONFH was established by injection with methylprednisolone in chest muscle on chickens. 48 SONFH chickens were randomly assigned to model, Jianpi and Bushen group. Another 16 normal chickens served as control group. At the 8th and 16th week, the expression of BMP2, TGFbeta1, Smad4 and Smad7 of bilateral femoral heads were detected with immunohistochemistry.

RESULTThe expression of BMP2, TGFbeta1 and Smad4 decreased, and Smad7 increased significantly in model group compared with control group. The expression of BMP2, TGFbeta1, Smad4 increased and Smad7 decreased significantly in Jianpi group at the 8th week compared with model group, and the same changes in Bushen group at the 16th week.

CONCLUSIONBoth Jianpi and Bushen formulas exerted preventive and therapeutic activity on SONFH through regulating the expression of BMP2, TGFbeta1, Smad4 and Smad7 to promote bone repair. Notably Jianpi formula took effect earlier than Bushen formula

Objective To prospectively assess right ventricular dysfunction and the metergasis before and after therapy of thrombolysis with ECG gated multi-detector spiral computed tomography (MSCT)in patients with acute pulmonary embolism. Methods Triple rule-out ECG gated MSCT examination was performed in 96 consecutive patients suspected of PE. 25 patients with central PE were confirmed. 25 agematched subjects without cardiac and pulmonary disease were recruited as control group. Triple rule-out ECG gated MSCT were performed again to assess cardiac function after therapy of thrombolysis. Dimension ratios for the right ventricle (RV) and left ventricle ( LV), main pulmonary artery and aorta were measured.Furthermore, the RV and LV end-diastolic volumes (EDV), end-systolic volume (ESV) and ejection fraction (EF) were also measured. The mean values were compared with analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Newman-Keuls test before and after thrombolysis. Results The mean values of RVEDV, RVESV, RVEF,RV/LV ESV volume ratio, RV/LV dimension ratio and main pulmonary artery/aorta dimension ratio in control group were (150.5±24.1) ml,(71.5 ±18.5) ml, (53.5 ±4.2)%, 1.08 ±0.04, 1.01 ±0.04 and 0. 99 ±0. 02, respectively. While those in PE group were ( 190. 3 ± 16. 2) ml, ( 128. 1 ± 13.2) ml,(32.7 ± 3.6 ) %, 2.00 ± 0.26, 1.30 ± 0. 09 and 1.34 ± 0. 11, respectively. Those after therapy of thrombolysis were ( 159. 2 ± 21.5 ) ml, ( 80. 7 ± 9.4) ml, (49. 2 ± 5.9) %, 1.22 ± 0.25, 1.02 ± 0.02 and 1.02±0.11,respectively. ESV and EDV of RV were larger (q= 6.28, P<0.01; q=7.59, P<0.01),EF value was lower (q = 4. 82, P < 0.01 ) in PE group than those in control group. RV/LV ESV volume ratio, the RV/LV dimension ratio and main pulmonary artery/aorta dimension ratio were larger ( q = 6. 04,P <0. 01; q =4. 43, P <0. 01; q =4. 36, P <0. 01 ) and EDV of LV was lower in PE group than those in control group. However, ESV and EDV of RV and RV/LV ESV volume ratio were lower (q = 5.03, P <0.01;q=6. 11,P<0.01;q=4.74,P<0.01), EF value was larger (q=6.29, P<0.01) and EDV of LV was larger(q =4.01 ,P <0.01 ) after therapy of thrombolysis than before. Conclusion Retrospective triple rule-out ECG-gated MSCT can show pulmonary embolism, measure the function of RV and LV and evaluate curative effect of thrombolysis.

Objective To evaluate the 80 mm volume shuttle cerebral CT perfusion(CTP) and 4D-CT angiography (CTA) in patients with stenosis or occlusion in Willis circle.Methods Conventional cerebral plain CT, 80 mm CTP and dynamic 4D-CTA were performed in 55 patients with unilateral MCA/ ICA stenosis or occlusion.The parameter maps of cerebral blood flow (CBF), cerebral blood volume (CBV), mean transit time (MTT) and time to peak (TTP) were analyzed.Meanwhile dynamic 4D-CTA images were also obtained.The significance of the differences of CBF, CBV, MTT and TTP between the affected side and the contralateral side was assessed using K Independent Samples analysis.Results In 40 patients with unilateral stenosis or occlusion of MCA/ICA, CTP was found abnormal in 36 patients.MTT and TTP of affected side [(7.18 ±1.34), (19.65 ±1.81) s] were significantly prolonged compared to contralateral side [(5.22±1.14) s, (17.62±1.65) s, X~2 =30.833,25.817, P<0.017].Centrum ovale or parietal lobe ischemic lesions were observed in 16 patients on CTP.In 15 patients with bilateral stenosis or occlusion of MCA/ICA, CTP was observed abnormal in 10 patients.CBF, CBV, MTT and TTP of affected side [(42.85 ±6.09) ml·100 g~(-1)·min~(-1), (2.63 ±0.42) ml·100 g~(-1), (11.27 ±1.43) s, (21.07 ±1.44) s)] were significantly different from those of contralateral side [(71.20 ±6.30) ml·100 g~(-1)·min~(-1), (2.29 ±0.15) ml·100 g~(-1), (3.38 ±0.61) s, (17.64 ±1.70) s (X~2 =17.314, 5.913,17.334,13.834,P<0.017)].On 4D-CTA covering 80 mm (0.625 mm×l28), unilateral stenosis of MCA were observed in 22 patients (13 right MCA and 9 left MCA), unilateral occlusion were observed in 5 patients (1 right MCA and 4 left MCA) and bilateral MCA stenosis/occlusion were observed in 9 patients.4D-CTA covering Willis cycle can display stenosis/occlsion of MCA as same as conventional CTA and DSA.Conclusion 80 mm volume shuttle CTP and 4D-CTA provide valuable information about the hemodynamic changes and the abnormalities of intracranial artery in patients with MCA/ICA stenosis or occlusion.
