Journal of Pharmaceutical Practice and Service 2026;44(3):120-125
Obesity has become a major global health challenge. The treatment of simple obesity patients with Chinese medicine compound based on evidence-based therapy has the advantages of good clinical efficacy and high safety. Chinese medicine compound can play the role of reducing inflammation, improving oxidative stress and regulating insulin resistance by regulating MAPK, AMPK, JAK/STAT, PI3K-Akt-mTOR, NF-κB, PPARγ/RXRα, STING-IRF3 and other related signaling pathways, which is characteristic of multi-component, multi-pathway, multi-target regulation. The research progress in the modulation of relevant signaling pathways by traditional Chinese medicine combinations for the treatment of simple obesity were reviewed, which provided a theoretical basis and research ideas for clinical practice.

A 49-year-old female patient with recurrent cervical cancer was treated with injectable paclitaxel(albumin-bound)(400 mg,ivd,d1)+injectable cisplatin 100 mg,intraperitoneal instillation,d1+candonilimab injection(375 mg,ivd,d7).During the 2nd cycle of treatment, when the intravenous infusion of candonilimab was about 8 minutes, the patient suddenly had symptoms such as flushing, shortness of breath, cardiac discomfort, blurred consciousness with profuse sweating, etc. The candonilimab was immediately suspended, and after resuscitation, the patient's vital signs stabilised, and the treatment of the primary disease with candonilimab was terminated.According to the principle of correlation evaluation in Adverse Drug Reaction Reporting and Monitoring Workbook, the correlation between anaphylaxis and candonilimab was evaluated to be"very likely",and the common types of adverse reactions to candonilimab, the mechanism of anaphylaxis and pretreatment measures were also reviewed, with a view to providing referable opinions on the whole course of management of candonilimab and promoting the rational use of the drug in clinical safety.

Objective:To evaluate the value of ultrasound radiomics combined with machine learning for early diagnosis of seronegative Hashimoto’s thyroiditis (SN-HT) .Methods:This retrospective study included 164 patients from Liaoning Provincial People’s Hospital , Lixin County People’s Hospital, Linghai Dalinghe Hospital, Fengcheng Phoenix Hospital, who underwent thyroidectomy for solitary nodules with normal thyroid function between Nov. 2016 and Jan. 2024. Postoperative pathology confirmed Hashimoto’s thyroiditis (HT) in some cases, who were further categorized into antibody-positive and antibody-negative groups based on serum antibody status. Patients without Hashimoto’s thyroiditis served as the control group. A total of 298 ultrasound images were analyzed. Radiomics features were extracted from hypoechoic non-nodular areas within 0.5 cm surrounding the tumor. Two senior pathologists and two senior ultrasound physicians independently assessed lymphocytic infiltration, eosinophilic changes of follicular epithelium, and the proportion of hypoechoic areas in pathology and ultrasound images, respectively. A machine learning model, CCH-NET, was developed using linear regression and t-distributed stochastic neighbor embedding (t-SNE) techniques. The dataset was divided into a training set (80%) and a validation set (20%) to compare the diagnostic accuracy of CCH-NET with that of senior ultrasound physicians. Results:In internal validation, CCH-NET achieved a diagnostic accuracy of 88.89% for both antibody-positive and antibody-negative groups, significantly higher than the 66.67% accuracy of senior ultrasound physicians ( P<0.01). In external validation, CCH-NET achieved 75.00% and 66.67% accuracy for the two groups, compared to 50.00% by senior ultrasound physicians. For the control group, both methods achieved 93.33% accuracy. The AUC of CCH-NET was 0.848, outperforming senior ultrasound physicians (0.681) ,demonstrating superior diagnostic performance. Conclusion:The radiomics-based CCH-NET model, using non-nodular hypoechoic areas as a specific indicator, can accurately identify early SN-HT in euthyroid patients. It significantly outperforms senior ultrasound physicians, improving diagnostic accuracy and reducing missed diagnoses.

Objective:To analyze the research progress of family psychological education in schizophrenia population, in order to understand the elements and current situation of family psychological education application, and provide guidance for future research in this field. Methods:According to the basic idea of scoping review, research on family psychological education for schizophrenia patients was systematically searched in PubMed, Embase, CINAHL, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, WanFang Data, and China Biology Medicine. The search period was from database establishment to March 15, 2023.Results:A total of 15 articles were included, including 11 completely randomized controlled trials, 2 semi-randomized controlled trials, and 2 follow-up studies. The content consisted of the evaluation and intervention forms of family psychological education, and the development and implementation of specific intervention plans. Conclusions:There is limited research on family psychological education for patients with schizophrenia, and the implementation efforts around the world are insufficient. In the future, relevant research can be conducted to develop cost-effective education programs that are in line with China's culture and environment, so that schizophrenia patients and their families can receive evidence-based treatment to improve patient and family outcomes.

The intervention and prevention of perioperative hypothermia is not only reflected in the technical level, but also reveals the important role of humanistic care in the whole intervention work. If perioperative patients have hypothermia, it is likely to cause a series of complications such as postoperative shivering, which seriously threatens the life safety of patients. Prevention and intervention was based on a comprehensive understanding of the causes and hazards of hypothermia, especially the impact on the lives of the elderly. Effective supervision was implemented in the whole process of operation, such as dynamic monitoring of vital signs including body temperature, followed by room temperature regulation, body temperature protection and preoperative and postoperative psychological nursing. At this time, the sense of responsibility, good humanistic care of medical staff are of positive significance to effectively prevent and reduce the probability of perioperative hypothermia and accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation of patients.

Objective:To analyze the impact of implementing regular supervision and communication based on employee needs in the management of head nurses on improving the nursing practice environment, for reference for improving the nursing proctice environment. Methods:In December 2020 and January 2022, convenience sampling method was used to select 5 nursing unit nurses from a hospital which implemented regular supervision and communication based on employee needs(January to December 2021) as the research subjects. The survey was conducted using the Gallup Q12 questionnaire(Q12 questionnaire), which included 12 items from 4 dimensions: basic needs, head nurse support, team cooperation, and self growth. At the same time, a focus group interview method was made to interviews 10 survey subjects regarding their regular supervision and communication experiences. Results:A total of 165 survey subjects were included in this study, including 77 before and 88 after the implementation. The average total score of the Q12 questionnaire increased from 53.75 points before implementation of supervision communication to 56.96 points after implementation, with a statistically significant difference( P<0.05). The scores of the four dimensions of basic needs, head nurse support, team collaboration, and self growth increased from 4.59 points, 4.41 points, 4.50 points, and 4.45 points before implementation to 4.84 points, 4.69 points, 4.75 points, and 4.75 points after implementation, with statistical significances( P<0.05). The interview results showed that supervisory communication can create a humanistic care atmosphere, enhance team cohesion, enhance self-efficacy, improve work efficiency, solve problems in a timely manner, and improve nursing quality. Conclusions:Implementing regular supervision and communication based on employee needs can strengthen the connection between the head nurse and nurses, and enhance nurses′ recognition of basic needs, head nurse support, teamwork, and self growth. It was conducive to creating a good nursing practice environment, meeting the emotional and growth needs of nurses, and improving their job satisfaction.
