A nodule in the right middle lobe of the lung was treated by a combination of cone-beam CT,three-dimensional registration for fusion imaging,and electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopy-guided thermal ablation.The procedure lasted for 90 min,with no significant bleeding observed under the bronchoscope.The total radiation dose during the operation was 384 mGy.The patient recovered well postoperatively,with only a small amount of blood in the sputum and no pneumothorax or other complications.A follow-up chest CT on the first day post operation showed that the ablation area completely covered the lesion,and the patient was discharged successfully.

Acute urinary retention(AUR)occurs frequently among astronauts on orbit.The current treatment is complex and easy to damage the urethra,which seriously affects the life and work of astronauts.In contrast,acupuncture,a traditional Chinese remedy,has shown promising results in managing urinary retention.However,the specific acupoints that could potentially prevent AUR remain uncertain due to the unique physiological conditions experienced by individuals in space compared to those on Earth.To address this gap,our research delved into the mechanisms of AUR and acupuncture within both traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical practices.We conducted a thorough literature review from Pubmed,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database and Chinese Medical Code database.A hierarchical evidence-scoring approach was utilized to analyze the included literatures,thus devised acupuncture protocols for the treatment of AUR.The outcomes of our study aim to establish a foundation for the application of acupuncture in managing AUR.

A 67-year-old female patient with postoperative recurrence of stage Ⅳright renal cell carcinoma and multiple intracranial metastases was treated with sorafenib and sintilimab.Within 2 weeks,the patient had a fever and red spotted rash in facial,back,buttocks and limb.After 2 days,the fever completely relieved,but subcutaneous exudation appeared on the skin of both elbow joints,buttocks,and outer thighs,followed by gradual epidermal lysis and detachment with skin ulceration.After 4 days,the patient's epidermolysis area was greater than 30％of the body surface area.The patient was diagnosed with toxic epidermal necrolysis(TEN).The adverse reaction correlation was assessed by ALDEN SCORE sheet.The adverse reaction of TEN was"likely"caused by sorafenib and sintilimab.After withdrawal and treatment,the TEN was cured.This paper explores the correlation between the TEN and the combination use of sorafenib and sintilimab and the management.This paper will provide reference for the early diagnosis and correct treatment of TEN.

Objective To investigate the relationship of miRNA gene polymorphisms with blood pressure(BP)responses to the sodium and potassium diet intervention.Methods In 2004,we recruited 514 participants from 124 families in seven villages of Baoji,Shaanxi Province,China.All subjects were given a three-day normal diet,followed by a seven-day low-salt diet,a seven-day high-salt diet,and finally a seven-day high-salt and potassium supplementation.A total of 19 miRNA single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)were selected for analysis.Results Throughout the sodium-potassium dietary intervention,the BP of the subjects fluctuated across all phases,showing a decrease during the low-salt period and an increase during the high-salt period,followed by a reduction in BP subsequent to potassium supplementation during the high-salt diet.MiR-210-3p SNP rs 12364149 was significantly associated with systolic BP(SBP),diastolic BP(DBP)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)responses to low-salt diet.MiR-4638-3p SNP rs6601178 was significantly associated with SBP while miR-26b-3p SNP rs115254818 was significantly associated with MAP responses to low-salt intervention.In addition,miR-26b-3p SNP rs115254818 was significantly correlated with SBP,DBP and MAP responses to high-salt intervention.MiR-1307-5p SNPs rs1 1191676 and rs2292807 were associated with SBP and MAP responses to high-salt diet.MiR-4638-3p SNP rs6601178,miR-210-3p SNP rs12364149,miR-382-5p SNP rs4906032 and rs4143957 were significantly associated with SBP response to high-salt diet.In addition,miR-26b-3p SNP rs115254818 was significantly associated with SBP,DBP and MAP responses to potassium supplementation.MiR-1307-5p SNPs rs11191676,rs2292807,and miR-19a-3p SNP rs4284505 were significantly associated with SBP responses to high-salt and potassium supplementation.Conclusion miRNA gene polymorphisms are associated with BP response to sodium and potassium,suggesting that miRNA genes may be involved in the pathophysiological process of salt sensitivity and potassium sensitivity.

Neck dissection(ND)is one of the main treatment methods for oral and maxillofacial malignancies.Although ND type is in con-stant improvement,but intraoperative peal-pull-push injury of the accessory nerve,muscle,muscle membrane,fascia and ligament induced shoulder syndrome(SS)is still a common postoperative complication,combined with the influence of radiochemotherapy,not only can cause pain,stiffness,numbness,limited dysfunction of shoulder neck and arm,but also may have serious impact on patient's life quality and phys-ical and mental health.At present,there is still a lack of a systematic evaluation and rehabilitation management program for postoperative SS of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors.Based on the previous clinical practice and the current available evidence,refer to the relevant lit-erature at home and abroad,the experts in the field of maxillofacial tumor surgery and rehabilitation were invited to discuss,modify and reach a consenusus on the etiology,assessment diagnosis,differential diagnosis,rehabilitation strategy and prevention of SS,in order to provide clinical reference.

Aim To investigate the possible mechanism of action of Qingjie Huagong decoction(QJHGD)on acute lung injury(ALI)associated with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)using network pharmacology,and to verify it by animal experiments.Methods The TC-MSP,BATMAN-TCM,ETCM,and SwissTargetPredic-tion databases were searched to obtain the action tar-gets of the blood-entering active ingredients of each drug in the QJHGD.The GeneCard database was searched to obtain SAP-ALI disease targets.The drug targets and disease targets were intersected to obtain common targets.Subsequently,the common targets were analyzed by STRING database and Cytoscape 3.7.1 software for protein interaction network analysis.GO and KEGG enrichment analysis was performed with the help of DAVID database.Finally,the key signa-ling pathways were verified by animal experiments.Results A total of 28 active ingredients were screened out for the treatment of SAP-ALI with 42 common tar-gets.PPI network analysis showed that STAT3,IL-6,and TGFB1 might be core targets;GO and KEGG en-richment analysis mainly involved cell proliferation,PI3K/AKT signaling pathways,etc.Animal experi-ments confirmed that QJHGD could improve the pathol-ogy of pancreas and lung tissues in SAP-ALI rat mod-el,down-regulate the expression levels of α-amylase,lipase,IL-1 β,IL-6,and TNF-α in serum,and down-regulate the expression levels of proteins and mRNAs related to PI3K/AKT1 signaling pathway in lung tis-sues.Conclusion QJHGD synergistically treats SAP-ALI through multi-component,multi-target,and multi-pathway,with a mechanism that may be related to the inhibition of PI3K/AKT signaling pathway activation.

Aim To explore the therapeutic effect of Qingjie Huagong decoction in regulating RIPK1/RIPK3/MLKL signaling pathway on pancreatic necrotic apoptosis in rats with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)and the underlying mechanism.Methods The SAP rat model was established by retrograde pancreaticobili-ary injection of sodium taurocholate,and the sham-op-eration group,the model group,the group with differ-ent dosages of Qingjie Huagong decoction and the posi-tive control group were set up respectively.The group with different dosages of Qingjie Huagong decoction was given low,medium and high dosages of traditional Chinese medicine in the gastric gavage,the positive control group was given ulinastatin drug intervention,and the sham-operation and the model group were giv-en physiological saline in the gastric gavage;HE stai-ning was applied to observe pancreatic pathology;ELISA was used to measure the serum levels of α-am-ylase,IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α;immunohistochemis-try and Western blot were employed to determine the RIPK1,RIPK3,MLKL protein expression in rat pan-creatic tissue;and qRT-PCR was utilized to detect the transcription levels of R1PK1,RIPK3 and MLKL mR-NA in rat pancreatic tissue.Results Compared with the sham-operated group,the model group showed dif-fuse necrosis of pancreatic acinar cells,obvious inter-lobular septal edema,inflammatory cell infiltration,significantly higher levels of α-amylase,IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α(P＜0.01),and significantly higher ex-pression levels of RIPK1,RIPK3,and MLKL proteins and mRNAs(P＜0.01)in the model group;com-pared with the model group,the Qingjie Huagong de-coction dose groups and positive control group signifi-cantly improved pancreatic histopathology,reduced pancreatic tissue necrosis and apoptosis,lowered the expression levels of α-amylase,IL-1 β,IL-6 and TNF-α(P＜0.01),and reduced the expression levels of RIPK1,RIPK3,and MLKL proteins and mRNAs(P＜0.01).Conclusions Qingjie Huagong decoction may improve the necrotic apoptosis of pancreatic tissue by regulating the RIPK1/RIPK3/MLKL signaling path-way,thus playing a role in protecting pancreatic tissue and slowing down the progression of the disease.

Objective To verify the stability and accuracy of the made-in-China Quick TargSeq Fully Integrated Automated On-site Rapid DNA Detection Instrument(hereinafter referred to as Quick Targ-Seq DNA detection instrument)and evaluate its forensic application prospects.Methods A total of 74 blind samples provided by the expert group of Criminal Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security(4 individuals,20 samples)and five participating institutions(54 samples)were used to test on 5 Quick TargSeq DNA detection instruments and the accompanying microfluidic chip cartridges.The results were compared with the known genotypes to calculate the samples'detection rate and genotyping accuracy.Results The results of reproducibility obtained from 20 samples provided by the expert group on the 5 Quick TargSeq DNA detection instruments were all consistent with the known genotypes.The detection rate of the 74 samples was 100%,and the genotyping accuracy was 97.33%.Conclusion The Quick TargSeq DNA detection instrument has good stability and high genotyping accu-racy.

ObjectiveTo investigate the value of reduced field-of-view DWI （r-FOV DWI） in quantitative assessment of axial spondyloarthritis. MethodsA total of 112 patients with chronic back pain or suspected axial spondyloarthritis receiving full field-of-view DWI （f-FOV DWI） and reduced field-of-view DWI （r-FOV DWI） from December 2019 to December 2021 were enrolled. Next， subjective image quality assessment （anatomical detail， artifacts， distortion， overall image quality） and objective image quality assessment including （signal to noise ratio and contrast to noise ratio） were conducted by two experienced radiologists. In addition， the Apparent Diffusion Coefficient （ADC） values of three groups （active group， inactive group， and control group） on the two DWI sequences were measured by the two radiologists， respectively. Finally， the consistency of measurement between the two researchers was evaluated and the differences in ADC values was compared. Results102 patients were included and were divided into three groups， including the active group （n=32）， inactive group （n=29）， and control group （n=41） according to ASAS diagnostic criteria. All subjective and objective image quality metrics were rated in favor of r-FOV DWI images compared with f-FOV DWI images ［overall image quality： DWI 4（3~4） vs. 3（3~3） and SNR： 6.58（5.05~10.38） vs. 4.46（2.37~10.04）， CNR： 2.04（-1.14~8.29） vs. 0.97（-8.19~7.12）；P＜0.05］. Inter-rater consistency of the two researchers were 0.60~0.74. According to the AUC curve， group inactive vs. control showed r-FOV DWI was better than f-FOV DWI. In other groups （lesion vs. control， active vs. inactive）， there were no differences between both sequences（P＜0.05）. ConclusionThe subjective image quality score and signal to noise ratio of r-FOV DWI were higher than those of f-FOV DWI， which could be used for quantitative assessment of axial spondyloarthritis.

Ligustrum lucidum is a woody perennial plant of genus Ligustrum in family Oleaceae. Its dried fruit has high medicinal value. In this study, the authors evaluated the variability and species identification efficiency of three specific DAN barcodes(rbcL-accD, ycf1a, ycf1b) and four general DAN barcodes(matK, rbcL, trnH-psbA, ITS2) for a rapid and accurate molecular identification of Ligustrum species. The results revealed that matK, rbcL, trnH-psbA, ITS2 and ycf1a were inefficient for identifying the Ligustrum species, and a large number of insertions and deletions were observed in rbcL-accD sequence, which was thus unsuitable for development as specific barcode. The ycf1b-2 barcode had DNA barcoding gap and high success rate of PCR amplification and DNA sequencing, which was the most suitable DNA barcode for L. lucidum identification and achieved an accurate result. In addition, to optimize the DNA extraction experiment, the authors extracted and analyzed the DNA of the exocarp, mesocarp, endocarp and seed of L. lucidum fruit. It was found that seed was the most effective part for DNA extraction, where DNAs of high concentration and quality were obtained, meeting the needs of species identification. In this study, the experimental method for DNA extraction of L. lucidum was optimized, and the seed was determined as the optimal part for DNA extraction and ycf1b-2 was the specific DNA barcode for L. lucidum identification. This study laid a foundation for the market regulation of L. lucidum.
