1.Influential mechanism of graphene and its derivatives on angiogenesis and vascularized bone

BACKGROUND:Graphene is the thinnest,strongest,and toughest type of two-dimensional new crystal material,demonstrating significant advantages in biomedical applications.Angiogenesis and vascularization of bone are key factors in tissue repair and regeneration,and are effective ways to address vascular and osteogenic issues. OBJECTIVE:To review the characteristics and mechanisms of graphene and its derivatives in promoting angiogenesis activity and vascularizing bone,in order to provide a reference for their clinical application in vascular tissue repair and regeneration. METHODS:Using a computer to search for relevant literature included in PubMed,ScienceDirect,CNKI,and Wanfang databases,the Chinese search terms were"grapheme","angiogenesis,vascularization","vascularized bone",and"endothelial cells",while the English search terms were"graphene""angiogenesis OR vascularization""vascularized bone""endothelial cells".After excluding literature unrelated to the topic of the article,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,62 articles were ultimately included for result analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)At present,graphene oxide has been studied more and is the most widely used in graphene and its derivatives.(2)Graphene and its derivatives are suitable for heart,bone,nerve,and wound healing related diseases.(3)Graphene and its derivatives have excellent physical and chemical properties and biological properties,but they have potential cytotoxicity.We should pay attention to its biological safety in application.(4)The application of graphene and its derivatives requires further research to demonstrate the optimal size and concentration and measures to reduce toxicity.(5)On the cellular level,graphene and its derivatives can promote angiogenic activity by tip endothelial cell phenotype,mesenchymal stem cell adhesion and proliferation, and vascular smooth muscle cell growth.(6)On the molecular level,graphene and its derivatives can increase the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor,basic fibroblast growth factor,hepatocyte growth factor and activate reactive oxygen species/nitric oxide synthase/nitric oxide signaling pathway,lysophosphatilate R6/Hippo-YAP pathway,stromal cell-derived factor-1/vascular endothelial growth factor and ZEB 1/Notch1 pathway.(7)Grapheme oxide and graphene oxide-copper phosphorylated extracellular regulatory protein kinase and activated hypoxia-inducible factor-1,thereby promoting the up-regulation of vascular endothelial growth factor and bone morphogenetic protein-2 expression,and promoting angiogenesis and vascularized bone.(8)In summary,graphene and its derivatives,especially graphene oxide,have great application prospects in the repair and regeneration of vascularized tissues due to their excellent biological properties,good angiogenesis and vascularized bone ability.
2.Research progress of molecular docking in screening anti-cervical cancer drugs

Cervical cancer is one of the most common gynecological malignant tumors,the five-year survival rate decreased significantly in the case of lymph node metastasis and distant metasta-sis,so the development of new anti-cervical cancer drugs is of great significance for the treatment of cervical cancer.Molecular docking technology is one of the most commonly used research methods in computer aided drug design,which is widely used in screening the effective components of drugs,finding the targets of drugs acting on tumors and exploring the mechanism of antineoplastic drugs.This paper reviews the molecular docking technology in the screening of anti-cervical cancer drugs,the determination of anti-tumor targets and the mechanism of anti-cervical cancer,in order to provide more sufficient theoretical basis for the screening of anti-cervical cancer drugs and new drug research and development.
3.Construction of an interactive health care participation program for patients undergoing lower limb bone transport

Objective:To construct an interactive health care participation program for patients undergoing lower limb bone transport based on the interactive patient participation safety theory framework and the Patient Health Engagement model.Methods:From August to November 2022, through literature review and interviews with patients undergoing lower limb bone transport, a preliminary draft of the interactive health care participation program was developed based on the interactive patient participation safety theory framework and the Patient Health Engagement model. The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of consultations with 25 experts to screen and revise the program items.Results:The expert positive coefficients for the two rounds of expert consultations were 92.00% (23/25) and 100.00% (23/23). The authority coefficient was 0.913, and the Kendall's W coefficients for consistency were 0.127 and 0.140 ( P<0.01). The final program included three primary items, 22 secondary items, and 65 tertiary items. Conclusions:The interactive health care participation program for patients undergoing lower limb bone transport constructed in this study is both scientific and practical, can provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for patient engagement in health care.
4.Influencing factors of early neurologic deterioration in elderly patients undergoing thrombectomy for acute occlusive stroke of large intracranial vessels

Objective To investigate the related factors of early neurological deterioration in elderly patients with thrombolysis for acute occlusive stroke of large intracranial vessels. Methods Clinical materials of 480 elderly patients with thrombolysis for acute occlusive stroke of large intracranial vessels were retrospectively analyzed. The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) was used to evaluate the neurological function of patients within 72 hours after thrombectomy, and the patients were divided into deterioration group and non-deterioration group. The baseline materials were compared between the two groups, the factors of early neurological deterioration were analyzed, and the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was drawn to analyze the predictive value of risk. Results Among 480 elderly patients with thrombolysis for acute occlusive stroke of large intracranial vessels, 92 cases (19.17%) had early neurological deterioration; the blood glucose level, white blood cell count, incidence of dysphagia, and incidence of coma in the deterioration group were significantly higher than those in the non-deterioration group (

Ovarian Leydig cell tumor(LCT), also known as ovarian testicular stromal cell tumor, is a rare sex cord stromal tumor, accounting for about 0.1% of all ovarian tumors. LCT is often accompanied by clinical manifestations of elevated androgen, and the imaging manifestations sometimes lack specificity. The diagnosis requires histopathological examination. Surgery is the primary treatment method, and postoperative prognosis is generally favorable. This paper retrospectively analyzes the diagnosis and treatment of a patient with LCT in our hospital combining relevant literature, explore the clinical characteristics, diagnosis, and treatment progress of LCT, aiming to improve disease management.
6.Effects of L-menthol on suppression of gastric peristalsis during upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and the influencing factors

Objective:To evaluate the effects of single spay of L-menthol (NPO-11) on suppressing gastric peristalsis during upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and the influencing factor.Methods:This study was a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-parallel controlled study. The eligible patients were randomly divided into two groups by randomized blocks. Patients received local spray of either NPO-11 (160 mg L-menthol) or placebo 20 mL during upper gastrointestinal endoscopy. The gastric peristalsis was recorded and evaluated before, 2 minutes after and at the end of endoscopy. The complexity of the procedure was evaluated by the researchers. The influencing factors for antiperistaltic effect of NPO-11 were analyzed.Results:A total of 220 patients were enrolled from five research centers. There were 109 cases in the NPO-11 group and 111 cases in the placebo group. The baseline data of the two groups were similar and comparable. The proportion of patients with grade 1 peristalsis at 2 minutes after the treatment and at the end of endoscopy was significantly higher in the NPO-11 group than that in the placebo group [40.37% (44/109) VS 16.22% (18/111), χ2=15.93, P<0.001]. Compared with the placebo group, the proportions of weak peristalsis (grade 1 and 2) were higher in the NPO-11 group at 2 minutes after the treatment [67.89% (74/109) VS 46.85% (52/111)] and at the end of endoscopy [79.82% (87/109) VS 48.65% (54/111)]. Subgroup analysis showed that the inhibitory effect of NPO-11 on gastric peristalsis was more significant in Helicobacter pylori antibody positive group. Conclusion:Local spray of NPO-11 can effectively inhibit gastric peristalsis during upper gastrointestinal endoscopy, and its effect is more significant in Helicobacter pylori antibody positive group. It could be recommended for no obvious adverse reactions , its safety, and the convenient procedure.
7.Research progress on bevacizumab in the treatment of radiation-induced brain necrosis

Radiation-induced brain necrosis (RIBN) is a serious late and irreversible complication after radiation therapy for primary or secondary brain tumors as well as head and neck tumors, and there is no effective treatment. In recent years, bevacizumab has been increasingly applied in the treatment of RIBN, which has been proven to yield certain efficacy and improve patient survival. However, the optimal treatment timing and regimen have been controversial and lack of basic consensus. In this article, research progress on these issues was briefly reviewed.
8.Evaluation on vascular access-interventional therapy of hemodialysis under ultrasound in day surgery mode

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect on ultrasound-guided vascular access-interventional therapy of hemodialysis in day surgery mode.Methods:Hemodialysis patients with vascular access dysfunction who underwent ultrasound-guided interventional therapy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from September 1, 2018 to October 31, 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Demographic and clinical data were collected by electronic medical record system and telephone follow-up. Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the patency rate of vascular access.Results:A total of 421 cases of ultrasound-guided vascular access intervention were performed in 269 patients. The technical success rates of stenosis, chronic occlusion and acute occlusion lesion were 98.8%, 90.6% and 86.4%, respectively, and 406 cases (96.4%) of 246 patients were clinically successful. The postoperative brachial artery blood flow was 821(627, 1 029) ml/min, which was significantly higher than 309(202, 453) ml/min before the operation ( Z=-13.547, P<0.001). No serious complications occurred during and after the operation. At 6, 12, 18 and 24 months after operation, the primary patency rate was 74%, 59%, 48% and 45%, respectively, the assisted primary patency rate was 94%, 91%, 88% and 82%, and the secondary patency rate was 96%, 93%, 91% and 86%. Compared with the conventional inpatient surgery mode, the total cost of the day surgery mode was significantly reduced [12 067(10 051, 13 198) yuan vs 14 986(12 411, 20 643) yuan, Z=-13.185, P<0.001], and the hospital stay was significantly shortened [5.1(3.5, 6.9) h vs 73.4(31.6, 146.6) h, Z=-13.348, P<0.001]. Conclusion:It is safe and effective to perform interventional therapy for vascular access malfunction under ultrasound in day surgery mode, which can save cost and time of hospitalization, and can be carried out in hospitals with relevant conditions.
9.Practice and exploration of the " point to point" management mode of scientific research project application

Objective:To establish a supportive and effective management mode of scientific research project application, promote the capacity building of scientific research in the hospital.Methods:Retrospective analysis was conducted on the national and provincial scientific research projects of Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University Medical School from 2010 to 2019, and the practical effect of " point to point" management mode of scientific research project application was evaluated.Results:The funding rate of Xinhua Hospital, especially national scientific research projects and provincial talents projects, was greatly improved by adoption of the multi-dimensional " point to point" management mode of scientific research project application. The number of national scientific research projects increased from 34 (26.02 million) in 2010 to 72 (51.0851 million) in 2019.The number of provincial talents projects increased from 5 (1.05 million) in 2010 to 26 (6.5 million) in 2019.Conclusions:The " point to point" management mode of scientific research project application plays an important role in promoting the overall funding rate. Enhancement of comprehensive capacity of hospital scientific research can be achieved by further improvement of this management mode, early initiation and arrangement of funding application depending on the " close partner" entity, emphasizing scientific research talents cultivation.
10.Moderating effect of sincere leadership style and empathy in the role of ICU nurses' work stress on work quality

Objective:To explore the moderating effect of sincere leadership style and empathy in the role of ICU nurses' work stress on work quality.Methods:Convenience sampling method was used to select 275 nurses in ICU of Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University as research subjects for investigation. Survey indicators included general information of nurses, quality of nursing work, work pressure, sincere leadership style and empathy. Multiple hierarchical regression method was used to determine the moderating effect of sincere leadership style and empathy.Results:A total of 275 questionnaires were distributed and 258 valid questionnaires were returned. Correlation analysis showed that the total score of work quality was positively correlated with positional titles, working years, sincere leadership style score, and empathy score, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) , and negatively correlated with work stress score with a statistical difference ( P<0.01) .The final model of multiple hierarchical regression analysis is statistically significant ( F=38.19, P<0.01) . Influence of balance work pressure, nurses' positional titles and working years, and the separate influence of sincere leadership style and empathy, as well as the contribution of interaction term of sincere leadership style, empathy and work pressure to the model was statistically significant ( P<0.01) . It showed that the two had obvious regulating effect on the influence of work pressure on work quality. Conclusions:Sincere leadership style and empathy are the moderating factors of ICU nurses' work pressure on work quality, which helps to reduce the negative impact of high work pressure on work quality. This study suggests that in the ICU environment with high work pressure, the sincere leadership style of nursing managers should be cultivated, and the empathy quality of nurses should be improved so as to promote and maintain a high quality of care.
