OBJECTIVE: Left ventricular remodeling induced by myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury (MI/RI) is a common cardiac dysfunction. Accumulating evidence has demonstrated that autophagy plays a vital role in protecting against ventricular remodeling. This study aims to investigate the performance of Compound Danshen Tablets (CDT) in rescuing ventricular remodeling and whether autophagy as the potential mechanism. METHODS: The left anterior descending arteries of rats were temporarily ligated for 30 min to construct the MI/RI model. Ventricular remodeling was induced by reperfusion for 28 d, during which the MI/RI rats were administered CDT (300 mg/kg and 600 mg/kg), atorvastatin (2 mg/kg), and diltiazem (16 mg/kg). Cardiac function and structure were examined by echocardiography. Immunohistochemistry, Masson's trichrome staining, and hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining were utilized to assess the fibrosis and histological alterations in the heart tissue. The expression of autophagy-related proteins was detected using Western blotting. RESULTS: CDT attenuated the cardiac dysfunction, structural changes, histopathological changes and fibrosis induced by MI/RI. CDT significantly enhanced the level of Beclin1 and microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3 beta (LC3β), and reduced p62 levels in MI/RI rats. Moreover, CDT significantly increased the phosphorylation of adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK) and inhibited mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) phosphorylation. CONCLUSION CDT ameliorated MI/RI-induced ventricular remodeling by activating autophagy and improving autophagic flux via the AMPK/mTOR signaling pathway.

Objective:To discuss the role of serum and glucocorticoid-induced protein kinase 3(SGK3)in the resumption of the first meiotic division in the oocytes of the mice,and to preliminarily clarify the regulatory mechanism of SGK3 in the early development of mammalian oocytes.Methods:The germinal vesicle(GV)stage mouse oocytes were obtained by superovulation techniques.The SGK3 mRNA,obtained from in vitro transcription of expression plasmids,was injected into the GV stage oocytes by microinjection techniques.The oocytes were divided into control group,Tris-EDTA buffer(TE)group,and SGK3 mRNA group.Western blotting method was used to detect the expression levels of SGK3 protein in the oocytes in various groups;the germinal vesicle breakdown(GVBD)rates of the oocytes in various groups were observed and calculated at 1,2,3,and 4 h after microinjection of SGK3 mRNA;the morphological appearance of the oocytes in various groups was observed by SGK3 antibody dilution inhibition experiment;Western blotting method was used to detect the expression levels of phosphorylated SGK3(pSer48)(SGK3-pSer48)and phosphorylated cell division cycle protein 2(CDC2)(pTyr15)(CDC2-pTyr15)proteins in the oocytes cultured in vitro at different time points.Results:Compared with control group and TE group,the expression level of SGK3 protein in the oocytes in SGK3 mRNA group was increased(P＜0.01),and the GVBD rates at 1 and 2 h after microinjection were increased(P＜0.01).The SGK3 antibody dilution inhibition experiment results showed that as the increasing of concentration of SGK3 antibody,the GVBD rates of the oocytes in various groups were decreased in a concentration-dependent manner.After overexpressing SGK3,compared with control group,the time when CDC2-pTyr15 protein expression could not be detected in the oocytes in SGK3 mRNA group was advanced by at least 1 h.After treated with different concentrations of SGK3 antibody,compared with control group,as the increasing of concentration of SGK3 antibody and the extending of treatment time,the expression level of CDC2-pTyr15 protein in the oocytes was gradually decreased(P＜0.01),and the expression level of SGK3-pSer486 protein was gradually increased(P＜0.01).Conclusion:Over-expression of SGK3 can increase the GVBD rate of oocytes of the mice and accelerate the dephosphorylation of CDC2-pTyr15,while the dephosphorylation of CDC2-pTyr15 is later than the phosphorylation of SGK3-Ser486.SGK3 likely serves as an upstream regulator of CDC2 and participates in controlling the resumption of the first meiotic division in the oocytes of the mice.

Objective: To study the effect of a space stabilizing device on the capacity for osteogenesis in the bone-grafted area. Methods: Patients with anterior teeth defects as well as labial alveolar ridge defects were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group was treated using a space stabilization device after guided bone regeneration whereas the control group received regular guided bone regeneration. The CBCT data was analyzed prior to, immediately and 6 months after procedure to compare the osteogenesis with or without the device. Results: Seventeen bone-grafted sites were examined(7 in the experimental group and 10 in the control group). At 2 mm and 4 mm below the alveolar ridge, the horizontal bone resorption rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than the corresponding level in the control group(P=0.001). The horizontal bone resorption rate at 2 mm below the alveolar ridge of each group was significantly higher than that at 4 mm below the alveolar ridge in corresponding groups(P=0.003). Conclusion The space stabilizing device used in this study has a positive clinical impact on preserving space stability and minimizing bone resorption.

Objective:To explore the role and safety of endomyocardial biopsy (EMB) in the diagnosis of pediatric myocardial disease.Methods:Demographic, clinical and histopathological data of all children receiving EMB in Shanghai Children′s Medical Center, Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine between January 2016 and August 2020 were collected.The pathological results and the procedure-related complications were retrospectively analyzed.Results:A total of 22 patients with the mean age of (10.2±3.1) years underwent EMB.Among them, 13 cases (59.1%) underwent right ventricular EMB, 5 cases (22.7%) underwent left ventricular EMB, and 4 cases (18.2%) underwent biventricular EMB.Among the 12 patients with clinically suspected myocarditis or unexplained heart failure, 4 cases were diagnosed with lymphocytic myocarditis, 2 cases were dilated cardiomyopathy, and 1 case was inflammatory cardiomyopathy.Seven patients presented ventricular diastolic dysfunction, including 6 cases of restrictive cardiomyopathy and 1 of constrictive pericarditis.Three patients exhibited hypertrophic cardiomyopathy with pre-excitation syndrome, involving 2 cases were diagnosed with glycogen storage cardiomyopathy.EMB was successfully performed in all patients.No patient died, and procedure-related complications were not reported.Conclusions:EMB assists the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric patients with selected myocardial disease, which is relatively safe with less complications if performed by experienced interventionalists in qualified pediatric cardiovascular medical centers.

Objective:To explore the prevalence and risk factors of thyroid diseases in the physical examination population of Hohhot.Methods:From July 2017 to July 2018, 3 100 health examinees from Inner Mongolia National Examination Medical Center were selected as subjects for questionnaire survey, thyroid function test and thyroid ultrasound examination; a multinomial logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between relevant investigation factors and different types of thyroid diseases (simple thyroid nodules, simple thyroid dysfunction, and thyroid dysfunction with nodules).Results:Among the 3 100 healthy examinees, there were 2 885 effective responders, including 743 males and 2 142 females, aged (46.23 ± 12.32) years; the simple thyroid nodules, simple thyroid dysfunction, and thyroid dysfunction with nodules were 909, 648, and 619 cases, respectively, and the detection rates were 31.51%, 22.46%, and 21.46%, respectively. Logistic regression analysis results showed that age [35 - 54 years old: odds ratio ( OR) = 1.30, 95% confidence interval ( CI): 1.01 - 1.68; ≥55 years old: OR = 2.30, 95% CI: 1.68 - 3.14, P < 0.05], gender ( OR = 1.65, 95% CI: 1.32 - 2.07, P < 0.05), obesity ( OR = 1.35, 95% CI: 1.08 - 1.70, P < 0.05), and mental stress [significant: OR = 1.64, 95% CI: 1.09 - 2.48; some: OR = 1.54, 95% CI: 1.02 - 2.32, P < 0.05] were the risk factors affecting the occurrence of simple thyroid nodules. The age (35 ~ 54, ≥55 years old), gender, bad mood (a little), and mental stress (significant) were risk factors that affected the occurrence of simple thyroid dysfunction; eating high iodine food was its protective factor. The age (35 ~ 54, ≥55 years old), gender, obesity, and thyroid family genetic history were risk factors for thyroid dysfunction with nodules; the consumption of iodized salt was its protective factor. Conclusions:Older women are high-risk groups for thyroid diseases. Obesity, bad mood, mental stress will increase the risk of the disease. Daily consumption of iodized salt and moderate consumption of high iodine food can reduce the risk of the disease.

Objective:To understand the content of fluorine in tea leachate in Shijiazhuang City.Methods:From 2017 to 2019, different varieties of tea (including 7 varieties of green tea, scented tea, dark tea, oolong tea, black tea, white tea, and yellow tea) with high sales volume were purchased at the Shijiazhuang Tea Market. The fluoride content in tea was determined by fluoride ion selective electrode method through different soaking time (5, 10, 15, 20 min) and soaking times (1, 2, 3 times).Results:A total of 82 tea samples were detected, including 25 kinds of green tea (30.49%), 5 kinds of scented tea (6.10%), 11 kinds of dark tea (13.41%), 17 kinds of oolong tea (20.73%), 15 kinds of black tea (18.29%), 7 kinds of white tea (8.54%) and 2 kinds of yellow tea (2.44%). After soaking for 20 min, the fluorine contents in tea leachate of green tea, oolong tea, black tea, and dark tea (40.63, 65.43, 26.39, 58.90 mg/kg) were significantly higher than those in 5 min(23.09, 32.24, 15.77, 32.00 mg/kg, P < 0.05). Taking the fluorine content of the tea leachate soaking for 20 min as the total fluorine content, oolong tea was the highest, with a median of 65.43 mg/kg; black tea was the lowest, with a median of 26.39 mg/kg; The fluorine contents of oolong tea, dark tea and scented tea were significantly higher than that of black tea( P < 0.05). With the increase of soaking times of green tea, oolong tea, black tea, dark tea and white tea, the fluorine contents in tea leachate decreased significantly ( P < 0.05). Conclusions:In this study, the content of fluorine in the oolong tea is the highest, and the lowest is black tea. It is suggested that local residents in Shijiazhuang should drink black tea.

Objective To analyze of the prevalence of encapsulated follicular variant of papillary thyroid carcinoma (EFVPTC) and noninvasive follicular thyroid neoplasm with papillary-like nuclear features (NIFTP) by 2017 World Health Organization ( WHO) classification of tumors of endocrine organs in Guiyang. Methods A retrospectively analysis of patients who had a thyroid surgery and confirmed thyroid cancer by pathological diagnosis in the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from 2009 to 2016. PTC and FVPTC by 2014 WHO classification of tumors of endocrine organs , and according to the 2017 WHO classification of tumors of endocrine organs ,the thyroid papillary carcinomas were reviewed and some had been confirmed as EFVPTC and NIFTP, with analysis of the prevalence and prognosis of NIFTP. Results Of the 1207 cases of thyroid carcinoma, 1150 cases were papillary carcinoma, the constituent ratio of thyroid carcinoma was 95.28％, the FVPTC was 72 cases, and the proportion of thyroid carcinoma was 5. 97％; the proportion of FVPTC in thyroid carcinoma decreased from 2009 to 2016 ( P <0.05). After pathological sections being reviewed, 10 cases had been confirmed as non-encapsulated infiltrative FVPTC, the ratio of thyroid cancer to thyroid cancer was 0.83％; EFVPTC was found in 62 cases, accounting for 5.14％ of thyroid carcinoma, these included 2 cases of NIFTP confirmed by the 2017 WHO classification of tumors of endocrine organs and 60 cases encapsulated invasive FVPTC, the percentage of thyroid carcinoma was 0.17％ and 4.97％. 62 cases of EFVPTC with the exception of 11 cases without further visit, while the remaining 51 cases of EFVPTC were followed up. Death, local or distant metastases were defined as adverse events. An adverse event was seen in 11 of 49 of the cases of invasive EFVPTC, including 2 died of disease; The NIFTP were alive with no evidence of disease. Conclusion The diagnosis of NIFTP according to new WHO classification of endocrine organ tumors in 2017 has little expected impact in Guiyang.

Computing thinking is one of the hotspots in computer education field,computer network is the core course of computer,and social information process is increasing the need of computer network professionals.The characteristics of computer network course,teaching of computer network course and problems related with teaching of computer network course were analyzed in aspects of its teaching contents,teaching methods and examination methods in order to train more excellent applied professionals of computer network and improve the computing thinking of undergraduates.The ways or methods for training the computing thinking of undergraduates were put forward,which can thus provide new ideas for the teaching reform of computer network course in colleges and universities.

Energy conservation has become a problem needing to be immediately solved with the extensive con-struction of hospital information system. As a high computing technology, green computing uses resources economically and effectively and is characterized by energy conservation and environment friendship. Its concept and characteristics, and the status quo of hospital information system construction were described. A green computing framework model was established for hospital information system construction, which plays an active role in implementing the idea of green environment protection, low carbon and energy conservation, and sustainable development, thus laying a foundation for studying the mechanisms underlying energy conservation in hospital information system construction and for assessing and optimizing its strategic system.
