【Objective】 To explore the correlation between different feeding styles of caregivers and diet quality of children with nutritional problems, in order to provide reference for making effective feeding guidance and intervention strategy. 【Methods】 From January 2022 to August 2023, 2- to 6-year-old children who had been enrolled in kindergartens or nurseries and their caregivers from the combined outpatient department of Child Healthcare and Nutrition in Shanghai Children′s Hospital were selected into this study.The amount of dinner served and consumed was obtained through the three-day dinner intake survey, and the Chinese Healthy Eating Index (CHEI) was calculated.Feeding styles were divided into four groups through the Caregiver Feeding Style Questionnaire.Pearson correlation analysis was used to determine the correlation between served and consumed CHEI score.Chi-square test, t-test and ANOVA were used to compare the differences in CHEI score for dinner consumed in children with different feeding styles. 【Results】 1) Totally 133 parent-child pairs were included in this study.There were 68 boys (51.1%) and 65 girls (48.9%), with an average age of (4.6±0.6) years.2) CHEI scores for dinner served was highly correlated with that for dinner consumed (r=0.90, P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference between the CHEI score for dinner served and consumed by authoritative and authoritarian feeding styles (t=2.538, 1.732, P<0.05).3) After adjusting body shape, children in the authoritative feeding style actually completed a significantly higher diet quality CHEI score than those in the authoritarian feeding style (P<0.05).4)Authoritative and indulgent feeding styles had statistical differences in the distribution of children′s body size (χ²=13.587, P=0.035). 【Conclusions】 Parents with authoritarian feeding style and indulgent feeding style have worse control over their children′s dietary completion.Children with authoritative feeding style have higher dietary quality than those with authoritarian feeding style.Children with indulgent feeding style may have a higher proportion of non-low weight than those with authoritative feeding style.Although feeding style could not reverse the outcome of body shape deviation in children with disease, it may have some positive effects.

Objective To study the core behavioral symptoms,biological indicators,and pathological changes of a mouse model of breast cancer complicated with depression induced using 4T1 breast cancer cell inoculation combined with chronic restraint stress(CRS).Methods BABL/c mice were randomly divided into Control,Stress,Tumor,and stress combined with tumor(S+T)groups.Mice in the tumor and S+T groups were inoculated under the front legs with breast cancer 4T1 cells.After tumor formation,mice in the stress and S+T groups were subjected to CRS for 21 days.The body weight and food intake of each group were monitored during modeling.After the experiment,the occurrence of depression-like behavior of mice in each group was evaluated by sucrose preference test,open field test,elevated plus-maze test,and forced swimming test.After the mice were decapitated,the weights and volumes of the tumors were measured.Concentrations of serum tumor markers,including carbohydrate antigen(CA199),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),and related neurotransmitters,including 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),norepinephrine(NE),and corticosterone(CORT),were determined using ELISA.HE staining was used to observe histopathological changes to the hippocampus and tumor.Results In S+T group mice,body weight and food intake were significantly decreased,tumor weight and volume were significantly increased,serum tumor marker(CA199,CEA,VEGF)levels were significantly increased,enthusiasm and desire to explore a new environment were reduced,stress and despair behaviors were significantly increased,and levels of the serum neurotransmitters 5-HT and NE and levels of CORT were significantly increased.In addition,the cell arrangement in the tumor tissue was loose,the amount of intercellular substance decreased,the pathological nuclear classification phase was increased,the arrangement and morphology of neurons in the CA3 region of the hippocampus were disordered,and there were obvious nuclear vacuolation-like changes.Conclusions A mouse model of breast cancer complicated with depression induced by 4T1 breast cancer cell inoculation combined with CRS showed the typical dual symptoms and biological indicators of breast cancer and depression and can be used as a good reference model for experimental studies of breast cancer complicated with depression.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound induction combined with acupunc-ture points and polyethylene glycol 4000 powder for treating constipation in elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods A randomized parallel controlled method was adopted.A total of 100 inpatients meeting the inclu-sion criteria were divided into the control group and treatment group.Fifty cases in the control group were given polyethylene glycol 4000 powder,10 g/d,taking at a draught in 1 h after lunch.Fifty cases in the treat-ment group adopted the ultrasound induction combined with Shenque acupoint and Guanyuan acupoint,which was implemented at 1 h after lunch every day,once a day,30 min each time,and the intensity was appropriate for the patients to tolerate.The two groups were continuously treated for 1 week.The clinical symptoms be-fore and after treatment in the two groups were observed.The constipation score,quality of life score,treat-ment efficacy and safety were compared between before and after treatment.Results There were 3 dropout cases in the control group and 47 cases were finally included.Among them,14 cases were excellently effective,20 cases were effective,13 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 72.34％;there were 2 dropout cases in the treatment group and 48 cases were finally included.Among them,15 cases were excellently effec-tive,18 cases were effective,15 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 68.75％;the total effec-tive rate had no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05).The effect onset time of the treat-ment group was earlier than that of the control group with statistical difference (P<0.05).The abdominal symptom dimension and total score in the constipation scores after treatment in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treat-ment,the physiological,satisfaction dimension scores and total score in life quality score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). During the test process,2 cases in the control group had adverse drug reactions,which manifested by mild di-arrhea at the end of the treatment course,and no adverse reactions were found in the treatment group.Conclu-sion The ultrasound induction combined with acupuncture points for treating constipation in elderly patients with hip fracture has equivalence with polyethylene glycol 4000 powder,moreover which has the advantages in the aspects of effect onset time and improvement of abdominal symptoms.

Objective To investigate the effect of intrarectal local anesthesia (IRLA) with heated oxybuprocaine gel on pain during transrectal ultrasound guided prostate biopsy (TRUSPB).Methods A total of 150 cases patients who underwent TRUSPB in Huzhou Central Hospital from January to June 2023 were prospectively taken into.The patients were randomly divided into group A (routine group),group B (oxybuprocaine gel for IRLA at room temperature) and group C (oxybuprocaine gel for IRLA at 40℃),with 50 cases in each group.Nurses who were unaware of the anesthesia type used visual analog scale (VAS) to score the pain level of patients at each stage (VAS Ⅰ:when the ultrasound probe was inserted into the rectum;VAS Ⅱ:during the biopsy;VAS Ⅲ:30 minutes after biopsy),and the incidence of complications after biopsy were compared.Results The VAS Ⅱ score of group C was lower than that of group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05) in the VAS Ⅰ,VAS Ⅲ scores,and incidence of complications after biopsy among the three groups.There was no allergic reaction to oxybuprocaine gel.Conclusion In TRUSPB,IRLA with heated oxybuprocaine gel can effectively control pain without increasing incidence of complications.

Objective:To construct a preoperative rehabilitation program for gastric cancer patients, aiming to provide scientific and reasonable preoperative guidance for gastric cancer patients.Methods:On the basis of literature research and expert group meeting, the first draft of the preoperative rehabilitation program for gastric cancer patients was constructed. From October 2021 to January 2022, the Delphi method was used to conduct 2 rounds of expert letter inquiries to 16 experts in related fields from 11 hospitals in Jiangsu Province, and the entries were revised according to the experts′ inquiries.Results:In the two rounds of expert correspondence, the positive coefficients of experts were 88.89% and 100.00%, and the authority coefficients of experts were both 0.88. The coordination coefficients of the items in the two rounds of inquiry were 0.279 and 0.290, respectively. The final program consisted of 3 first-level entries, 11 second-level entries and 32 third-level entries.Conclusions:The scheme constructed in this study is scientific, reliable and applicable, and is worth being promoted further in clinical practice.

Spermatogenesis is a continual process that occurs in the testes, in which diploid spermatogonial stem cells (SSCs) differentiate and generate haploid spermatozoa. This highly efficient and intricate process is orchestrated at multiple levels. N⁶-methyladenosine (m⁶A), an epigenetic modification prevalent in mRNAs, is implicated in the transcriptional regulation during spermatogenesis. However, the dynamics of m⁶A modification in non-rodent mammalian species remains unclear. Here, we systematically investigated the profile and role of m⁶A during spermatogenesis in pigs. By analyzing the transcriptomic distribution of m⁶A in spermatogonia, spermatocytes, and round spermatids, we identified a globally conserved m⁶A pattern between porcine and murine genes with spermatogenic function. We found that m⁶A was enriched in a group of genes that specifically encode the metabolic enzymes and regulators. In addition, transcriptomes in porcine male germ cells could be subjected to the m⁶A modification. Our data show that m⁶A plays the regulatory roles during spermatogenesis in pigs, which is similar to that in mice. Illustrations of this point are three genes (SETDB1, FOXO1, and FOXO3) that are crucial to the determination of the fate of SSCs. To the best of our knowledge, this study for the first time uncovers the expression profile and role of m⁶A during spermatogenesis in large animals and provides insights into the intricate transcriptional regulation underlying the lifelong male fertility in non-rodent mammalian species.

Objective:To study the associations between single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of rs4977574/rs1537378 in ANRIL gene and risk of ischemic stroke. Methods:PubMed, Embase, The Cochrane Library, and CNKI, Wanfang, and VIP Data were searched from inception to September 2020 to collect literatures about randomized controlled trials on associations between SNPs of rs4977574/rs1537378 in ANRIL gene and risk of ischemic stroke. According to inclusion and exclusion criteria, the literatures were selected and the data were extracted; Stata15.1 software was used for Meta analysis of the literatures. Results:About the associations between rs4977574 polymorphism of ANRIL gene and risk of ischemic stroke, a total of 7 articles were chosen, including 12 553 patients in the case group and 15 547 patients in the control group; about the associations between rs1537378 polymorphism of ANRIL gene and risk of ischemic stroke, a total of 6 articles were chosen, including 6166 patients in case group and 6129 patients in control group. The results of Meta analysis indicated that rs4977574 polymorphism had a significant association with ischemic stroke susceptibility under 5 genetic models: allele model [G vs. A]: OR=1.110, 95%CI: 1.020-1.210, P=0.010; dominance model ([GG+GA] v s. AA): OR=1.170, 95%CI: 1.070-1.280, P=0.001; recessive model (GG vs. [GA+AA]): OR=1.160, 95%CI: 1.050-1.280, P=0.020; homozygote model (GG vs. AA): OR=1.260, 95%CI: 1.130-1.420, P=0.000; heterozygote model (GA vs. AA): OR=1.130, 95%CI: 1.030-1.240, P=0.010. The rs1537378 polymorphism was associated with reduced risk of ischemic stroke under 5 genetic models: allele model (T vs. C): OR=0.800, 95%CI: 0.700-0.920, P=0.001; dominance model ([TT+TC] vs. CC): OR=0.790, 95%CI: 0.680-0.920, P=0.002; recessive model (TT vs. [TC+CC]): OR=0.830, 95%CI: 0.740-0.930, P=0.001; homozygote model (TT vs. CC): OR=0.780, 95%CI: 0.690-0.880, P=0.000; heterozygote model (TC vs. CC): OR=0.870, 95%CI: 0.810-0.940, P=0.001. Conclusions:The rs4977574 polymorphism in ANRIL gene is a susceptibility factor for ischemic stroke, and allele G of this locus can significantly increase the risk of ischemic stroke. The rs1537378 polymorphism in ANRIL gene is a protective factor for ischemic stroke, and carrying this allele T can reduce the risk of ischemic stroke.

As endogenous molecules, non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) mainly include microRNAs and long ncRNAs, etc., which play an important role in the pathophysiological process of ischemic stroke, and especially have the function of regulating angiogenesis in the acute phase of ischemic stroke. This article reviews the related research progress of ncRNAs in angiogenesis in the acute phase of ischemic stroke in recent years, and provides new ideas for investigating the pathological mechanism of ischemic stroke and finding predictive indicators of the therapeutic effect of ischemic stroke.

Objective To identify risk factors for local recurrence and distant metastasis in patients with upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) after radical nephroureterectomy (RNU).Methods We retrospectively reviewed 269 patients with UTUC who had performed RNU from 2003 to 2013 in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University.158 were males and 111 were females,aged range from 37 to 86 years old,left side were 144 cases and right side were 125 cases,157 cases occurred in renal pelvis and 112 cases in ureter,the diameter of tumor ＞ 3 cm were 163 cases,≥ pT3 stage were 143 cases,presence of lymphovascular invasion (LVI) were 35 cases,high grade tumors (G3) were 185 cases,presence of hydronephrosis were 185 cases,multifocal tumors were 28 cases,sessile tumors were 86 cases,neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR) ≥ 2.0 were 109 cases,estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) ＜ 60ml/(min · 1.73 m2) were 62 cases,plasma fibrinogen ≥3.2 g/L were 129 cases.Univariate and multivariate analyses were performed to identify independent prognostic factors for local recurrence-free survival (IRFS) and distant metastasis-free survival (dMFS).Results The median follow-up was 43.8 months (range 4.4-131.8).30 patients had a local recurrence with a median intermittent period of 19.4 months (range 4.3-71.3).35 patients had a distant metastasis with a median intermittent period of 17.7 months (range 4.1-51.4).In univariate analysis,sessile tumor(P =0.041),tumor multifocality (P =0.027),location in ureter (P =0.001),presence of LVI (P＜0.001),≥pT3 stage(P ＜0.001),eGFR ＜60ml/(min · 1.73 m2) (P =0.009) and plasma fibrinogen ≥ 3.2 g/L (P ＜ 0.001) were associated with lRFS.While high-grade tumor (G3) (P =0.012),sessile tumor (P ＜ 0.001),presence of LVI (P ＜ 0.001),presence of hydronephrosis (P =0.046),and NLR ≥2.0 (P =0.002) were associated with dMFS.Multivariate analysis revealed that location in ureter(HR =4.835,95 ％ CI 1.792-13.044,P =0.002),presence of LVI (HR =5.037,95 ％ CI 2.183-11.230,P ＜ 0.001),≥pT3 stage(HR =2.987,95％ CI 1.078-8.283,P =0.035) and plasma fibrinogen ≥3.20g/L (HR =4.281,95 ％ CI 1.454-12.603,P =0.008) were independent factors for lRFS.Sessile tumor (HR =6.097,95％ CI 2.536-14.660,P ＜ 0.001),presence of LVI (HR =4.191,95％ CI 2.035-8.633,P ＜ 0.001),and NLR ≥2.0 (HR =2.741,95％ CI 1.128-6.657,P =0.026) were independent factors for dMFS.We stratified patients into three risk groups of LR and DM based on the results of the multivariate analysis respectively.The 1-year,3-year,5-year lRFS rates were 99.0％,96.8％,95.0％ in the low-risk group;94.5％,91.2％,87.6％ in the intermediate-risk group;and 77.8％,58.8％,58.8％ in the high-risk group.The differences among groups were significant (P ＜ 0.001).The 1-year,3-year,5-year dMFS rates were 98.4％,97.6％,96.0％ in the low-risk group,88.0％,73.8％,71.8％ in the intermediate-risk group,and 63.7％,42.9％,28.5％ in the high-risk group.The differences among groups were significant as well(P ＜ 0.001).Conclusion Location in ureter,presence of LVI,≥ pT3 stageand plasma fibrinogen ≥3.2 g/L were independent factors for lRFS.Sessile tumor,presence of LVI,and NLR ≥ 2.0 were independent factors for dMFS.The risk stratification models may be useful for identifying the patients with high risk of LR/DM after surgery.
